This is regarding booking id cvly3842 at oyo rooms capital o map5, village resort, morjim, goa. We booked this place for 1st dec till 4th dec 2018. Property was among top rated as per oyo website. We have taken two cottages no 117 and 118 (As it was a cottage resort). On 4th dec 2018, 3:24am while we were sleeping in our cottage (No.118), three mask men entered in our room (Which was locked from inside) and they robbed every thing. Suddenly i waked up and saw that three robbers were there in my room. I shouted and tried to stop them but they ran away moving me aside. Due to my loud voice and yelling, every body came out from there cottages but no security guard and no hotel staff arrived. We called at the reception and then we went at reception to call them and after 10 mins they came (Although the reception was very near to our cottage). Robbers took all stuffs worth rupees 2 lakh (Including high end camera, three smart phones, all govt ids, passport, jbl premium bluetooth speaker, etc.). We raised these concern immediately to the oyo team and we regret to inform that after calling 15 times they didn't responded to us. After almost 15 hours a person harjot singh (Guest executive manager) was assigned to us (Via mail). We dropped a mail asking for the help and support, but it has been more than 24 hours we have not got any response form them. This was something which was near death experience (They could have stabbed us or killed us) and still we are not getting any support from oyo team (Which is not at all expected form such a big brand). The property is rated more than 4+ in the site which is having no security (Which is a basic requirement of a customer). Also after payment (The rate they showed in the site) they asked for 2k more to be paid at hotel. This has loosen our confidence to stay in oyo rooms and their high rated properties were even in sleep robbery can happen in a locked room...
