I booked my stay at greenleaf hyderabad in was mentioned its a ac room, but when i landed in hyd and reached hotel . room did not had any ac, and the manager said he cant do anything., On the other day while checking out no body provided me tax invoice, i called customer care many times, CCR held up my call for half an hour then disconnected .     Have made a booking on 18 june2023 by calling customer care of oyo, at the time of booking they said if didnt like rooms they we will refund you, when we reach there in hotel the condition of the room was not good and ac was not working .. since we called service boy no one came there to assist us.. then we left the hotel in less than 10 minutes and booked another room as we have to go further for function. We even called oyo customer care after clearing everything they said they will initiate refund and you will receive refund in 7 working days. More than 12 days have passed still we didnt receive any refund. They even mail us to check the status of refund but thats not working. Today dated 2 july 2023 we again called customer care and they refused to give us any refund .Our booking id is SW6A6323

      Wend to North Lima, Ohio OYO. Paid for room with credit card. They wanted a fifty dollar deposit. Credit card denied for deposit. No other credit card and not enough cash. Went to stay somewhere else.
      OYO main office/booking charged my credit card on file due to North Lima, Ohio marking my reservation as canceled after the cut off date for a refund.

        I booked OYO rooms from official website on 4th October and paid ₹21123 in advance for 23 nights stay (lunch included) from 9th October-2022 to 1st November-2022. Then on October 16 I initiated a request to shorten my booking through customer support and my checkout date was 18-Oct-2022. For the same I got an acknowledgement mail from OYO that OYO has received my request. I checked out from the hotel on the mentioned date 18-Oct-2022 as discussed with support. After few days I contacted customer support to check further progress and refund related queries. They told me my ticket is in progress and I would get the refund after the check-out date as it is an automated process which would take time. I contacted Oyo many times and after many unsuccessful attempts i could manage to speak with their customer support and received acknowledgement email about refund of ₹14294, but after 7-14 working days(according to oyo) i didn't get my refund back. Please help me. Thanks!

        OYO representative asked me to provide the bank account details. I did the same and within i month of complaint i received the refund amount in my back account. I did not received any acknowledgement mail or call from OYO but I am closing this ticket because my issue is resolved.

          I booked a room in oyo flagship 807771 Hotel Midnight Inn on 29th june through oyo app. I paid booking amount through app but when I reached hotel, they told me that booking is invalid and if I want to checkin I will have to pay extra tariff charges which is not mentioned anywhere in the oyo. As I had no other option, I had to pay extra charges i.e. 1050₹ apart from 450 which I paid while booking, so total bill was summed up to 1500. They also refused to give me bill. Even though I am sharing screenshot of payment done by me. This is totally not expected from oyo. I just want refund for extra money that I paid which is 1050₹ as soon as possible. I have contacted oyo service multiple times but it is not worth contacting. Executives are only putting calls on hold for long hours and not responding. Resolve my issue as soon as possible.

            I bboked a room and paid online via gpay on oyo app and I recieved a message stating your booking has not been confirmed. Money has been deducted from my account but I have not recieved any booking ID or confirmation. Please help. Thank you.

              Dear Sir,

              I Would like to draw your kind attention that I had booked hotel on 26th June 2023 booking id XYBH4362 but regret to inform you that due to your app issue, before getting checked in into the Hotel it automatically checked out.

              I suddenly contacted to customer care and he directed me to initiate fresh booking and assured me, once u checked out, refund will be credited and I did the same.

              Later on, again I booked the same Hotel via booking id HX949130 and paid Rs 824/- .Regret to inform that it automatically cancelled.

              However, Hotel staff also aware me about the oyo app issue and the kind of Scam.

              I would request you to please refund for both the bookings asap on my original payment mode i.e Rs 1648 as earliest as I didnt get hotel anywhere.

                    I have booked an OYO (booking id: VCVV8468) and cancelled. Refund in app is showing as success but money is not credited to my account. Only OYO money is credited to wallet but not the amount i paid through UPI.

                        I am writing to bring to your attention a highly distressing experience I encountered during my recent hotel booking with Oyo. I am seeking your immediate assistance in resolving this matter satisfactorily.

