This is regarding booking number seqr5704.
I stayed in hotel karla hill 4th jul-5th july 2019 and booked 2 rooms.
I made the payment before check-in and money was deducted from my account but the person at the hotel reception said they didn't received it. But the hotel people were repeatedly bothering us for the payment. I chekced with citibank and they said that the transaction completed from their end but in case if the recipient do not accept the money or do not get it, it will creditted back in 3 business days. Hence i made the payment again and they said that they got the payment this time. Now i checked with the bank and they said both the transactions went through. I have tried to contact oyo but they kept on saying they have received the money only one time. I wrote to citibank and got a written email saying that both the transactions went through. I contacted oyo again and even forwarded this to an email but no revert and no response. No one from oyo is helping.

    Dear oyo team,

    I always have troubles while trying to enjoy your startup company!!!
    First happened in bali, i booked a property of oyo rooms in uluwatu bali, and luckily i could pay at the hotel, but when i visited your property listed, the hotel is not ready, or not open yet!!! Thats awful!!! Many o[censored]s was sitting like an # in the hotel loby. There was only one guy from the hotel struggled to help us and no one from oyo company was there!!!

    Second, just happened lately while i am trying to booked again oyo rooms property in medan, indonesia.
    I booked property oyo 429 skyview setiabudi premium, and i paid straight away to the account. The payment was success, until your company said its been cancelled due to no room!!! What the hell is going on! I asked the refund immediately and procced it straight away with customer service from indonesia, and i got the ticket resolved and needs to wait until 14 days office day.
    Ok i am patiently waiting, until its already 14 days more and i didn't receive my moneys back!!! What the # the worst thing is everytime i reached you from email there were no respons at all until i called by phone and everytime i called by phone and gave them my ticket issue and all my identifications, the indonesian customer service always said "i couldn't find your name, your ticket, your phone in our system!!!"
    Oh hi oyo, are you really treat your customer like this #???
    Then i got very angry and pissed off everytime i called the customer service oyo in indonesia because of that, then they continue check in my idenity, i need to wait, which is always i spent a lots of money just to call you maybe already as same amount with my refund!!!
    So now, dear oyo team,
    Give my money back!!!

      @oyorooms hi all! As me and my colleague has visited hyderabad for some official work where in abids we have booked a deluxe room where we needed to fresh n up so we paid early checking 350 rupees extra as we have booked the deluxe room and they by mistakenly provided classic one the room was so dirty that we have suddenly reported to hotel staff where he requested that "some of our women staff who used to do the same will be available by afternoon so you provide the keys and go for work before you arrive we will clean the room and everything will be fine as we visited the room was not clean the set top box remote was missing some of our clothes had become wet and dirty so we called room boy where he said" i am not answerable, please talk to superior authority so we called reception firstly he felt some for not cleaning and clothes afterwards he said i will provide you different room for now in first or second floor you come after i call you as the room was dirty and lift was under maintenance we left our room and went to reception after visiting reception he said sir room is dirty so we were ready to wait for 15-20 minutes as we were not able to get into previous room and just after some time some aged illiterate person so called "owner of the hotel" visited there and started arguing and some time later his volume of words was so louder talking to my friend where i requested to calm down but the dogs never stops barking he started using abusive language and just after the argument was so dirty he said you leave my hotel i will not refund you anything i told to call oyo assist where his reply was the hotel is not of oyo. Oyo ch*ya mera kya ukhaad lega so afterwards oyo staff called me i explained each and everything where they apologise me where i was expecting apology from hotel staff so afterwards oyo promised me wait for 5 minutes we will solve your issue by transferring room to another oyo branch oyo didn't called me again but it was a bad luck there only oyo available nearby so we visited there so it was my last visit thanks for oyo staff support and taking hotels like this will surely grow your business i never got depressed due to money issue but as promised by oyo hotel was not ready to apologise thanks for your support. Likewise if your client attitude and query resolve team will act fast and safely then you definitely not gone a have a customer like us.

        Today i visit in rohtak and i was created online booking oyo 23504 hotel r view. But hotel reception and hotel. Property manager missbheave me and said i was not provide u room this online booking and he said that he was book only by cash and 800 more money to demand. That's so bad experience and bad service oyoromms. And my time us so waste. And me and my family feeling so bad. After that i visit other hotel

