Invoice not provided for online payment

I have made OYO booking at flagship the surbhi, mp nagar zone 2 behind patidar studio, huzur tahsil, bhopal for date 03 july 2023 to 04 july 2023 with booking id's PC280956 (Rs.910), As per mentioned in oyo online portal under booking but they have not provide me invoice for the same Rs 910/- i have paid through oyo app. Continuously trying to talk with oyo customer care but there is no resolution provided yet. Refund amount with oyo

I did the booking with booking I'd Jfqv1052.
Paid 3997 for partial booking.
Next day kyo executive cancelled my booking and told me that they will provide full refund.

But still I have not received any refund on this....

Since 4 months I didn't get my refund amount

My booking ID is TVJX4820 and this booking has been done by the Oyo team only and because of some extra charges demanded by the receptionist so I didn't check-in and the manager of Oyo team had cancelled my booking but since four months I didn't received my money back.
The Oyo team who is appointed for refund process has verified my details twice to thrice they give me assurance that you will get the refund within 2-3days but I haven't...

Difference in room picture shown on the OYO application and the original room

I had booked a room from the OYO app in the hotel Sunrise Suites. As soon as I entered I was told that my booking amount is really low so the hotel first told me they’ll talk to the OYO management regarding the same. I was really tired so the hotel gave me their suite room to rest, which was actually the room I had booked seeing on the OYO application. Reg invoice issue

I booked my stay at greenleaf hyderabad in was mentioned its a ac room, but when i landed in hyd and reached hotel . room did not had any ac, and the manager said he cant do anything., On the other day while checking out no body provided me tax invoice, i called customer care many times, CCR held up my call for half an hour then disconnected . I am raising this issue on chat support also but unable to find any solution, I am getting difficulty...

Refund not given- harassment

Have made a booking on 18 june2023 by calling customer care of oyo, at the time of booking they said if didnt like rooms they we will refund you, when we reach there in hotel the condition of the room was not good and ac was not working .. since we called service boy no one came there to assist us.. then we left the hotel in less than 10 minutes and booked another room as we have to go further for function. We even called oyo customer care...

Wend to North Lima, Ohio OYO. Paid for room with credit card. They wanted a fifty dollar deposit. Credit card denied for deposit. No other credit card and not enough cash. Went to stay somewhere else.
OYO main office/booking charged my credit card on file due to North Lima, Ohio marking my reservation as canceled after the cut off date for a refund.
Need a refund for $92.40

Extra money charged at checkinn

I booked a room in oyo flagship 807771 Hotel Midnight Inn on 29th june through oyo app. I paid booking amount through app but when I reached hotel, they told me that booking is invalid and if I want to checkin I will have to pay extra tariff charges which is not mentioned anywhere in the oyo. Payment made but booking not done.

I bboked a room and paid online via gpay on oyo app and I recieved a message stating your booking has not been confirmed. Money has been deducted from my account but I have not recieved any booking ID or confirmation. Please help. Thank you....

Booking Gets automatically cancelled and a new Kind of scam

Dear Sir,

I Would like to draw your kind attention that I had booked hotel on 26th June 2023 booking id XYBH4362 but regret to inform you that due to your app issue, before getting checked in into the Hotel it automatically checked out.

Money is debited but booking id not generated

I paid 1720 Ruppes to oyo rooms on 24.05.2023 in dehradun.Money is debited from my bank account but booking not confirmed by Oyo.

I tried multiple times to report my problem.But my problem is not resolved by oyo customer care.

Denied Check-in even after online payment

This has been the most traumatic experience ever. We made the booking using the option "book without credit card", however have received repeated messages from OYO asking for a payment to avoid cancellation, hence had no option but to make an online payment of INR 3406.22.
