1. Room readiness, cleaning of room waited more than 30min in mid night on prepaid rooms.

2. TV not working

3. Breakfast not available in hotel so they served Poha jalebi in the name of breakfast.

4. On raising issue on OYO rooms they said a refund will be provided to you for the problem you faced.

5. Now OYO rooms is closing complaint without resolving it.

    I have booked the room in chennai in oyo rich residency in mahalakshmi street, property has not provided the rooms and they had provided security room since oyo has booked over loaded with the property. This is not the first time has happened this property, hello friends please do not book the rooms in oyo it is pathetic service.

    I would not recommend the oyo rooms for anyone.

      I booked 4 hotel rooms through oyo like 15 days back, the hotel name is satwah stay at jangpura extension and oyo code is 7304.

      There was no service at all, i would like to report the incidents as i had my guests whom staying arrangement was done by me in this hotel on 2nd of december.

      Initially i went myself to check rooms and washroom etc before my guest came who reached there by 7pm then we had a function at nearby location which they had to attend. My 3 rooms were at same floor one room was at another floor, so we knew about those 3 rooms but dint know about the forth one. After the function we went back to hotel and the entire staff was sleeping, we kept calling them for 20 minutes at reception landline and room service numbers but no one picked our call we kept knocking the receptions door but there was no response. Finally after 20 minutes we met 1 staff member who was sleeping on floor at lobby area who woke up but dint give any response.

      We found an another guy who did the same thing. We met the 3rd guy at another floor who was not ready to help and kept saying call the reception or go to reception which we were trying since 20-30 minutes by now.

      After requesting him multiple times he finally went to reception with us and woke the reception guy who again was not ready to talk and sleeping before they finally helped us.

      Next morning before i reach the hotel i ordered hotel staff the breakfast for my guest at 9:12 am for which they responded at 9:26am by call back, by 10:05 i reached there but my guests were still waiting for breakfast, i quickly went to reception and asked for food the reception guy responded in extremely rude way. Then after request to them they took the order again in which we had 8 cups of tea and 10 paranthas. Which finally served to us by 10:43am that too in instalments. As they served 4 cups of tea and 4 paranthas 1st then after 10-15 minutes they served 2 cups of tea and 2 paranthas then after 15 minutes they completed the order by 11:12am or so. Our guest checked out by 11:25 or so, immediately after this me and my father went to reception and asked for explanation they mis-behaved with my father and me also used abusive language.

      Sorry for long story telling however it was extremely embarrassing for me and my father in front of our guests which were actually the in-laws of my sister, the service was extremely poor and staff doesn't deserved to be employed anywhere.

      Request you too please check the footage and if they have mic also the check the recording too.

        Hi,

        I have paid 25% advance for this package for more than a month and i am yet to get any hotel details or air tickets. I have been following up calling and sending mail reminders also but there is no response. I am highly disappointed with this kind of response and seek immediate refund of advance paid. Every time i call either there is no response or i keep getting false assurance that i will get response on priority.

          I hava a meeting in mumbai on 5th of december and i have booked a room from oyo on 30th december.on 4th of december oyo executive called me and said me that due to maintaining issue we are not providing the same property and we are giving another property which he lied me about the terrif and location and duration time to reach my meeting destination.i called on oyo customer care number and he said me to wait he will discuss with his team and kept me waiting for 50 mins and then cut the line.now i am not able to dial on customer care number.now if i will book from another site i will cost me double due to sort of time.if oyo people cant handle the customer they should not give fake commintment...my brother has booked a 4 rooms for goa for march from oyo which is i am going to cancel today only..such a fraud company

            Hi,

            I have had the worst experience with oyo. I had recently booked a hotel and to my surprise the rooms where in horrible condition with ac not working, hygiene issues and the hotel denied to change my rooms.in this regard the hotel property agreed to provide a full refund for the stay, but the oyo team is playing ping pong. They say they can refund only rs 500, am just shocked. Is oyo trying to play with customer emotions?. This is my booking id ecib4162.

              Hi, good afternoon. May i know before you introduce the hotel for us, will you go to do site survey? I never booked this kind of hotel before. First time i help my friend to booked. Very disappointed! My friend took king size room, if no discount is rm85 per night. When we go in, got cockroaches. The toilet paper not provide the new one, just the balance of the previous customer. The cup no change or wash. The sink was dirty. The case put shower gel was damaged. On the bed also got cockroach. Even you give discount and budget hotel, you should make sure cleanliness must good and refreshing smell good. Not provide this kind of services! If people got extra budget no need book there. Hopefully you understand. You open hotel also want people come again. Like this how to walk in again! Thanks.

