I have booking earlier that booking id vkqn3527 that was cancelled by oyo it self and said that i have paid amount 2950 rs is not refundable it can be adjusted in new booking so that i agree and i made new booking and its id is odzw8069 and its price was 2970 rs and i paid 20 rs for it. quality of service

I recently had a stay for 2 days at vibrant residency, thaltej, ahmedabad and it was one of the worst experience that i had with oyo services which was compromised in many ways. The amount of inconvenience i and my partner had can be explained in multiple ways. horrible cleanliness and lousy service

I stayed at The OYO 9960 Kubeera palace in Hyderabad. The staff is lousy and lazy (they were napping in the lobby one afternoon).

We asked them to clean our room as it was very dirty - there were huge cobwebs and webs of dust on our curtains and the room smelt very dirty. We asked for room freshener many times but they did not bother to give it.

We ordered coffee worth 45/- to our room and paid the boy 100/-...