          Sir/Madam,

          Let me tell you few issues regarding my booking id mentioned in subject.
          1: when I checked in around 9: 00 PM in night along with my wife and baby, hotel staff denied my check in saying this is low tariff and they have tariff issue with oyo. After talking to oyo helpline issue was resolved but after 30 minutes.
          2: They have provided me room no 105 where set top box was not there. Hence TV was not working. Which was shown as a star service in my oyo app in that particular hotel. Any way I complianed about it they didn't pay any heed to this. They told me that they can't do anything with oyo guest.
          3: They didn't provide me towel saying it will be provided in morning. In morning they told me that laundry will come around 11:00am you won't get it. Again I raised my voice about this concern they provide me one towel for 3 guest. However it the quality assurance provided to me by oyo as you can see in trail mail.
          4: Rooms were not clean and unhygienic.
          5: My breakfast was complimentary not free as told by one of your guest experience manager, which was most embarrassing and shameful for me. Any way hotel didn't provide me that they don't provide for oyo guest. Call center team didn't provide any help even after talking to property manager and put my call on hold for 1 hour and more. One of your executive told me she couldn't do anything because I checked out early, while I was at hotel and hotel staff repeatedly telling her they don't provide breakfast for oyo guest. She tried to lie me and said I have to put your call on hold and could not do anything in that issue. She finally put my call on hold without my permission. I asked her about to lodge my complaint with out doing anything and drop mail to me but she didn't do that. It was hell of task to raise a ticket about any issue with oyo. With Oyo assist resolution must be provided instantly as per message I constantly received but it took many days to answer it without resolution.
          6: Your oyo executive asked me for my experience after check out it always most embarrassing moment for me even after sharing my concern through online mode.

          I know that it is hard to listen from you still I am writing to share my concern. I promise you to take it any level till you won't listen.

            We booked an OYO Home and made the payment for 8 people. After coming to the location, we got to know it's a hotel and not a home that we were promised. The customer care keeps hanging up the calls. We were promised a house with kitchen and dining area etc and we are given hotel rooms. What is this nuisance? OYO is one of the worst service providers who deceive people. I'm going to register a complaint in consumer forum.

              My booking is with oyo 6996 in ghty. I have booked this hotel and paid on thursday. My booking was for 31aug. Today i have received a msg that my booking has been cancelled, you can shift to another hotel. Then i called to the hotel, and the hotel authority told me that they have cancelled tie up with oyo a few days ago, it is oyo's pblm that they are showing our hotel's adv.in this case what can i do? I have received this same pblm with hotel orchard also a few days ago. How can one trust on oyo like this way.

              I had paid the hotel by credit card at 11.00am, how come that when i check in at 10.00 pm the paid hasnt they received yet. What a shame that a hotel chain can has s system like this.

              Will think twice to pay in advance. Not a guarantee that the system willwork

                Horrible harassment by oyo team :-

                Last week i had been to assam in official tour. Accordingly booked hotel at dibrugarh through oyo vide booking id gdnh4927 at the oyo property capital o 36008 comfort hotel for 2 days 22nd aug to 24th august 2019. I reached hotel around 9:15 in the evening after 5 hours journey from numaligrh and while i reached reception they denied accepting my check-in with an explanation as low cost booking. I immediately called up oyo support team but found with strange that hotel receptionist simply denied my check-in to oyo support team also. Oyo team then intended to help me with arrangement in other hotel but that was found fake commitment. They kept me hold for 19 minutes and disconnected the line without any solution. Again i called up oyo support and another customer support officer started the previous fake procedure from beginning and with another fake assurance kept me on hold another 42 minutes and after that disconnected the line. That was almost 11:00 pm then, i again connected the line to oyo team and they were so kind to disconnect the line within only 9 minutes. And after that another two times i called them, but my number was redirected in fake phone numbers. Wow performance by oyo, they really created an instance how a customer could be harassed. I scared if somebody suffered like this with family then what happened!!! The attitude of oyo team simply shows lack of responsibilities!! They even don’t have any curtsey to take apology to the customer!!! Failing to contact their customer support i immediately twitted oyo support team and i received a message with thanks for take the matter in their notice!! And that’s all... It seems to be they are thankful for getting knowledge of the incident so that they can take precautions to save their face!! On the very next day i received a message from oyo with information that since i had not checked in my booking made cancelled. My booking was done with full payment, and since the amount is not refunded till date i assume this has been forfeited. And this is not over, today, after five days of the incidence happened i receive a mail from oyo team that as a very kind step they are trying to resolve my issue but unfortunate could not contact my phone number. I replied the mail with information of alternative number and surprisingly received another mail mentioning both my phone numbers that they could not contact me in any of the numbers. My reason of posting this incident in social media with alert to travellers never use oyo to book hotels specially if you are travelling with family. My appeal to everybody to share the incident so that all the online booking teams should aware of their service to the customers with proper responsibilities. My appeal to all the media person to escalate the matter widely so that any of the traveller never been cheated further.

                  My self anand sahu. I visited kolkata on 23/08/19 and i went hotel oyo 27998 golden inn and asked for a room. They said that the cost is 1400/- and they booked my room manually. But at the time of check out i asked my hotel bill but they said that it will come to my mail id. But i didn't received any bill till now. And now when i am calling to the hotel number they are behaving so badly and not giving my hotel bill. I have recorded the voice call that he is saying that i can't give any bill of this hotel.

