Amount took twice, customer care is fraud, disconnecting after 30 min, asking to wait for solution and put us on 30 mn hold and they will disconnect after that,

One of the below orders was canceled and I have only used one booking, but payment is taken for both the bookings, both bookings in the same hotel but took double amount refund Rs. 2689/- which is taken extra.
