I had a great experience with OYO just now. They shifted my property THRICE and then finally the third property denied the Check-in by reasoning there is no tie-up with OYO. And by luck I booked the same hotel at 15% lesser by booking at Hotel Reception. According to me OYO is Worst Service Provider, Shifting Property is their Key Feature, and most important they show fake MRP's of the rooms.

    They are cheating with customer. Today i booked hotel for my parents booking id is FZHW9462. When my parents gone to check in hotel. So hotel manager asking to more money. He blames to OYO. And oyo blames to hotel management. And despite this my parents are suffering problem. Also i called on OYO customer care too many time but no one get resolve with this. Customer care executives are told me to hold my call they are transferring to supervisor.bt did not get response yet.

      I searched hotels in shimla near mall road and i booked 1 hotel named "sunny woods cabin" in the morning for today and tomorrow. The distance showed in the app was 1.3 km but whn i checked in google maps that hotel was too far 6 kmfrom mall road. Parking issues are there on mall road that is why i was searching hotels having there own parking but mall road was far away from there if i go there by walking. I want refund of my money which i paid from paytm fr that hotel.

        I mayank booked a room for 2 september at hotel baswari through oyo in prayagraj
        Booking id - dqmt6502

        I had made a booking for deluxe 3x which is a big room for 2 but they provided me the classic 2x which is too small to accomodate having room no. 103.

        The room bed was smelling and the water was not comming also. The room beside mine was occupied by many boys which was partying loudly and all this made us feel unsecure to stay their. Nd we decided to check out within an hour.

        When at the time of check out the receptionist without asked me take my phone and by saying that they was searching booking id started rating the experiences, i suddenly looked and take my phone before they do and said i will rate you not u on your themselves.. They are so cunning..

        One of the staff of the hotelier had staring my friend so long which makes me disappointed it was totally a bad experience for me with oyo as i had booked first time.

        I had talked so much and made complaint regarding this but no resolution is given from their side. I totally tired to talk and repeat the same thing from 3 days but no escalation is provided.

        Please kindly provide my refund of rs 1117 for the services charged but not used.

          Booking ID UGFS7691.
          I booked above booking for OYO 41981 Royal Heritage
          Check in date 31/08/19.
          When we reached there from Delhi by Air, I asked for the contect number of above hotel from your representative, I was refused by the Hotel representative intimating that they are no longer related to OYO Rooms,
          As the Ola cab driver was keen to get rid o[censored]s, he left us on road, I again called ur representative, who offered (he offered) that he can get us another deal in the nearby locality.and booked CTOY9627 at OYO Flagship 111Canal Road. On calling back on the provided number of the hotel, it was to my shock and surprise that the said hotel in Dehradun, Alas.!! How and why one person who has visited Patna would like to go all of a sudden to Dehradun????? Therefore, I again made online booking at OYO9061 Savera Retreat, and paid in advance from my credit card online. on reaching there too, we were refused stay on the reason that the booking has been offered at too low price.
          In such a situation, it is very shocking me and my family which resulted in incurring extra budget over me by staying at instant booking of non oho hotels. A deeply humiliation. A stupid representative of yours, on cancellation of my booking by hotel at Patna, booked of his own in Dehradun, And in advance paid hotel refused for booked at too lower rate and denied stay, where I am at fault.
          I need all my advance paid money refunded into the same account from in was paid (SBI Credit Card) along with the compensation for defamation and strict action against your representative, who booked the Hotel in Dehradun of his own.

            The reception was not letting me wait telling me to wait 2hr outside the hotel until your room get ready after which asking me to pay now by cash else we will not give you room, then i asked for water he is saying bring your own water we don't provide and facilities here. Very rude behaviour and no facilities, not even decent manners. Already registered complaint regarding this to oyo but no action was taken yet on them

              Hi i stayed at oyo rooms & very bad service by hotel. Hotel not putting generator on during power cut. My room ac was not cooling. It was showing e2 error same i informed to oyo hotel but no action from their side. Hotel did not serve free water & they always told you to buy new bottle when you ask for water. There was no service at night i had to go to reception for any need. I had informed oyo customer care but no action has been taken. Their team told me you will receive call from oyo. I requested for refund they agreed but till now i have not received any call & no refund given. Kindly take strict action against oyo & refund my amount. Very bad experience.

