I was trying to book room and I gave all the details and it asked to pay I paid through Gpay amount got deducted but oyo says payment not verified I don't have booking ID as well I contacted customer service even they have no knowledge about this please help me get my money back

What is wrong with Oyo? Instead of sending the money back, I got a payment request of 2086. I am supposed to pay 2086 ?
FOR WHAT ??

I got this mail yesterday. I replied to it that Yes, I want my amount of Rs. 2086 back. The mail is itself not clear but I still replied to it.

I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK. Why I am being asked to pay money ?

Please help me get my money back ASAP. I've seen other complaints of the same nature and they've gotten already their refund even though they complained after me. Why am I not being given the money back too simply. Please just simply refund the money to the account I paid from. Please do it quickly team

    I have booked at OYO hotel through customer care no of booking ID- R2RT3317 but hotel KOL1929 was not good so again I have called to called to customer care and explained the problem. He said don't worry you do the another booking and you will get refund of previous booking. So I he booked the and ID are FRAF7669, 22.12.2021 and HPZE6451, 22.12.2021 . After booking executive said that the previous booking is not possible to cancel as I have used voucher for booking (But booking was done by executive). Then I have try to cancel through OYO app and cancellation done. But I didn't get the refund. From then no one is responding in this matter. I have the all audio recordings for proof.

      On 23.12.2021 I have done booking through customer care no - [protected] for OYO1764 maruti lodge and paid through G pay amount Rs.2102.00 but booking not confirmation not came. Again I called to same number and executive told that don't worry we are going to book again you will get refund in 24 hours. As I reached hotel, manager said you have to pay Rs.2213.00 and So I have paid the same amount. But from then I am trying to consult customer care no one is giving solution and giving number [protected]. When I called at this number which is computer generated and telling please go to OYO app and go to need help. But need help is auto also generated and standard fixed by OYO rooms. Please help to resolve the issue.

        The room was a disaster and the the washroom was dirtier than a public toilet
        I have the pics for proof
        I am a dedicated Oyo customer and recently since 2 bookings I am getting shocked on a daily basis.
        The Oyo u give to these cheap places, they don't maintain these places and decrease your credibility
        I expect a full return of my money because I had checked out within an hour cause I was not able to bear the smell of the disgusting room

        Also whenever I tried to rate these shady Oyo rooms
        It tends to show error when we submit the ratings.
        Pretty sure it's also a cheap trick by the hotel to avoid ratings and this is how they escape your eyes too
        Kindly look into it.
        It has happened twice for me.

            I just booked a room at royal shades hotel in Chandigarh paid via google pay but no I’d for booking was generated .OYO is the worst possible platform to book a hotel toll honestly no customer support no no. Nothing .

              1. Poor Maintenance of the hotel property.
              2. Displaying the clean rooms on OYO App & provided with unclean rooms.
              3. No Toiletries were provided.
              4. No bath towels or floor mat.
              5. Unclean beds.
              6. Charged Premium price.

              This is regarding to the recent booking at OYO Townhouse 038.

              My friend and I have booked the hotel with booking ID M00U0677.
              Oyo app has provided false impressions on the photos uploaded on the app for the OYO Townhouse 038. The said property located at 12 3rd Main, 3rd Cross, Ganesh Temple Rd, Kammanahalli, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560084

              Property has been booked for the stay assuming the false pictures uploaded on the oyo app. to the sheer disgust, hotel property was maintained so bad. not worthy to stay.

              They exhorted ₹2851. where the rooms were not stayable. we got checkout within two min of viewing the hotel property.

              We need a resolution on the same. The hotel property refused to refund the money and was treated as if nothing can be done as the payment is made already.

              Noted. We have stayed in the same property ( Townhouse 038 at 100ft Banaswadi Road) before covid times more than 6 times. when went the last time. It was not ok to see a townhouse to be maintained like that. we checkin only for a min and checked out.. Room provided has no cleaniness at all. lifts had too much dust and finger marks. there were sewage spills leaking from the garbage bag. it was not worth to be a townhouse experience we always believed in.

                Dear sir/mam

                I am sulabh Chaturvedi a day before yesterday I was travelling bilashpur to satna and i booked a room from Oyo official app (Hotel AR RESIDENCY SATNA 67006) & (Booking id - D7626106)

                While booking as there rules and policies are concerned that they are accepting local ID's of travelers and anyone can check-in into hotel using local I'd proof so I booked a room for today.

                But when i reached to hotel and showed them my booking details then they start saying that we are not allowing check in through local ID's so that we can't give you a room.

                i avoided argument there and i had to return from there and when i cancelled by booking i couldn't get my whole ammount of refund.
                (Booking amount was - 567 rupees & refunded amount is only 68 rupees)

                So my point is that if they are not accepting local ID's then booking also shouldn't be available in Oyo plateform and they should clear mention in their rules and policies that we are not allowing local person to check-in.

                This is a kind of fraud not mentioning in there plateform and then refusing on the spot after reaching hotel.

                And still I can see (Screenshot attached for reference) in Oyo app they are saying that we are accepting local ID's and guest can check in by using that.

                Now coming to my point is that I want my full refund because no one intimated me earlier today or any day so that I could cancel my booking.

                  Hey Oyo Team,

                  I tried to book a room through OYO mobile application in the Guwahati location.

