I booked one hotel on oyo and paid money online. When i went to hotel the rooms is not matching with the pictures shown in oyo app so i contacted oyo executive he called property manager and asked him to chane room but property manager told he has same type of rooms. So executive gave me 2 options either shift to another hotel or to get refund. So i asked him to shift in another hotel so he started searching nearby hotel for shifting but after some time he told me there is no empty room in nearby hotel so i opted for refund . He told me you need to cancel the booking and create new booking by same registered number and then you will get refund after checkout from hotel so i did the same.when i check out i contacted oyo first he refused me to provide refund they told me the information provided is wrong (even though i confirmed by calling twice and get confirmation mail from them) after 2 days i got call from their ground team they verified the issue and initiated refund process.
Now refund process is initiated for my cancelled booking. To get refund oyo asked me to provide bank account details. So i provided but refund process is failed. I thought it may be due to typing mistake so i again put bank account details correctly. Again oyo failed to process my refund. And now my refund status shows failed in app even i entered correct details.
My issue is oyo is not providing me refund even i entered bank details correctly. I have suffered a lot from this. I have been annoyed by calling them every time they are asking for 96 hours but I have not received my refund

    I booked two hotel rooms at around 21:00 hrs. on 25-Dec-21 through Oyo at Hotel Park (84293), Varanasi as per the following details,
    Check-in:[protected], 12:00 PM onwards
    Check-out:[protected] till 11:00 AM
    Number of rooms: 2 Classic (2X)
    Number of guests: 3
    Address: C31/31-A, Englishiya line Near Mahrotra Silk Factory, Station road, Varanasi

    I paid booking amount of Rs. 955 and to my surprise when I reached hotel at around 22:00 hrs for check in, I was told all rooms are occupied and I need to cancel my booking. I tried to contact Oyo customer service but here was no proper response. Still I am yet to receive refund of my booking amount.

      I have shared all the details company needed. I was brother and sister which being denied the entry into the hotel. we were gone to darshan of the temple and booked OYO.
      But hotel says we are not brother and sister as we are unmarried couples and the hotel denied me entry and I have checked with the customer care immediately and customer care also didn't help me out.
      I need my refund for the booking that's it

        I booked a hotel in Shimla of 5700 rupees for this stay but Oyo just changed the booking to any Oyo homes the actual price of that Oyo home is not more than 1500, My original booking was in a different hotel but you guys change the booking without my consent I want a refund of remaining amount asap,

        I want 50% of refund on my original payment method

          I have recently made a booking in Capital O 81400 Vansh Palace, Raipur. This was most disgusting hotel i have came across, the condition of hotel was like a bar, all the room were stinking with liquor and cigarettes. I booked the room as it was pet friendly and I was travelling with family. I can confirm you that it was not at all family hotel and i was travelling from delhi and booked this hotel. The manager of hotel talked very rudely with me, he does not bother if anyone is in problem. All I need is my refund now, as I couldn't stay there with my family it was too bad and I was afraid being there at night. Also, I have spoken to the customer care but they don't care about customer condition, only Oyo cares about money. Now we are struggling here for both finding new hotel as well as getting a refund. I[censored] can kindly help us to get back the refund it will be appreciated. The booking was under my husbands name- Aman Gupta from 1st Jan to 2 Jan.

          I have explained the bad condition of hotel to the customer care but they are not ready to do the refund. Although I cant stay in a hotel which is not safe for women, only we hd booking in the entire hotel with family rest are all locals. The had weird smell and no cleanliness and sanitisation. Oyo must refund to the customers instead of paying to the hotels who are not maintaing the dignity of Oyo hotels

            This is with reference to our booking at OYO 65425 Hotel red hut-Chandigarh-Booking id- WBBZ6386 on 27th Dec2021.We were a group of 5 including 2 females and 3 males . We reached around 10 pm at this property which was pre paid by us. We were allotted rooms with broken locks which is a serious threat to security specially for women. When we raised concern, he did nothing to ensure we were given better rooms! The bedsheets were dirty, the washroom & towels were used. We tried cancelling the booking. The OYO customer chat asked us the issue and we replied but received no response!! We urge you to provide us a full refund for the same!!.We had to book another expensive hotel due to this inconvenience where no support was provided from oyo which costed us double the amount we already paid you at the previous property. We are attaching all pictures as proofs and also the invoice of the second booking!!Kindly reach out to us at [protected] to resolve this asap

              I did booking on 24 Dec 2021 from OYO app via 399 pre payment offer of hotel Hindustani jaipur at railway station. But when I prep CRED the payment from gp then after deductions from aacount there was no confirmation from OYO app nor the hotel. When I reached the hotel they totally refused that they were no linked to OYO. OYO is a fraud app they told. And after my isuue I also believe so. Regarding this I have raise my issue wherever I can no OYO customer care are providing relevant info about this but I won’t let it go so easy. And post it everywhere and in future it taught me a lesson at a cheap cost.

                I try to book oyo room in townhose 209 through amazon pay. Two time i try to book room but two failed. My money was deducted 337 and 337 total 674 and no booking id will provided by oyo. When my money refunded.

                  I tried to book a hotel room at goa on 1st of January 2022 through Oyo app and made the partial payment for the same.                       We had booked OYO Townhouse 101 Golf Course Road, Sector-27, Gurgaon on 1/1/2022 for 1 night (1st Jan-2nd Jan) for 4 guests. We paid 3333/- via Google pay(via UPI). but haven't received any booking details. We tried calling OYO's customer care number but they just said that the booking is not confirmed and hung up the call.

                      Requesting for a refund. Have also attached the screenshot for google pay payment with the UPI transaction ID and other details.

