I booked one room in pune comfort inn from 28 oct 2018 to 9th nov 2018 booking id oyo 15456...….. Due to business plan change i had to check out on 1st nov 2018. Oyo promised me to refund the remaining amount in 7 to 14 working days. These days are already passed now they making false excuses lime due to bank holiday we could not process your refund. Now again they are asking to wait for 7 to 14 working days. All the time they are disconnecting my calls. Even the height o[censored]nprofessionalism is the customer care executive is smoking outside and talking to me. They all are bunch of thugs.

Oyo is cheat company. Don't book rooms there

    Dear sir, i booked oyo 14676 flagship baga alchemy creek hotel from 15 th nov 2018 to 18 th nov 2018 (3 nights) & my booking id was ebvj7536 from oyorooms.com (Find attached booking copy). When i check in at hotel on 15 th nov 2018, hotel management mention same detail s in register i. E 3 nights stay and check out date 18 th nov 2018 (Find attached hotel register copy). But on 17 th nov 2018 property manager mr sunil told me that my booking is of only 2 nights and your check out is today only i. E 17 th nov 2018. I shown my booking copy although mr sunil not ready to listen to me and told me to vacant room on immediately as he had taken another booking and guest is waiting for room. I called oyo customer care number and shown my concern they told that my booking is of 3 nights and on 17 th nov morning hotel shown check out at 10.45 a. M. I told mr sunil that hotel shown check out thats way its now showing as my booking is of 2 night s only. I am out for entire day on 17 th nov 2018 and i didnt sign in register for check out than how come this possible. And customer case person also told that they send me invoice also (Find attached invoice copy). Mr sunil not ready to listen any thing and fighting with me and forced me to vacant room or else he will inform his staff to throw my luggage out and call poice as i didnt vacant room.
    Dear sir, i paid full amount for 3 days and as hotel got another booking they shown me as check out and taken another booking with out my permission.
    Its wrong practice and its like nightmare while having holiday with family.
    I shown my grievance to customer care but i didnt get any reply from there.

    Pls inter vein as such kind of malpractice never happen with again with any other guest.

      Booking id: tgkn6258. Even after 18 days and calling oyo for 20 times and wasting my time they have not returned my amount. Yet i have received the mail regarding the initiation of the refund 18 days back. Whenever i call their customer care they say to wait for 2days. Now its 18 days. Actual amount of refund was rs. 898, of which they refunded rs. 15 the very next day on 2nd of nov. But the remaining amount of rs. 883 is still pending, thought everytime i call they tell that your refund is initiated. I herewith attach the screenshot of the email i received.

        This is regarding an episode dated 18th october 2018 at your associated property oyo 352 hotel drs 8586 haveli in adinath nagar, jaipur. My sheer bad luck that i happened to look for a budget hotel of oyo for a 5 night stay in jaipur with my parents. While surfing on the make my trip website, i found the above named property to be most suitable according to my budget, proximity and requirements. I booked the property for five nights on mmt and received a booking receipt for this (Pnr: [protected])
        On reaching the property, i was not-greeted by a shady, shabby and arrogant boy aged between 20-25 years. He clearly told me that “we disregard whatever payment/booking you have made on mmt because we are no longer associated to make my trip/ oyo in any way”. On enquiring about why the property has signboards of oyo if they are not associated with it, they told me that it is because “our payment of around 1.5lacs is stuck with oyo and if we remove the signboards, they won’t give it to us. So we only have this board until we get our dues cleared”.
        When i reinstated that since, i have made the payment and i would stay at the property, the owner (Some mr. Gupta - a man aged around 50) came out of his attached residential premises and started misbehaving with me. This was the most unpleasant and uncalled for experience i had with any property in india. Some points that i would be listing down on all the social networking portals and/or consumer forums are:
        1. Me and my parents were made to wait for 3 hours at the reception and were not even offered a glass of water.
        2. The two men and the reception were consuming alcohol and misbehaved with me when i reached.
        3. The owner misbehaved with me and my parents and abused us.
        4. The owner called for some goon and insulted us even more on asking for refund. We were literally thrown out of the property.
        Is that what oyo is for? In the name of budget hotels…is oyo fooling the customers by listing such shady, unhygienic and bad properties? Not only a mental harassment but i would be taking this up against oyo as a case of eve teasing, abusing and harassment.
        Is oyo only meant to increase the number of properties listed and there is no check done on the property/ owner?
        I would make sure i put my story up on all the possible portals and judiciary channels unless i get an apology and the property delisted from your site.
        Shame on you oyo!!!

