I have two booking ID's where the bookings were not accepted by the hotel staff so when I called customer care they tried to shift me but then coudnt so they promised me a refund of the payment I had made upon sharing my bank details to initiate the refund. I was promised a refund within 7-14 working days and today it has been 30 days. Contacting customer care is useless as they say they will check and put me on hold and disconnect. I have tried 11 times in a day and the same thing happens.

    Sir as I booked a hotel two room when arrived at hotel to check in he just told me that we have no any room so when we raised are voice he told cancel your room and go away. We also lodge a complaint against owner on oyo service but they told us owner is giving you another room that was not liveable so we have left the room.
    Oyo has provided only one booking id refund that is EM0R5240
    But refund for Id QF4F0965 not given by OYO as owner told to OYO we stay at their hotel ROOM that was completely wrong.

      Dear Sir,
      I would to bring following facts for your consideration booking Oyo rooms.
      I booked a room from OYO apps on dated 25.11.21 in Gwalior in M P
      (check in 27.11.21 and check out 28.11.21).
      I booked a room from OYO APPS and I was allotted rooms at Deep hotel in Gwalior.
      When I reached Deep Hotel, They said they are not booking hotel
      through OYO apps.
      Then I approach OYO costumer care they directed me to hotel Green.
      There also room was not booked for me. I was again contact to costumer
      care they again asked to me to approach me hotel Kanchan Palaces.
      After reaching Kanchan Palaces I was shocked there also no rooms was
      booked for me.
      I am Enclosing OYO apps and Whatsapps messages along with this mail.
      I was put in to lot of trouble and mental agony all through process.
      Hence finally no room booked my name any hotel.
      I kindly request to your Refund my money Rs 999.00 to my account and
      inform me on mail or whatsapps.

        My booking was canceled by the hotel right before check-in time on Nov 13, I had a call with customer care they told me it's not possible to do an immediate refund but I can reach out again after the expected checkout time is over, So I reached out to them on 15 Nov but they failed to create a ticket for the refund then I reached out again on 17 Nov.
        Post that I tried to reach them again on the status of the refund and I was told they cannot do the refund as I did not contact them within 48 hours of checkout time. Even after telling them that I did contact them multiple times and I have screenshots of conversations.
        They force disconnected the chat.

          I booked an Oyo hotel using booking.com. I made a partial payment of 1307. Due to change of plans, I was not able to visit. And they charged me a cancellation charge. I claimed a refund from booking.com and I was told that they contacted Oyo and they accepted their mistake and I will be refunded since there was free cancelation. I talked to Oyo's customer service and they mailed me that the refund would be provided within 7-14 days. But I didn't receive it. So, I lodged a complaint again, and again I was mailed the same, that I would be refunded. Still didn't receive it, I lodged a complaint and I was told that I will not be refunded as per their policy. But I booked Oyo hotel via booking.com and I was eligible for the refund. After mailing me twice that I would be refunded. After a month they are saying that I won't. This is so wrong.

              Hi,

              I have made the payment to the Oyo room seems the amount is already deducted from my bank and also the booking has not happened.

              Seems the booking was cancelled instead of confirming I was about to pay half the amount when I was about to check In at the hotel.

              Also, Oyo is now telling me that there was no booking made and no amount was transferred I called several times and it says there is no booking in my name.

              Also, the Oyo helpdesk agent was booking the hotel for oyo 78142 but the booking shows this for some other hotel.

              So hoping oyo to refund the amount back to me.

                  I had booked a hotel via the OYO app and the details of the booking are being provided herein:-
                  Name of the hotel- Capital O Palette, Royal Haveli
                  Date of booking- 12th October 2021
                  Number of rooms and guests- 2 rooms 4 guests
                  Check in date- 27th November 2021
                  Check out date- 29th November 2021
                  Since the date of the booking no communication was made to me regarding the new changes which I am being forced to accept that is the denial of entry in the hotel on the account that the prices of the hotel are higher than what was put up on the app. The hotel authorities nor the OYO rooms authorities communicated even a single message regarding the changes and I have already paid the total amount in full. I have my exams tomorrow and I am stuck in this bizarre situation and I'm at the suffering end due to lack of professionalism from authorities who are supposed to help me out.
                  Kindly help me out in this dire situation.

                    I booked a hotel on 23rd through Oyo app, and i paid the money via Phonepe, then money was deducted but booking id was not generated and when I'm calling oyo customer care, they are talking rudely and they are not letting me complete, they are saying talk to someone else, this was not expected from oyo, and it's been 3 days no one is able to tell me when I will receive my money

                        Hi OYO,

                        Please go through the pain a customer is going through for his hard earned money.

                        There is a huge Loophole in your system in reference to my booking id (C9529360) .The incident happened with me on 25th November 2021 and booking was made by me on 25th of November 2021.I got a call from a person name Rahul Singh from Hotel Capital O 28224 Victoria Royal as per him he was so called owner of the hotel and I was asked to pay total amount else my booking would be cancelled. I have only paid 30% at the time of booking.

