I did booking on 24 Dec 2021 from OYO app via 399 pre payment offer of hotel Hindustani jaipur at railway station. But when I prep CRED the payment from gp then after deductions from aacount there was no confirmation from OYO app nor the hotel. When I reached the hotel they totally refused that they were no linked to OYO. OYO is a fraud app they told. And after my isuue I also believe so. Regarding this I have raise my issue wherever I can no OYO customer care are providing relevant info about this but I won’t let it go so easy. And post it everywhere and in future it taught me a lesson at a cheap cost.

    I try to book oyo room in townhose 209 through amazon pay. Two time i try to book room but two failed. My money was deducted 337 and 337 total 674 and no booking id will provided by oyo. When my money refunded.

      I tried to book a hotel room at goa on 1st of January 2022 through Oyo app and made the partial payment for the same. But the booking failed and still I got debited from my bank account. I used Google pay for this transaction and I have UPI transaction number of the same. Please help me resolve this issue.

        Hi, I have paid 1492 rs via BHIM app to oyo. Payment was successful but I have not seen any booking in oyo app.
        This is a serious matter.

          We had booked OYO Townhouse 101 Golf Course Road, Sector-27, Gurgaon on 1/1/2022 for 1 night (1st Jan-2nd Jan) for 4 guests. We paid 3333/- via Google pay(via UPI). but haven't received any booking details. We tried calling OYO's customer care number but they just said that the booking is not confirmed and hung up the call.

          Requesting for a refund. Have also attached the screenshot for google pay payment with the UPI transaction ID and other details.

            I have booked OYO Townhouse 462 Dwarka Mod Metro Station for 31dec and checkout on 1 Jan by full advanced payment of RS. 1008 Booking id- LSL94132. when I reach the hotel on 31 Dec for check-in the hotel denied check-in reason given was all rooms were full they said they don't have any room available. they told me to get a refund from the Oyo because u have paid online to Oyo. because of not allowing check-in I was told by Oyo's assistant to cancel the booking and make again the booking.
            it is requested to kindly refund the full amount as the booking was canceled due to denied check-in by the hotel.

              I booked 2 rooms at JABALPUR from 28.12.2021 to 29.12.2021 for stay with my family.But when I reached at hotel for check in I found rooms and washrooms were very dirty (spitted pan and gutka on the walls).At once I called OYO Hotel contact No, [protected] for cancellation and I was assured for full return of money.But I got Rs. 300 out of Rs.2220.

              Still money is not refunded. I am surprised that OYO has included such properties in which one can not live with family.
              It is harassment for the family going out station and find such dirty rooms of a good organization. I paid full amount because after talking to an executive and I got disappointed seeing such rooms.
              Please do not make your customers disappointed with such commitment.

              I am not satisfied with your assistance because I have not stayed in OYO hotel because of bad property in which one can not stay with family. I had talked with one of your customer care officer regarding this property and he told me lie about the same that this property is good. OYO Room has added such property without facilities and goo amenities.
              I was totally disturbed when reached to stay there.
              I am writing complaint since 1st January2022.But still I have not received money.

                This is to inform you that I have booked OYO room on 31st Dec 2021 to celebrate New year. they have confirmed the booking and collected the money.

                When I reached to hotel, They denied our check-in by saying hotel room gets full, No room Available. I have a question when you do not have room why they have accepted our booking and charged the money. At the last we end up calling oyo and they said no room available near by. this is pathetic way to treat us, waster my New year celebration. at the end they said they will refund my booking money. its does not cost them, but it ruin my whole new year party.

                My urge is from consumer complaint to take strict action against oyo room, how can they do such thing.

                  I already filed a complaint against this. In return, I got this mail as attached and I replied to it saying/confirming that I just want my Rs 2086 back. After that, I didn't get refund, rather, I got a payment request asking me to pay Rs 2086 again.

                    I booked oyo today which is capital O 10824 hotel start suits by paying 2036 rs and I had to pay around 595 rs more.

                    So I contacted hotel regarding this they told me that I can pay that amount there also.

                    So I was relieved that I will pay their but I got a mail that mu booking is cancelled without giving any reason then I contacted customer care also like many times and soon they hear about my complain they cut my call.

