My experience with Oyo 76157 Crown Stay Hotel :- Hotel staff demand extra money for room. Whole room wall was dump and paint coming out change two room both was same. Dirty room not cleaned even cigarette buds are there. I pass whole night by killing 30 to 40 mosquitoes. No bath towel, hand towel, hand soap was given by hotel. Dirty bed sheets. No water jug, glass, mirror in room or bathroom. T.V. not working. Stolen my mobile charger no lock in room door from outside door any body can enter in room if guest not in room. No security guard available in Hotel. Worst dirty bathroom and W.C. ever seen. Hotel staff force me to give rating in front of them. I have to register F.I.R. for missing Samsung M51 25W Travel Adapter + C to C Cable.

    I booked a room yesterday at night and cancelled it within an hour due to emergency . However I paid online while booking. Even though I didn’t check in, they are not refunding my money. I want justice and need my money. This is how you oyo guys suck customers!!! I contacted customer care instantly n number of times they refused to help. I am going mad . Please help me please I need my money which oyo took foe nothing. I want investigation and not stopping until I’m getting my money

      We booked a hotel room via oyo. After time we reached and completed all the formalities for check in, we were taken to a room which was completely different from the one we booked. It was dark in the corner, smelly and was unhygenic. We tried cancelling the booking but the app was not functioning properly. We had to upload pictures of the room as per the oyo app. But then for the photo we were taken to another room which was the actual room showed on oyo app. Even that room was stinking, it had dirty curtains and dusty linens.
      We left that property that very moment as it didn't feel safe as well.
      The oyo app has marked us as checked-in. Though we left that place after seeing the condition of the rooms.
      Now oyo customer care representatives are just delaying the matter. Every call we made has been taken casually without any substantial steps taken by them.

            I referred 2 of my friend and follwed all the step, but dont know why i cant find any single penny in oyo rupees, it ahowing you can use 50rs. On next booking but when i click on oyo rupees section it shows zero oyo rupees.What the hell is this.Is this reffral program is scam or what. I hope you can understand that you have to provide 50rs. If you said you will in first reffral but i cant find single pennny. Plz solve it fast so i can use it on my next booking, i had respect for this brand but now i think its going down.. There's no contact email or special phone number for this kinf of problem too.. I tried all and followed all steps so please give 50 oyo rs. As per scheme so i will gain truat in thia program and refer to more of my friend.. Thanks

            I already read refer and earn condition so many times, but i didn't see anything like 50 oyo rupee reward in my account.i know very well that how refer and earn work and read all the condition before contacting you... So please look in this matter and solve it as fast as possible..             I attached the refer nd earn reward pahe as you can see i didn't recived the first 50 oyo rupee bonus.. Hope you understand and add this deserving amount of 50rs. To me.               Heard about oya rooms and decided to reserve a room fro the first time for a friend, wanted to share the experience/difficulties faced by me.

              1. Nov, 8, 2021 (first incident)
              This is to bring to your notice that i had reserved a room on behalf of my friend for November 8-9, 2021 at Oyo 5171(booking ID F7TY2109), (Mr. Salvador Carneiro: M-[protected]) Hotel Palace Residency, had done a gpay of Rs. 150, got a discount for the room for 599/- i was told. However after hotel palace resident, i was told by the reception at the hotel, the person who book at to com to tha palace and what ever booking was done by me was invalid for the guest to stay as it was not done from the guest's mobile number, the receptionist/owner of the hotel refused any further explanation, and the guest(Mr. Salvador Carneiro: M-[protected]) had to pay the the whole amount, and checked in, since the guest was very exhausted after an eighteen hours of travel checked in at the same place paying the whole amount. this is totally unfair from the customer care they i told them the guest is another person and was traveling, so was unable to make the booking and i did it one his behalf..they said not a problem, but the above incident mentioned happened at the hotel.request you guys dont provide information jusy to make money out of peope. the money i lost the amount paid to get the discount and the guest had to pay the whole amount.

              2. November 11, 2021(second incident)
              Did a booking for the same guest( November 11-12, 2021 at Oyo 76488(booking ID S0O14513), (Mr. Salvador Carneiro: M-[protected]) Hotel iMPEX Residency, (earlier known as cosmo hotel, was very difficult to find the address/location as mentioned hotel Impex) from his telephone number, I mentioned to customer care that the guest has a late check in and late check ou, i was told by customer care that the guest would have to pay aprrox. Rs, 300 for late check out, however today when the guest went to the reception desk, they mentioned it is not allowed and he will have to pay for the whole day charges and that is rs. 1000/-, he wanted a late check out, cause his train was schedule to leave tonight at 9.50 p, m today and he had no place to stay, so he had to check out this afternoon at 12 as told by the owner of the hotel. This is just not done, and in both case we were given false information, we really didnt expect this from Oyo rooms, Hoping you would address this issue in brief