                        I was force to pay because the guy was saying my booking would get cancel in case if I wont pay the entire amount as he got bulk order and he will cancel the booking if he don't get the entire amount. In fear of cancellation I agreed to pay as he provided me upi id in name of OYO Rooms.

                        He gave me UPI ID named [protected]@upi which seemed genuine to me and he said this is Capital O 28224 Victoria Royal's UPI ID.

                        Still I called OYO to confirm shall I give the entire amount as the property is asking for and customer care agent on another side told me yes you can talk to the person (hotel) and do the payment.

                        I transferred five thousand at a go as per our discussion but he said the payment got stuck in UPI gateway and you need to transfer again as the difference amount would be refunded, I did the same.

                        Later on when I tried connecting the person his number was switched off and I was blocked on whats app, I directly called the customer support and nightmare started now .After doing multiple calls I was never transferred to grievance department and call was disconnected every time. At last I decided to file a complain in Consumer forum.

                        I want my money to be refunded as soon as possible because it is of you today I am caught into such a mess.

                        My booking details, personal information was leaked by someone among you and there is no one ready to resolve the matter now. Because of this my pocket is pinched and I have paid more than double amount for price of my rooms. One at the hotel and second to the OYO fraud Rahul Singh.

                        Kindly find the screenshot of the payment and what's app conversation and details of suspected fraud person bellow who got in touch.

                        Oyo does not authorize any of its employees, consultants, third-party vendors, associates to collect payment in any other form other than payments from secure Oyo gateway and its affiliated OTP payment gateways link.
                        Any instances where a collection of payment is attempted from any unauthorized payment gateways other than the ones mentioned above are acts of suspicious payment collection. Encountering and acting on the same is solely on your own accord and discretion. Oyo will not be responsible for any loss liability arising out of such an event. Please allow us to get this checked and we will get back to you with an update.

                        Yes please get it checked and please check your recorded line as well as I was told by one of your employees over the call to do the payment "she should have stopped me but she said talk to the owner and do the payment". Additionally how all my details were leaked if none of your employees or third party or consultant didn't have my information. Please check the above screenshot I was called and whats upped in the name of OYO and money was collected on your behalf, additionally It was confirmed by one of your employees to pay the amount as I called your customer support when I got the call from the fraud person.

                        You guys need to look into the issue as multiple customers are getting conned .I was one of them and I am duped.

                        I am nowhere now as my all the details are with him like how much money was paid and how much money is pending. Please look into the matter as after multiple calls I am getting no resolution. Again I got a call from different number on 26th November asking for the same. So yes there is someone from your company who is leaking customers information violation of customers data is going inside your company which should be strictly confidential.

                        Please get me my money back its a hard earned money.

                          This is in reference to my oyo booking id UVDX2546 and NVR57350. The property address is Royal inn and suites, Oyo code- 76612, wilson garden, Bangalore. The guest stayed happily and checked out on 25/11/2021. Now, I am asking the property manager to generate the payment bill for their stay, but he simply denying it by saying that the booking was done with an online app, we have no hand in bill generation or anything.
                          I am frustrated by this behaviour because at last payment receipt must be guranteed to the customer.
                          I will not blame only the owner, the oyo rooms app is the same malafide, their agent are denying to send me bill by saying that my email id is not registered with oyo application. But I did checked that email id is there in my oyo profile and was there before booking also.
                          Please look into this matter because payment invoice is the basic right of a customer.

                            Ihaven't got the priper solutiin for this. I got an email saying no show eventhough i have booked another hotel through oyo on the same day & time. Attached the invoice for your reference. I would request you to provide a refund as i din't get the booking id & confirmation of the booking neither from the hotel nor from the OYO.

                            I haven't got any resolution. Just got an email saying no show and have been charged for it. Attached for your reference. I need a refund for this booking as i have booked another hotel through OYO on the same day & time.

                              List of the issues as below:
                              No water in the morning in the bathroom.
                              Unhygienic place
                              Bathroom is so dirty. Leaking water at multiple places.
                              Bed linen is in pathetic condition
                              No sambhar in Breakfast. "Sir adjust madi today". I told him to please cancel the breakfast and refund my money. The answer is "Did you pay me?"
                              No tea/coffee in Breakfast. It's chargeable basis. Which is the place in the world where tea and coffee is not part of the breakfast.

                              The hotel is attached to the OYO I booked the same but it's a really pathetic experience. If you tell me to stay for free I couldn't. It's the worst hotel I have seen in my life.

                              On a serious note, I need a complete refund of my money. It's not worth 1000/- also.

                              I need the proper resolution around the same. The hotel is not worth 1000/- also. If I had not paid you in advance I had cancelled the booking but as payment done I don't have any option left.

                                        On 23/11/2021 I made a payment of rs.2581 to Oyo Rooms against a booking. But when I checked in bookings section no such booking was shown.
                                        Hence, I want a refund for the amount I paid.
