I booked Oyo room and even before reaching the hotel it was showing i checked out of the hotel. I paid the amount through app and now the customer care is now replying accordingly and not giving any refund.

    Hi Team,

    I was book a room through Oyo app on date 16June2022. When i went to Hotel for check-in, then Hotel Representative denied to give me as AC Room. They have not that time AC room. So he denied me Then I have call to Oyo Customer Care number -
    [protected] many time but customer care Representative didn't respond me and call disconnected again and again. Then I have to book another Hotel room as walk in. Now my booking has been cancelled in Oyo app but refund didn't receive me till now. Now i have seen that Oyo customer care are given very very poor Services. Customer care didn't respond me even i tried to 5 hour continuously in Oyo customer care number. It's not my fault because i went to hotel for check-in but they have not that time AC room. So amount should be refund asap. Even a was also call Oyo customer care number but they didn't respond me so please refund my amount asap.

      Hi OYO
      I have booked "OYO 10218 Hotel Berry's"

      From 26 May to June 1 2022
      Booking Details are:
      ID: AJ5X0834
      ID: OU2R0002

      I have made the partial payment of the Booking which after coupon discount in OYO app amounting to rs 2398 for each booking with is total coming down to Rs 6853

      Now when I reached the Hotel, they are saying the you need to pay more. I said the room charges which were shown in the App is what I have paid partially and rest i will be paying at counter. The hotel is saying rooms charges displayed in the App is not accurate and you need to pay more for the Rooms. I paid Rs.9094 extra than what i was supposed to pay.. You ppl said that you will be refunding my amount post discussion, bt I haven't received a single rs. in my account till now.. I have even shared the bank details via email to your team..

      OYO there is no way to contact your customer care as your chat service is very pathetic, I cannot even talk to representative.

      All i can say OYO along with Hotels is cheating the customers in displaying Inaccurate information in the App and After booking they are causing inconvenience to the customer with the inability for the customer to reach the Customer Care

          Tldr:
          hostel staff did not checked me in, even though I had completely paid the checkin price online via Oyo customer care. At-last after 2-3 hrs of discussions with staff && Oyo customer care,
          had to pay complete charge && book the same room offline in the same hotel

          Expected Resolution:
          100% refund which I had paid to OYO (1080) + extra charges which I had to paid to hotel because I had to book same room offline[protected] = 120) + Appeasements for waste of time && discomfort. (800)
          - Total expectation: 2000 Rs

          Full description:

          Booked a room on 17th June 2022, booking id (I97b0772):

          At 10:37 AM 17th June : paid 108 rs to Oyo via customer care
          Around 11:15 AM: reached hotel, checked availability of rooms && conditions. Rooms were available
          Around 11:30: paid 872 rs payment to Oyo via customer care

          After that, hotel staff, mentioned, they will not allow us. to. check in, even though everything was there, && mentioned rooms as sold out to OYO to mislead them.
          Called customer care multiple times(explained for 2hr && talked with 10+ agents), as every. time, agent was different, but the option provided was:
          - different hotel( more than 8 km away from the place I wanted && at almost 3x price) - so not a viable option
          - cancellation was there 100% cancellation charge - which is a joke
          - 100% refund guarantee by few customer care agents - they put me on hold for 20 mins, && than disconnected calls. - happened multiple times - please check clip shared below..

          They talked with hotel reception, talked about talking to property manager, tried oyo 1393... help number but nothing worked

          oyo. added 500 credit, but this. is unacceptable, we don't travel much && a credit for 500 means it's going to unused and will be with Oyo only as they know my booking history with Oyo.

          Also, it did not cover the expected resolution. It's like making a joke on the people discomfort and a way to rob people

            Booking ID XNBS6644

            Made a booking for a particular day and immediately requested a change in date since wrong date was picked. Only BOTs responding to all my queries in chat support. Called hotel to check if they can reschedule to which they said oyo had not transferred them any money. They have kept all the money with them. Now they’re not giving me option to reschedule. On refund option they are giving me Rs 130 which is less than 10% amount of the booking amount I paid (1.5k). There’s no way I can reach them. Have msged on social media handles as well but no resolution. My money is stuck and I can’t even make another booking.

