I had booked an oyo room thorugh trivago namely conought mews from 12-15 december 2018. Since the day of booking they would send me all sorts of welcome messages and loking forward to hosting me. Then on the day of arrival i also called up oyo rooms to giude me to the location any they did it. To my shock the guy at this hotel refused to give me a room since he told that oyo rooms did not inform him to keep the room booked at 1am night. Also on calling their call centre none of the attending persons had any idea of helping me but rather just hang up my call telling me that they would forward my call to some senior who did not pick my call around 3 times consecutively. Later at 3 am iget a call telling they had a room at someother place which was far from the place i booked and on reviewing online it was a third class hotel. Also rooms shown here online are not even near close to reality this is actually the biggest fraud. Beware people. Dont waste your time and money behind this horrendous service

    Hi Team,

    This was a very bad experience with OYO. Yesyerday 12 Dec 2018, when I reached at OYO 18851 Smart Signature where I had confirmed booking they said that no room is available as my booking is extra booking then the total capacity of the property. Then I called OYO helpline number, the representative there said that he can't do anything for this issue and offered nearby lower rating properties at higher tariff rates. At last after 1 hr of struggle we decided on a property OYO 1125 Hotel City Point and he gave me the hotel number to confirm the room availability before I go there to avoid the above described situation. On calling the given number they said that they are not associated with OYO Rooms, this was most unexpected answer. So the situation continued for 1 more hour, I was disconnected multiple times from OYO customer care with the excuse that I am not audible and I was able to hear them perfectly, seriously your customer care executives are real players. In between I was offered one more property OYO 16450 Jass Hospitality, and they gave the same excuse that rooms are not available and OYO app was showing rooms are available there.

    This was a horrible experience at OYO and I wasted more then 2 hrs and pain to take cabs and go to different OYO properties. I need you to look into this matter and take action ASAP.

    The support team contacted me and refunded the difference amount that i paid at oyo property with the original booked property and transportation charges.

      Hi Oyo team,
      I had already requested to delete my Oyo account..on December 5 in this consumer complain..then ..Oyo team replied, we will done to the priority..but nothing had done still..
      I also call on Oyo customer care number for this problem.To solve ..but there also not help coming from us .
      So I request to Oyo team ..plzz help in deleting my Oyo account..also no option available in Mobile application..to delete
      Plzz take this as severity..I hope Oyo team will help me in deleting my account..

        Hi,
        I had booked a hotel with oyo rooms in sept under booking id: yarh5640 however, on 19th nov'18 i had cancelled my hotel booking.
        Its been almost 25 days but i haven't refunded my money of rs 4291/-.

        I have received a reference number for this refund payment (Case id[protected] but it is not helpful..

        I have been following-up with their customer service team @ [protected], however they have been very unprofessional

          I have booked oyo 22681 and my booking id is DKSZ7016.they have sent me a message"we need to change bookingfrom this to that".I complained to the authority and they put my call on hold for 10mins two times. They aren't calling me back.We have important works and they dont value it .if its to be done then you should inform me before some days.my booking is tomorrow and you are sending me this now. i didn't expect this from oyo. Help me quickly.

            Booking cipm7501! As ii have complained on dec 1st! According to their rule i should get my money back between 7 to 14 days! Now they are telling they haven’t initiated only! From today i have to wait for 7 to 14 days! Im emotionally and financially hurt! No proper way to treat a costumer! Im really hurt! Im calling daily for my money!               After conform my booking frm oyo. When we reached hotel they denied my booking. When i call fr help oyo customer care didn't help me they put my call on hold every time i call.. After travel whole day again i reached for new hotel.. Pathetic frm oyo ppl. They didn't help me otherwise they didn't pick my call. Trouble me so much. I huv to travel 7 km to fine out new hotel n pay more.. If they can't resolve my problem my they create a helpline no with no use.

                Dear oyo,

                This mail is dated 12th december 2018.