                        I have booked OYO Townhouse 462 Dwarka Mod Metro Station for 31dec and checkout on 1 Jan by full advanced payment of RS. 1008 Booking id- LSL94132. when I reach the hotel on 31 Dec for check-in the hotel denied check-in reason given was all rooms were full they said they don't have any room available. they told me to get a refund from the Oyo because u have paid online to Oyo. because of not allowing check-in I was told by Oyo's assistant to cancel the booking and make again the booking.
                        it is requested to kindly refund the full amount as the booking was canceled due to denied check-in by the hotel.

                          I booked 2 rooms at JABALPUR from 28.12.2021 to 29.12.2021 for stay with my family.But when I reached at hotel for check in I found rooms and washrooms were very dirty (spitted pan and gutka on the walls).At once I called OYO Hotel contact No, [protected] for cancellation and I was assured for full return of money.But I got Rs. 300 out of Rs.2220.
                          Please arrange to help me for full return of money.

                          It is harassment for the family going out station and find such dirty rooms of a good organization. I paid full amount because after talking to an executive and I got disappointed seeing such rooms.

                          I am not satisfied with your assistance because I have not stayed in OYO hotel because of bad property in which one can not stay with family. I had talked with one of your customer care officer regarding this property and he told me lie about the same that this property is good. OYO Room has added such property without facilities and goo amenities.

                            This is to inform you that I have booked OYO room on 31st Dec 2021 to celebrate New year. they have confirmed the booking and collected the money.

                            When I reached to hotel, They denied our check-in by saying hotel room gets full, No room Available. I have a question when you do not have room why they have accepted our booking and charged the money. At the last we end up calling oyo and they said no room available near by. this is pathetic way to treat us, waster my New year celebration. at the end they said they will refund my booking money. its does not cost them, but it ruin my whole new year party.

                            My urge is from consumer complaint to take strict action against oyo room, how can they do such thing.

                            i have not received my money yet. this is disgusting already spoke 3-4 times. wasting my time and efforts. how much tim it will take to get my refund back. already 8 days has been passed. not received my refund money of 1099

                              I already filed a complaint against this. In return, I got this mail as attached and I replied to it saying/confirming that I just want my Rs 2086 back. After that, I didn't get refund, rather, I got a payment request asking me to pay Rs 2086 again.
                              Very unprofessional .
                              PLEASE HELP

                              I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK. Why I am being asked to pay money ?

                              I got a payment request again today, 2 Jan 2022, of Rs 2086.
                              I don't understand why I am being asked to pay money to OYO again when I want a simple refund back.

                              PLEASE SOLVE IT ASAP and GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK.

                                I booked oyo today which is capital O 10824 hotel start suits by paying 2036 rs and I had to pay around 595 rs more.

                                So I contacted hotel regarding this they told me that I can pay that amount there also.

                                So I was relieved that I will pay their but I got a mail that mu booking is cancelled without giving any reason then I contacted customer care also like many times and soon they hear about my complain they cut my call.

                                Then I contacted agent through oyo app itself and they told me that my booking got cancelled because it is saved booking as I haven't paid 595 rs.
                                They cancelled it without informing me and they also have not given me any time limit that I have to pay within this time otherwise it will get cancel. The hotel also told me that I can pay the rest amount there.

                                I want my refund or otherwise rebook my oyo.

                                  We booked room on Dec 28 through OYO at sholinganallur OYO 10018 grand residency. We booked 3 rooms from Dec 31 to Jan 2 and paid partial payment as directed by OYO. At the time of check-in the person at the property denied check-in and he is not responding properly and he told we have to leave by 6pm which OYO dint mention earlier and he also told they won't give rooms for OYO customer, only direct booking he will give. He behaved badly with us. When we called OYO customer complaint they dint respond properly and disconnected the call. Without any refund OYO cancelled the call. I spend 6750 for booking. Please help me to get back my refund amount.

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      I am writing to inform you that I have booked Oyo Townhouse Oak Woodtel for the check-in on 31st December-1st January 2022 bearing booking ID: PJZ74874 through the Oyo application. Due to some unavoidable circumstances, I had called the customer helpline number to cancel the booking. I had been instructed by voice-over that I will be getting back by refund within 7-10 days. To confirm, it asks me to press 1. I booked the hotel just one hour before the cancellation. I had been charged the full booking amount as my cancellation charge. I request you to refund the amount as soon as possible.

                                      The amount I paid for the hotel is Rs. 2522/-.I called the customer care helpline more than 100 times to reissue my booking several times but they kept on cutting my calls without listening. It is very difficult to reach out to the service department. Because the call never gets connected. But now while trying to cancel the booking it shows it's a non-refundable booking. I tried convincing this issue to customer care several times but they kept disconnecting. It becomes very difficult to reach out to the service desk with the same number they use for the reservation table.

                                      I would request you to do the needful and refund my amount at the earliest.

                                      I have never faced this harassment with any other booking application.

                                      I have also attached a copy of the customer invoice for your kind perusal and reference.

                                        I have booked an OYO 76122 ST RESIDENCY today (30/12/2021)afternoon through oyo app.The amount of 992 rs has been deducted from my bank account but booking ID not generated.

                                        So I filed a complaint against this, but due to the need, I successfully booked another oyo ‘GANAPATHY INN’ now(8.30pm) and the confirmation for this oyo came as soon as amount debited

                                        But By around 9.30pm, the confirmation message for the previously booked OYO(ST residency) is coming, so I have to chose any one oyo and cancel the other.

                                        I thought of taking the ST residency but the amount paid for the GANAPATHY INN OYO IS not refunded.

                                        I booked the second one because of their delay only .So I need the refunded amount of Rs1059 rupees

                                        Hope you will rectify this earlier.
