I had booked a room from my boyfriend's phone through customer care, after reaching to the property they denied to gave us room, due to that I have to do cancel my booking. After that I called customer care to do refund, they told me that your refund is in process, but it's been 2 days and more aur refund is not credited yet, my booking I'd is YG986317, Please do refund fast, the name by wich I booked is Yogendra Jadhav.