              I have booked a room for one of my clients at oyo the excellency at icchapore surat the reservation was basically for ten days but my client refused to stay there due to cleaniness and service related issues

              As cancelled booking is not relevant to us...I don't want to see that..I want delete cancelled booking because cancelled booking is unusual.

                i made a booking at le frank hotel through my oyo app on today evening for rs 1, 775 and i got a message saying if i made a early payment, i'll get a discounted amount of rs 1509. As per the app, the booking id was wiro3759. But i got the message that i made the payment for the booking id hiev5471.

                after discussing with the hotel reception, i contacted the captain prasanth and he asked to approach their customer service executive no: [protected].

                i made a call to that number and reported my concern, the customer care executive handed over the phone to his superior. Again i reported the same issue but the customer service executive told to pay another 1, 775 and wait 2 working days to get back my earlier amount. I expressed my unwillingness to pay two time for my one stay and he asked me to hold a minute to forward my call to higher ups. I waited around 5 - 6 minutes but no response received from the other end.

                i got a message after 2 minutes saying my problem resolved by the oyo team but actually not. So i again called prasanth and the hotel receptionist came to me and told me to pay the amount again. I not getting the point till now

                  मै प्रिय रंजन दिनांक 24.11.18 से 26.11.2018 तक के लिये booking id QFJG4312 द्वारा आपके Oyo 24071 Jasco Royal Inn, Amritsar, Panjab मे stay किया था.

                  बहुत अफ़सोस की बात है कि आपके brand के उपर विश्वास कर के हमने वहा रहने के लिये अपना booking कराय, और बहुत ही बुरी तरह ठ्गे गये.

                  हमारी train रात्रि 11.05 मे अमृतसर पहुन्ची और 11.45 के करीब जब होटल जैस्को रौयल इन पहुचे तो सर्व प्रथम कहा गया कि पहले full payment किजिये. हमने payment हेतु Card दिया तो कहा गया, यहाँ केवल नकद कारोबार होता है, card नही चलेगा. उन्होने कहा कि अभी जा कर ATM से निकाल कर payment किजिये. मैने उनसे request किया कि अभी तो रात के 12 बज गये है, तो बमुश्किल उन्होने मुझे सुबह नौ बजे तक का समय दिया.
                  अपने baggage लेकर जब मै अपने कमरे मे पहुंचा तो देखा कि आपके advertisement और वास्तव मे कमरे मे कोई समानता है ही नही.
                  मैने वहा उपस्थित व्यक्ति से कहा कि पीने का पानी दे दिजिये तो उनका जबाब था, पीने के पानी का व्यवस्था होटेल द्वारा नही किया जाता है, आपको पानी चाहिये तो 20/- रुपेय प्रति बोतल का नकद payment किजिये तो हम पानी का बोतल ला देंगे.
                  हमने देखा कि कमरे मे एक लकड़ी की अलमारी है, लेकिन कपड़े टांगने हेतु कोइ Hanger नही है. हमने उनसे request की कि दो चार Hanger दे दो, तो उनहोने आश्चर्य प्रकट किया कि आज तक किसी ने उनसे ऐसी किसी वस्तु की मांग नही की. मैने कहा भी की मै अपने Suit को ऐसे ही तो नही रख सकता, तो उनका प्रतुयुतर था कि नही आप ऐसे ही अलमारी मे अपने Suit को डाल दो.
                  आप अपने Advertisement मे complementary breakfast की बात करते है, जबकि उस होटेल मे कोई kitchen नही है और सुबह यह पुछ्ने पर कि नाश्ता के लिये Dinning Hall कहाँ है, उनका कहना था कि नाश्ते मे आपके लिये केवल पुड़ी और छोले है जो आपके रूम मे 10 बजे पहुंच जाएंगे . हमने कहा कि थोड़ा जल्द कर दो, तो उन्होने कहा कि बगल के दुकान खुलने के बाद ही मिलेगा. खैर, 10 बजे जो नाश्ता जिसे आप complementry breakfast कहते है, के नाम पर अखबार के ठोन्गे मे लपेट कर दो पुड़ी प्रति person यानि दो व्यक्ति के लिये चार पुड़ी और एक काले रंग के polythene मे थोड़ा सा छोला जो की निहायत ही घटिया था दिया गया जो की किसी भी तरह खाने योग्य नही था.
                  चाय के लिये उन्होने कहा 10/- रुपेय प्रति कप यदि नकद भुगतान करेंगे तो बगल के चाय वाले से मन्गा दूँगा.
                  शुरु दिन साबुन व शैम्पु तो बाथरुम मे था लेकिन अगले दिन demand करने पर उन्होने अपनी असमर्थता जतायी.
                  दुसरे दिन Double Bed Room के setup के बाथरुम मे एक towel देख कर हमने एक और कि demand की तो उन्होने कहा एक ही मिलेगा
                  दूसरे दिन सुबह से ही होटेल के मालिक का बहुत ही घटिये तरिके से payment का demand, जो की शर्तिया एक शरिफ़ इन्सान नही हो सकता, आपको विचलित करने के लिये काफ़ी है.
                  आपसे सादर अनुरोध है कि कृपया ठगी का कारोबार बन्द करे क्योंकि कोई व्यकति आपके Brand और Reputation के आधार पर प्रदेश जाता है, और परेशानियो से घिर जाता है.

