I made an online booking on 20nov21 for millennium hotel amritsar, the complete payment of rs 1375/- was done online, i received the confirmation email also, regarding the same, but wen I reached the hotel, they said Rs 613/- is the balance amount, u need to pay, before u check in, i tried oyorooms customer care, bt they didnt provide me with any solution.

    I had booked a room through OYO as I was travelling to Delhi alone. When I arrived at the hotel at night I was told that they do not allow single ladies. So at 12 am I had to go and look for other rooms.

    This was very unsafe and unethical. If there are any such restrictions then that should be mentioned in the app that says that they do not allow single women.

    The service was very bad and the hotel staff were also rude. Even when I had called earlier the call was not getting connected to the hotel. Very poor service.

      I have done booking from an OYO app on 22/11/2021. Money has been debited from my bank account but my booking didn't get confirmed. I tried to contact customer care but it's asking for booking ID, my booking didn't get confirmed so how can I have booking Id. Please resolve my issue and refund my money back.

        My booking I'd AEBZ2183
        I booked Oyo 79252 for 2 days on 22.11.21
        I recieved a what's app message as your booking confirmed after that I didn't even opened my Oyo app
        After I reached hotel shocked seeing that my booking got cancelled in last minute
        After I got chat with Oyo customer care he is saying that I cancelled by myself after 9 am so there won't be refund. note :this is not first time happened already after I called customer care they saying that it may be bcz of technical issues .I want my 100 % refund nothing more than that.
        I don't think this is fair to pay my money for your technical issues also i don't even received single notification regarding cancellation nd also i don't even modified booking .this thing need to be resolved as soon possible also i want my back .

              I booked property with this booking id H81R8980 at lucknow on 20 nov 21, but when i reached at property they refused to check-in. They told that they havn't room available than i called to oyo custumer care but they didn't positive response me. No body helped me. I want to my refund. Please do needful for me.

                Payment confirmation pending, last time too I had to follow up and escalte to get it confirmed. Booking was done via booking.com for stay in OYO.

                Please confirm at the earliest. I have sent several mails and once spoke to Oyo customer care and they confirmed verbally it's paid in full but don't see any confirmation.

                  This is to inform you that i booked hotel (booking id: E9YF9151) through call with OYO executive on 16.11.2021 with partial payment amount INR 1800(refer screen shot) and executive said you will get confirmation/verification call on later.

                  On 18.11.21, i received call from hotel management. He informed me that you have to pay remaining amount to confirm booking. Please be note that person have all information like partial payment detail which i made, remaining amount, location of hotel, Name of hotel, name of customer etc. Based on information i paid amount of 4800 INR through UPI (refer attached screenshot).

                  During check in at hotel on 18.11.2021
                  I came to know at hotel reception that payment has not been received. Person who called me is not available at hotel as well as on call. After many trial of calls and hot discussion with hotel staff I again paid remaining amount to hotel via UPI payment INR 5397 to get room(Refer screen shot) . Later i came to know that first payment of INR 4800 is a fraud payment.

                  Now question arise that,

                  Case -1
                  If person calling from hotel to get remaining payment then why hotel management asking to do repayment

                  Case-2
                  If person is not calling from hotel or any other third party then how they had information about my booking with payment details.

                  In view of above from both the cases its clearly shows that its mistake of OYO/hotel management to leak booking information or not accepting payments.

                  Customer booking hotel for hassle-free journey. Here i feeled that i made mistake by booking through OYO with advance payment and feeled guilty.

                  I request to you that please investigate above concern and initiate refund of INR 4800 (refer screen shot).

                      Hi we have made a booking at one of the Oyo hotel named Hotel Vibes at Bahadi.

                      When I reached the hotel, no one was available and the hotel is locked. I contacted hotel the manager numbers but no response.

                      Then I cancelled my booking and contacted Oyo customer care.. now they have asked me to file complaint at this portal.

