With regards to above book you had provided an alternative booking as my initial booking was not available though I had paid 50% advance to get the booking confirmation. kindly note below

I had to call multiple times in first place to get the alternate booking as I was told the original booking with another hotel was not traceable though I had paid 50% rental as confirmation charges.
After getting the alternative even before the checkin date that is December 22nd I had called and raised the isse that as per the photos the hotel does not look similar to the original hotel I had booked. I was assured over phone that it will be similar.
I had booked one room for 2 adults + 2 kids and second room for 2 adults. Upon arriving at the facility around 12 AM on the 23rd night I realised that both rooms are for couple only with no facility for the kids. On asking the desk manager he had told that we had to manage with the same bed are have to get extra beds at additional cost. I had told him that it is not as per my booking and told that I will not be checking in.
After with great difficulty I had managed an alternate stay at my own and checked in around 4 AM and had to undergo hassle due to the issue of booking.
Immediatly I had made a call and raised the issue and was assured that I would get a reply within 24 hrs.
To my dismay I only got an invoice for no show. How come this is acceptable??
Kindly ensure to refund my advance payment as it is not an no show it is an issue with your alternate booking and same has been raised by me prior to the visit and also post the visit.

    So me and my girlfriend's got a room here for the night and we texting early about 5 this morning and I called the man when I got into the room the one who works at the front desk to ask him by chance is there anyway he could get a microwave for me in this room because there's no microwave a Reuben and there's also no towels but my real concern was just a microwave because I was very hungry want to eat breakfast it's 6 in the morning they don't serve breakfast I was going to cook some oatmeal he told me no so as well is there a chance you can switch my room then and give me a room with a microwave he said no very rudely. And then whenever we first arrived my girlfriend went to pay the man at the front desk the money to stay here which is $100 down deposit and I don't know how much you paid for other room stuff but I know there was a deposit and see accidentally grabbed his keys front desk he's mistaking them for hers because she has some on a lanyard as well and when she got to the car and realized she had his keys as we were bringing our stuf[censored]pstairs she's like oh don't I got to go meet this man skis and I was like yeah you should have those who like I didn't mean to I thought their mind so we were walking up to our room with our belongings and we were about to go downstairs and bring him the keys realize you left them in the car so we went back to the car I'm going back to the car and we're walking towards the front the man came out and was very rude to my girlfriend saying that she meant to take the keys and basically was just being a complete ### whole excuse my French but for no reason I don't want to go to jail there for that's why I'm writing a grievance or I would have took matters in my own hand and crush them like a dog but I need to stay stay right now because I am homeless and we paid our money stay here therefore I feel very offended the way this employee of yellow yo hotels refused to give me a microwave refuse to let me switch rooms and then had the audacity to tell me that I could check out and you give me my money back but not my deposit I am very very very disappointed and upset with this. I have been a very long time Oyo regular but I used to go to the one in Alexandria Not Pineville the employees in Alexandria we're also very rude and disrespectful to me because my ex boyfriend owes them money and they take that out on me and do not let me come on their property I just want something done about this except because I think it is very very very wrong to refuse a guess the request to have a microwave in the room which should have already been in the room to begin with and I really would like something done about this I am very upset and I'm already like to write a bad review on this hotel and plus there are roaches everywhere in every room I'm very displeased with my choice of staying at this certain Oyo Hotel I am Lacey rashall & if possible I would like to get the corporate office the head of the corporate office of the Ohio hotels to please give me a call at area code[protected] thank you so much

      My experience is very poor in your service. Before 2days of my journey you give me message that I have to change hotel, but your offerd hotel is long distance from my destination. I told you to exchange my hotel with trinoynee but you told me that it is not possible Cancel hotel and book it again but rate is very high. I already canceled my booking. I was facing a huge losses I had to cancel my train booking my office leave was loss.

