It's really surprised and shocking to see that oyo team is yet to make the refunds against the denied check in by their oyo 2 BHK property oyo 14233, Booking ID - WQZU9851. Despite the complaint registered in such online forum on 25.11.2018. Forget the suffering and inconvenience caused by them, your assured refunds have to see its fate. Lifetime worst experience oyo.

    We booked one room from 11 dec to 14 dec, 2018 in oyo 20030 flagship japee hospital.in noida, up. India
    Now a day before of stay they sent a message/sms as under:-
    .
    Hi achint,
    Due to unavoidable circumstances, we need to change your booking to another hotel.

    Now my complaints is as under :-

    How can oyo rooms company, changes hotel which we already booked for those dates and asked and pressure us to change/shift to another hotel.

    I m say in oyo 14710 hotel pallvi palace rooms in delhi. They are sell high rate of bottel in room . We are buy 4 bottles that rate in hotel 25 ruppes per bottle. This is the very high rate compared to the market. Market selling price 20 ruppe. I request to oyo please action on the hotel

      Dear sir/madam,

      I want to put some facts for the perspective of withdrawing my travel loan and request you to refund the payment made by m/s. Sankash.

      Day 1 at port blair.

      The hotel which is given doesn't contain a cook. And there is no breakfast buffet and dinner buffet but m/s. Oyo has promised there would be buffet at the hotels which they have booked. We are forced for the menu fixed by the hotelier which is one dal and mixed veg with chapathi and rice only.

      Day 2 at havelock

      At the time of my check-in itself i have complained about the room provided and i asked to change the room. M/s. Oyo has discussed something with the hotelier and has done nothing. M/s. Oyo has assured that the hotels will be air conditioned, clean, neat and with wifi connectivity etc (Oyo promises). But the reality is different. Photos attached. — ac was not functioning properly and no remote was available. — no buffet breakfast and dinners and food is pathetic

      Day 3 at havelock

      Hotelier doing repair works and installation of ac when we are at the room, the same was informed to oyo captain but nothing is done to resolve the issue and in fact my request for change in room went vain. — no buffet breakfast and dinners and food is pathetic

      Day 4 at neil island

      Hotel was good but the problem is, there is a drain adjacent to room and we are forced to close the balcony door. I kept quiet because there is no use of complaining. No buffet breakfast and dinners and menu is fixed by hotelier only.

      Day 5 at port blair.

      To my surprise, i have seen that my entire day is wasted when i checked in at port blair. I have sent my travel tickets before the issue of final voucher — where in they have not mentioned anything about 5th day as leisure day. If i would have known i would have cancelled the oyo booking itself. Since m/s. Oyo is a start-up and willing to grow with customer delight, i was hoping for a luxurious stay but now i felt cheated and disappointed with the booking with m/s. Oyo.
      M/s. Oyo has not shared the travel itinerary email dated 14th nov 2018. I was given tickets of cruise travel only when i have landed in port blair and the last day schedule was realized only when driver told to see the cruise timings. Immediately after reaching port blair i have asked for a complimentary tour which was not responded to. I have called atleast 10 times to customer care personnel and they do not have a courtesy to call me back and update me regarding the tour. (Last day cruise ticket enclosed).

      Over all i have a bad experience during my travel and stay. Considering the above points, you may please refund the loan amount paid by m/s. Sankash. I shall directly pay your organization after deducting penalties for unsatisfactory services rendered by you.

      You may please suggest the revised package value after deducting penalties for unsatisfactory services rendered and keeping in mind that the last day is wasted without any activity.

        Highly disgusting hotel with a hopeless management. They neither know professionalism, nor interested in customer satisfaction. They just want customer to check in and check out. They neither bother in listening to customer complaints, nor in addressing to it. The biggest drawback is the rooms for which you choose the hotel. The rooms are dirty, full of insects. The bathroom is not cleaned properly, especially the toilet seat. The breakfast which you suppose to have as free from oyo, will be only first come first serve basis. If you are going after 3-4 people finished their breakfast, you would be coming to listen that we are exhausted completely. Overall a big pathetic place for the people willing to spend a vacation.

