Received not received even after 2 weeks and poor customer support

Hi,

I'm Akshay Kumaar M. I recently booked my stay at Elite Stays JP Nagar on OYO (Booking ID: IJKE1982) and canceled the booking on May 21 (2 days prior to my check-in date). I had contacted customer support for the refund and the support agent said he has raised a ticket regarding this (Ticket ID: [protected]) and that the amount would be refunded in 7-14 days. It has been more than 2 weeks now and I still haven't received...

I booked a room from 18th june to 21 june with rupees 3985 but due to some reasons i had to cancel my booking on 13th june, ... i was hoping to get my refund money within few hours as i am in urgent need of that amount as i have to book another hotel before 15th ...but i didn't get till now...the only msg i got from was that refund was successfully processed

Refund amount not received in my bank account

I booked a room from 18th june to 21 june with rupees 3985 but due to some reasons i had to cancel my booking on 13th june, ... i was hoping to get my refund money within few hours as i am in urgent need of that amount as i have to book another hotel before 15th ...but i didn't get till now...the only msg i got from was that refund was successfully processed...

Money deducted but didn't receive the booking #fourth_complain

I had done multiple tries for Oyo booking due to my urgent stay.
I tried paying from Paytm UPI and amex credit card as well.
I received refund for Paytm but not on amex cc of 891 rupees.
I need my remaining amount as well.
Since booking ID wasn't generated hence I have only payment bill as a proof, attaching with the complaint.

Refund not credited yet to my account

I cancelled my booking on may 31 after few hours of booking. Refund of Rs. 910 was processed on june 2 and it has been 9 days since then. It is showing refund successful in the app but it is still not reflecting in my account. I paid through UPI.

I had booked a OYO room on Thursday 9/June/2022 by paying online payment of Rs 296 ( After using 45% coupan and 168 Oyo money). My booking was confirmed, but when i visited the hotel. Hotel manager asked for 1500 rs extra for room and i contacted the OYO helpdesk and they booked a another room 5KM away for RS750.which i paid via my ICICI debit card amount deducted but not showing in OYO Application. Need to refund

Then I go to hotel
Receptionist said room not available
Same day I register my complaint for refund
Customer care said refund will be credit to your account with in 7-14 days
But till now I not received my amount

I had booked stay in Oyo townhouse 373 and made payment online but I when I reached the hotel, then manager asked me to pay extra 500 more. I told him that I already made the payment but he denied.

I told him that I'll raise complaint but he said that you can raise any complaint.

They are fraud and Oyo customer service doesn't help in this situation....

Regarding the partial refund

My story starts with a pre-paid Booking (QLC68036) for myself for a hassle-free outstation stay from OYO mobile application but that was my biggest mistake. Hotel and oyo

Have returned from bhimtal to room around 18:00 HRS but A/C and other basic facilities were suspended due to electricity issue
Around 20:00 HRS their alternative electricity resource I.e inverter battery also got exhausted...there was no other back up
No response was given by HOTEL MANAGER ON SPOT
Even response from OYO EXECUTIVE WAS DISGUSTING...5 calls were not enough to entertain our issue...this may not be serious...

Showing different price in website and asking different price on payment time.

When I booked a hotel, the website show 606 rupees after promocode and oyo money reduction. But when the payment request is raised to my upi app it is asking 5454 rupees. This is a scam and cheating....

Property owner denying offer given by oyo

Denied Checkin even after taking the payment

I was charged rupees 567 by Agoda and got a booking confirmation email from oyo too, but at the hotel they denied the booking and demanded more money. they wudnt let us checkin if we wudnt pay money

Have not received the refund Irs.5471-- Booking ID: X0JY6981

After informing many times to the OYO customer service, I haven't still received the refund amount Rs. 5471.00, as I cancelled one room(Booking ID: X0JY6981).