        Actually I booked a hotel room called Oyo 78307 Amber homestay on 29th Dec for 3 nights in Coorg Karnataka from 31st December 2021 to 3rd January 2022
        The booking Id is IR7I5877.
        I paid 53332 rupees .it's been so many days I am calling them they are saying it got refunded but I didn't got any money in my bank account .They told me to check Oyo money then I saw 2200 ruppees is there not even my full refund .I don't want money in Oyo money I want in my bank account SBI . Please give my money back .

          Oyo 013 New Friends Colony,
          He is asking properly the exact checkout. N checkin timings ., n I have pain 1800 first I booked the room ( he has asked to pay in cash) I asked I ll pay by card - he said - company will take away the money n all n blah blah ! Then when I wanted to extend my stay for one more night he asked to pay 1800 more, on gpay in two different numbers ! I paid total payment 1800 plus my food payment ! He asked check out time I said 5pm, so at 5pm he said to check out . I requested him to let us stay as we changed our mind so will be leaving the next day by 11am ( it’s in policy the checkout time) he said he had bookings n we have to leave ! I insisted so he asked me to pay more 400 rupees ??? I asked whyyy to payyy then he callled n laughing ! Mam Maine booking kar do ti humari building band hojaegi aage se Dhyan rkhna n all !!! I strictly said 400 rupees kisss k lie toh he said wo rehne do firrr. Chhoro !!!

            I`ve issued a refund for my double booking as I mistakenly booked twice for same hotel so canceled one ..I called the customer care and they said the refund will be initiated once you check out of the hotel ...but still I haven't received my refund amount

            It now says that my refund has been failed i filled that same form 2 times but it shows failed again and again

              I was given wrong information that i will be given check in early and would not charged extra also, however when i reached the premises they said that early check is not possible, and then after some arguments they said that i can't check in at 12 also

              Also i had word with their executive Harshita, she took hotel owner on call and she was siding with the hotel owner on the call, she did not listen to me and she also asked the hotel owner to disconnect the call if he wants, she also said "shant ho jao"

              I sent them email with call recording and asked for refund as i did not even stay there, and they denied my refund request.

                      I am writing this incident for the refund of 6534 rs which got deducted without any reason . Oyo's agent has cancelled my booking without any intimation that I will not get any refund. I booked 3x delux room but after reached the hotel it was double bed only.

                      I have proof and the recording of the calls that how much time I called your executive and everytime I different response which is very pathetic and unsatisfied

                      Because of the oyo team such behaviour I got disappointed, feel harrassed and have to waste 4 hours with my fam.ily and we have to wait on the road with kids. After getting tired i booked another room.

                      I request you to please take actionand help to provide my full refund instead of wallet money 202. Oyo's company behaving like a theft. I will sue them and take action legally if I did not get refund along compensation.

                        I was travelling with family from Hyderabad to Visakhapatnam and decided to stay overnight at Vijayawada. Booked a oyoroom and was lured to pay upfront by extending a discount. When I checked into the hotel, the room was in a shabby state. Table not cleaned. Linen was not changed but looks like the bed was made using the same old linen. Mosquitoes are there in the room. Checked out immediately within 5 mins. Where as the property manager checked me out on the tool the next day at 11.00 AM. May be for taking money from Oyo. This is one side of the fact. The other side is from OYO, which is to its heights.
                        Called up the customer service, after a long wait and toggling through multiple IVRS nos, landed on a representative only to be told that they are a booking service and need to reachout to another no for complaints. Tried other no and my story with IVRS continues. Finally a representative picks the call hears the entire complaint and starts pretending the she cannot hear me when I can hear her clearly. after few seconds she disconnects teh call citing she is unable to hear. I tried again, an a representative came online heard my story and agreed to resolve the issue, but to my dismay another representative comes online wishing me and wanting to know my issue. This change of hands from one rep to another rep continued for 4 reps on the exact same call. Finally, I lost my cool on a representative adn she agreed to sort the matter by staying with me on the call. This time she patched me with the property manager for validating the customer complaint. This to me is a strange way of sorting out the issue. Why would a property manager take the blame. He would definitely throw it on customer. Why would a customer after paying and decided to stay at hotel which is rated 4.2 complaints about it and checks out the hotel within mins. I was forced to go searching out for a better hotel at night with my family because of Oyo and its staff inappropriate behaviour. Request a full refund if not for the hardships I faced.

