This is regarding the booking of yesterday in oyo flagship hotel 12476 bellandur, i was checked in 6 sep and checked out same day with in 3 hours, it was horrified experience room was not cleaned there was a bed bugs in there, i got bite in my hand, and my body back side i got allergy rash, i went to doctor to check up, my money got waste because of oyo rating in the app, it was showing 4 rating in oyo app, i need compensation.
And i am attaching the pictures, in the below mail

    I want to share my experience with oyo, it was my big mistake of my life, that i booked a room with oyo.
    I booked a room in agra for two days only, but when i reached the hotel reviera taj nagari phase 1, and entered the room, room was so smelly and cable tv also was not working.
    I complain to hotel manager again and again but he did not do anything.
    Then i called to oyo service and talk about this but they don't do anything else.
    After all i decided to change the hotel and call to oyo service but they told me that you have to fully payment charged which was booked for two days, then i asked why are you charged full payment while i am using you room service for one day only. But they are not doing anything.
    I had called approximate 25times nobody take action. They hold my call and cutted. I has been so frustrated and finally i had to give fully payment to hotel.
    Oyo is wasted my time and keep my hard money by wrong way.
    I request to consumer court. Please take action on this fraud company oyo service ltd.. It is making fool to customer, many people are worry and write the complaint.
    I request you please take strict action on that guys. You can also see the attachment as proof of fraud.

      I booked 2 rooms in la hagana beach resort and club, goa. I got confirmation call also 2 days before, but when i reached the hotel the receptionist guy told me that they are not taking any oyo entries anymore. I didnt got any help from oyo and also not from the resort. I have to again book the hotel by my own. And when i call the assistants they were not even answering me. The hotel guy asked me to cancel the booking. And wen i cancelled i got to know that 10000 rupees will be deducted.

        I booked a room through oyo in bangalore and paid money 2 months back. I payed money at 5 pm... But went to hotel at 11 pm.. The hotel staff told me hotel is full and get out... I called oyo again. And it was nearly 12 am.. They arranged another room. When i went there... They didnt allow us there... We travelled nearby 20 kms for the hotel.. It was 2 am by that time... Called oyo again... And they set us with new rooms.. We went there... But hotel staff didnt allow us there too... It was 5 am by that time... I was walking bangalore streets from 12 to 5 am. My money of 1200₹ never got refunded.. Pls help me... Help me pls

          Hi,

          Please be noted, i booked a room in ernakulam at viceroy hotel on[protected] till[protected] due to poor treat and bad service i quit the room very next day on[protected] and stayed in another hotel (Ernakulam)

          The following are my complaints :

          1. No wifi provided
          2. No phone for internal contact with receptionist
          3. No hot water in the morning for bath
          4. Not cleaned the room well
          5. Very poor behavior from the receptionist

          Please look into my complaint and act seriously on the shotel msnsgement,

            I had made a booking in lucknow 2 days back for my old mother and when she reached the hotel they said that the hotel was completely booked. Oyo gave me alternate accommodation but the other hotel also denied accommodation to take my mother. Finally, another hotel was booked by oyo but that hotel had excess charge which as per oyo was going to be paid by them. The hotel refused to book my mother unless she paid cash on the counter. She is very new to the city and had to wait 6 hours before she could be checked in. I tried calling oyo for resolution but they have only put my calls on hold for atleast 20 min. This is pure harrassment and unfair trade by this companu. If i don't get reimbursed for the mental agony, i will be initiating appropriate civil/criminal proceedings the 3 hotels and oyo.

Maine nitin bhagour paytm numbrr owner ko kafi bar try kra ki voh refund krde par bar bar voh kehre hai ki accounts mein check karkr batayege... Maine meraki hotel kapashra ke owner [protected] rajeev ji ko is regarding bataya hai unhone muje 1st sep tak w8 krne ko kaha kii voh 1st sep tk meri payment muje return kardege... But now kapshera k receptionist andd owner dono mera phone nahi receive karr rahee...

