I booked a hotel with booking details as follow :

Booking jspy5640 at oyo 39635 hotel shree om.
Check-in: 31st aug, 12 pm onwards
Check-out: 1st sep till 11 am

No. Of rooms: 1 classic (2x) room
Number of guests: 2 adults

Hotel name: hotel shree om
Address: lal kurti bazar, near bus stand, ambala

When i reached hotel, i was denied checkin, stating that hotel manager has not received any booking confirmation. Few minutes later manger told that he denied check in due to that he don't received the amount from oyo. Oyo had confirmed booking and full amount has been pre-paid but still they don’t communicate with hotel property. Oyo customer care connected to hotel owner and after discussion they spoke to me saying that they will shift to another property which is around 2-3kms and i have to bear additional transportation and extra hotel charges. Not agreeing their one sided t&c they said they are connecting to senior manager but after 15-20 min on hold they disconnected. Waited for almost 4hrs on road, still no response received from oyo team. I have raised open tickets several times but oyo didn’t responded even for single time and neither compensated for all this torture. So in emergency i paid 3000 (3k) per person for a room, because it was a night time and i have no other option else to pay

I know that oyo and hotel has a colabration that they will book a hotel at site at low price and when the person come to checkin they will refuse the booking and customer has to pay the high price money because in emergency the customer has no other chance.

With all untrained professional in customer service oyo is very good in extracting margins as a third party but when something go’s wrong they don’t have courtesy to respond and close any issues. Such a shame that oyo has downgraded their services to such level.

So for that i want compensation from oyo in my account because i paid 6000 (2*3000) to hotel due to fault of oyo

    Hi oyo,

    Yesterday i made a booking for 2 persons, you have confirmed me the booking but when i went to the hotal, the receptionist didn't let me check-in stating that he has some tariff issues with you. After calling you 3-4 times and wasting my 2 hours, oyo support person has done something from your end and called me. But when i l told this to reception person, he still denied my booking stating that the full amount should be paid to him only via cash or his owned. At last at 11.30 pm i was left with no other option, hence i canceled my oyo booking and made a local booking at his place. Please take care of these incidents so that anyone who is booking using oyo should be checked in using oyo only.

    For your reference i am attaching the bill that person generated for his services and this bill is no where related to oyo.

      I have booked room for two days with booking id-asuz2546 with cost of 1241 rs. I checked in 30 august and paid full amount 1241 twice. (As at first time transcation failed but latter it was paid although the receptionist didn't told me). Next day i checked out at 12 pm and i got a message a refund of 750 rupee. I checked my transactions. The money deducted was double of 1241 and they charged 743 rupee for early checkout although i booked room for 2 day. Please clarity mu concern.

        We had booked two rooms in shirdi and payments were done in advance, when reached for checking in at 10:00 pm, we had been informed by manager that elevator is not working, they can give room only at 5 th floor and we have to take our laguge along with us. Else we can contact oyo to give other hotel, we contacted oyo 3 times and explained them issues and were kept on hold 15 minutes each time with no solution, we wasted 45 minutes, since we had our spouces and hence we didn't wanted our ladies to gi through problem hunting around good and shelter in middle of night, being travelled for 7 hours.
        We were not left options but to compromise on unprofessional, un - apologitic, horrible services of oyo.
        I won't recommend oyo to my network at all.

          I have raised a complaint regarding '1400' oyo rupee debit on 13 aug and till now no resolution is provided. It has been 18 days and till now i have atleast called 30 times to customer care. All of them who responded said its due to technical issue and we will refund your oyo rupee within 24-48 hrs but no resolution was provided. One person has even shouted on me. Some people cut the call after making me stay in hold.