Tehsil sounth west delhi 110045. india on 31st dec but we had cancelled as there was no Hotel on the Given Address.my Advance payment was deducted 2437 INR which i didnt received till now if you want i can show you my bank statement for the same.

                            Hello,

                            My booking (ZNHM7028) was not honored or accepted by Shiva Shanthi Hotel Manager (Mr. Gandhi, Mob: [protected]). Manager said there are payments pending from OYO (for other booking), so he didn't honor/accept my booking. The Property Manager asked me to speak with local OYO executive Mr. Ranjith (Mob: [protected]). Mr. Ranjith promised that he will arrange for a refund; still now I haven't received my money.

                            You can double check with both of them regarding this matter.
                            Also I am not sure why your Customer care IVR line is not getting connected if I want to raise a refund request or modification request.
                            For any new booking request immediately the line is connected to an agent, but the same quality of service is not provided for an existing/old booking request.

                              I booked a hotel, Capital Residency in Sulthan Bathery on 2021 Dec 28 to 29. Booking Id BSWE0863. After I reached in hotel and they told, cancelled the contract with OYO since September 2021. So can't give the room, I tried to call customer care, they are not responded. I inform OYO, through chat, I am going to cancel the room. But I didn't get the refund, they are telling can't give it, because as per cancellation policy, need to cancel before 9 am. But this case I don't know the room is not ready.

                              So please help me to get my refund, because it is not my mistake.

                                I have made a booking on with OYO Rooms by mistake just analyse the price, and i cancelled the same booking on the same day under the policy norms of OYO rooms, i get the status on the app that my booking is canceled and But there is no any mention of cancellation policy regarding online booking. But they are charging cancellation charge unnecessarily with the full amount. They are not responding to calls or their chat Facility. I just want to know what the will cost. But it takes me to pay. By mistake, I got paid. I just want to get my money in any way. I just got cheated by them. I want my money back. Please do something tried to connect with their support teams several times, but they don't give me a resolution on this. I tried to chat with them but there are just auto-generated responses.                                   On 11/23/2021 I had booked a room for my visit in Bangalore for the 10th of December. Unfortunately, I had made the full payment on my booking. On the 8th of December, I got the notice that my booking was changed to a cheaper hotel for the same price. I immediately cancelled my booking and I got the email confirmation on my refund being issued on 9th December 9:08 AM.
                                  I was told to wait for 7-14 business days for the refund to be credited back into my account. It's 01/03/2022 now and am still waiting for the refund.

                                    I had booked a room and had paid Rs.2086 for the same. But there was no Booking ID generated, the OYO app shows payment not verified but the money got debited from my account. I tried contacting the customer service, even they are not able to track down the issue. Hence, I want a refund, as the room did not get booked.

                                      I was trying to book room and I gave all the details and it asked to pay, I paid through Gpay, amount got deducted but OYO says payment not verified. I don't have booking ID as well as I contacted customer service, even they have no knowledge about this please help me get my money back.

                                        I booked an OYO Room and did the advance payment. When I reached the location the hotel doesn't exist. I contacted the helpline number of OYO Rooms but they were also not able to address my problem. According to them, the hotel exists there and they ate accepting an advance payment for the room. I talked to the helpline number for more than 1 hour. Some of them hung up my call just because they were not able to address the problem. Some discussed the problem and said me to call the service desk and press 2, but by pressing 2 the call hanged up again. They wasted my time and didn't provide me with the solution. In the end, I have to cancel the booking then according to their policy, they do not refund the money(100% cancellation charge). I totally agree with the policy, but the fraud they are doing by accepting the advance payment without verifying the room exists or not is covered in their policy. When I reached the location I came to know that the same fraud they have done with many other people also. Never expected this from such a big company. In the end I would say the helpline service is useless in such kind of situation. I have call record of all the calls, and I am going to file a complain against them.