                  I had booked hotel royal annex andheri east.
                  The pictures on the oyo app are totally different from the original room.
                  The bedsheets appeared to be use, the wall had gutka tobacco stain, the room was too small, the ceiling had water leakage,
                  I called the oyo customer from the hotel and he asked me to wait.
                  I checked out in 40minutes as i was clicking pictures of the room and waiting for the call of the manager.
                  I feel the oyo manager incharge of hotels in andheri isn't keeping a check on the hotels. This is a real fraud.
                  It was a lodge basically. I don't think any person having a good background would stand there even for a minute.

                  Kindly look into the matter.

                  I'm attaching the image on oyo app and the real pictures of the room which compelled me to stay in the room for 40 minutes.

                    This is with reference to the booking id /package id - vapk7581 wherein i have taken a corporate package for leh - ladakh from 7th july 2019 to 15 july 2019, this is really a worst experience with oyo teams where employees are cheating customers like anything.

                    We have taken a package from sheetal (One of your employee) @ 86000/- but at the very last moment we came to know that he has given these rates by mistake and oyo teams did apologize for same.

                    Post that we have taken the same package through jagruti /dev and rajesh @ 93000/, during our trip we face lot of challenges and we hardly got the support from oyo teams.in addition there is a historical issue which is pending from last 50 days and that is the refund of 2000/- rs which oyo has to refund against the payment of oxygen cylinder. I have already shared the bill details to oyo package teams (Dev and rajesh) and i also got the confirmation that this will be refunded shortly, 45 days gone but nobody turned up and updating me on same.

                    Every time i need to chase oyo teams and surprisingly teams are not responding on that also, customer care team is also the top class, they clearly denied that they do not have any package created in there system against the shared package id... They put the customer call on hold to get this closed with there senior person but here also no body respond and disconnect the customer calls after 20 - 30 min, this is the continuous process which customer care team is following... I experienced same 6-8 times in a day time whenever i reached them.

                    In last 45 days oyo harrased me like anything, to get my refund of 2000/_ i wasted my precious time and almost 2000 rs has been spent in these followups.

                    We are also from telecom, mobile, media industry and never afraid to face and resolve the customer issues but really surprised the way oyo treated there customers.

                      I had booked a room on 20 aug hotel anand villa one via oyo app but when i reached the i came to know that i mistakenly booked it for 1 guest so i called the customer care of oyo they updated my new booking for 2 guests with a new booking and said the money of previous booking is refunded once i check out

                      On the next day i make a call to customer care again and they emailed me and said they refund my money within a 7-14 days period and now it's about 17 days... Nothing happened

                        I had booked an oyo accommodation from 6th to 11th september 2019 at oyo 11722 crystal guest house through the oyo app on 4th of september and fully paid the amount of rs 5413 (Through credit card) in the name of mrs soma chatterjee. The payment and accommodation was confirmed by oyo through booking id: aqgr8954. However, upon arrival on 6th september, the hotel denied check-in citing the reason that "the hotel is already fully booked". The pathetic customer service kept on fooling about solving the issue for more than 3 hours whilst mrs some kept waiting at the reception under tremendous mental stress. This was at 8 pm and finally oyo's insensitive customer service offered an alternate accommodation 2 kilometers away from the location without providing any arrangements for her travel. She preferred a refund instead. However, an amount of rs 602 was deducted as cancellation charges. When i called the customer care again to complain the deduction of cancellation charges since the entire fault was oyo's and not ours, i was lied that the entire amount would be refunded. However, the latest email and refund message from my credit card suggest that only an amount rs 4808 has been refunded and the cancellation charges of rs 602 has been deducted. Apart from the refund of the cancellation charges, i want a cheating case to be filed against oyo and that ms. Soma chatterjee be compensated with rs. 1 lakh for being harrassed and mentally tortured by oyo for more than 3 hours. Supporting can be provided upon request

                          I had booked a room via oyo _ oyo 44576 siddhi vinayak lodge in kolhapur. I confirmed 3 times from oyo customer service as there was no rating available on the net, everytime i was told the rating is 4.5 and 4.6. I told very clearly i will be travelling with family.