          Booking checked-out - oyo 2681 hotel madhuram palace : booking no.: xmte3840.
          In regard to the above booking number, i made an early check out and i was told by the oyo support executive that money will be refunded to me. But i have still not received the refund of ₹872. I had booked the room from 13th to 16th of november, but i modified the booking on 15th of november and shortened it by one day. I contacted the oyo support executive and he assured me that the money will be refunded to me.
          I urge others to not make any booking with oyo.. They have unethical principles.

            My self pragnesh patel, surat, gujarat. I booked oyo flagship 14676 alchemy creek, goa for 15 th to 18 th nov 2018 from oyorooms.com (find attachment for booking detail) . When i check in at hotel on 15 th nov 18 hotel also mention same dates in register (find attachment of hotel register) as per their booking record. But on 2nd day i.e 17 th nov 2018 Hotel manager mr sunil told me that i have boking for 2 days only. I shown my booking copy but he told that on web site yr booking shown for two days only . I talk to helpline number they told that hotel shown check out in 17th nov morning at 10.46 a.m thats why on web its shown as 2 days stay and they sent me bill as 2 days charge and one day early check out charges (find attachment )showing check out on 17 th morning and told to vacant room. I was out for entire day on 17 th nov when i came back in evening mr sunil property manager fighting with me and force to check out room. I paid for 3 days and hotel shown early check out as they taken another booking on same day. Mr sunil told me to vacant room or else i will inform my satff to throw ur luggage out and call police . Its a nightmare for me during holiday with family. I called many te to oyorooms they not reapinded well amd keeping my calls on holds every time. Worst experinace. Pls intervain as such kind not happen with other one in future.

              Its been a month and still oyo has not fully refunded my amount to bank. I have talked so many times with them but they only say wait for few days. Its been 1 month then.                 My booking reference id szou8602.
                My booking was from 2nd nov to 5 th nov 2018,
                Due to flight delay, i was not able to call the oyo for confirmation.
                I didnot get any call from hotel nor oyo. But suddenly on 3rd nov. That my booking got cancelled. And spoke to the customer care as my booking was prepaid and you cant cancel the same. After long discussions and called many times, customer care agreed for refund within 7-14 days.
                I got a message on 6 nov that refund got initiated of rs 599 instead of rs 3201 i have paid for booking.
                I called 2-3 times customer care but no resolution. And once customer care put me on hold for long and inspite of me saying hello hello so many times noone respond also. After so long i cut the call.
                Oyo customer care services are not good at all.

                  My team of 10 people are arriving tomorrow morning at 8am. This is extortion. why should I pay more after paying the full payment in advance. This is a very unethical practice and it is unacceptable. I made this booking through OYO with great trust and this is my first experience with OYO and I expect the OYO team to resolve this issue internally with the hotel. It's not fair to harass customers who pay complete payment in advance with great trust. Kindly respond

                      I had called oyo customer care to confirm my booking to verify my booking which they did. I asked them if i should call the hotel to which they said that the booking is confirmed from our end.
                      However on 17th november i called the hotel to cross check, i has told by the hotel that they no longer have any association with oyo rooms and the booking wont be honored.
                      I called oyo again to which they replied that the booking is confirmed and not to worry. However i was not satisfied and made the oyo customer care call the hotel. After the call they came to know that the booking is not being entertained by the hotel. (I have phone recordings for the same)
                      It was only after my efforts that the oyo customer care came to know about the scenario. If i hadnt contacted the hotel i would have landed there without booking.
                      Now i was told by oyo team that they will be giving me alternate booking without any extra cost, but when i recieved the voucher its asking fore more money.
                      My original booking was made 5 months back when the tarrif was low and now the tarrif has gone very high as its new year dates.
                      It is entirely oyos fault and they should give me a alternate booking for same category hotel without any extra cost.

