    Booking id-N73W3789. I made a payment through Paytm UPI of Rs.1016/- dt. 17-06-22 but due to some issue booking was not confirmed and canceled.
    I call their customer care about the issue they assured me that refund will be credited to my account within 48 hrs, but the refund is not yet credited to my bank account. Their customer care team forwarded my call to the service department but no conversation is happened putting my call on call for a half-hour no response from their side please resolve this asap.

      Dear sir
      My last booking is in hotel rockstar at kolkata. My booking is confarmed by oyo executive and my payment done by UPI . I sumbit screenshot of my payment done in oyo system after book i reach at hote. Hotel staff tall me all rooms are book right now i don't geving room now after i call to oyo but not respond.

        Hi Team,
        Dated June 20, 2022 I have cancelled an oyo booking as the Property Manager denied the checkin at around 8:53-8:57 am. I was in call with the oyo executive and asked to cancel the booking citing the same reason. I have paid 2242+99=2341 INR to Oyo, however the refund initiated was for 1554 INR. I called them multiple times, but the number gets disconnected, or the agent tries to transfer the call, or the agent disconnects the call. There is no way I could get help via app as there is no such feature. Property Manager denied check in as he is not taking any requests from Oyo, and he requested Oyo to remove his property from the Oyo site, to which Oyo denied.

        Hence, I request team to help me in getting my full refund of 2341 INR.

          The booking was made for 20th June 2022 to 21st June 2022 and the payment had already been made through the OYO App. But the hotel staff denied giving a room inspite of showing them the booking and asked to either change the booking for some other hotel or pay more to get a room. They asked us to not book through OYO in the future. The booking amount was off Rs. 915. The hotel manager said he will apply for "Not showed up" option for us to get a refund. On using the OYO chat support only refund of Rs. 177 was initiated. The customer care number was not helpful as it only tells the details of the refund status but not for any other issues.

            I booked on 17th June for 17th June only and after reaching at the hotel they denied check in and said they don't take bookings from Oyo, I talked to Oyo people for 2 hours on call and they said they're initiating refund of the 501rs i paid. I still have not got a single penny and have been trying to contact Oyo but they decline my call.

              I booked a hotel through booking.com, which redirected the booking to Oyo. At the time of booking it showed amount of Rs.849 but when I checked in at hotel they told me that they do not book in less than Rs.1000 as it was against hotel rules and they made me talk to Oyo representative and they charged me extra Rs.150 stated as it will get refunded to my account within 24 hrs. It has not been refunded yet. And I cannot contact to Oyo customer care also because call is getting disconnected everytime.

                I Booked a room on OYO 8685 Sagar residency on 20th June 2022 and I paid the amount of 1192 rupees on OYO app through Phonepay. The hotel manager denied check-in. I called OYO customer care and cancelled the hotel. I paid1290 rupees online but didn't get any refund in my bank account after cancellation. It shows 100% cancellation charges deducted. I want a full refund of 1192 rupees as it is not my mistake because rooms were not available. Screenshots of the booking and refund status is attached herewith for your reference. Please refund my amount of 1192 rupees as soon as possible.

                  I Booked room on OYO 8685 at Sagar residency on 20th June 2022 and I paid amount on OYO app through Phonepay. That hotel manager denied check in. I called OYO customer care and cancelled the hotel. I paid 1290 rupees online but didn't get any refund in my bank account after cancellation. It shows you will get refund of amount 129 rupees only. I want full refund of 1290 rupees as it is not my mistake because rooms were not available. I also have screenshots of the booking and refund status. Please refund my amount of rupees 1290 as soon as possible.

                      I have booked hotel on OYO app. But unfortunately jad to cancel this booking on June 8, 2022.

                      The refund amount to be received is Rs5907.2/-. This amount is not yet credited to my bank account. I tried contacting bank account. They informed that there is no such transaction happened in these days. There is no response from company regarding refund. This has been a long time.
                      Could you help and check this case with priority? Please support in receiving the refund amount.

                        I would like to receive full refund as we had booked 5 OYO Rooms (14 Adults) (Booking ID: TENP6351 at OYO 18421 Uphill Courtyard Loc: Shimla, HP) dated 21 June (Checkin) 23 June (Checkout) if we cancel it.