                    Hi team,

                    I had 1050 oyo rupee in my oyo account and suddenly on 13th august, they deducted all my amount. I contacted them many times over the call and through email ([protected]@oyorooms.com) as well and i am continuously following up on the email with subject -"booking (Qjki5043) escalated" and this email has approximately 35 threads. The complaint number is[protected]. Please find the names of the person to whom i have contacted:

                    As per check by them due to some technical issue, the money got deducted and they shared me a tat of 24-48 hours. Then i called them after 72 hours and they again gave me next tat i. E 24-48 hours. And again after 72 hours, i contacted them then they (Nitish_ 46102_ tm) said that they will add 500 oyo rupee in my account as i am facing the issue from a long time (Compensation for the delay). But till now i have not got the resolution. Every time i call them, they asked me to wait for next 24-48 hours and this cycle is going since 13 august 2019 and as of now, they are not replying to my email as well. Hence last time they promised that it (1050+500= 1550 oyo rupee) will definitely be credited back to my account. Now when i call them they speak very harshly and rudely which is very bad. I have complete email documentation of them. I have also attached the oyo chat screenshot and email screenshot for your reference. Please help me in escalating the same as its been around 15 days and they are not responding at all. Also, take strict action towards these executives who have given wrong commitments and false resolution every time. They are just making customer fool. I hope i will get the resolution soon. Thanks.

                      Hi team,

                      I would need refund for my recent stay as that was really not satisfactory.

                      I experienced below mention issues during my stay:

                      1. Bed sheets were not cleaned and not changed even after asking hoteliers.
                      2. Nothing done by hotelier for insects and mosquito in the room
                      3. Towels were torn and not clean.
                      4.ac of one room was releasing gas/air.
                      5. Check in for 3rd room was given after 2 hours of booking wherein confirmed booking confirmation shared by oyo after the payment.
                      6. Bfeakfast given just like formality and unhygienic.

                        I had booking 4 rooms through www.oyorooms.com at oyo 6169 hotel Prem delux in delhi at pahadganj in check in date 22.08.2019 book id is HNCW3504 all payment paid through net banking Rs.17190.00. But suddanaly change the hotel without information us through www.oyorooms.com .The hotel is outside our location where we are staying. The hotel is oyo5411 hotel CITY CASTLE karol bagh in delhi. so we called phone call to oyorooms customer care about cancel the hotel oyo 5411 hotel city castle because the location is long distance our bussiness point. The www.oyorooms.com is agree. We did not stay this hotel. so our booking amount quackly refund. otherwise we action in consumer court.

                          I booked two Deluxe rooms at oyo 30100 lucky guest house having Booking ID CFJL6395 with total amount Rs 3486. On day before i.e on 14/7/2019 I received one phone call from you and requested me to cancel the said booking or to pay more for the existing booking as the hotel authority complained you that they can’t accept such amount for two deluxe rooms. During that time I was roaming in Delhi for site seen. I had no other way but to pay Rs 4495 for existing booking through the link I received on that day. When I came to Hotel Lucky Guest House, they provide me two classic Rooms (2X room).When asked; hotel authority said that they issued the rooms according to my booking only. I don’t understand the justification of pricing of 2x rooms and of deluxe rooms. I paid more amount according to your request though it was your fault. But why you have booked 2X rooms for Rs 4495 (Booking ID TGAR3180)which is much more than that of Deluxe rooms. I & Hotel authority also requested you on that conference call not to change booking ID. Rather you have cancelled my existing booking(2 Deluxe rooms) and made a new booking for two (2X Rooms).

                          You have cancelled my earlier booking of your own and refund my money on 16/8/2019 after complete one month which was only after lodging complaint against it.
                          But I have not received yet the paid access amount which is distinctly seen and illegally received by you.
                          Related valid documents are attached for early refund of access amount may be more than Rs 1009 as you may not be mistake such mistake for which I have to pay the inconveniences you have created for me.
                          Attached screenshots of phone call record, booking records.

                          Please remember my issue is just the amount I paid in access for your mistake for which I have to stay at 2X rooms instead of Deluxe rooms. Also I request you to avoid such mistake and settle your issue in between you and Hotel authority so that a customer can smoothly enjoy their stay at your Hotel.