        I booked a hotel via oyo at Darjeeling West Bengal on 3rd Nov. But hotel denied to give room as they said they already broke up with oyo 2 months prior. 2hrs got over but I still oyo could not resolve the problem. Finally they cancel my booking & assured me for full refund within 7 working days, but still I didn't get my refund.

          Sir/ma'am,
          I am shantanu shukla this week i was at dharamshala, himachal pradesh. Were i booked an oyo through oyo rooms "oyo 14420 hotel green woods" name of the hotel to be particular for 4 persons 2 boys and 2 girls (Shantanu shukla, deepesh, shriya jain, dimple tewani) with the oyo account of ms. Dimple tewani on[protected] late night and we had to pay all the sum of rs. 1840 at the same time while booking the hotel which was about 6-7 km from our current location which took about 35-40 mins to reach (As dharamshala is a hilly area) when we reached the hotel @1 am[protected] we saw that the hotel is locked then we tried calling the oyo team 3-4 times who gave us 3-4 contact no. Of the hotel reception who nobody picked. While all this happened from 1:00am-3: 00 am we were just standing on the street where there were no street lights with 2 girls with us that was so unsafe as it was really a new place for us and because of oyo rooms this all was happening with us after even paying all the money that was required for booking the oyo them we had to travel all night on our activa in search of rooms to sleep whole night then at 4:30 am we came to the dharamshala bus stand were we had to check in to a room which was not clean at all and we had to pay hell of an amount for two days as we checked in there at 5:00 am and there was no chance that we could checkout the room at11:00 am as we had no other option as there were no other rooms present near to us and we were tired of finding the rooms and after that we had to complain to oyo rooms in the morning 3-4 times that we faced these issues while talking to different representatives who put our all on hold for several times. It was really a horrible experience with oyo rooms regarding which we seek justice.

            A worst stay experience. Cannor have anything worst than this stay experience. The room was untidy, messy, full of insects. The washroom was real pathetic. The staff were arrogant and highly unprofessional, not at all bothered to listen to your problems. They just want you to pay off and go.             Dear sir,
            I had stayed in oyo hotel chennai. I had booked my hotel on 4th december 2018 to 5th december 2018. I received my online invoice copy for the same. But due to my extension of work, i had to extend 1 more day ie 5th december to 6th december 2018. Till now i have not got the invoice for 5th december to 6th decmeber 2018. Request to pl sent the invoice, since i have to claim with my company. The payment terms agreed by oyo was 800 rs per day. Please find the invoice copy of oyo hotel in chennai for the day 4th to 5th december 2018.

                Dear oyo team,

                In spite of regretting on your fault, you are planning to make business from me again. I don't need your charity money of 1000/- rs. That too in oyo wallet, because to use that money i need to make a booking again from oyo which i think will be my mistake again. I won't allow oyo to spoil my vacation again. If you really interested in refunding my amount, refund in the same bank/wallet through which i paid you.

                Your sorry or apology can't convert those havoc days created by oyo into beautiful memories which had been possible if i wouldn't have booked through oyo.

                The actual tariff of the hotel that you provided me as a replacement was just 1500 for 1st dec and the price on oyo website was 2770/- rs, so you can check how you are showing the inflated price to your customers. And the tariff of the hotel that i had booked on 3rd oct was 1834/- rs and on 1st dec its price was 3530/- which shows that you degraded my booking in all ways.

                Apart from all this money game played by you, the services and quality of the room/hotel were not upto the mark like breakfast, no curtains on transparent glasses, locker not available, no on time proper cleaning, water problem, location, condition etc.

                I would like to tell you that the persons which book hotel directly are always given priority over oyo customers/guests. The services and rooms offered to oyo guests are always on least priority.

                I will try to give a strong review of oyo in almost all sites/portals. I know neither you care about these reviews nor this will impact your ill business practices.