              Hi issue has not been resolved as they have not replied to me . I had sent email to them asking for refund as ac was not cooling & ac was showing e2 error, worst services by hotel. No power backup given i request to hotel although they have generator & has charged us full amount for booking made.worst service given & oyo is offering me INR 200/- Complimentary Stay as a token of our apology, on your next booking with OYO Rooms. This will be above and over discount which is not acceptable & i want my refund for this booking as ac was not cooling, no power backup, no free water given in hotel room, only 1 towel given where occupancy was of 3 person.this is very bad experience. Kindly take strict action & refund my amount.

                This is my second complaint against oyo team. Today again oyo team cheating and harassed me. After confirmation of oyo team i again booked a hotel yesterday (Date-03 sept-2019) in lakhimpur, assam for official tour and received a booking id-umci6247, hotel lotus. Few hour ago i reached the hotel same oyo issue happened to me. Hotel refused to accept oyo customer, manager told me they has no communication with oyo from last two months. I have informed to oyo helpline no. After few minute oyo guest experience manager mr varun kumar-455010 call me and ensure me that he will arrange other oyo property for stay, he asked me to hold for few minute, but after sometime he dropped the phone, and no response received from oyo team till now. Sir i am totally got helpless, already city closed. I am totally confused where i should stay the night. Sir i request you to take strong action against oyo team for harrassed me.

                  Booking id: ceyb0982

                  Checkin denied by hotel
                  Continoulsy following up with oyo since 19/07/2019 over call email.
                  As per oyo, they have issued the refund of amount inr 828 to bank account. But the same has not been credited back to my account
                  Bank has no info about incoming transaction and asked me to check with oyo.

                  Thinking of filing a case in consumer court now..!

                  Can i expect any help from this platform

                    Myself harsh sharma from dombivli, thane dist, mumbai. I have booked hotel by using oyo app with booking id: fnvj3951, oyo 41967 hotel amrut villa at bhandardara for 2 rooms 4 guest from 01.09.2019 to 02.09.2019. I had already paid my full booking amount so that i should not get any issue while check-in since i was travelling from dombivli to bhandardara.
                    But due to low tariff issue the property manager didn't allowed me to do check-in. Then i contacted oyo to resolve this issue but they were not able to resolve the same. Solving the issue is other thing, they put my call on hold for 15-20 minutes and then they dropped my call. Then i again tried and the same issue continued for 2 times.
                    Then in 3rd attempt oyo manager spoke to me and told there is no solution from my side, you have to pay at hotel with extra amount and cancel the current booking from my side. And the big mad thing is while cancelling the booking she was asking me the reason of cancellation. See foolishness of the oyo team. They know the reason very well and i am in highly frustrate situation and she is asking this dump questions to me. How much we can cooperate with them?

                    So this process delayed my check-in for 2 hours.

                    We were traveling for pleasure, enjoyment on holidays but because of this situation our temper got high, we faced inconvenience and of-course mood — off due to negligence of oyo team.

                    And now while taking follow-up for the refund and to know the refund status they put my call on hold for like 40 minutes. We don't have much time to do this foolish stuffs. We use this oyo apps for easy and fast check-in. But i think oyo thinks like they have made their name and now its time to feel relax take money from customers and don't respond them. And after many trials customer will get tired of taking follow-ups for their queries and oyo will earn profit. I think this is oyo's new strategy.

                    Oyo is becoming worst day by day. This is the second time i am facing same issue, but i don't think oyo is going to do better in future.

                          As per my discussion of oyo executive i have updated my early check in from 9 am to 12 am but hotel owner have charged me 500 extra rupees for early check in. When i have create talk to hotel owner to oyo executive he told (Hotel owner) there is no room and when i have give 500 extra he provide me room immedtly.. So please do any action to hotel and refund my 500 back... Otherwise i have to take legal action regarding this. And i have attached early check in screanshot also.

                            BOOKING ID : TJRM1765 thru OYO for 1/1/19 two rooms GUEST NAME- Rajeev Arora See in their description nothing complies with what they claim, staff not good, room entrance very dirty, not even drinking water was provided, property is at isolated place, lots of insect and muquitos in room as there is no meshed doors to avoid muquitos, no wifi, no staff to handle luggage they are totally misguiding people by showing beautiful pic of property, actually they dont even know that in which condition is hotel this is case of sheer cheating with their customers. we reached at 11:00 pm we had no option with family and we had sleep in such third class place i have felt lot of mental harassment