                I refer to the following bookings:

                Pjbx 5670 dated 28th july 2018-rs.33455 from 14th december

                Mrse4157 dated 28th july 2018-rs.22639 from 14th december

                Rcnv7860 dated 28th july 2018 rs.11069 from 14th december

                Dbvo6583 dated 29th july 2018 rs.5994 from 13th december

                Ckyz0479 dated 7th december 2018 rs.1693 from 13th december

                Above bookings were done to enable elders and disabled family members to attend the marriage function within walking distance from your property sln homes. The bookings were done almost 5 months in advance due to the above mentioned reason so that they are not put to hardship to any distant place.

                The bookings start tomorrow morning. The owners of the property sln homes called up to say today 12th dec, around 2 pm that they will not be in a position to honour the booking confirmed by oyo since their agreement has expired. Oyo did not inform me this until the owner of the property informed me. When i escalated the matter on the helpline [protected], i was asked to wait for a while and subsequently accepted that the agreement has indeed terminated due to oyo's non payment of dues to the owners of the property.

                Since the rooms were required for quite elderly people and some disabled elders, i sought a full refund and said that i will make alternate arrangements. The customer care executive consulted her senior officials and confirmed that a full refund (100% refund) will be issued by oyo without any deduction due to the problem from their end. She also confirmed that a mail will be sent in the next 5 minutes confirming the same and also a feedback call will come from ho. This is a recorded conversation. The bookings have not yet commenced, hence there is no question of any check-in.

                However, to my shock some body called after a while saying that we will not be able to issue the refund. This amounts to cheating and unethical practice and not-acceptable.

                I request you to process the cancellations without any deductions to me, as no fault lies with me.

                Kindly confirm the same and issue the 100% refund expeditiously.

                  Oyo rooms are not providing me the gst tax invoice for the following booking from above oyo accounts in the name of my employer is having gstin :

                  Outer ring rd, bhbcs layout, stage 2, btm layout, bangalore

                  Bill dated: 12 december 2018

                  As per gst act and rules, no gst registered entity can deny for providing gstin tax invoice specifying customer gstin no and gst amount deducted. Oyo is only providing me the payment receipt, which is of no use to me, and firm where i am working is not accepting my claim since the same cannot be used for taking gst credit.

                  I have called them for many times and share my company's gst details through mail. But they are again sending that invoice in which only amount is mentioned and nothing mentioned about gst tax break up details and my company gst no & details.

                    This is to inform you i am tanmay guha niogi traveling digha for honeymoon from coochbehar it's more than 1000 km away and booked hotel through oyo on 27/11/2018
                    My booking id - djse8273 (Kanchan international),
                    It's my horrible experience that when me and my newly married wife enter the hotel and show my booking i'd in the reception the receptionist denied the cheek in and ask me to go to another hotel he not able to check in through oyo.
                    Can you answer
                    What is my fault??
                    I am very disappointed and i am going to further legal action.

                      I booked 2 rooms for 3 days (11, 12, 13 dec 2018) in oyo 12805 sunrise house hotel through website by seeing the very good rating displated at the website. But when i came here the rooms are ugly, no matching between the photos in the website and the actual rooms. Rooms are full of mosquito, no greejer. From around 4' o'clock in the morning there is no power. It's sweating with the blanket. If i remove the blanket mosquitoes are screwing me. Now the time is 05:30 am still there is no power. I don't know how oyo maintaining this hotel. Oyo failed keep their promise to the customer.in fact i complained the same to oyo customer care in last night only. The customer care executive told me that they are going to connect the property manager andhold my call for 20 minutes and disconnected the call without any response. Oyo customer care also failed to resolve my issue... I will reach out the consumer forum on this...

