I had a stay at OYO 2229 Hotel Golden Wings, 10, Krishna Niwas, Near Delhi Gate, Udaipur on Check-in 12 Nov 18 and Check-out 14th Nov 18. OYO charged me Rs. 8686 for 2 Adults and 2 Kids (3 Yrs and 8 Yrs). When I reached to the hotel at 10:30 AM and I was been told that room check-in time is 11 AM. so I preferred to go for site seeing and return evening around 6:30 PM. escalations and refund

I had booked a room with oyo at 3:00 pm on 8th nov 2018. And at 3:02 pm decided to cancel the room because of alterations in my plan. My refund payment is pending even after escalation mangers promise of refunding full amount.