                        escalations and refund

                        I had booked a room with oyo at 3:00 pm on 8th nov 2018. And at 3:02 pm decided to cancel the room because of alterations in my plan. My refund payment is pending even after escalation mangers promise of refunding full amount. They cut the phone after promising to call back with a solution but they never do this had happened 5 times. The escalation manager promised full refund into my payment method. But did not receive anything...

                        Booked hotel at virat residency, hyderabad.

                        From one of your other representative abdul rashid. Paid the whole amount with gst.
                        When asked for bill he told he'll send by mail but afterwards when continuesly asked for the bill he sended it that too without gst (After 1 month) now when asked for the gst bill he is not responding for calls or even messages
                        Really a worst experience with oyo.

                          Hello Sir,
                          I stayed in OYO 18605 home modern stay marari beach from 13/11/18 to 15/11/18 with 2 of my friends when I checked in the booking was confirmed but at the time of checkout when I opened my aap to see the amount to be paid the booking was showing cancelled when asked the owner of the property( Miss. Soumya) she replied no the booking is not cancelled so she took total amount of 2243/- as mentioned in the app but now neither OYO nor the owner is ready to provide me the tax invoice. Even owner said her OYO captain said OYO does not provide tax invoice ever which I think is clear case of tax theft. Please look into this case and get me justice.

                            I was booking an oyo on 19th october the transaction failed but amount of 1329 was debited from my account, and the scene is the failed booking is not shown in my oyo account hence i have no proof of the transaction except the debited amount message from bank and every time i am calling the customer support of oyo the executive is saying no transaction is there for 19th of october so if there is no such transaction why the amount of 1300 was debited from my icici bank account. Kindly help me out with the refund.

                              I have cancelled oyo booking on september 16th and i haven’t received my refund in spite of contacting customer care 4 5 times. I have received mail from pay u through which i have paid that my refund is initiated with transaction id: n6hh0wymgnqan3ng7w20y1ws, and reference no [protected] on behalf of oyo, but money is not transferred to my account. I am really irritated and disappointed.

                                I have booked online room for stay in warangal vide booking id: gzoy0176 from 24.10.2018 to 25.10.2018 @ rs.1484 per night and paid rs.2968 for two nights which is very high. However, due to emergency i had to select this oyo. When i asked at the reception for bill they said i will receive online receipt and they will not give hard copy. I received online bill which is inclusive of gst amount. I raised request to oyo customer case for gst bill on 27.10.2018 and since then i have been raising by mail to customer care and till date i have not received gst bill. Half dozen mails have been sent. Every time their customer care executive contacts me and says it is under process. It is almost more than 19 days and no response. The services are very poor and there is no escalation contact numbers except online number. Request immediate action and want gst bill for my stay.

                                  Sir maine oyo ma hotel book kiya h hotel id 30017 and i pay 3000 per day. No water in washroom, no room service, no kicthen in hotel building, they giving tea from road side.. Sir oyo without investigetion k hotel register kr rha h. Fraud kr rhe h. Harasment kr rhe h. Paisa lut rhe h... Please kch kro sir. Koi nhi sunta h. Sir oyo b koi response nhi krta. Again and again problem btate rho sirf mafi mangte h... Doing fraud. Please visit kijiy sir

                                    Oyo 9042 jai bala ji hotel staff misbehaved with us. While we were checking out from hotel they blamed us for damage. Just for a dirty towel they asked for 200 rs from us for loundary. As we refused to do that they started misbehaving and harassing for that.. It was very embarrassing in front of all people present in the reception.. Kindly take strict actions against them..

                                      Oyo15474 the village inn. Location is worst. Ambiance is also worst. No way it is suitable for stay specially for women. Person who is there in reception or owner of this so called hotel is so arrogant in behavior.

                                      This is very pathetic that standard of oyo is deteriorating like a road side line hotel.

                                      One should check in detail while booking through oyo group of hotel as these hotels lacks security also specially for women.

                                      Worst worst and worst experience. Having new rooms in any flat, can not be accepted as hotal facility claiming as international standard by oyo group.