                        So i will start from my booking day to the end. I wanted to stay for two nights in vadodara so i booked a room in oyo hotel named as siddharth annex. On sama savli road but i wanted to chwck in earlier morning at 6’o clock but they refused to give me an early check in so i cancelled that booking and then i called booked with your this oyo in which i stayed for like one day nd one night which named as hotel aum regency for which i confirmed with your oyo assistance that i will be given free early check in or not and they told me that we had confirm with the hotel and tou will be given a free early check in thats why i booked this room with this hotel which is also on sama savli road. When i checked in early in the morning on 10th december a receptionist told me that you have to pay 600 inr as a early check in charge. I was ammused like i galk to your one of oyo assist and they told me that early check in is free thats why i booked the room and now this hotel guy is asking me 600 inr for early check in. So on that momemt i called to oyo assistance again and a guy named as nikhil talked to me and also with the hotel member and he told me to pay 200 inra as per early chwck in charge but hotel member has charged me 600 inr so i again called to oyo assistance for the credit of my extra 400 inr which i paid for early check in but still i didn’t get any money back and the room was totally horrible. There was no hot water in the washroom. The washroom and room smells too bad. The bed sheet was already blooded and not changed. It was so horrible experience with oyo. I am sure you will understand my problem and do something better for your customer experience. I will still wait for my credit money. I will rate this stay as 0 and will surely say everyone to do not booked with this hotel.

                          I booked a hotel in jodhpur. We were 5 boys staying there from udaipur. On reaching there we were denied from staying on the grounds that the property we were offered was having electrical maintenance work. We called the customer care where we were shifted to another property. On reaching there, we kept on calling out to open the gates but nobody came out. We wasted our 3 hrs approximately. The time of this incident was 2 am to 5 am. We booked the hotel at 12:30 am on 16 november 2018. The customer care who were supposed to help us out, put our calls on hold for more than half hours. At last when i requested for refund, i was told that it will be made with in 7 to 14 business days. But till today i. E. 11 december 2018, i have not received any refund. All i got is a discount code of 1000 rs on my next booking with in 6 months. Am i supposed to travel again just to claim that discount even if i don't want to? What kind of solution it is to a serious problem like ours? For your kind information

                            We had booked rooms at oyo 3588 sanjivani resort for 2 nights, booking no. Ptlc3501 through oyo rooms which was confirmed vide email, sms & a telephonic call from oyo on the day of checkin.
                            However when we reached at hotel reception, we were informed that rooms will be allotted for 1 day only which is unethical & extremely unprofessional. I would never recommend anyone to book through oyo.

                              It's really surprised and shocking to see that oyo team is yet to make the refunds against the denied check in by their oyo 2 BHK property oyo 14233, Booking ID - WQZU9851. Despite the complaint registered in such online forum on 25.11.2018. Forget the suffering and inconvenience caused by them, your assured refunds have to see its fate. Lifetime worst experience oyo.

                                I m say in oyo 14710 hotel pallvi palace rooms in delhi. They are sell high rate of bottel in room . We are buy 4 bottles that rate in hotel 25 ruppes per bottle. This is the very high rate compared to the market. Market selling price 20 ruppe. I request to oyo please action on the hotel

                                  Dear sir/madam,

                                  I want to put some facts for the perspective of withdrawing my travel loan and request you to refund the payment made by m/s. Sankash.

                                  Day 1 at port blair.

                                  The hotel which is given doesn't contain a cook. And there is no breakfast buffet and dinner buffet but m/s. Oyo has promised there would be buffet at the hotels which they have booked. We are forced for the menu fixed by the hotelier which is one dal and mixed veg with chapathi and rice only.

                                  Day 2 at havelock

                                  At the time of my check-in itself i have complained about the room provided and i asked to change the room. M/s. Oyo has discussed something with the hotelier and has done nothing. M/s. Oyo has assured that the hotels will be air conditioned, clean, neat and with wifi connectivity etc (Oyo promises). But the reality is different. Photos attached. — ac was not functioning properly and no remote was available. — no buffet breakfast and dinners and food is pathetic

                                  Day 3 at havelock

                                  Hotelier doing repair works and installation of ac when we are at the room, the same was informed to oyo captain but nothing is done to resolve the issue and in fact my request for change in room went vain. — no buffet breakfast and dinners and food is pathetic

                                  Day 4 at neil island

                                  Hotel was good but the problem is, there is a drain adjacent to room and we are forced to close the balcony door. I kept quiet because there is no use of complaining. No buffet breakfast and dinners and menu is fixed by hotelier only.

                                  Day 5 at port blair.

