I am a nri. I came to india for 1 week to make some pooja in sree mookambika kollur temple. I booked a room in ambika guest house on 12th september via oyo. They given the link for payment. I paid some amount. They told me balance i can pay to hotel. After my payment oyo sent message that there is some issue with hotel so they will change to butterfly camp hotel. As per their agreement me and my family (Including children, elder peoples) went to mookambika. This butterfly camp is located inside the thick forest. We reach there at 10pm on 12th september. But when i tried to contact with hotel they said they didn't get any update from oyo regarding room booking. Even they didn't open the gate also. We stuck in the forest with heavy rain. No food no shelter. So i tried to call oyo customercare. First their agent attend the call then that agent transfer call to their manager. After transfer i need to wait around 30 minute for getting manager. After getting manager that person said already updated with hotel. Then again i contact with hotel but they told same thing. From 10 pm to 3 am continuously i called to oyo. But nobody helped me. Finally we return to mookambika for checking other room from my side. But that day was festival time. All roomes are full. So we didn't get any room. Then we cancel our pooja and everything we return to our native. Actually we are from kannur, kerala. 8 hours we travel to reach mookambika. But this oyo spoiled everything. This is my request to people please don't use oyo. They will spoile your journey

I dont want your copy pasted messages. You can see how many complaints against oyo in social media. I will file a case in high court against oyo. I will not leave you such a fraud company. If you search in interner lot of customers telling same story against you. Why you people want to make money lile this. This is same as money looting. Dont you people have shame on this.. I saw more company like you. Will see.

    Dear Oyo Team,
    My booking Id: UDPB9784
    The property owner denied me check-in and told me that we are not taking through online mode, if you pay me Rs 1200/- right now then I will provide you a room.
    I tried to reach customer care but as happened with other so with me it didn't provide me reasonable solution.
    Moving to Consumer Court for this isn't a good option.

      Yesterday i booked room in metro star hotel for my friend auob for five nights and i paid online booking id: xieu3074, and when my friend reached to hotel the reception told to my friend the booking id is not valid, then i called to oyo customer service and they told me the booking id is valid and my payment is done, and the customer service are putting me on waiting more than an hour and then disconnected the call my issue not yet resolved

        I have booked a room at oyo 572 at santacuz west on 8th sept, 2019. But when i had been to there along with my family, the receptionist at oyo572 said that room is not confirmed from the hotel end but it was confirmed from customer care nenter. I was shocked but some how managed to get accomodation at oyo573 at andheri west. As already i have made the full payment for the oyo 572 they said that refund will be made within 48 hrs. But even after 8days i have not received anything, hence i request you to make the refund at the earliest.

          I tried to book the hotel in oyo website, after my hotel selection, it gave me options to pay either in full or 25% to reserve. I opted to pay 25% and did the payment through paytm. After the payment, i got the message with an increased price which is wrong. I immediately tried to reach customer care to find the reason, after talking to multiple people for more than 3 hours, they continuously said their senior will resolve the issue. After multiple follow ups, i was able to talk to senior and non of them dont have patience to understand the issue and dont know their application ask me to pay the extra amount, if i am not paying extra, they will not refund the amount. I really felt oyo is cheating big time, initially they show one price and after paying the initial amount, they change the price to pay extra, if you are not paying you need to be ready to loose the money which you paid. Customer care people are very rough and i felt they dont care for customers. I tried to reach oyo excalation through email, sent multiple reminders but so far no one responsed. I waited 2 weeks for their resonse before writing this post. I have all the discussions evidences with customer care department including timelines. I had very bad experience with oyo and i will never do business with oyo anymore. I will start persuing option of consumer court.

I am really upset with OYO service and I am inclined to belive that you are cheating customers as many others complained in multiple forums. I see lot of dissatisfaction across customers and increasing it day by day. As you are in hospitality business, customer satisfaction is the key factor for success which you are ignoring.

