Amount deducted but booking failed

I had made a prepaid booking but it was not reflected on the app...i need immediate refund.customer care is asking for booking ID since the payment was not reflected i didn't get any Booking ID...

Refund not credited after 14 working days

I'm waiting for refund from OYO. after submitting bank details they told me that amount will credit in bank account in 7-14 working days still I'm waiting for my refund. please find attached screenshots of official mail....

Refund for my cancelled booking not given. Booking ID

Booking ID- D7BT6006
The entire payment for the booking was done in advance. As soon as I was allotted a room, I found out it was in a filthy state, even the bed sheets were in a pathetic state with lot of marks, so I asked the hotel staff to change my room. But they didn’t have any other room available with them so I had to cancel my booking without checking in the hotel as directed by the hotel staff.

Kindly refund...

Cheaters, fraud.

I made an online booking on 20nov21 for millennium hotel amritsar, the complete payment of rs 1375/- was done online, i received the confirmation email also, regarding the same, but wen I reached the hotel, they said Rs 613/- is the balance amount, u need to pay, before u check in, i tried oyorooms customer care, bt they didnt provide me with any solution....

Booked oyo rooms well in advance as I am a lady and was travelling alone.

Address:876 Gali Bazar, Chandi Wali Gali, Paharganj, New Delhi, Delhi 110055

I had booked a room through OYO as I was travelling to Delhi alone. When I arrived at the hotel at night I was told that they do not allow single ladies. So at 12 am I had to go and look for other rooms.

This was very unsafe and unethical. If there are any such restrictions then that should be mentioned in the app that says that they do not allow single women.

The service was very bad and the hotel staff were...

Didn't get booking even after paying money.

I have done booking from an OYO app on 22/11/2021. Money has been debited from my bank account but my booking didn't get confirmed. I tried to contact customer care but it's asking for booking ID, my booking didn't get confirmed so how can I have booking Id. Please resolve my issue and refund my money back....

Automatic booking cancellation

Hello
My booking I'd AEBZ2183
I booked Oyo 79252 for 2 days on 22.11.21
I recieved a what's app message as your booking confirmed after that I didn't even opened my Oyo app
After I reached hotel shocked seeing that my booking got cancelled in last minute
After I got chat with Oyo customer care he is saying that I cancelled by myself after 9 am so there won't be refund. note :this is not first time happened...

Oyo room take unnecessary charges For harassment

And buy mistake our guest lost the key due to this oyo hotal landlord give us charges 10000 then I denay to provide then they are harassment on my brother due to this my brother give him amt 10000. And I have lost faith in these hotels. kripya Please get our money back to us and action should be taken against this hotel....

Booking amount Refund

I booked property with this booking id H81R8980 at lucknow on 20 nov 21, but when i reached at property they refused to check-in. They told that they havn't room available than i called to oyo custumer care but they didn't positive response me. No body helped me. I want to my refund. Please do needful for me....

Money deducted from my account but payment confirmation missing

Payment confirmation pending, last time too I had to follow up and escalte to get it confirmed. Booking was done via booking.com for stay in OYO.

Please confirm at the earliest. I have sent several mails and once spoke to Oyo customer care and they confirmed verbally it's paid in full but don't see any confirmation....

Fraud in payment

This is to inform you that i booked hotel (booking id: E9YF9151) through call with OYO executive on 16.11.2021 with partial payment amount INR 1800(refer screen shot) and executive said you will get confirmation/verification call on later.

On 18.11.21, i received call from hotel management. He informed me that you have to pay remaining amount to confirm booking. Please be note that person have all information like partial payment...

Payment issue refund

Address:oyo flagship 36956 la casa hotel near agam square ,vesu, surat

Please resolve my issue my money is stuck at your side.for oyo flagship 36956 when i’m trying to pay online via amazon pay the payment is successfully rs 1190 but didn’t reflect in oyo app but my money is deducted from bank and this happens 2 times(rs 2380) .yet i need to pay cash on the hotel so please i request to refund my money as soon as possible....

Refund of booking done for Oyo hotel

Hi we have made a booking at one of the Oyo hotel named Hotel Vibes at Bahadi.

When I reached the hotel, no one was available and the hotel is locked. I contacted hotel the manager numbers but no response.

Then I cancelled my booking and contacted Oyo customer care.. now they have asked me to file complaint at this portal.

I'm literally very disappointed with the service.. please refund me the...

Unsuccessful payment but money deducted

I had made a transaction of rs 209 in oyo room booking app ( pay 209 and pay rest at the hotel option). And I choosed the upi payment method (phonepe)and the money was succesfully deducted from my bank account. My money was deducted twice and the hotel said they have not received it. The customer care disconnects automatically when trying to raise this. Blatant cheating...

Hotel name spot on 61091 silver palace dx

When i enter into this hotel..
They don't offer me seprate room
They offered me a room where multiple people's already was staying

Then i cancelled my booking.

But oyo is not giving refund to me
Please help...

Property booked not properly and my amount not refund

But they not properly communication with owner he allowed one day next day kick off my family.18 th night i raised my money to oyo agent o1 nov they mailed 3277 rs refund your account then ask my account details.i send all details but they told 14 working days completed still not refund amount....