                              I am highly disturbed by a boy who has been living next to my house at oyo living, i have complained thrice but it has not yielded any substantial result, the boy's washroom and window of our bedroom is opposite to each other and early morning, on weekends and around 5:45 am to 6:30 or 7:00 am he not only plays loud music but also produces high intensity sounds by beating his clothes like animals while washing, though i have complained the concerned authorities thrice, the matter has not been taken up seriously

                                Booked a room at 41422 oyo swaraj home stay port blair - central lodge campus, goal ghar junction, 744102 — 2 days back, through oyo. Shown as the stay is confirmed with booking id kjgf6497, check in on 19sep 2019, and paid rs. 907 through debit card. Got a mail with booking id and everything. Now its showing as booking not found. What should i do? Oyo is cheating people, i think they have broken ties with the hotel and without their consent they are booking rooms and taking money.. Never again book through oyo

                                  I booked above booking for OYO 41981 Royal Heritage
                                  Check in date 31/08/19.
                                  When we reached there from Delhi by Air, I asked for the contect number of above hotel from your representative, I was refused by the Hotel representative intimating that they are no longer related to OYO Rooms,
                                  As the Ola cab driver was keen to get rid o[censored]s, he left us on road, I again called ur representative, who offered (he offered) that he can get us another deal in the nearby locality.and booked CTOY9627 at OYO Flagship 111Canal Road. On calling back on the provided number of the hotel, it was to my shock and surprise that the said hotel in Dehradun, Alas.!! How and why one person who has visited Patna would like to go all of a sudden to Dehradun????? Therefore, I again made online booking at OYO9061 Savera Retreat, and paid in advance from my credit card online. on reaching there too, we were refused stay on the reason that the booking has been offered at too low price.
                                  In such a situation, it is very shocking me and my family which resulted in incurring extra budget over me by staying at instant booking of non oho hotels. A deeply humiliation. A stupid representative of yours, on cancellation of my booking by hotel at Patna, booked of his own in Dehradun, And in advance paid hotel refused for booked at too lower rate and denied stay, where I am at fault.
                                  I need all my advance paid money refunded into the same account from in was paid (SBI Credit Card) along with the compensation for defamation and strict action against your representative, who booked the Hotel in Dehradun of his own.

                                    Sir,
                                    This is about booking id: GJEL2043. I was denied check in becuase it was prepaid booking at hotel pakeeza. Staff told me they do not allow prepaid bookings.
                                    Then i call oyo they put my call on hold for more than 1 hour and did not provide me any solution. Later when they pick the call, told me that i will get refund in 7-14 days. After 14 days i called them and they again told me to wait for another 7-14 days.
                                    Till now i didn't recieved any amount yet.
                                    I am thinking to go into consumer court.
                                    Any help that can be provided from here

                                      I had occupied the room in blr1366 bannerghatta road, #6, 3rd cross rd, muthurayya swamy layout, hulimavu on 31st may 2019 ~ 10 pm. I paid the advance amount of rs 5499 and also room rent on 5th june 2019 for the month of jun’19. Due to health issues i vacated the room and left to my home town on 6th june 2019 itself after handing over the keys and informing my onsite stay supervisor – mr varun and mr sangamesh. I was told the refund will be issued by 15th july 2019. I have been following up with both varun and sangamesh regarding the refund amount. They had informed me about the mail being sent to ops team and refund team. But today on the conversation i was told by the customer service executive that i have to send the mail from the registered mail id stating that i have vacated the room.

                                      I have been following up with them since 23rd july 2019. Later on they gave me the contact details of naveen ops manager. I have been in touch with him since 12th august 2019.

                                      Till date the issue is unresolved. They are not even picking the calls now.

                                      Can this be attended to on priority pls.

                                        We have booked oyo room and already paid the full amount but when we went for the check-in owner of the property did not allowed us to check in and it was not for single person i was with 4 other members including females after that when we ask for oyo assistance they just kept us on hold every time not for one or twice but for more that 5 times and for around 50 -55 minutes of duration. Booking id : bpat6143
                                        After that when we asked to shift to us in other hotel there was no response it was around 11 pm and we were on road.
                                        Then we booked another hotel oyo flagship 15439 again owner denied for the check in.
                                        In the whole process till 1 am in the night we were struggling on the road.
                                        And the oyo assistance people were just keeping us on the hold and then they cut the calls at last i had to pay thrice the amount to stay in the some other hotel i checked in the hotel at 1 am in the night.
                                        They also closed issues without any of my consent
