complaining against oyo property dealers

I had done a booking in oyo room at 2000 hours on 1 jun 19, after 2.5 hours, wen i was about to reach hotel with my lady guest and this time when it is a night time, a guy from hotel calls me and tells me that rooms are not available with us... And that's not my problem that u have to go somewhere else now. This is not done. Some serious action is required against this oyo property dealer....

not allowing visitors after 6.30 pm

During room booking it was not mentioned that visitors are not allowed after 6.30. Suddenly from reception it is conveyed that visitors are not allowed. We have infact paid for 3 days. This is really not good. Our visitors are just for visit and not for staying. All these rules goes with hospitals and not with hotels. Kindly look into the matter. Early action requested.

delete booking history

As oyo is not allowing to delete the booking history which can be very dangerous privacy issue if fallen in wrong hands. I don't want to get in the trouble. Any fraudulent can use that record for blackmailing purpose so want to get my details and booking history deleted.

escalations and refund

I had booked a room with oyo at 3:00 pm on 8th nov 2018. And at 3:02 pm decided to cancel the room because of alterations in my plan. My refund payment is pending even after escalation mangers promise of refunding full amount. Hi,

I wanted to bring up a couple of issues I’ve experienced during my stay at your OYO motel in Decatur, GA (I-20 E).

First, when I asked the front desk for a roll of tissue, I was told I couldn’t have one because I had already been given one for the day. That’s simply not true—I hadn’t requested or received tissue in the last 24 hours. The way this was handled felt dismissive and unfair.

Second, I’ve had repeated problems with towel availability. Even though the sign says towels are ready at 11 a.m., I’ve often been told they’re not available. Additionally, I’ve been repeatedly questioned about whether I’ve returned used towels to the bin—something I already did before asking for fresh towels and washcloths. This back-and-forth has been frustrating and unnecessary.

I hope you’ll take these concerns seriously and address them. Guests should feel respected and receive the basic amenities promised.

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    Super Collection O Rajapur Circuit House, Prayagraj

    Room(s): 3 Classic Rooms
    Guest(s): 7 adults

    On our arrival around 6.30pm we were initially informed by the Hotel Manager that they did not have our booking on their system. Anyway, eventually he traced our booking under different reference number.

    The Hotel Manager showed us the only available 3 rooms. One I guess was a "Standard Double", the other "Basic Double" and the last one was "Small Double/Driver Room". He advised that all other rooms had been allocated on first come first basis.

    Our booking confirmation via Agoda was for 3 Classic Rooms. We were expecting high standard rooms in view of the price per room ( approx.INR 11000). None of these were Classic Rooms. We were totally misled by the online photos of the rooms.

    He added that we would have to pay the full price regardless of whether or not we stayed in the rooms. We were tired after travelling for over 8 hours from Chitrakoot and had no choice as we had to perform Triveni Sangam bath in the evening.

    Overall the Hotel stay was a terrible experience and the worst one of in all our holidays to date. Some of the issues, not exhaustive:

    No hot water
    No or slow reception/room service
    Dirty rooms, bad smells and filthy bed linen
    We wished to order dinner around 10.00pm but were informed it was tool late
    We had breakfast included in our booking but this was not ready in the morning at 7.00pm and so we missed as we had to check-out and leave early for boat trip
    We ordered tea in the evening and morning but service was very slow and tea not as requested. In the end my wife had to go and help make the tea herself

    We called the [protected] support desk number many times but with no joy. They did not know what to do and wasted our time by keeping us on hold, transferring us to other departments or cutting us off.

    Under the circumstances and as a gesture of goodwill we request a full refund of INR 33, 433.56 plus compensation of the totally unsatisfactory hotel rooms and poor services as stated above.

    The company have stated that we did not escalate the matter within 48 hours and therefore, there are unable to provide any resolution. We were not aware of this policy and we did call the customer service number many times since checking out without any joy
