I booked 2 days hotel room from OYO and paid full amount (booking ID- GNZ48519). while check-in time I contacted OYO customer care, because hotel owner asked extra amount 1000 for 1 night. but unfortunately OYO customer care not picked call and I paid 1000 rupees for 1 day. After check-in OYO person picked call and not helped regarding extra amount taken. and hotel owner asked to check-out tomorrow evening (29/05/2023) else need to pay extra 1000 again.

      I recently booked 3 rooms in OYO Flagship Sree Lakshmi Comforts on 18.5.2023.I made a payment of rupees 1750/- for booking confirmation and my partial booking was done.When I went to the hotel for checking in, I was

        I recently booked OYO rooms in Bangalore on booking.com for 2 nights and I paid an amount of ₹1750/-.When I went to the room for check in, The hotel management said that the rooms were fully booked and they informed it to OYO, they have nothing to do with it .The hotel employee referred another hotel for me as I was with my family, The another room was worst .It was a bar hotel and the hotels were full of bottles.I immediately left that room and shifted to another hotel which was adjustable. When I returned from Bangalore, I called OYO cusotmer care twice and the calls were disconnected in the middle of the conversation.I wrote a mail to oyo regarding my refund and till now no reply from oyo.I need refund from OYO

          I booked room in oyo hotel orbit inn on 21st may through oyo app. My booking ID is ZRVC1048. But at checkin property manager told that he cannot give room at such low price and I had to pay extra money. So apart from 522₹ which I paid on app, he took extra 878₹. I tried to contact oyo customer service but I was not able to connect. As I was travelling from a long journey, I had to pay extra money. I am sharing screenshot of payment done by me. Kindly refund my extra amount which I paid which is not acceptable as I have already paid on app. After contacting oyo customer care, they made me talk to propert manager and property manager is denying that he took extra money saying it is food bill. No food was ordered by me neither received. He took extra money at check out. As we have our luggage kept at him as he provided room after 3 hours of waiting. Also while talking in front of oyo customer agent, he also mentioned that he is ready to provide free stay next time. It clearly tells that he took extra money. Please look into this matter seriously.

            I booked a room using Oyo rooms, made a payment of 3371 on 6th may 2023 using gpay. But for the payment they didn't provide me a booking id. After contacting the helpline they denied of any such transaction. It's been almost a month still they have not resolved the issue. Please help

              But when I went there they denied check-in saying rooms are not available.
              BUT I PAID RS. 1497 IN ADVANCE. I CALLED IN CUSTOMER CARE AND THEY SAID THEY WILL REFUND ME. I RECEIVED A MESSAGE STATING REFUND IS PROCESSED SUCCESSFULLY AND IT WILL REFLECT IN MY ACCOUNT WITHIN 7-14 DAYS. BUT IT HAS BEEN MORE THAN 3 MONTHS NOW, I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND.

                Hi oyo team,

                Booking id :[protected]

                I booked a hotel oyo property (Classic double or twin, quantity-02) in varansi, oyo 22703 jee's stay through agoda apps on 29 mar, 2023 for check in on 28 april and check out in on 30 april 2023 and made a complete payment of rs. 5775.71/; i also received confirmation that the hotel booking was completed via [protected]@agoda-messaging.com and receipt by agoda company pte, ltd dated 29 march, 2023. Both screen shot uploaded)

                When i arrived at the hotel, they denied my reservation, stating that they did not receive my amount either from oyo or from agoda company. L was shown modified bill amounting rs 7197.13/ and made to pay all the amount without deducting rs 5775.71/ by the owner of oyo 22703 jee's stay. I was told by the jee's stay hotel owner that he will forward request to refund of booked amount and it will be credited in my account. But still i did not receive my amount to my account.
                Please take appropriate action as deemed fit for refund my money, or i will have to file an official complaint with the consumer court for misleading/fraud to the customer.

                  I made a payment for a hotel booking in Oyo application. The booking amount was 1088. The amount was deducted but the booking was not confirmed so the booking Id was also not generated. I called Oyo customer care several times but they didn't solve the issue and kept forwarding the calls. The UPI transaction Id is[protected]. I want to get the refund for the aforesaid amount.                       We booked our room through Priceline on Priceline the hotel looked nice and rooms looked nice and I knew there would not be a breakfast bar but it had that they had mini refrigerators and microwaves so that was fine. It also advertised TVs etc we get to the hotel and check in he tells me no tv, no coffee pot, no refrigerator and no microwave. We get up to the room there’s no light switch in bathroom, no toilet paper, no light in room, tape on lock, rips and holes in the blankets so we walked right back out. It is not what was advertised at all. When I asked for refund he said he was sorry and that I had to contact customer service. That did not good because I booked through Priceline I contacted them and they contacted the customer service and I was denied a refund! This is unacceptable and again false advertising!

                        My booking number was N5A05415. After I reached to the hotel the hotel denied my check in saying they are full and no room was available. At first they didn’t even find my booking. After I showed the booking confirmation on my phone they denied booking. Then I called OYO and after 30 min of fight oyo agreed to give me a full refund. This happened on 10 May 2023. Today is 22nd May 2023 and I am still awaiting for refund.

                            I have been denied check in to the Oyo property collection o 78675 collection o key rooms for booking ID AJ3P4613, when we went to the property they said we are not taking bookings through Oyo now. They asked us if we want they can shift us to a near by property, which is not even decent and we denied. I called 100 times to Oyo customer care from the app and they said I can’t contact the property and are manager they are not picking and they put me on hold for 10 minutes then disconnected the line.
                            As of today, 21st May I called them again and the customer care executive said the property manager has denied this and said they are taking in bookings through Oyo, I asked to put on conference and he said she is not picking up anymore.
                            I have not been refunded yet, I have never stayed at this property for this booking and on the app it shows check in and checked out. This is such a bad experience with Oyo hotels and I will never book again. I need my refund back from them

                                I booked a hotel in oyo on 17/05/2023 booking id is IEKB1085 and payment is also done via gpay( added screenshot for booking and payment).

                                My check-in date is 20/05/2023.

                                Today morning I called the Hotel for confirmation, hotel manager said like I need to pay 500 rs extra. So I called oyo help team and informed about the same, one of your customer service person kept me on hold and spoke with hotel and oyo manager and later said like issue is resolved you can check-in without any issues. So I went to the hotel, again that hotel manager denied my check-in request. This time he said like all rooms are sold out. But I payed for the room on 17/05/2023.

                                Again I tried to contact oyo help desk. They were saying you check in with different hotels but those hotels have low ratings. I didn’t accept it.

                                Without my concern some different hotel got book which is showing in the oyo app. ( adding screenshot for that too)

                                Because of you guys, my hole vacation plan got spoiled.
                                How can you deny my check-in even though I paid full amount in advance.
                                I travelled 70 Km from my local to this hotel. Is this a joke to say we don’t have rooms.

                                Necessary action should be taken regarding this issue.

                                I’m not going to leave this issue just like, plaining to take legal action against oyo. There is nothing wrong from my side. Oyo made my day terrible.

                                      Rs. 655 got deducted while I was paying through phonepe upi with transaction id T2305151155416013544736 and utr[protected]. But booking not done. I got no booking id so please refund my money.

                                        After Paying the full amount in app. the hotel people are asking for 600 more.
                                        So asked Oyo o solve the problem.But they said it will be solved with in 12 to 48 hours.
                                        But OYO Customer service said they can not contact to Business Manager and do not give my refund.