            I first booked three rooms through your service hotel vishash continental 14721, but you booked only two rooms, again booked three rooms by your service in rahul place 4673 but hotel staff denied to provide the rooms, again at 11.30 p. M your service booked three rooms and charged 3600 by hotel but this rooms are not up to marks, even fungus smell distrub us which is not hygiene for us. This is second time i feel bad experience. Last time in manali, you also provide me unhygienic condition that time you offer me 250 refund but i did not claim it. Now i faces great problem due to you. Even i also stay in unhygienic condition

              Booking id : wdut3785 dt.[protected]
              Booked 2 rooms in hotel royal, ayodhya, u. P. And got cheated after reaching the hotel. The hotel management not responded properly and problem with a. C and fans. The hotel management recklessly told us to go to another hotel without solving the issue. Same problem was informed to oyo helpline but even they did not respond properly. Due to this irresponsible behaviour of hotel staff and oyo helpline, we, our children and ladies had to face problem for more than 2 hours and went to another hotel which costed us double the rate.

                I had join oyo through refaral i got 300 oyo rupees at that time i dint made any singe booking but till the money got debited from my oyo account. I had made may complaint but still i am contating thousnd times for the reufnd every time the call get merged or get disconnted or made me wait for 20min or more and then discoinnected the excutives are very rude and didnt give answers the backend never resolve the issue. Hopeless people very poor service oyo rooms need to be sutdown.

                Still the issue didn't get resolved mail mark been done fake promise made by excutive but still the money not received. i never came across such poor management. Government needs to ban such fake companies. Executive never listen to your query

                  Kindly refer to my complaint regarding unlawful and malpractices on your part and thereby causing lot of inconvenience resulting into mental agony and risk to life.in the above mentioned complaint i have narrated the entire sequence of the events. Unfortunately there is no resolution from your side. Adding salt to the wound i have received mail and call on mobile regarding the room to be given to the resort namely jalsa in lucknow to which you don't have any tie-up especially from 28 august 2019 but you continue to give the booking in the same resort and making illegal money at the cost of the customer.

                    Kindly refer to booking id: xlda6705 booked in the name of dr. Ali plus five persons wherein two persons were ladies in the jalsa resort dated 3rd september 2019 for three a/c rooms. The full payment was made in advance and even confirmation came from oyo. To my shock and surprise when i alongwith my family members went to the said resort at around 11 pm the watchman informed that the resort do not have any tie-up with oyo and oyo has been cheating customers through fake booking and this is happening from 28th august 2019 onwards. Thereafter i contacted through customer care number of oyo and the staff was playing every tricks to confuse and harass me. Sometime they were promising that alternate booking will be done and suddenly the phone was put on hold sometime extending upto one hour and creating the situation of helplessness and frustration. Every next person was claiming that he/she is a either manager or guest manager and soforth. Without any resolution this situation of harassment and fear (Because we came from mumbai and wanted to stay safely before proceeding) continued for more than three hours. Atlast we took the risk of going out from lucknow. Till this time there is no resolution and no communication from your end. It appears that you people have no fear of law and has become master of exploitation and cheating of clients and hence you are requested to not only refund the money paid for which service has not been provided but also compensate for the mental agony and other risk to which we were exposed to failing which a proper fir with the police will be filed for proper investigation and action. Some other customers have also been cheated with the same practice.

                      I booked hotel at oyo satyam guest house Kopar khairane navi mumbai on 11th September 2019 through my number. When we reached hotel they asked to pay higher rates than booking amount for which owner said 'oyo has not paid them the commission amount something due to which they do not allow the oyo rates applicable for anyone'. This is clearly a issue between oyo and the properties. But we had to suffer we had calls with customer care when they listen to us, they put us on hold and calls are disconnected. Several calls were made. Among which 1st agent name khusboo assisted us and agreeed to book shifting for us. After 2 hours being at gate of hotel. On which we suggested her nearby oyo hotels for eg sector 4 koparkhairne we had hotel flagship 656 nearby but she gave us 4 kms away hotel parimeet. And said that she cant see flagship hotel on her system and on google too. How can they lie? We went to parimeet they also said same to pay their rates and not oyo while oyo made our booking in higher amount itself. Oyo doesnot provide any customer satisfaction in such cases. We suffered for 5 hours til midnight. We have made atleast. 15 calls to customer care where they do not have any policy made for customer assistance in this cases of scenarios. We had to do walkable checkin being patient treatment going on after long journey and fights oyo didnot help us and fails to compensate. Owner of hotel has asked us to get along to file FIR which should be done in this cases against oyo.