                  आज cashless के जमाने मे किसी होटेल मे swap machine नही हो, और ग्राहक को नकदी हेतु force करना एक crime से कम नही है.

                  आपके customer care मे पहले दिन ही होटेल पहुचते के साथ मैने इन बातों को रखा तो उन्होने मुझे कहा कि सुबह हम आपको नज़दिक के दुसरे होटेल मे shift कर देंगे, लेकिन दुबारा कोई खबर नही ली गयी क्योन्कि आपको तो नकद भुगतान प्राप्त हो चुका था.
                  ईश्वर से प्रार्थना है कि आप और आप जैसी तमाम भारत की *ठग कम्पनियां* जल्द बन्द हो जिससे की भारत की अराज़कता समाप्त हो.

                  अन्य लोगों से जो इसे पढ रहे है और भविष्य मे booking करा रहे है उन्हे मै सावधान करना चाहुन्गा.

                    Hi this is a complaint regarding booking id pwvm8247.
                    I checked in at oyo shuhul homes and had a very bad experience as whatever i wanted to order was not there even if it was in the menu
                    Wi-fi not working very expensive cabs provided
                    It was stated that the room i booked had valley view which was a big lie as not even one room had valley view.
                    As the trip was in srinagar (Kashmir) which is a cold place and hot...

                    This is with reference to the booking cancellation i made on 8/11/2018 for sahyadri cottage) to which i received a message saying that my refund has been initiated on 09/11/2018.

                    It's been 28 days now, since i last received a msg from oyo about my refund. However i still haven't received any message and i'm disappointed in the fact that oyo is not even taking any efforts to give me the current status or specify the delay in making the refund.

                    Kindly look at issue at hand and update me with the current status and initiate the refund at the earliest.

                    I just check in at 11307 OYO Satya Vilas Bhopal.
                    Here staff provide fully dust occupied drinking water as RO WATER. And blankets were totally dirtfull. Totally wasteage of money here in this hotel.
                    Could u just plz expand your area of work to etawah-206001as if we want to enjoy some time privately we have to go to either agra or kanpur.
                    So I request you to bring couple friendly oyo in etawah.
                    I just created my oyo account a month before but now i am not interested to use it.iam also not able to logout from the app, it seems to be uncomfortable for me to use it. so i kindly request you to allow me to delete my account

                      I had a concern regarding a booking made on 1st december! Called up the same day evening where in the associate asked me to call morning as the ground team wasn't available! I have been trying calling them from morning and they put me on hold for more than 10 min without even acknowledging me... Later my call is merged with a different customer without any information! Who is going to resolve the issue not sure about it!

                        We had the following major incidents during our trip:

                        1) the hotel mentioned in the package for day 4 on neil island (Dummy hotel) does not exist. The hotel number mentioned in the voucher is also wrong. We were stranded on neil island from 11 am to 6 pm, with small kids and senior citizens. We called multiple times to packaging support team during this time and did not receive any alternate booking. Finally when it started getting dark, we booked rooms in blue stone lodge on our own, after getting confirmation from packaging team that the amount will be refunded.