                        On 19th June 2023, I made a reservation through the Oyo app for a hotel stay at [OYO Townhouse 99 Rudra Inn Near Chattapur booking Id: Y9GM1691. The charges displayed online were clearly communicated, and I proceeded with the booking in good faith. However, upon arrival at the hotel, I was shocked to discover that the vendor demanded additional payment beyond what was agreed upon during the booking process.

                        Found me in an extremely uncomfortable situation at 11:45 midnight I called your customer care they guided me to book another hotel & pay online as there could be fluctuation in the prices if your booking is offline so did the booking by Inr 404 against Booking Id: W7BX6250 for OYO Flagship 811986 Paradise Greens & its was weird to know that again the hotel receptionist asked for additional INR 800 if wish to stay as per him they have discontinued to oyo which they updated with you a number of times & it was 12:25 am.I asked them to walk through the hotel I found the rooms were dirty broken beds & rooms were smelly its not worth paying 800 extra in day time I could have canceled at my arrival by seeing this room.

                        I contacted Oyo's customer care immediately for assistance. I spoke with multiple executives and explained the predicament I was facing. Although they attempted to provide an alternative solution with Booking Id I0F23479 for Capital O Jasmine Inn, it turned out that the suggested hotel was the same "Paradise Greens" registered under a different name in the Oyo app, leading to further confusion and frustration.

                        I ended up connecting with your customer care for more than 90 min where they assured me they will connect me with senior manager who will make arrangements for a stay & Finally, I booked another on by myself at 2.30 pm as your team was not able to find any alternate solution

                        Given the circumstances and the inconvenience I experienced, I kindly request the following resolutions:

                        Full Refund: I expect a full refund of the payment made for the initial booking against Booking Id: W7BX6250. The additional charges demanded by the vendor were unfair and contrary to the agreed-upon terms during the booking process.

                        Compensation: Considering the distressing situation I encountered late at night, I believe I am entitled to fair compensation for the trouble caused. I request compensation in the amount of 2 lakhs as a gesture of goodwill and acknowledgment of the inconvenience and distress I endured.

                          I paid 1720 Ruppes to oyo rooms on 24.05.2023 in dehradun.Money is debited from my bank account but booking not confirmed by Oyo.

                          I tried multiple times to report my problem.But my problem is not resolved by oyo customer care.

                            I have booked the Oyo room in Kolkata on 7th June 2023. The booking got cancelled on that day . My money was not refunded .

                            I have paid advance payment of 599 via UPI app . I tried to reach out the customer executive multiple times and they hang up the call when then are asked to issue refund request. I have also mailed to Oyo customer executive mail id but no response

                            My booking ID is FW3R1755. Kindly refund my money

                              Description:

                              This has been the most traumatic experience ever. We made the booking using the option "book without credit card", however have received repeated messages from OYO asking for a payment to avoid cancellation, hence had no option but to make an online payment of INR 3406.22.

                              But when my family visited the hotel today (22 Jun 2023) after a 28-hour train journey, they were denied check-in stating rooms are not provided for bookings with online payment made to OYO. I tried talking to OYO customer care and after being on call for 1 hour with 3 different representatives and kept on long holds, I was told that the Area property manager would help with the check-in however without an estimated time even when they are aware that the check-in time has already passed, and my family has been waiting at the hotel for more than 2 hours waiting to be checked in. I could not believe how could people be so insensitive.

                              The behavior of the representatives reflected the culture at OYO and the lack of respect or value towards customers.

                              My family group consisted of 6, which includes 4 senior citizens with couple of them undergoing medication for various illness, and it has been a tiring time for the whole duration.
                              My family was also warned by the hotel authorities to either make the payment by cash or to step out of the hotel. Finally, without an option, my family had to check-in by paying INR 5200, which is way more than the actual booking amount of INR 3406.22.

                              Hence, I again called the OYO customer care for a refund, and I was told that the refund request (under Ticket ID [protected]) is submitted and will be validated within 48 hours, and we will be updated about the refund status.

                              We need the refund at the earliest, as we already had to make the payment at the hotel and had to go through extreme inconvenience and trauma.