                          My points .
                          You gave me 2 deluxe rooms at Rs 3486 /-. Then on 14/7/2019 you requested me to cancel the rooms as hotel authority cannot get me checked in at such price. and you told me that if I pay more Hotel authority will allow me. I agreed for making the access payment only. Then you cancelled my booking from your end. There after I got a message from you for payment link of Rs 4495 /- with a new booking for two classic rooms only which was noticed only after hotel authority issue me the rooms. You illegally billed me access amount of Rs 1009 /- and issue me two classic rooms instead of two deluxe rooms. If I am not wrong deluxe rooms are more costly than that of classic rooms. To this point of view you have to refund me more than Rs 1009 /-.
                          I therefore request you once again to refund me the access amount at the earliest

                            I booked a hotel through oyo, on 20th june till 24th june and i paid in advance.
                            Then i canceled it after the conversation from their executive, they said to me we will take the charge of same day and next day & rest amount will be refunded to you. Its more than 2 months, i haven't got any reply from them also they are not responding of my any call

                              I have booked room from oyo, but when i have reached the hotel the hotel is closed then i complaint to oyo customer service no. Then they shift my booking to another hotel oyo 16678 rohtak palace, the amount which is showing which i have to pay is 687 but when i reached the hotel then they denied to give me a room in 687 rs they saying we don't accept online payment from oyo and we provide you a room in 1000, then i called to oyo support no. Again and told all this thing and they had a wird with hotel manager also, then oyo support executive said that we are updating your amount we bear rest of the amount and update the amount, then hotel mamager said you check in when amount updated i will tell but after 1 hour amount not updated then i again call to oyo support executive then they are saying booking is on safe mode and we are canceling the booking and again book for you i said ok but they are unable to book again room showing full then i again give phone to hotel manager and said to talk with oyo guest mamager but hotel manager denied them to give room in this amount and shouting on oyo guest msnager and now i was stuck there then i told all the things to oyo guest manager that i have to pay 1000 now because they don't allow us yo go without payment because i stay 1 hour there, then oyo guest manager give me assurity that how much amount you paid to hotel i will refund that amount, then i do payment of rs 1000 by paytm to hotel, but after claming my refund now, oyo is playing dirty game's with me by saying we don't cancel your booking you have canceled and saying we don't refund any amount, i also have all recordings in which they give assurity and sent mail yo oyo also but they are not replying, they are doing harassment and cheating with customers. Please help consumers from #oyo

                                Booking id: xmna2786.
                                The booking has been cancelled and there is no sign of any refund. And the worst thing there is no noticfication whether or not the refund is intiated. I did check with some one from oyo and there is no response. Also, there is no autmatic process and general guideline of refund related process.
                                Please look at the case asap.

                                Hotel blue sapphire, pyarelal road, Karol bagh denied a young woman to use the washroom in time o[censored]rgency and behaved very rudely with her. When she told them that they cannot refuse as per law, the started abusing and threatening her verbally. Kindly look into it, otherwise will reach higher authorities.
                                Hi. On July 1 we booked a oyo hotel in Chennai with name Deeksha Aggarwal in which we couldn't stay bcz of age issues. Since then we are trying to call oyo asking for refund or book any other room for us and there has been no assistance from oyo customer care. Please check with the same.

                                  I reffered oyo to fnd, he signed up oyo through my link and made a booking and he checked out also till now i didn't receive that reffera, worst experience i never expected these from oyo and also never like these in other also
                                  Oyo providing deficiency service to thier customers by saying discounts and offers like that
                                  My concern reported so many times to them till today it is 30 th day but no response no issue resolved

                                  I was booking on 13 aug 19 in oyo townhouse and i park my bike in authorize parking but on 14 aug 19 i was see my bike in parking
                                  my bike was theft in oyo townhouse parking
                                  i was complaint to oyo but they dont response and they dont support to me and customer service also dont support with me

                                    We booked a hotel room in jio stays in kodaikanal for two days ie 31 april to 1st may 2019. As the hotel is ceased by the govt of tamilnadu at that time we were unable to check in and so we cancelled the booking. After calling oyo assistance so many times finally they started refund on 31 july 2019 and mentioned that refund will be credited with in 7-15 working days. But even after 27 days refund is not credited in my account. Yesterday i called oyo assist for the status of my refund they said that it was not in their hands and asked me to send a message to oyo refund department. Their behaviour is not upto the expectations of the customers. Its not good.

                                      Booked hotel through Oyo Room in "Dada's villa, Sakchi, Jamshedpur. Oyo charged rate higher then actual amenities, ambience, security, privacy (in washroom). Stinky, liquor, nin-veg smell every where in hotel. Oyo charged me pre paid food (complementary breakfast, lunch and dinner ), which where denied by hotel owner.Booking details is below

                                        Today I had booked Room in 3 days and pay online booking amount in 2455, But When I reached the hotel, The hotelier said Oyo the way our problem is going on, we, not any booking and online amount.I called Oyo customer care and explained them to all teh matter, then they said sir i am canceling your booking for an assignment, the amount that is your amount will be refunded to your account. When i get a refundable message but 1000/- deduction in my booking amount.I have called many times in Oyo, but they have done that by receiving the call and leaving it in the hold, so please help me and I get back all the amount, I have lost.