                  I select the payment option as Amazon Pay Wallet. While booking my payment got debited but your app got crashed with the error "Something went wrong."

                  The total amount paid is 1015. I tried to reach customer service also unfortunately not able to.

                    I have made a booking on 24th Nov 2021 with OYO Rooms, and i cancelled the same booking on the same day under the policy norms of OYO rooms, i get the status on the app the my booking is cancelled and my amount will be credited to my account in 7-14 days, I tried to connect with their support teams with several times, but they don't give me resolution on this. I tried to chat with them but there is just auto generated responses. Here are the details-

                    I dont stay this hotel, and as per oyo not hotel this place, hotel call is saying to me accept cash, why i have pay again and again, and what is your policy for client regarding, i have wait on road last few hours,

                      I was booking a Hotel for my stay and using the OYO app. I paid the amount through phonepay and my money got deducted. but I didn't get any confirmation or any refund if the Hotel was not booked.                           I received a call for customer care saying that my refund for Double booking will arrive in 7-14 bussines days
                          But when I see now it says the refund process has been failed

                                On Dec 20, 2021 morning at 7:03 AM I had called and booked an OYO room through the OYO booking number [protected].

                                I had told the exectuve clearly that I need early morning checkin and told her to confirm with the hotel. She promised me she has called and confirmed and told me there are 14 rooms available and asked me to proceed with the booking payment.

                                So, i made the payment of Rs 770 through Google Pay (UPI Transaction ID -:[protected]. She then asked me to go to the hotel and checkin.

                                Upon reaching the hotel, within 10 minutes, they told me no rooms are available and won't allow early morning checkin. This was after all the assurance provided by the OYO booking executive. I tried contacting several executives from 7.15 am to 8.30am. All of them asked me to hold the call and left me midway. Then finally one person from the Service team told me I won't be paid the money back after cancelation.

                                This is really a fraudulent act. I had mentioned clearly that I need early morning checkin and i wont be able to wait till 12pm for checkin. Only after assurance from the OYO booking executive, i paid the entire amount. Then I had to go through a horrible experience from OYO customer service/booking teams for over 2 hours, after I travelled a 14 hour journey from Trivandrum to Bangalore.

                                Now, I am being denied of the refund. How pathetic can a company be and this is clearly an organized loot.

                                I am sorry to say the OYO booking/service teams are pretty useless and just want to convert a booking and give false promises, thereby cheating customers. Now, after it is all OYO's fault regarding this booking, i am being denied of my hard earned money as a refund. This isn't the first time, such an event has happened from OYO booking team.

                                Please provide me my money back. Atleast do that after making me go through hell.

                                  I have called customer care of oyo today and talked about the issue to the lady picked up the call and she transferred the call to her senior, the person to whom call was transferred has abused me and shouted on me.

                                  This behavior is not a tall accepted and i want my money back.

                                      Dear Sir/Mam,
                                      I (Pradeep kumar) have booked the hotel KS residency (OYO 76988) from booking.com for 1 night stay in chandigarh (confirmation no: [protected] ). I accepted the offered room after checking in at around 10:00 pm. However, in another hour I explored that the room was all dirty, the bedsheets were torn, blankets were smelling foul and most importantly the door latch/lock was not working and window shield was broken.
                                      As I was with my family I didn't felt safe to stay in the hotel so I decided to leave the property. When i enquired the hotel staff about the procedure and refund of the amount they started misbehaving with us and used foul language against me and my family.
                                      To avoid any further clash and considering the safety of my family I left the hotel and 11:15 pm and suffered a lot of inconvenience at late hours with my family.
                                      I raised the complaint to customer care executive in both OYO ( complaint ticket id- [protected]) and Booking.com however, no action has been taken till yet from both parties (oyo and booking.com)
                                      I therefore humbly request you to escalate the complaint resolution (Strong possible action against the hotel staff) and provide me a full payment refund against the booking.

                                        My Booking Id : XS5W7849
                                        This was the first time I had a bad experience with OYO accommodations due to the following reasons:
                                        1. The room which was allotted to us was not hygienic as it was smelling like cigarette smoke alot. There were no windows in the room causing the smell to be trapped in it.
                                        2. Later after we checked in, the staff and manager at the accommodation was very rude and unprofessional to us. We were not informed about the policy that no visitors were allowed there but when one of our visitor came the staff talked to him in a very threatening manner then when I tried talking to the manager then he asked us to leave the accommodation in an unpleasant manner.
                                        3. The attitude of the manager was very unprofessional and when we told him that we will complain and give you a bad rating - He stated, " Jo marzi rating do, hummein farak nahi padhta" (Do whatsoever, we don't care about ratings)
                                        4. I traveled from Chandigarh that morning and wanted a comfortable stay but due to harassment at your property, I had checked out of the property within 2 hours of check in (Check In timing - 5 pm). I found and booked another accomodation that night.

                                        This is a request to the OYO team to take responsibility for the behavior of your staff. I demand to get my refund of that accommodation as I didn't stay at that accomodation after leaving from there as I felt threatened to stay there. You can check the CCTVs of the place at 6:50 pm that we left and never returned.

                                        I tried getting help from the executives but they didn't help much. This is my last resort to get a solution from your company else I will initiate a complaint in Consumer Court.