                  My booking id is fipn0527 i extended my stay in hala residency ernakulam, by paying extra, whr i was asked to give rating on oyo app which i gave by highlighting the issue... Whrin the owner denied my extention coz i gave honest feedback... And oyo did not give any resolution whn i called them... You put fake rating on oyo app...                     I've faced very bad experience with oyo. I've done hotel room booking yesterday and i've have faced below mentioned issues and problems over there. After complaining them no one turned up to me. I've informed to remove the trash from the door, no one turner up for removing the same. Also, mattress was worst and i got back ache from them. I want to highlight this to you and to the higher management of oyo. Request you to please help me in getting this sorted and i want resolution and commitment for best services from the next time.

                    Mosquitoes in room
                    Geyser not working
                    Trash was there outside the door in lobby.

                    I was stuck in a very bad postition by oyo . the Hotel "oyo 11966 - Grand Euro Hotel Hyderabad" doesn't have a geyser and the management even lost the key to my room . I had an interview in an hour and I had to bath with chilled water . I thought oyo was a brand with basic amentities given, but with this experience, I am never going to place my trust in oyo ever again . Uninstalling this stupid app

                      I wanted my booking dates from 13th-14th december 2018 instead of 20th-21st december my booking id mydi1647. I was told by oyo assistant that she is canceling from their side and said that she made another booking with id mwgi2315. She said that mail/message will come regarding refund but i didnt received any message regarding the refund.. I didn't made cancelation please give me an assurance of refund

                        Where is my refund? For the booking id bjot0735 your customer executive said me that he will refund the amount after cancelling the booking by him., i paid 2819 via oyo, am also having call recording of your customer executive promised me that you oyo will refund my payment, reason for cancellation is. You mentioned the hotel is couple friendly in oyo. But it was not, the drunken stupid reception fellows misbehaved with my sister and cousin, if you were not taking any actions, surely i will move legally... Hotel name is ibras trichy "worst experience ever in my life"

                        No there is no response.. after many time i had given the compliant about my refund... Its more than 15 days, but no refund has been initiated, very highly disappointed with OYO Customer Service, Please Escalate my Issue and give me the money which I paid to you, and i want immediate refund...                         Still my Issue is Not Resolved Where is my refund? After it have been a 1 Month, But Still My Refund Has not initiated, As Mr. Pankaj Tiwari From Oyo Promised me for Refund Of My Amount Rs. 2819 With the Booking Id bjot0735, But there is still no Actions Taken. If you cant do me favour Kindly Reply Me... Or Else Say Something Regarding To My Issue... So Many Times I Raised The Compliant But Still Not Resolved, If You Didnt Understand, Ill Send You the Call Recording Which I Have Spoken To your Customer Executive, (Which they promised me for Refund)

                          This is regarding booking id cvly3842 at oyo rooms capital o map5, village resort, morjim, goa. We booked this place for 1st dec till 4th dec 2018. Property was among top rated as per oyo website. We have taken two cottages no 117 and 118 (As it was a cottage resort). On 4th dec 2018, 3:24am while we were sleeping in our cottage (No.118), three mask men entered in our room (Which was locked from inside) and they robbed every thing. Suddenly i waked up and saw that three robbers were there in my room. I shouted and tried to stop them but they ran away moving me aside. Due to my loud voice and yelling, every body came out from there cottages but no security guard and no hotel staff arrived. We called at the reception and then we went at reception to call them and after 10 mins they came (Although the reception was very near to our cottage). Robbers took all stuffs worth rupees 2 lakh (Including high end camera, three smart phones, all govt ids, passport, jbl premium bluetooth speaker, etc.). We raised these concern immediately to the oyo team and we regret to inform that after calling 15 times they didn't responded to us. After almost 15 hours a person harjot singh (Guest executive manager) was assigned to us (Via mail). We dropped a mail asking for the help and support, but it has been more than 24 hours we have not got any response form them. This was something which was near death experience (They could have stabbed us or killed us) and still we are not getting any support from oyo team (Which is not at all expected form such a big brand). The property is rated more than 4+ in the site which is having no security (Which is a basic requirement of a customer). Also after payment (The rate they showed in the site) they asked for 2k more to be paid at hotel. This has loosen our confidence to stay in oyo rooms and their high rated properties were even in sleep robbery can happen in a locked room...