            I have booked oyo rooms through the mobile app today,[protected] at oyo 26964 palm view residency. Booking was confirmed with the id botl0612 and i provided the check in time between 6 pm-9pm. I reached the hotel at 6.30 pm and met with the reception. Then they said that they are not taking up the booking from oyo because of the lack of payment from oyo. They claimed that the manager requested oyo staff one month before to remove the hotel from oyo app. This location is a forest area and i stucked up here without any help. I called the oyo customer care and the guy spoke quite irresponsible. My safety is under threat now only because i trusted the oyo. Cheap and extremely bad experience from oyo.

              I booked oyo room, booking i'd ntld0956 and paid the amount 1725 via paytm. When reached oyo 27844 seven a luxury hotel, they said they don't do business with oyo. I spent 2 hours talking to approximately 10 customer service representatives and every time they put me on hold and never came back. What a nightmare! My first and surely last business with oyo. Please stop this unethical practice. This is a case of cheating and mental harassment and i hope, one day we have a law to punish such horrendous business practice in india.

                The executive who spoke to us told that friends are allowed and made us a booking
                When we went to the place after a long journey they dint allow us

                  Hello,
                  I booked a room at hotel oyo 8751 hotel shoba inn through oyo app for 2 days. My check in date was on 7th of august 2019, i did the payment (Amount rs 1244/-) online through payu (Order id:[protected] on the same day.
                  But when i reached the hotel, they said we will not accept payment done by online transaction as we have faced trouble collecting that money from oyo in the past. And hence they denied me check in.
                  I was stranded there at an unknown place with my luggage for around 2 hours. I contacted oyo (Request id[protected] and they confirmed the same, and offered me that they would shift me to an another hotel nearby (For which i have to pay the extra amount if needed), which i didn't take as the hotel they offered had low ratings and poor service. So they said they would give me a complete refund and have to cancel the current booking. I accepted it as i decided to find an hotel myself.

                  I was told that i would get a refund in 7-10 working days, but i haven't yet received any refund. I tried contacting them but in vain.

                  So please escalate this matter to the highest authority and help me get my refund.

                    I understood house keeping in hotel paris is from oyo through their dress. Hotel is completely unclean and i found cockroach’s in the room. Is this the standard of oyo?

                    House keeping people are lying on the beds in the empty hotel rooms watching mobile in between their job with their unclean cloths. How can we use same beds which they used with their unclean cloths and hands.

                    Very very bad and dirty rooms. Poor standard of maintenance.

                        I have booked a oyo room in sapphire palace near jaipur airport... I tried to contact owner of sapphire palace (‭[protected]‬) but no response... And even when i reached the hotel it was locked... It was simply looking like a house...

                        I have clicked few pictures also and it doesn’t seem a hotel... No branding of oyo as well... How could you give cheat a customer...
                        I called on oyo customer care number but he also not giving any positive answers and even disconnect the call by saying i will transfer your call to our executive when i asked about refund and service...

                        I recommend others also not to use oyo for bookings...

                          I have booked a room in oyo before a week and also i got confirmation call thrice after booking in oyo. But when i went for stay they didn't give me a room and also they asked extra money for the manager as bribe to stay.
                          Simultaneously i called for customer care and they told they would give a solution within few minutes. Even after four hours i didn't receive any solution or even a call. Then i was trying to reach customer care many times for help but they didn't attend my call. My wife and i were waiting from night to next day morning nearby bus stand during rain.

                            I have many time faced oyo issue where hotel refused to accept oyo customer, but oyo team not help in the situation, they are cheating people. But again today i have booked oyo hotel-oyo40692 with booking id mujp6823, but after reaching hotel, manager denied to provide me room due to internal issue with oyo team, after that i connect to oyo helpline, and they booked another hotel with booking id unce4967 and asked me to check in within 2hr with payments. I visit the hotel and manager told me that they not accept oyo customer. Sir oyo team harassed me today, i lost my valuable time and travel cost from one hotel to another hotel, request a strong action taken against oyo team.