                        2) hotel rooms at ryan residency are twin occupancy rooms and not triple occupancy as promised. It was impossible to accommodate 11 persons with 3 rooms and extra mattress. We had to book an extra room for 3 nights.

                        It was discussed and agreed with ashok shah (Oyo packages relationship manager) that refund of amount rs. 17, 800 towards the above mentioned cases will be done to my account in 7-8 working days, but now its more than 12 days since i raised this concern and nothing happened.
                        Mr. Ashok is telling that amount transfer has been initiated but it seems to be a false information!

                          I booked my room in oyo8508 in chennai but then i was refused check in. I shifted my oyo to oyo flagship porur, but when i got to that location there was no oyo room only. I only got 264 as my refund amount whereas i was charged for cancellation fee whereas i didn't cancel only. Oyo person cancelled my booking and i was charged 873. I then kept on calling customer care number and they just put. My call on hold. It was not my fault that i cancelled it was cancelled from oyo's end and i am bearing it. I want my full amount back, as i didn't even get into my oyo room.

                          There is a very pathetic service from your customer care agent they called me but there is no response from them they guyz are sleeping in the office time, why the oyo hire such kind of sleepy employees

                            Booked a oyo room (Oyo 19025 eden valley lake view resort) on november 30, 2018 (Booking id: lajq4520). I was traveling in bike and reached the hotel at 9.30 pm. The hotel was in a remote area such that in and around there were no other apartments or houses. The way to the hotel was so narrow and collapsed and with no street lights. The hotel was so isolated form city (Almost 5km). I reached the hotel and it was closed. There were no one near by to ask about further information about the hotel but it seem like closed for a month ago. I was so tired by riding but somehow i returned to the city and stayed in another hotel. The area was so terrifying that no humans were there in the route. The hotel images in the oyo app was very much attractive. But the hotel was closed a month ago.
                            I booked the hotel for ₹1438. I want my money back. I was so worried at that time since the area was rural with no lights near by and for a strange person like me, such places won't be safe to ride in bike.

                              Hello team oyo,

                              My name is ritvik
                              I staying in the above mentioned oyo room -205 as on dec 1 2018.
                              The service in this oyo is completely disgusting.
                              There is no hot water provision. Despite, several requests to provide hot water it wasn't arranged.
                              Television also doesnt work.
                              The bedsheets and pillow covers are extremely dirty. I requested the room service to replace those but they told me the don't have extra. So now i have to sleep on dirty bed.
                              The bed is torn and there is no ventilation in the room. Even the exhaust is broken.
                              Everything in this oyo is broken. I don't know why i am paying for such pathetic hotel service.

                              And they also haven't provided me with facewash and soap that is always provided by oyo.

                              Please look into this.

                                I booked a hotel from 30/11/18 to 01/12/18 at oyo 6064 hotel homestay siddhi palace room number 206 and 208 through mmt.
                                I had a very bad experience. Hotel facilities plus the services were more than worse. I'll tell u all the problems which i faced for room no 206 and 208-
                                1. Door didn't had a proper stopper. I had to keep my suitcase at the door to keep the door closed. Extremely unsafe

                                2. There is 10 degree temperature where i was staying and there was no hot water in geyser and i had to bath with cold water.

                                3. There was water leakage from the pot and everything was coming outside the pot. Extremely bad experience.

                                4.in the morning, there was no electricity in the bathroom, i even called at the reception, he kept the phone on my face saying that i might be lieng. I had to bath without electricity.

                                5. We ordered for just a soup, it came after 50mins and fully burnt soup, we left and went to another restaurant.

                                6. No stopper at the balcony. Anyone can easily enter the room through balcony. Not even a single dustbin in the room. Reception staff was not at all cooperative.

                                Etc etc

                                I was going to stay for 1-2 more days but couldn't bare this worse hotel for even 24hrs. We left early morning only within 16hrs.

                                I won't book any hotels next time from mmt

                                  I booked a room through oyo from oct 18 to oct 21 2018. I made the payment on arrival at the hotel (Rs. 2122 x 3 nights = rs. 6366; took a membership card on manager's recommendation which gave additional discount).