                On Date 02.10.2021 I booked a room with the confirm payment of Rs 799 ID KXC05699 with online from Oyo app at Agra in Oyo 33490 Hotel the Orient Tree from 02.10.2021 to 03.10.2021. My journey was from Panipat to Agra with family. After rushed the Hotel at night around 23:15 Hrs. I talked with hotel receptionist related to booked room in the hotel. They told me the hotel is completely full and force me to cancel the booking and book other hotels. When I tell them, I already paid for the room at the time of room booking and confirmation message also received from your side. When I ask to them related to amount refund, they told me talk with Oyo customer care they will refund your amount. Whole night I will stay in my car due to non-availability of rooms in Late night in Agra.
                Related to amount refund I cancel my room booking but amount not received. after 15 day after I called to OYO customer Care and ask related to refund. They told me your check out is showing in our records.
                I tell them. I was not checked in the hotel how to show check out. Please give me as a proof of my check in hotel time CCTV footage, Submitted ID card Xerox, Hotel checked in register my signature. When I ask all details they told me they had file a audit complain and they will be revert within a week. But they are not called me and refund my amount.
                Again on 23 Oct 1:53PM I called Oyo customer care and same thing again done with me. They told me they will be reverting me. But still I am not received my amount.
                Thus refusing to give room even after booking a room after payment with the family at night it is very critical and dangerous.
                It is very wrong to cheat on family people in night . I hope you will understood my problem. So I am requesting to you please revert my booking amount another wise I will escalate the matter in social media /public grievance/ twitter/Facebook/and newspaper also.

                  Hi,
                  I did not want this simple issue to escalate but it has come to a point of no return. I had booked an Oyo with booking ID - JV326872 where the hotel, on reaching their premises on 14th October, informed us no room was available despite booking it beforehand and paying the full deposit via the Oyo app.

                  I subsequently booked another Oyo room without cancelling the previous booking. The surprising thing was the booking amount of the previous Hotel which refused us stay, despite us booking the room with full deposit, got redirected into my Oyo Money wallet which is not possible to use and it's getting expired on 10th February 2022.

                  This is a very concerning situation as not only did they refuse me a service which I have paid for and was assured via the App, they also decided to put an expiry date on the amount and basically locked me off from using it . I do not want to use any terms to suggest what they did but this is very fraudulent.

                  I would request Oyo to take this matter seriously, and if not I might as well avail the offer from the Oyo hotel owners that asks us to book the rooms calling them first and not through the Oyo app, as at least I can get value for what I paid for.

                    I has booked oyo room at 3 october having oyo id-U7M42037 from almora but i cancel my booking within hour,

                    Reason for Cancellation-
                    I search hotel within near about me so hotal show range 2 to 3 km so i book hotel when i call hotel so he told me this hotel so far from location (near about 70 kk), i connect oyo assistance and request to cancel my booking and refund my amount. hotel cancel but no amount receive.

                    i try many time to oyo regarding this problem but no action take place.

                        I booked Chaitanya Beach Resort, Palande Beach, Dapoli from Booking.com. It was booked by the OYO agent and the booking id was GHQK7775. There were WhatsApp messages, SMS and email as well having two links for payment. One was for partial payment and one was for full payment. We made a partial payment of 2964 INR.

                        When we reached the hotel it denies us for check-in and the owner said that the resort belongs to me and the old owner had not deactivated the OYO account for the resort.

                        I tried calling booking.com and they concluded that Refund will be initiated from OYO only.

                        I tried calling OYO 10+ times in the last 3 days. The customer care number is +91-[protected].

                        All of the executives have cut off my calls.

                        Please help me in this matter.

Booking no X0030849 I m complaint in oyo with booking details..by mistake I m booked room on wrong date. Then I m calling after 15 min of booking in oyo but oyo told me it's reservation department again nd again I m calling but they told me same answer.. Nd 1 executive told me u r already check in hotel. But I m told him I m not check in hotel then I m calling hotel owner nd executive on conference call but owner told him by mistake check in show.. Then executive told me ma'am after check in we are not refund money... How it's possible I m not check in .owners faculty it is.. Oyo only give 80 rupees.. I want to my full refund. .                             I have booked 2 rooms for Jaipur unfortunately system has taken automatically dates I want to book for 20th November 2021 but system has taken toe day current date when I saw this mistake I cancelled my booking. After that I got a message that the refund amount was very less. The total amount was 1433.
                            Please refund my all amount. I don't know the Oyo policies. Please help me regarding this.

                              My room ended up having bed bugs so I checked out early. My deposit was not refunded and I was not refunded money for the nights that I did not stay. Confirmation # HGGWP1213259 My stay was from 11/6-11/8
                              I even previewed the rooms to make sure the rooms were room clean and as advertised. Mine was not.. I should have known better then to stay it was a run down room with toilet paper wrappers plugging holes, a dirty floor, broken counter top holing the sink I had to plug in the lamps so that they would work. but the bed was so old I could feel the springs. But the bed bug were the last bites were my final.
                              I went up overnight desk because that is all that is open at this time, even though this is 10:30 am ask what he, the manger/owner would like to do. he shrugged his shoulders said he would call the pest control. I asked what about me. He didn't respond. I asked for another room because I had another night, he told me he didn't want to spread them. I asked for black bags because I didn't want them in my car as I traveled home where I could treat them. I also asked for a refund he told me that he would refund my deposit; Which I have yet to receive. He also stated that I needed to contact the company that I made the reservation with, when I did that they told me it was a service issue and i had to contact OYO because they already had they money. Every time I contact OYO I get hung up on, or I no understand you.