                      I'm literally very disappointed with the service.. please refund me the total amount of

                        I had made a transaction of rs 209 in oyo room booking app ( pay 209 and pay rest at the hotel option). And I choosed the upi payment method (phonepe)and the money was succesfully deducted from my bank account. But there was no update in the app after making the payment even no details in the booking section either. After some time I found a notification of oyo that the payment was failed. I not attempted to pay second time concerninv the same will happen again. My mail id used in the oyo is [protected]@gmail.com... Give my money back oyo

                            When i enter into this hotel..
                            They don't offer me seprate room
                            They offered me a room where multiple people's already was staying

                            Then i cancelled my booking.

                                Good evening!

                                I had booked oyo for 21st-22nd Nov at OYO 158 Gurgaon but due to technical glitch in app it got booked for 16-17th Nov and i have paid 2156rs without even checking in the hotel
                                I have been trying to call oyo for the past 4 hrs and no service is being provided by them and i intend to never use oyo again but if anyone can help on this!

                                      I had booked rooms via OYO IVR line on the 12th of November 2021 for a stay at Jamshedpur from Dec 10th to Dec 17th under the booking ID AJMI1231. I had paid an initial amount of INR 3164 for the booking and as informed by the reservation desk the full amount was refundable if the cancellation was made on or before Dec 10th 9:00AM. Also at the time of booking I had confirmed from the agent as to whether I can call up the property manager and ensure my booking confirmation to which the reservation agent responded positively.

                                      After the booking confirmation I had received the phone number for the actual property where the booking was made, which was useless and did not connect me through. I had taken individual effort to search for the property over the web and find its contact number. On calling up the property manager, the person declined to honor any pre-paid bookings made via OYO and that he would like me to have OYO and the property manager on a conference call to confirm that I would get a room.

                                      Now I tried to reach the service desk which was again the same IVR with different options. However the service desk is always made to return that the technicians are busy. We are never allowed to connect to the service desk over IVR. Frustrated by this I tried to use the reservation desk option and get a resolution for my issue. To this the reservation desk kept transferring my call to the service desk which again gave an automated response that the agents are busy. I am not sure how the agents are busy, I have tried at 12:00 noon, 1:00AM early morning and even at 4:00PM. All times the agents are busy is the standard response for OYO support.

                                      This is a pathetic gimmick played by OYO rooms. Next I go ahead with cancellation as I had no one satisfactorily respond or resolve my issue with respect to the booking. The cancellation was done via their online website which during the cancellation page clearly showed that the net refund amount is INR 3164 which is the amount that I had initially paid. Only after confirming the same (for which I have the screenshot clearly) I had proceeded to cancel the booking.

                                      But to my astonishment the refund initiated was for INR 2765. I had to again get this clarified and this time I took their chat option route for which the agent kept stating that INR of 399 was against some subscription and that it is not refundable. I was never informed of it during my booking and neither was it informed in my cancellation page. In fact on the contrary it was clearly stated on the cancellation page that I would receive a net refund amount of INR 3164.

                                      What OYO is doing is plain blunt robbery and customer mis-information. Also customers are not given adequate channels and immediate resolution to their issue after a booking is made, how ever booking/reservation IVR lines are always manned and answered within minutes.

                                      Desirable resolution - is that I should get my money full back i.e INR 3164, and also additional compensation to the agony and pain I had to go through in getting this resolved. Also OYO should be mandated to have adequate and reasonably reachable support services to address consumer complaints which are in large numbers as seen from their twitter pages - https://twitter.com/OYO4U/with_replies

                                      No please go back to your team and ask them what was my complaint. Please do not give me templated responses. As stated clearly, I SHOULD get a refund of 3164 as I was never informed of any non-refundable charges by your reservation agent nor in your cancellation screen and this is day light robbery. I expect the case to not be closed and get back with a positive resolution than giving stupid reasons for non compliance.