                                  I had to check out on 19 oct 2018 before 12 pm due to a medical emergency. During my checkout the manager at oyo townhouse 009 hitech city suggested me to call the customer care for refund and they would process it. Trusting that i did the same and after a long call and email conversations on oct 23, 2018 the escalation team promised me that they would refund an amount of rs. 4264 (For the remaining 2 days) as refund in 7 to 14 working days. As on date i haven't received any refund. Now they are claiming that i have never made the payment at all. I am really fed up with them and i want my refund at any cost at the earliest.

                                  I have attached the following details:
                                  Booking details: proof for booking from oct 18 to 21 (Rs. 2122 x 3 nights = rs. 6366)
                                  Oyo acknowledgement: oyo promised me a refund of rs. 4264 in 7 to 14 working days email dated oct 23, 2018.

                                  I have received an email only today (6-Dec-2018) and the customer care has mentioned that "as per telephonic conversation...refund of INR '2016' against...".
                                  Firstly there was no telephonic conversation and I have been requesting the refund of Rs. 4264 and which they acknowledged in the email dated 23 Oct 2018. Now Oyo is trying to project that INR 2016 would only be refunded, despite of the promise they made in their earlier email.
                                  I have requested for a written explanation on why the amount Rs. 4264 would not be refunded as per their promise and why they are trying to refund Rs. 2016. I request to have a written explanation.
                                  I want the full amount to be refunded Rs. 4264 and not Rs. 2016.
                                  There is no telephonic conversation where we reached an agreement as they have stated. I am requesting for the full amount refund since October. Now it is December, yet they are in confusion to refund the amount.

                                  Despite of repeated requests and lot of emails. Again oyo sent an email on Dec 10, 2018 telling that the amount would be refunded in 7 to 14 working days. So far not even a single rupee has been refunded. Oyo is really frustrating me with the delayed response. I would like them to commit to the email dated Dec 10, 208 and provide the refund by today. Very pathetic response by the Oyo rooms. They are not bothered by repeated complaints and requests. Im worried now, any initiation may again make them reply "7 to 14"working days. And that 7 to 14 working days from october has never come to Oyo. Now they will again delay by telling the same thing. Please find the snapshot from oyo regarding their email. So far no refund.

                                    So I booked 2 rooms with OYO in Greater Noida like 7 months i.e in April for an upcoming exhibition that would be held in December. I was fully aware that as the dates of the exhibition inch closer, it would be difficult for me to find any rooms close to the exhibition venue. I stay 1000km (approx 600 miles) away from Noida.
                                    Just to make sure if my booking has not been cancelled without my knowledge, I called up the OYO customer care for conformation just a few days ago. They said that my booking is confirmed. I still wanted to talk to the property to make sure the booking has not been cancelled. Surprisingly, OYO does not validate the phone numbers of the properties that has a tie-up with them as all the numbers provided by them were invalid!!!
                                    Another surprise is that, the any property that has a tie-up with OYO, OYO will not show the property phone number on google! So I was helpless and had to rely on OYO customer care executives that my booking is confirmed.
                                    Now a week before the exhibition, I get a call from OYO saying that the tie up with the property where i had a reservation is now over and they can provide me with a reservation that would be 12 to 15km away from the exhibition venue!
                                    When asked they said that the tie up was over 3 months back! Then how come when I called the customer care, they said that my booking is confirmed. Unfortunately, since the tie up was over, my booking was cancelled by the hotel 3-4 months back and now they are sold out till the mid of feb'2019.
                                    Now, when I try to search for hotels in Noida close to the exhibition venue, all are sold out!!
                                    Had I been aware of the situation atleast a few days ago, maybe I would have had some options open for me.
                                    This is a very irresponsible behavior from OYO.
                                    And I would suggest everyone not to believe in OYO and do not book rooms via OYO.

                                      My booking i'd is ugdp5960.. I booked oyo 3028 season 4 patna from 26 to 28 november.. On reaching hotel they said no room was booked and they didn't get any information for booking.. At the last defective room was given... No telephone service in my room.. Untidy and torn bedsheets and blankets given in room.. Water problem in washroom also leakage of water.. I have paid for breakfast.. Wherein i was given kachhi and tasteless poori sabji.. On requesting for tea in morning after 2 hours tea was given of worst taste.. Oyo rooms are worst.. Hugely charged online.. Opposite if water was seen online.. Please compensate me.