                          I have booked and paid for two rooms at sri krishna comforts, mysore, oyo 13750, booking id awqv1867, on 8th sept and reached hotel with my family, staffs at reception denied check in as they informed me that they don't have tie up with oyo and they can provide rooms only if i pay them again at higher rates which was not affordable to me. I tried to reach oyo back over phone, but all contacts were fully busy, i made a request though twitter and later i got a link to shift the room to near by available hotels. I tried the same but all efforts were futile to change the room and to talk the customer desk for more than an hour. I was so desperate allowing my family to strand in hotel premises during late hours, finally i forced to move back to mysore city driving back once again to get a suitable accommodation my own. Regret to say that oyo support, effort, was zero to solve the issue from their end virtual mechanism/link to change /shift location was made to waist more than one hour again hoping to get a booking at near by oyo properties. So far no update from oyo about my payment

                            Our package ID is TH-VHWD0013. We had given advance of Rs. 5000/- for confirmation of booking. Our tour package was for Kashmir for the period 14/08/2019 to 19/08/2019.

                            As you are aware that due to security reasons, so many restrictions were there in J&K during mid August 2019. For reference the link is as follows:

                            Unfortunately, our bookings for Kashmir were in the same period. That is why we were unable to pursue our booking with OYO in J&K during August 2019.

                            Afterwards, OYO representative tried to reschedule our booking in the month of September 2019 which is a month among busiest months for students due to their examinations in school. Therefore, again we were unable to pursue our booking with you in the month of September 2019.

                            Keeping in view of above 100% genuine and logical problems, it was humbly requested to OYO rooms to hold our advance amount with them and we will try to re-plan our schedule in the coming months.

                            We were not asking for any kind of refund. We were requesting them to just hold our advance amount with them for few coming months so that we can make a schedule to pursue the current booking with OYO.

                            We have sent them mails 2 times and tel-conversations has also been made. But no response has been received till date.

                            We are harassed by the OYO rooms.

                            Till now no response received from your side. Already 2weeks has passed out. But no reply from yourside. How much patience you want from customers???
                            Again harassment continue from side. So poor services of you. I will never recommend OYO to anybody.

                              I booked a suite room at hotel pallete-golden heritance at pushkar, rajasthan, on 10.09.19.in hotel description it was shown that hotel has in house restaurant and free wifi, but contrary to that when i checked-in, i was told that it did not have any. Hotel staff told me to order food through swiggy or zomato. I raised complaint to oyo but they did not do anything, and to the most, marked my issue as resolved.

                                Booked rooms at guruvayoor vide no. Zbwv5198 on 22 aug 19 for 15 and 16 sep 19. I recently got a phone call from oyo stating that the same is cancelled and if you want other room book again. This sort of attitude is not understood from your org. I forced to book again with a higher price vide no. Ohdl2735. The reason may please be elucidated.

                                  I booked hotel room in mumbai, miraroad location when i visited there they told me that they dont have tie up with oyo and then can't provide room to me which is i booked through the oyo and regarding that when i complaint in oyo i didn't get any response from them yeh they provided me one complaint no.[protected] to me but still i didn't found any answer from the oyo regarding the refund of my amount.

                                    First there was no person to host on reception. Room provided was worst than my homes godown, TV set was broken, unclear dustbeen, no toiletries, no mirror and light in washroom and many more issues. Mosquito was huge headache. Asked for Room change still no help done. Worst worst experience with Oyo Hotel Castel', Pune.
                                    Hygiene was worst. No customer service. A great hassle.

                                      "Concern that you faced - Shifting : Owner Denied Check In

                                      Resolution provided -As per our telephonic conversation we regret for the inconvenience, we will refund 25% of the amount after check out."

                                      This mail I received from "[protected]@oyorooms.com" on 23rd Aug 2019.

                                      I checked out the hotel on 25th Aug 2019. Till date I am contacting OYO customer care ([protected]), every time they are asking the history but no one solved this problem.

                                      Customer care executive puts the call in hold and not answering for an hour, later the same call automatically getting answered by some other execuitive. But no one calls back or work on this issue.

                                      I have invoice for the amount Rs.1218/- mailed by OYO. But till today I have not received any solution from them.

                                      Please help me getting out of this.