                              On June 25, 2023, we have received an email from [protected]@oyosupport.com stating that our full refund (INR 3406) would be processed within 7-14 working days, however as of today (July 12, 2023) we have still not received the refund nor any further updates from OYO. This is so frustrating to know that OYO does not bother to address customer grievances, where OYO as a company has failed completely by not fulfilling the booking even after collecting the full amount as an advance.

                              Even to this day, we shall never forget the terrible experience my family members (mostly senior citizens) had to go through by being refused to check-in to the hotel and made to wait outside even after making the full payment in advance.

                              We are still waiting for the full refund to be credited in our account.

                                16th June 2023 black day for me unfortunately I booked Oyo room first time without knowing about them. I am wondering how they are running this big business without having basic set-up.

                                Very common, all the service provider have same system. once you send the payment link or pay option on your website for the same customer has paid, none of the service provider will show the payment gateway again and ask them to pay. In your application I was asked to pay thrice for a single booking, the first time I paid it showed the payment gateway again thinking the previous transaction was unsuccessful I paid again and this idiocy continued one more time I thought the previous 2 transaction were failed so I paid the third time but only when I check my transaction history I realised the payment was successful all the three times the highlight is your idiotic application asked me to pay ₹1300 again while on Booking to "actually" complete the process. I should've have been cautious by this time by acknowledging this is a scam, but my brain did not think I would be fooled. After collecting the payment your application stopped working, it bombarded me with continuous error message. At that time I realised OYO looted my money.

                                After a series of mishaps I reached out to your customer care service, they checked and said there is some error from our end in the application no need to pay ₹1300/- and also your excess amount which you paid will be refunded to your account.

                                Time for check-in, unfortunately my client came earlier so, I asked the hotel reception they just had a single adamant answer which I quote "No room for OYO booking because they allotted AC room at a very low price to customer, in that low price they take maximum commission so we won't provide room ask them to change the property", I asked the reception why did you accept the booking if you have these concerns they said we don't know anything ask OYO. I called the customer care again, on the other side of the call a lady, brain eater picked the call and to change the property she asked my details more than ten times repeatedly and finally asked me to pay through the link she sent so, I paid ₹122 and again they said not yet received after several argument again I paid ₹122. I asked her to allocate the room for the same price but she was ignorant and allocated the room for ₹1687/- including yearly check-in price ₹100/- which I paid directly to the hotel. Now what I have paid for the previous room thrice I was refunded only twice and another transaction was not refunded. Cheated amount of ₹122 + ₹122 which is not related to me because of your mistake, you are changing the property for your own convenience. Excess amount what I have paid to the Stayed hotel because of your mistake need to be refunded otherwise will take further legal actions.

                                avoid oyo for booking hotels...no customer assistance, hotel sometime denied checkin due to low price, application & payment have frequent issue...customer executive are arrogant & uneducated people dont know much about customer satisfaction

                                    I had booked a room through Oyo app on 4 June 2023 at hotel- oyo townhouse 810943 saket residency (booking ID- EWDK6634) and made a payment of rs 856 but at the time of check-in the manager denied to give me a room saying his rooms were full for that I had filed a complaint at Oyo customer support and they said that the refund will be reflected to me in 7-14 days but I have not got the refund yet and the 14 days period is also over.
                                    I have tried reaching their customer support through call and mail but I have not got a good response from them.
                                    Kindly do the needful and get me my money back.

                                      I had booked a hotel through Oyo app, hotel named as oyo collection o Nirvana Residency (Booking Id- NXI11388) and I hade done the payment through Oyo app of rs 1348 but the hotel manager denied to accept that payment and I had to pay rs1348 again to the hotel manager to get a room after that I have tried to reach Oyo customer support through call and mail but I have not got a good response from them and my money back yet.

                                        Dear team,
                                        I booked an oyo room in Flagship Royal Palace from Oyo application and paid online for that room .Booking for that room is DRXP2711 . We are being denied check in by that property since we paid online . According to them oyo application pays them late, so until and unless they are getting that money they wont let us in. They took to id to verify and in the mean time they showed us checked in when we wanted to compaint in that app. This is a fraud act. We talked to the oyo agent for 12 minutes and got verbal assurance that we will get our refund . After that we left the place .This is a pathetic experience for any customer. The oyo has already denied our refund through email. I am attaching images here. Kindly look in to the matter and do the needful.
