I booked hotel in Varanasi from OYO app and paid whatever price was showing. When i arrived to hotel, Hotel first checked in on APP and then asked for more money. Hi,
I made a prepaid booking from OYO app on 24th July and there on the app it was mentioned that local Id is accepted.
Upon reaching the hotel, they denied checking in with an Aadhaar Card as ID proof.
I had to cancel the booking and the amount RS 566 was already paid.
