    I had a booking LAZR8532 which I cancelled it few days ago and have been calling the customer care atleast a 100 times, but the ask me to go to IVR option 2 and the option2 in IVR gives me wrong info about the booking ID and then customer care says the refund is initiated but it has never reached my account. can you please check this ASAP??

    I cannot believe these OYO ###... since 15 days I am calling them again and again and they just say they are refunding and call never connects to the concerned person...I dont know where else to go to get this refund.

        Dear team,

        My self praveen I have booked hotel in kachiguda via Oyo and I paid 599 after payment I go to the hotel and asked for check-in but they refused with reason room is not available and we are not allotted to Oyo bookings and the same time I call to Oyo customer care and initated cancellation on booking so finally Oyo team has initated the cancle request for 599 room and suggesting that book another room so i booked hotel via Oyo customer care via phone call and I have paid 889 via Google pay
        After that I visited the hotel the same issue we are not allotted rooms to Oyo bookings and they are telling that cancel Oyo booking and pay 1500 we will allocate the room

        Finally I cancelled the booking in Oyo for 899 and I have taken room at another place and which is not linked to Oyo.

        My question is about so many times I called customer care about my issue they are simply put my call on hold for 10 minutes and cut the call with out intimation

        My request is that kindly refund my money my booking I'd is PVVS5390

        Totally i experienced with Oyo is huge financial loss like booking via Oyo and call cab for pick up and drop and same was repeated 2nd time in same day that transport cost is 1000 rupees

        And i block my amount at Oyo 599/-and 899/- in same day

        And i am begging for my amount especially that is worrest thing

        Any way pls look into this and resolve my problem and arrange Oyo bookings in genuine hotels not in mafia and so many people booked through Oyo on same day and those all persons getting same answers from hotel at kachiguda flagship 469 hotel

          When I booked the room online and when I came here they said they didn't receive any booking and declined the service...and they asked me to book the room live
          I lost 545 amount
          Please refund me my money
          The actual thing is all the hotel owners in knowledge park 3 greater Noida doing the same thing because they got to know about the RRB NTPC exam and as the hotels are very nearby so started charging exorbitantly
          Please help me to get my money back

            I had booked a room from my boyfriend's phone through customer care, after reaching to the property they denied to gave us room, due to that I have to do cancel my booking. After that I called customer care to do refund, they told me that your refund is in process, but it's been 2 days and more aur refund is not credited yet, my booking I'd is YG986317, Please do refund fast, the name by wich I booked is Yogendra Jadhav.

                Hello Oyo Team,

                As per our discussion, You told me that whatever extra amount I will pay, OYO will refund that, but now I got an email from Amazon Pay that only Rs 288 has been refunded to me. Why??

                Your services are very poor. When I went to the property for check-in the property manager denied check-in through OYO and asked me to book his property directly and this is the first incident with me. Your guest experience manager also gave me assurance on the call that your extra paid amount will be refunded whose email and voice recording are also available with me.

                I got a room after 3 hours of mental harassment and now you are initiating a refund of Rs 288 which I paid online for booking on OYO instead of the extra paid amount of Rs 800. This is really unbearable and if I have not received my refund of Rs 800 within 72 hours then I will take legal action against your company for which I have enough evidence. Pl don't force me to take action against you and your company.

                  I have booked a 1bhk room for 1 day in agoda application.

                  Date: 11th JUNE 2022
                  Property: OYO Home 78292 Comfortable 1bhk Near Rock Beach

                  The property owner denied entry and check-in due to some pricing issue with the Oyo team.
                  The owner was asking for additional Rs.600 for the same booking. Th property owner was very harsh.

                  The Oyo customer were also not supportive regarding the cancellation i requested and money refund was not performed.

                    I book a hotel on 10th of jun, the hotel name is hotel lake side 87943 id (DBVB0723)

                    While the check in time the hotel was very bad the room are very unhygienic bed was stinky even washroom condition was very bad even not clean also, after saw room immediately i left room i talk with 1 agent mr sourav he said he will give refund he talk with hotel manager also but still not get the refund..but in the oyo application the hotel room was far different and in reality it was very bad no one can saty there,
                    Today again talking with assistant manager he said you cannot get the refund this is the service they are providing the guest, which is not good and 20% refund why i need my 100% refund i dnt care because this is not my fault the fault is in oyo application, this guys are making fool taking money after that if the guest doesnt like the rooms they will say we cannot give refund...

                            I have done the booking for 20 june but due to some reasons i had to cancel it
                            But the refund amount is not yet credited to my bank account i am trying to call oyo service department but there is no response from their side they are not picking up the call putting my call on hold for 15-20 minutes but no conversation is happened after waiting for that much time please resolve this issue as soon as possible

                              Hi,

                              I'm Akshay Kumaar M. I recently booked my stay at Elite Stays JP Nagar on OYO (Booking ID: IJKE1982) and canceled the booking on May 21 (2 days prior to my check-in date). I had contacted customer support for the refund and the support agent said he has raised a ticket regarding this (Ticket ID: [protected]) and that the amount would be refunded in 7-14 days. It has been more than 2 weeks now and I still haven't received the refund amount. I even contacted my bank to check if any transaction from OYO regarding the refund was made to my account and the answer was no. I contacted the customer helpline thrice this morning and they're putting me on hold after listening to my issue and then disconnecting the call. This is highly unprofessional and I don't know how anyone can run a business this bad. I'd like the refund as soon as possible, or else I will be escalating this issue further. I have attached the screenshots of my booking, cancellation, and ticket email with this complaint.

                                I booked a room from 18th june to 21 june with rupees 3985 but due to some reasons i had to cancel my booking on 13th june, ... i was hoping to get my refund money within few hours as i am in urgent need of that amount as i have to book another hotel before 15th ...but i didn't get till now...the only msg i got from was that refund was successfully processed

                                    I paid full online payment when i reached today on hotel they denied for stay and told that go and talk to oyo customer care we don't provide any room that's not the manner of talking too and overcharged extra money 800 rs for room how this shameful. I am with my family i booked booking with oyo app with full payment and when i call oyo customer care they also no response and i had to pay exra charges i need to take action against this fraud from OYO side.

                                      I had done multiple tries for Oyo booking due to my urgent stay.
                                      I tried paying from Paytm UPI and amex credit card as well.
                                      I received refund for Paytm but not on amex cc of 891 rupees.
                                      I need my remaining amount as well.
                                      Since booking ID wasn't generated hence I have only payment bill as a proof, attaching with the complaint.

                                      There are multiple other issue with the app on the payment, complaint and service related.
                                      I'm not gonna mention everything here, it's too much to handle.
                                      But I can guarantee, I will NEVER use the app again and will ask my family and friends too to blacklist the app.
                                      I don't trust Oyo now !!
                                      You are being popular now and so avoiding the old customers on these basic services, keep doing :)