                    Then I contacted agent through oyo app itself and they told me that my booking got cancelled because it is saved booking as I haven't paid 595 rs.
                    They cancelled it without informing me and they also have not given me any time limit that I have to pay within this time otherwise it will get cancel. The hotel also told me that I can pay the rest amount there.

                    I want my refund or otherwise rebook my oyo.

                      We booked room on Dec 28 through OYO at sholinganallur OYO 10018 grand residency. We booked 3 rooms from Dec 31 to Jan 2 and paid partial payment as directed by OYO. At the time of check-in the person at the property denied check-in and he is not responding properly and he told we have to leave by 6pm which OYO dint mention earlier and he also told they won't give rooms for OYO customer, only direct booking he will give. He behaved badly with us. When we called OYO customer complaint they dint respond properly and disconnected the call. Without any refund OYO cancelled the call. I spend 6750 for booking. Please help me to get back my refund amount.

                          Dear Sir,

                          I am writing to inform you that I have booked Oyo Townhouse Oak Woodtel for the check-in on 31st December-1st January 2022 bearing booking ID: PJZ74874 through the Oyo application. Due to some unavoidable circumstances, I had called the customer helpline number to cancel the booking. I had been instructed by voice-over that I will be getting back by refund within 7-10 days. To confirm, it asks me to press 1. I booked the hotel just one hour before the cancellation. I had been charged the full booking amount as my cancellation charge. I request you to refund the amount as soon as possible.

                          The amount I paid for the hotel is Rs. 2522/-.I called the customer care helpline more than 100 times to reissue my booking several times but they kept on cutting my calls without listening. It is very difficult to reach out to the service department. Because the call never gets connected. But now while trying to cancel the booking it shows it's a non-refundable booking. I tried convincing this issue to customer care several times but they kept disconnecting. It becomes very difficult to reach out to the service desk with the same number they use for the reservation table.

                          I would request you to do the needful and refund my amount at the earliest.

                          I have never faced this harassment with any other booking application.

                          I have also attached a copy of the customer invoice for your kind perusal and reference.

                            I have booked an OYO 76122 ST RESIDENCY today (30/12/2021)afternoon through oyo app.The amount of 992 rs has been deducted from my bank account but booking ID not generated.

                            So I filed a complaint against this, but due to the need, I successfully booked another oyo ‘GANAPATHY INN’ now(8.30pm) and the confirmation for this oyo came as soon as amount debited

                            But By around 9.30pm, the confirmation message for the previously booked OYO(ST residency) is coming, so I have to chose any one oyo and cancel the other.

                            I thought of taking the ST residency but the amount paid for the GANAPATHY INN OYO IS not refunded.

                            I booked the second one because of their delay only .So I need the refunded amount of Rs1059 rupees

                            Hope you will rectify this earlier.

                              For ref SRFR3414 there is a refund pending from last three weeks after confirmation from Oyo executive. Sent email four times no response. Tried calling on customer care and it goes in loops on ivrs. In main menu there is no link for completed booking. If we go to upcoming booking it has link for check on refunds but when you go in it routes back to main menu. Even if we get hold of any executive by chance they will take min 15 min hold and then disconnect call and no courtesy to call back. Pls don't book Oyo for future to save money and most importantly peace of mind. Almost always the property will deny check in citing rooms not available or ask for more charges and Oyo executive once had the guts to tell me to move to another property at mid night. Pls go to other platforms. This one is a poorly managed company which will close down any time.

                              After raising complaint here I got an email and call from Oyo team. Phone number they called in does not have incoming and they insist using customer care only.                               Your team has again said the usual thing we have processed refund and wil be received shortly which I am hearing for the third time in last one month. This time it's been ten days already. I am really surprised how a simple refund process is made so complicated by you guys and painful for consumers. It is really a pity you guys are operating in service industry with know knowledge on what consumer satisfaction means.                               Team Oyo takes minimum ten min and multiple calls even to understand the issue and never replies on emails we are not free enough to spend so much time contacting you.
                              On refund pls don't give never ending answer of 7-14 days. Give a date by when I can have refund. I m tired of this answer.