                        When I booked from Oyo's Official site, it said that there will be 100% refund on cancellation till 14 June but when we booked and further canceled it before 14 june, the mail which I received said that you will receive 100% refund if you cancel on 22 May 2019 which is not possible to cancel as we had booked on 2 June 2019. Approx 28k was lost due to this fraud

                          I was travelling to Nashik and wanted to book a hotel for stay with Family on 5th June 2022 . I tried numerous hotel but then no OYO alloweds early checking . So I called OYO to check the early check in option and they gave me details of this property . So i decided let me first go there and ask then I can do booking on app as booking several times and cancelling was taking lot of time. So I went to this hotel specially which as 5 kms away and when I asked the person sitting at reception( attached photo ) aboiut availability he said yes rooms are available. so I told him let me quickly book online. He started shouting that if you have come here you need to pay 3200 only for two rooms, application booking will not be allowed. Application was charging 2200. WHen I told him this he was not ready to listen and said yahan aaye toh 3200 he bharna padega and receipot bhi nahi milega. He started shouting at top of his voice and said go from here. Since I was with small kids and family I didnt argue much . This is completely injustice and rude from hotels part. This person needs to be fired immediately.

                            I did a booking with OYO App on 5th June and when I tried to checkin the hotel denied stating that there is electricity cutdown and hotel is not operational . I immediately called OYO customer care and they said complete refund will be received in 24-72 hours. I paid 2426 however only 300 has been received. Since then I called OYO numerous time almost like 20-30 times but the customer care centre disconnects my call or keeps it on long hold. I also send an email but there is no responce. Pathetic customer service. Even their IVR doesnt have an option to connect for complaint and the service desk number is only concerned with new booking.

                              I have stayed in two Oyo hotels from 19 May 2022 to 23 May 2022 and 23 May 2022 to 25 May 2022 respectively. The Booking ID'S for both hotels are C9R10438 and L7334605 . I have called Oyo helpline number[protected] multiple times however no one was able to give me GST bills and all they provide is payment receipt which is of no use for me. I have also mailed [protected]@oyorooms.com and [protected]@oyosupport.com but I have not received any reply from them. I don't know why it is so hard for them provide a simple GST bill. I am tired of connecting them and these people don't really understand how important GST bill is as it needs to be utilized for company reimbursement.

                                I had called to make a booking at GR Hospitality(OYO 14778) in Baguihati, Kolkata on 29th April and the receiver made a wrong booking. He made a booking in Hotel Royal Inn (OYO 9275) in Faridabad (Booking ID: NDSN8254) for which I was charged as well. He said that he made a mistake and the booking was cancelled and I would get the money refunded to my bank account within 2-3 working days. I checked the "Previous bookings" section in the app and it labelled that booking as a "No-Show" even though it was supposed to be cancelled and the money refunded.

                                I wrote this complaint around 2 months ago, I was contacted by OYO and asked for my bank details but the payment hasn't been processed yet.

                                  I had booked Hotel Capital O 84240 Hotel Galaxy at Thane West Mumbai, from OYO app.. Where I was shown that I will get discount on booking if I pay online money.. So I paid Rs 3904 amount after discount and my booking was confirmed in the morning at 7am and at the same time I entered the hotel at 7am and the hotel people said that they will take more amount from me.. As total amount will be Rs5000 and not Rs 3904. So I got shocked because OYO already took my money and now these people are saying they don't care what OYO people says and they will charge extra money. So I decided to cancel the booking online because my budget wasn't Rs 5000. And also from OYO side I would get full refund of Rs 3904 if I cancel the booking before 9am. So I cancelled my booking exactly by 7.30am. And then OYO said they have initiated my refund of Rs. 3904 and I will receive it in my bank account within 7 to 14days.. And today it its 18th day.. Still I hv not received money.. And OYO is saying check with the bank.. And I also checked with the bank but bank said no amount is transferred by OYO..

                                    I had booked hotel in Kanpur OYO Collection O 45853 SR Inn Awas Vikas from 17 June to 22 June, 2022. I paid Rs. 3470 for the booking. Before I could go to the hotel, I got to know that I had been checked out on 18th June and the booking was over. I got this information from the OYO app as well as received a mail from OYO. I tried contacting the hotel using the phone number provided, but there was no response from the hotel. After that for the past few days I have been trying to contact OYO customer care for a refund as I never went to the hotel and my booking was cancelled. But with customer care as well, they kept transferring the the call and it kept getting disconnected after a while. Please help to refund the money which I paid for this booking.

                                      I am Ishan Bikash Nayak have booked a room in my nearest hotel OYO 48449 Khandai Palace with the Booking ID J3Z72854 on 18th June'22.

                                      When i came to the Hotel for checkin the property manager directly denied for room where the booking was already been confirmed and already paid money through online...

                                      Called 2 time to customer care and talked with Shyam and Imam where no resolution received from their end and both of them disconnect my call by saying they are getting connected with the property manager...

                                      Using the service from last 3 year and now feeling disappointed about the service given by OYO...

                                      Wants refund my money of Rs:- 714/- which was provided through online...

                                      Please take the mail seriously neither will escalate this in social media as well...

                                      I am registered complaint in my nearest Police Station related to the behaviour and service but required my money refund right away...
