Booking room cancellation refund request

I booked a room on Oyo on 15th March for 16th March but on that day the hotel member declined to give a room for this price so we cancelled our booking and the amount is not refunded yet one amount which is ₹154 is returned by them but the the another amount which is INR948.0 refund for booking VM7G7246 at Collection O Golden Key Near TDI Mall. Refund on cancellation of rooms

I booked rooms on 15th March on Oyo website but on 16th March the hotel declined to give me room coz they are saying they are not giving room at this price so we cancelled our booking on 16th March. I had booked a oyo room using there helpdesk and paid the price upfront. After arriving at the hotel, I was informed that due to technical issue they are not able to check in. Not Received refund amount

I have connected several times with Oyo customer care related to the refund of my two bookings, which was cancelled by there customer service due to their lacking of providing required room. But I have not received my money yet....

Denied checkin without paying extra amount over the app price

I paid 604 rupees to book a room with booking id W8LA7648. They asked me to pay rupees 746 extra over the already paid amount to check-in....

Extra money was charged when I reached hotel for checkin saying its low tariff booking

I booked a room in hotel oyo flagship 807771 midnight inn on 30th April through oyo app. My booking ID is O33Z6092. I paid booking amount through app but when I reached hotel, they told me that booking is invalid and if I want to checkin I will have to pay extra tariff charges which is not mentioned anywhere in the oyo. Hotel property was missing as there was no such hotel at place.

I booked oyo room in Collection O Hotel Green City on 30th April through oyo app. My booking ID is K8OZ4688. Refund for extra charges which I was asked at the hotel after making OYO booking

Hi,
I had made a booking for staying at Collection O Tierra Woods, HBR Layout, Bangalore-560043 between April 19-20 and made payment through Google Pay for Rs 845 (Booking ID: TYVN6415).

Refund unprocessed even after 45 days of acknowledgement to process refund

To summarize the issue, this has reference to Booking Id: T9TA9571. I made a hotel booking through Oyo Rooms upon making full payment. Unreasonable extreme bass from vehicle

Delay in refund of Cancelled Hotel Booking

I booked a hotel through OYOROOMS for 3 days dated 12th, 13th and 14th April 2023 and for that I made payment through ICICI credit card of Rs 2588 with reference number [protected] on 9.04.2023 with Booking ID -L4PH3605.

Refund Not Received in my account

I booked my hotel from OYO Rooms for April 28 2023 but i cancelled that on 24th April 2023. The app shows that they have initiated a refund but it is not reflecting on my account. I tried to call OYO a lot of time but they didn't tried to resolve my issue. Everytime they are transferring my call to an automated call or they are just putting me on hold.

Refund not received after cancellation even after 3 weeks

I had cancelled a booking that I made via the Oyo app. The booking was cancelled well before the free cancellation period. I was supposed to recieve the refund 7-14 days after cancellation. Its been more than two weeks and I haven't recieved my refund. Hi Team,

I booked a hotel in Pune thru oyo on 18th April and paid advance of rs 202.

When i went to the hotel, the hotel people send they are not supporting Oyo.

I called oyo many a times for refund, they say they are processing and end the call.

OYO cheated me by collecting online booking and not allowed Rooms when reached property

On 13/4/23 at 6:18 pm I booked 2 rooms for my family paying Rs 1041 wide booking ID IZLT8803 for one night.