                            We had booked for two days at oyo townhouse 013 from 18th to 20th nov. Never had we expected that our stay there would be the worst experience ever. As soon as we arrived at the hotel, we were asked to fill in details of each family member in the register. They made everybody submit their id and address proof. Even at a 5 star hotel they wouldn't as so many details especially when you have come with a family with an infant. Finally after making us wait for a long time we were given the keys to the room. As soon as we entered the room we were greeted by dirty sheets on the bed and dirty room. There was not even a bathroom mat and not even the most basic amenity such as water. The room was not cleaned properly and looked dirty. Tv remotes were not to be found. We were even worried about letting our baby on the bed due to compromised hygiene. When we asked for room service to change the rooms or refund our money, they took forever to give us a solution. We eventually walked up to reception and complained about the rooms and they told us that they couldnt refund the money and that they would give us another room. After a lot of delay we were given other rooms which to our expectation was equally horrible. Since it was late and we had a little baby along with us, we ended up staying in the room. And yeah the sad saga continues the following day when we went for the so called complimentary breakfast. First of all it was a dimly lit garage sort place under ground which was dirty and barely any neat place to sit. And as far as the breakfast options there was nothing that was good enough. All the food items were fallen here and there.. No spoons.. No tissues.. And no service. When we asked for hand wash we were guided to go to another floor and there were not even tissues provided. Service staff wouldn't even bother responding to you. Even if they do it will be probably after hours of delay. This is probably the worst experience ever. These we are very much disappointed and would want a refund of entire amount ie rs. 17118.00 as it was a deceptive deal. We were not offered what they promised as per their deal/amenities in the site.

                              When my parents reached at this property the room was dirty, lift condition was very bad. And the size of the room shown in pictures and room actually doesn't match at all.
                              After complaining the hotel staff cleaned the room and it took 1 hour. For this my elderly parents were waiting.
                              The oyo room kit provided was just having soap and a very small geyser in bathroom.

                              This situation was not at all accepted from oyo.
                              Now parents went in after a long travel and cleaning process.
                              I want the resolution for the same.

                              Not even customer support is doing anything even after calling multiple times. I am going to raise this issue on social media

                                Hey hie currently i am staying in one of your oyo property, it's almost 14 days and today again i booked it for another day when i did it was showing 574 but the reception guy and manager ask me to pay 200 extra. I am in bangalore in atithi residency
                                If it doesn't get resolved i am gonna highlight this issue on my social media.

                                U will be shock to Noe wats happening, see I am not here to entertain u guys I will see what I can best do. Yesterday I felt cheated but in the evening I was sured that I was. I stayed in the hotel then why they cancelled my booking attach is the pics for your reference . Yesterday the manager said we don't take booking less than 900 then why they took 615/-.
                                Yesterday I paid the amount where is the bill and why they cancelled my booking.

                                  With deep regret, i inform you that i was on a business trip to chandigarh and i had booked two classic rooms for me and my coleagues. On reaching the hotel at 11:45 pm, i was shown two dingy and smelly rooms in the basement with no ventilation at all. One of my coleagues who is suffering from heart ailment felt uneasy on entering the room.
                                  I requested the hotel staff to provide me some better rooms for the stay but they declined to help me out and told me that i will have to take up the matter with your portal. Despite repeated calls to your oyo captain there was no response and i was constraint to look for accomodation in some other hotel. I have been inconvenienced because of the unresponsive and non cooperative behaviour of the oyo captain. I, therefore, request you to refund my tariff immediately or i will be forced to have recourse to legal proceedings entirely at your risk and cost.

                                      I booked the Arma residency, and they have given us the different room, too small, very very ordinery. whatever shown in picture, it was not given and when i raised a concern with OYO team on last 21st october, they replied me with below mail: committed me to return few amounts, after couple of followup/call, till now they did not do it and always bluff with same email format and contents. below is their first reply:

                                      How much shameless you guys are as well how much practice you do to bluff with customers?? My booking I'd, AEIH5178. you will get all the details including your false nd bluffing commitment to me in our couple of email communications. However as I see Arma residency is not tieing up now with you and they hv changed their vendors. Hope instead of cheating customers with false commitment, you should stop your shop or try to practice a bit loya nd genuine.