                            This is my second complaint against OYO team.Today again OYO team cheating and harassed me.After confirmation of OYO team I again booked a hotel yesterday (Date-03 Sept-2019)in Lakhimpur, Assam for official tour and received a booking ID-UMCI6247, Hotel lotus.Few hour ago I reached the hotel same OYO issue happened to me.Hotel refused to accept OYO customer, manager told me they has no communication with OYO from last two months.I have informed to oyo helpline no.After few minute oyo guest experience manager Mr Varun Kumar-455010 call me and ensure me that he will arrange other oyo property for stay, He asked me to hold for few minute, but after sometime he dropped the phone, and no response received from OYO team till now. Sir I am totally got helpless, already City closed.I am totally confused where I should stay the night.Sir I request you to take strong action against OYO team for harrassed me.

                                Dear sir / madam,

                                On 26th aug'19 i have availed your hotel booking facility at oyo 28258 rajeswari hotel, chittaranjan, west bengal against booking no cvwp9280. As per the agreed terms i was supposed to pay an all inclusive charges of rs 756/ with breakfast. But on my arrival on 26th evening the hotel authority refused to accept the agreed amount and charged an amount of rs 999/ for the same, which i feel is highly condemn-able.

                                  This property does not exist per the address provided on google maps or the oyo website. Google reviews has many complaints from multiple people confirming this property does not exist! I had made a booking via goibibo for 1 night 30/08/2019 - 31/08/2019. Following the google map instructions and what was sent via email and text msg the property never existed. There was only a vacant block of land. I contacted oyo directly to obtain more location information or speak with the hotel manager directly which they could not provide or assist. They had confirmed on the call the property was closed but it actually does not exist anywhere. The phone numbers are fake and for a completely different hotel. I then had to call goibibo who refunded the money and contacted oyo however the property still remains available on goibibo and oyo websites. I am perplexed as to why they have left the hotel room advertisement up on these platforms.

                                  Spot on 39474 gokarna gc stay is a hoax and does not exist. They are accepting payments and still not doing anything about this fake oyo hotel.

                                  Please assist in getting this matter resolved so no one else has to go through the same issue.

                                    I have booked my hotel on 23 august in delhi for 1 night. Hotel name was oyo 7578 hotel luck residency.
                                    First i checked the hotel in oyo and and then to cross check the hotel in my google maps so that i can book a cab to go to hotel meanwhile i paid the amount to hotel because it seems genuine hotel and having trust in oyo.
                                    But whatt i found is the location they mentioned in the location of google and all other public platform was fake and very far away from the exact location. So i called the hotel but their response was not at all satisfactory. So i cancelled the hotel.
                                    I mailed the oyo customer support on the same day and same time but i am still awaiting for their response for my refund.
                                    All i need is my complete refund because they cheated with me by providing the wrong inofrmation that too in the metro city like delhi, what could i expect from oyo when their location and information is not correct in capital of country???

                                      We (Mr. Rajesh shrivatva) have booked the room by oyo at ananad resort qmnx6514 atvoyo43941 anand resort at chitrakoot on 24 aug 2019.
                                      When we reached to the booking place. The hotel informed us that they do not have any agreement with oyo and earlier understanding is ove by 12 aug.
                                      No response from oyo helpline is received and ultimately after long trouble we have found another hotel.
                                      This is my second bed experience with oyo who always cheat either giving rong information or taking false bookings. The similar experience we had in goa last two years back where they charged us in advance and bathrooms with no ventilation was provided.
                                      In varanasi also we have managed with the hotel owner and requested a better room and got is however helpline with no specific personal details has been provided.
                                      This indicates the way companies handle and forced us to take necessary measures legal as well as consumer welfare for the inconvenience caused and booking the hotels which are not the oyo networks.

                                        I come to the oyo rooms with name spot on krishna cottage but the, hotel manager do no take my entry in the oyo app for 4 days and charges double of price that shown in oyo app in my phone, that is 1600 but he charged 3200 thats is totally fraud with me also he said to give proper two times room cleaning but he did not send anyone to clean the room not even one time in 4 days.