                          I was the dirtiest, dingy, smelly, far far away from what was shown on the net. I was a room fit for all the dirtiest things in the world but to stay with family. I was the dirtiest room i could imagine in the world and oyo has tied with it clearly talks about the oyo brand.

                          Oyo spoiled all my family time (I checked in quite late, with kids and had no options as kids had slept).

                            These oyo subscribers are cheating people and robbing the amount from them. These people's needs to be in th jail for cheating people's like this. They made my family to sit in the platform and i was keep on calling them and no proper response and they made me keep the call in hold and disconnect it. Never book oyo for any reasons. Please guys. I will definitely lodge complain in nearby police station and show all the records to them and give details to media also

                              When i go at property. The receptionist asked me my id proof then he said room tariff would not apply on this property.
                              He said me that i canceled my booking with oyo and booked it again offline.

                                As me and my friends plan for goa then i booked packge from oyo
                                Which includes accomodation and cab (Pick up and drop)

                                Then its all according to package but in the day of return the cab which i have booked for hotel to airport in early morning they started saying do it yourself from any local cab then will refund you money they told this at the last movement, they provide us 5000/- that time but at that time we are unable to find cab at the last movement any how ou 10persons reached airport but the 2 person who have gone to find cab at local marget they missed their flight.

                                Than for them we have booked flight at very high cost immediately and that time oyo team told we'll give you money for that.

                                Than i have called them houndreds of times but yet from april, 19 to sep, 19 their is no solution from their side

                                  I, umapathi vadlamani, booked a room in oyo 29278 sri làya guest house, vellore for 5th sept. I made payment of rs.659 online, but i was not allowed to check in with reason "no rooms". Hotel receptionist was talking so harshly & rudely with abusive language & told me to speak to oyo customer care. No body in customer care took my call. Finally i am not being allowed to cancel my booking. Request forum authorities to arrange for refund of rs.659 with additional costs of rs.1500 towards travel& other expenses.

                                    My booking id is - scju7486,
                                    It's been three days still my problem is not resolved, today after finishing all work have reached to property at 11pm and found there is no water in the tab.. Nd now it's 12:4pm n still water is not there.
                                    1st day there was problem with disk tv and gyser leakage, no hot water.. No restaurant for the breakfast. I have order alu paratha for breakfast but got veg nan in the breakfast..
                                    Pathetic experience i ever had..
                                    Now i want my money to back n wanted me to be shifted in other property for the remaining two days..

                                      I have received 700 oyo rupee on 5th august, but on 13august it was deducted without any reason. I have contacted oyo support on 18th august, i have received an call from them 21st august and asked my about the issue, i told them and they sent an email mentioning that they are investigating the matter. Again i have received call from oyo on 26th august from samrat and again asked my issue, i told him again and he assured me through email that oyo rupee will be refunded to my account within 48 hours, but its 5th september no refund received as well as they stopped replying my emails. So i can conclude that oyo is fraud!! Everyone beware of that.

                                      I have sent a lot of emails to that email, but my issue is not resolved, check the attach screenshot, where one of your employee assured that he has initiated the refund of oyo rupee, but that refund stilk not received.

                                        I had such a worst experience with oyo, against my booking ID PQWF7530, i booked the hotel in Amritsar through my mobile app on 1st of sep 19 and once i checked in the hotel, I called the customer care executive of oyo and asked her to update my company name and gst number in my bill, which is required for the reimbursement. She said she can't take the request right now and asked me to call in morning while checking out from the hotel and at that time oyo can process with the request. Now once i tried to call next day in morning the call center was heavily busy and in-spite of lots efforts my call doesn't connected to customer care and my bill was automatically generated without the GST number.

                                        Really pissed up with the response of oyo customer care, since from this event i tried N number of time to connect with the concern team through customer care department, call executive put my call on hold for more than 30 mints and no one is ready to help me out. Pathetic experience and after sales service. I would not recommend now any one to use OYO room’s services.