                                I’m the property owner of POP 83160 Sri Kameswara Lodge N Convention Amadalavalasa 532185.
                                I’m suffering with OYO since Day1 of my property Listing.
                                When I’m surfing internet for OYO registration without knowledge.
                                One OYO Excutive unknown name called me and forced to list my property without giving any information. at that time I don’t know any thing about online bookings terms and App operations etc. OYO teem not trained me or told me how to operate CO-OYO app, what is the OYO Rules etc.
                                My property listed on 28 th sept 2021.
                                I’ve received a booking on 29 th sep for a un married couple at lowest price, but I’ve checkin this guest. All my moral ethics are leaved for this first booking. I don’t know to checkin on app so I’ve not marked this first booking as checkin so the OYO teem marked this booking as no show. This is first day experience.
                                After 2-3 days I found that all my bookings are marked as NO SHOW. Then I’ve tried a lot to contact OYO Excutive. He dos not answered my calls, then I’ve mailed so many issues to OYO support they have not responded or replayed for my maile’s. day to day I’m getting so many issues.
                                without experience I’ve updated walk-in advance bookings on Co OYO app but this bookings are canceled in last minute, but these bookings are marked as checkin. Sum of no show bookings are marked as forced checkin, all of this type of issues worth is above 50, 000.
                                OYO team calculating, all walk-in bookings worth 30, 000 + OYO bookings worth 40, 000 + wrong entries worth 50, 000 total 1, 20, 000 as room revenue. Finally OYO settled this account to pay back 50, 000. All these transactions done in 35 days. How to solve this problem? nobody answers my mailes or phone calls. On my CO OYO app there is no AGM number displayed. I’ve no way. finally I’m praying you to settle my issues urgently. Please settle my bills I’m in financial trouble please save me. As per my knowledge OYO collected room rentals on my property up to 40000. Please do necessary action urgently.

                                  Ref: My booking with OYO28592-SRI MARUTI PILGRIM HOUSE-Trichy, Tamil Nadu, INDIA. Booking ID:H1TW6729

                                  I have recently booked a 3 pax room with the above referred facility with Check in dates as 31 Oct – 01 Nov 2021.

                                  Unfortunately, I was unable to use the facility as the property was against all my expectations and hopes. In my last 30-35 years of business and personal life, I never had encountered a “Hotel” experience in any country or place I have visited, whereby, I do not have words in my vocabulary to explain how horrible, horrifying and disappointing, it was.

                                  With much difficulty to find the hotel, we reached the place about 6:30 pm on the day. It was in a so much congested and shady area where people even cannot walk or even stand on the road or pavements. There was not even space to park a bicycle in front of the facility which I was supposed to stay. The promise was that there are ample FREE vehicle parking spaces in front of the facility. It was so untidy and foul smelling atmosphere all around.

                                  Tried to call them sitting at the vehicle but no one picked up. Tried calling OYO help but it was disconnecting after reaching 2 options that were available as per the IVR (Inter-active Voice Response) facility.

                                  After waiting and failed phone calls, I decided to go into the reception area. The entrance area was not at all visible from outside. With much difficulty had tried to reach the reception. None was available there to attend me nor to take phone calls.

                                  There was foul smell all around inside the place.

                                  Some weird/scary looking persons were around the place but they offered No Help.

                                  After waiting around half hour, had desperately returned from the place and found another decent Hotel in the city and stayed there for the night.

                                  After an hour or so, had tried to call on the numbers available once again (both on the hotel as available on the booking confirmation and on the OYO Helpline) but was of no use. Nothing was able to be conveyed nor anything was able to bet resolved. After about a hour, was able to talk to one person at the facility but was not able to understand anything which I tried to talk in English language nor in any other language, possible. (It was mentioned on the booking confirmation that they can speak my own language, in case I do not know any other!)

                                  I strongly urge someone from OYO to interfere urgently and make sure that these guys refund my money in full. I have paid Rs: 1, 458/ on 29th October 2021 with a booking reference number: “H1TW6729’

                                  So disappointing and disgusting a place to try staying in if everyone wants to go that town!!!

                                  Do let me know in case you require any additional information in this regard.

                                  N.B: Please try not to sell these king of places to your prospective guests, which may surely damage your Goodwill and Fame and eventually to lose the trust that OYO have got in the customer minds.

                                    I was booking a room from Oyo app on 05/11/2021 from 7th heaven hotel Jamshedpur for Rs. 1194, and my money got deducted from my PhonePay Wallet but no booking showing on my Oyo app, tried to contact the customer care but they are unable to help me on that because I don't have the booking id. Need the refund asap. Please find the attachment for the payment
