I was refused for entry in a prepaid hotel booking. Hotel staff said they don’t accept reservations from oyo app anymore. I’ve called costumer support several times. I want full amount refund for my booking as I’ve not stayed in the hotel.
OYO Rooms customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    I booked and hotel room for 4 August 2022 on date 2 August 2022 thorough oyo app and paid the money through paytm and money got deducted through account but their is no showing of any bookings in the app..in need the refund and do as early as possible...my oyo app registration number is [protected].....

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I booked a hotel for 1 night stay (08/07/22 to 09/07/22) through oyo app against Booking ID - Z2UI8956 Oyo Townhouse 071 Brookefield dated 30.06.2022 and paid the full amount Rs.2347 through UPI (google pay). But due to an emergency, I had to cancel my booking.

    The cancellation was within the time period allotted by OYO and on the app it shows that the amount has been refunded but I still have not received any amount in my bank account.

    From that day I’m calling custumer care and there is no proper response. They keep on hold and disconnect the call.

    If this is the kind of service provided by the OYO, i'll probably not book from OYO ever again however cheap is your pricing.

    So kindly look into the issue and do the needful ASAP and this was my first pathetic service and very much disappointed.

    I got an email from customer care that refund was initiated at the time of cancellation and refund status is showing succesful, but my account has not yet been credited yet. It has been almost 2 months now.
    I have called oyo customer service, and they are not giving any satisfactory reply.
    Is this the kind of service that is provided by the company?

      Oyo has not refunded the amount paid while booking. On reaching hotel they denied room availability and cancelled the booking
      The refund is now pending for almost two months

      I did booking gor 14 days in a OYO Room and I paid them full amount in advance. The room they provided was not well maintained and I had to checkout on same day of my checkin.

      I contacted their escalation team and they sent me an email cofirmation of refund of amount by deducting 2 days charge which is ok for me.

      Email said it will credit in 7 to 14 days. But it is not happened yet. No email response, no enough...

      There are multiple problems with Oyo rooms.
      I booked for 10 days in Oyo 378 Aira Apartments in Bangalore between 15 July 2022 and 25 July 2022. Booking ID: R6QA8527.

      1. The hotel denied booking stating the reason that they have cut ties with Oyo. This should have been informed in advance either by Oyo or the hotel, but this is a surprise when I called hotel. Imagine travelling for many hours to a different city and...

      Oyo Room — Refund not received

      I made a booking on 23/07/2022 and payed advance money (Rs 329) to confirm booking, but due to some reason i canceled the booking an hour later making the same.
      And its been more than a month I haven't received my refund amount. I tried contacting cc but computerised voice is not letting me to talk to the customer executive and even if i somehow managed to get to customer care executive they just asks to be on hold and after 10 min...

      I booked oyo room through app my booking id W2BX3756 and my payment is done before visiting to hotel where i paid 995 rupess.At the time of checkin receptionist asked me to show booking id, its a clear cut intention to watch my paid amount.she insisted me to pay extra 500 saying like bookings below 1000 will charge extra 500.

      Let me tell you yet again another incident of worst Oyo service i have experienced.

      1) Booking done on July 5 at Oyo Townhouse 251 Richmond Circle ( Booking ID: INVB9694 )
      For 6th July - 7th July .

      It was on 5 june when this incident occure, we were tired so last mint this hotel we book on price 1066 rs but when we went for checking they denied saying they did not accept any online payment .They again said for payment 1357rs and said that 1066 will be refunded in 14 days .