                                  To my surprise, i have seen that my entire day is wasted when i checked in at port blair. I have sent my travel tickets before the issue of final voucher — where in they have not mentioned anything about 5th day as leisure day. If i would have known i would have cancelled the oyo booking itself. Since m/s. Oyo is a start-up and willing to grow with customer delight, i was hoping for a luxurious stay but now i felt cheated and disappointed with the booking with m/s. Oyo.
                                  M/s. Oyo has not shared the travel itinerary email dated 14th nov 2018. I was given tickets of cruise travel only when i have landed in port blair and the last day schedule was realized only when driver told to see the cruise timings. Immediately after reaching port blair i have asked for a complimentary tour which was not responded to. I have called atleast 10 times to customer care personnel and they do not have a courtesy to call me back and update me regarding the tour. (Last day cruise ticket enclosed).

                                  Over all i have a bad experience during my travel and stay. Considering the above points, you may please refund the loan amount paid by m/s. Sankash. I shall directly pay your organization after deducting penalties for unsatisfactory services rendered by you.

                                  You may please suggest the revised package value after deducting penalties for unsatisfactory services rendered and keeping in mind that the last day is wasted without any activity.

                                    Highly disgusting hotel with a hopeless management. They neither know professionalism, nor interested in customer satisfaction. They just want customer to check in and check out. They neither bother in listening to customer complaints, nor in addressing to it. The biggest drawback is the rooms for which you choose the hotel. The rooms are dirty, full of insects. The bathroom is not cleaned properly, especially the toilet seat. The breakfast which you suppose to have as free from oyo, will be only first come first serve basis. If you are going after 3-4 people finished their breakfast, you would be coming to listen that we are exhausted completely. Overall a big pathetic place for the people willing to spend a vacation.

                                    I booked a hotel via oyo at Darjeeling West Bengal on 3rd Nov. But hotel denied to give room as they said they already broke up with oyo 2 months prior. 2hrs got over but I still oyo could not resolve the problem. Finally they cancel my booking & assured me for full refund within 7 working days, but still I didn't get my refund.

                                      I am shantanu shukla this week i was at dharamshala, himachal pradesh. Were i booked an oyo through oyo rooms "oyo 14420 hotel green woods" name of the hotel to be particular for 4 persons 2 boys and 2 girls (Shantanu shukla, deepesh, shriya jain, dimple tewani) with the oyo account of ms. Dimple tewani on[protected] late night and we had to pay all the sum of rs. 1840 at the same time while booking the hotel which was about 6-7 km from our current location which took about 35-40 mins to reach (As dharamshala is a hilly area) when we reached the hotel @1 am[protected] we saw that the hotel is locked then we tried calling the oyo team 3-4 times who gave us 3-4 contact no. Of the hotel reception who nobody picked. While all this happened from 1:00am-3: 00 am we were just standing on the street where there were no street lights with 2 girls with us that was so unsafe as it was really a new place for us and because of oyo rooms this all was happening with us after even paying all the money that was required for booking the oyo them we had to travel all night on our activa in search of rooms to sleep whole night then at 4:30 am we came to the dharamshala bus stand were we had to check in to a room which was not clean at all and we had to pay hell of an amount for two days as we checked in there at 5:00 am and there was no chance that we could checkout the room at11:00 am as we had no other option as there were no other rooms present near to us and we were tired of finding the rooms and after that we had to complain to oyo rooms in the morning 3-4 times that we faced these issues while talking to different representatives who put our all on hold for several times. It was really a horrible experience with oyo rooms regarding which we seek justice.

                                        I had stayed in oyo hotel chennai. I had booked my hotel on 4th december 2018 to 5th december 2018. I received my online invoice copy for the same. But due to my extension of work, i had to extend 1 more day ie 5th december to 6th december 2018. Till now i have not got the invoice for 5th december to 6th decmeber 2018. Request to pl sent the invoice, since i have to claim with my company. The payment terms agreed by oyo was 800 rs per day. Please find the invoice copy of oyo hotel in chennai for the day 4th to 5th december 2018.
