This is in reference to my oyo booking id UVDX2546 and NVR57350. The property address is Royal inn and suites, Oyo code- 76612, wilson garden, Bangalore. The guest stayed happily and checked out on 25/11/2021. Now, I am asking the property manager to generate the payment bill for their stay, but he simply denying it by saying that the booking was done with an online app, we have no hand in bill generation or anything.
I am frustrated by this behaviour because at last payment receipt must be guranteed to the customer.
I will not blame only the owner, the oyo rooms app is the same malafide, their agent are denying to send me bill by saying that my email id is not registered with oyo application. But I did checked that email id is there in my oyo profile and was there before booking also.
Please look into this matter because payment invoice is the basic right of a customer.