                              Finally after so much follow up received the refund. If Oyo expects people to reach out to online consumer forums even for simple refund which was confirmed and takes this long it is really a pity how they operate their business. This will be my last visit or contact with Oyo hopefully. Rest of consumers enter Oyo at your own risk and only when there is absolutely no option.
                              It is Highly unfortunate you did not read even my message. Booking id is mentioned in subject line and also first line of complaint. This clearly showcases your company short sightedness. Any ways for you again SRFR3414

                                  I booked a hotel oyo and I was notified that the payment failed but later I got an email saying I have checked in the hotel and an invoice attached for my payment. As it showed the payment was canceled, I had to go to another walk in hotel. Oyo said payment was failed and I will get the refund. Now they have sent an email with the payment Receipt and booking id. Earlier they have not provided me booking id or any confirmation as a notification poped up that you payment failed and booking was not complete. Ihave attached the email Id with booking confirmation and booking Id in this email. Please check and help me out with this. I'm confused what's going on. My registered number is [protected] .

                                  Yes. I've received a call from oyo and then I received an email asking account details for refund. I entered the account details correctly and got the confirmation but upon checking the refund status now it shows "failed". Why you're making this process complex. Please refund my money.                                   I've still not got any refund. It's been 15 days tjey said that the refund has been processed . I feel completely cheated now. Why Oyo is not returning money if they said that my payment failed and has not given me the booking. Please someone look into this.

                                    I tried to Book a room in OYO app on 23.12.21. The payment was successful but there is no bookings in the app.

                                    After reaching there, I was not allowed to enter the hotel, since I didn't have any booking ID.
                                    I had to stay someplace else and spend money again.

                                    I want my money back asap. Very bad. Been 7 days to it already and I've not still not gotten my money back.
                                    I booked but the app never verified my booking and then when I called Oyo support, the guy said that your booking has not been confirmed and it's stuck in processing. Hence, it'll be automatically cancelled and money will be refunded within 24hrs.
                                    It's been 7 days now. Please help me get my money back immediately.
                                    I really expect my issue to be resolved too just like others have gotten their money back, after facing the same issue.

                                      I have made a booking on 08th DEC 2021 with OYO Rooms, and i cancelled the same booking on the 13th DEC under the policy norms of OYO rooms, i get the status on the app that my booking is canceled and But there is no any mention of refund tranction id and trying to reach customer care they are only provide computer voice there is no refund related customer agent. They are not responding to calls or their chat Facility. I am waiting at 14day from the date of cancelled that booking. I want my money back. Please do something tried to connect with their support teams several times, but they don't give me a resolution on this. I tried to chat with them but there are just auto-generated responses. Here are the details-

                                        Hello i am writing this after calling on your customer care number 100 times.
                                        The issue is i made a booking on 16 of December 2021 in jaipur and due to an issue the payment was deducted from my account but booking was unsuccessful. So i checked the booking and it was not there and i thought you will refund the amount. So i made another booking for the same day on 16 at same hotel and checked in that hotel and at that time also it showed me in your oyo app only single booking only. So when i checked out from the room on same day at that time too it was only showing me a single booking only because i remembered that i gave it 1 star to rating to that hotel at checkout time.
                                        Today i checked my bank account and there was no refund regarding that first booking which the amount was deducted. And i opened your oyo app to check for customer care number and i found that you there were 2 booking of the same hotel same day 16 December 2021 with the same name.
                                        And i know that which booking was failed as i paid through the amazon pay which was failed on 16 December. So i wanr the refund of my amount 1099 rs. Of booking id- EL5F7648 ( which is shown as i know this was failed).
                                        So i called the customer care after trying 100 times sometimes the person was not listened properly and sometimes the call automatically cut after 8 minutes and so on.
                                        I have all the recording of the customer care executives.
                                        I am attaching relevant audio of customer care and screenshot of the booking too.
                                        Please help and resolve this issue otherwise i have to go to consumer court regarding the issue as this is your fault not mine and your service is worse like you wasted my whole day in this and in the end i received this mail id from your executive which i asked like 1000 times from everyone.
