Request for refund for unattended booking

Hello,
Good evening!

I had booked oyo for 21st-22nd Nov at OYO 158 Gurgaon but due to technical glitch in app it got booked for 16-17th Nov and i have paid 2156rs without even checking in the hotel
I have been trying to call oyo for the past 4 hrs and no service is being provided by them and i intend to never use oyo again but if anyone can help on this!

Regarding uninformed deductions during cancellation and inadequacy or false busy status for support lines

I had booked rooms via OYO IVR line on the 12th of November 2021 for a stay at Jamshedpur from Dec 10th to Dec 17th under the booking ID AJMI1231. I had paid an initial amount of INR 3164 for the booking and as informed by the reservation desk the full amount was refundable if the cancellation was made on or before Dec 10th 9:00AM. Also at the time of booking I had confirmed from the agent as to whether I can call up the property manager...

Stolen my product & worst hotel and service

My experience with Oyo 76157 Crown Stay Hotel :- Hotel staff demand extra money for room. Whole room wall was dump and paint coming out change two room both was same. Dirty room not cleaned even cigarette buds are there. I pass whole night by killing 30 to 40 mosquitoes. No bath towel, hand towel, hand soap was given by hotel. Dirty bed sheets. I want refund // booking ID - OYWQ0610

I booked a room yesterday at night and cancelled it within an hour due to emergency . However I paid online while booking. Even though I didn’t check in, they are not refunding my money. Poor quality of rooms, not refunding the money

We booked a hotel room via oyo. After time we reached and completed all the formalities for check in, we were taken to a room which was completely different from the one we booked. It was dark in the corner, smelly and was unhygenic. We tried cancelling the booking but the app was not functioning properly. We had to upload pictures of the room as per the oyo app. But then for the photo we were taken to another room which was the actual room...

Refer and earn program

I referred 2 of my friend and follwed all the step, but dont know why i cant find any single penny in oyo rupees, it ahowing you can use 50rs. On next booking but when i click on oyo rupees section it shows zero oyo rupees.What the hell is this.Is this reffral program is scam or what. I hope you can understand that you have to provide 50rs. Refund on wrongly cancelled booking

Hi,
I did not want this simple issue to escalate but it has come to a point of no return. I had booked an Oyo with booking ID - JV326872 where the hotel, on reaching their premises on 14th October, informed us no room was available despite booking it beforehand and paying the full deposit via the Oyo app.

Oyo id-U7M42037 wrong distance show and after cancel no amount refund

I has booked oyo room at 3 october having oyo id-U7M42037 from almora but i cancel my booking within hour,

Reason for Cancellation-

Not yet got my refund

Regarding the false booking and the denial of refund

I booked Chaitanya Beach Resort, Palande Beach, Dapoli from Booking.com. It was booked by the OYO agent and the booking id was GHQK7775. There were WhatsApp messages, SMS and email as well having two links for payment. One was for partial payment and one was for full payment. We made a partial payment of 2964 INR.

When we reached the hotel it denies us for check-in and the owner said that the resort belongs to me and the old...

Bedbugs and checked out early NO REFUND

My room ended up having bed bugs so I checked out early. My deposit was not refunded and I was not refunded money for the nights that I did not stay. Confirmation # HGGWP1213259 My stay was from 11/6-11/8
I even previewed the rooms to make sure the rooms were room clean and as advertised. Mine was not.. I should have known better then to stay it was a run down room with toilet paper wrappers plugging holes, a dirty floor, broken counter...