              Not provide the GST bill after checkout

              I would like to share with you that incident happen with me when I reached hotel dated 16 june 2022. Before check in I paid amount, when I reached in hotel and ask for room then the receptionist said that IN OUR HOTEL NO ROOM IS VACANT ONLY ONE ROOM IS VACANT THAT IS UNDER MAINTENANCE. I saw the room no 106 ( under maintenance) air conditioning were not working as well as hotel staf[censored]sing the room. As per the receptionist no Payment were received from my side and he told me you have to contact OYO ROOM CUSTOMER CARE
              I call customer care but no response when I checked in oyo mobile application it's show Amount 104 will be credit in your account.
              Team members when room not allotted to me so my refund amount will we full.

                Respected sir,
                Oyo has provided me with a room in a hotel divine residency in Mumbai for 2 nights for just rs 2322 but the owner of the hotel is denying to check in because the rates of the hotel are 3000 per night. When i called Oyo rooms they are not responding and some of them responding are putting call on hold for 15-30 minutes.
                I am giving my booking details in a photo please do something as soon as possible.

                  Serious data leak & protection issue

                  Hi,

                  I have been duped using the information leaked either from hotel staff (more likely) or by oyo internal staff.

                  I had to checkin to hotel palace inn, gorai naka, Borivalli, Mumbai

                  I had paid 1/3 rd amount & rest i was planning to pay on checkin.

                  At 4 pm i recieved a call from person, saying he has room shortage & i need to pay up to confirm the booking else it will be cancelled.br...

                  After booking confirmation and advance payment at oyo, booked hotel not offered room. Oyo closed its Ticket without any settlement...due to Oyo believe I canceled my tickets and at last travelled with huge loss.

                  After approx hr discussion no support and further below ticket closed without conclusion.

                      Hello team,

                      I have an active booking under my name in Ahmedabad. The hotel's name is - Townhouse 1025 Hotel Kia Residency. My booking ID is - NFWC4476

                      I have my booking from 7th June to 22nd June.

                      Over the time of my visits to the city, I had earned INR 5273 in OYO Rupee which is a completely usable token on the application.
                      So, my hotel was costing me around INR 17912/- But since I had INR 5273/- In my OYO rupee wallet, the cost calculation came down to this -

                      [protected] = INR 12, 639/-

                      So, I selected the option of paying with OYO rupee and I paid INR 12, 639/-

                      When I reached my hotel, I was told that I need to pay INR 5273/- the exact same amount as I have in my OYO rupee as they were not able to select it.

                      I am a working individual and they asked me to pay the same money, despite me having the same money in my account.

                      I have screenshots and screen recordings of every little detail that is required.

                      When I tried to make a booking on the application using the option of OYO rupee, they don't let the payment through. They don't let me book the hotel. That, I have in video proof. Apart from that, the moment I unselect the option o[censored]sing OYO rupee, they process the payment across.

                      I am a working individual and I have time and again tried getting in touch with them to help me here and find a solution for this because I might have another booking coming up. But they just keep tossing me around. It has been 7 days please help me find justice.

                      This is mental harassment.

                        I try to book a hotel, and the booking is unsuccessful. The money got deducted twice. First time it said that the payment cannot be processed so try again. I again the did the payment, two time the payment was unsuccessful. Hence the money got deducted two times. kindly, please refund the amount.

                          Amount took twice, customer care is fraud, disconnecting after 30 min, asking to wait for solution and put us on 30 mn hold and they will disconnect after that,

                          Very bad and fraud people,

                          One of the below orders was canceled and I have only used one booking, but payment is taken for both the bookings, both bookings in the same hotel but took double amount refund Rs. 2689/- which is taken extra.

                            Dear sir,

                            This is to inform you that i booked hotel (booking id:JLAL0018) on[protected] with partial payment amount INR 8018.

                            On next day i received call from hotel management (mobile no:[protected].He informed me that you have to pay remaining amount to confirm booking. Please note that this person had all the information like partial payment detail which I made, remaining amount, location of hotel, Name of hotel, name of customer etc. Based on information i paid amount of 14892 INR through UPI (refer attached screenshot).

                            He then called me again and said the first payment got blocked and asked to pay again, I got suspicions and called the hotels front desk and then rudely told me that I was probably scammed and not to bother them ( The hotel).

                            So now I have paid the full money and don't have a place to stay for a month.

                            In either Case either the hotel or OYO themselves have scammed me through selling my data.
                            Please reach out to me so we can come up with a solution before I'm forced to take legal actions.

                                I have booked hotels for two through Oyo but the two times when I reached the location they didn't provide me rooms. And I didn't get my refund as well. I am having trust issues with Oyo now. I will never try to book in Oyo. And if there is a problem they should respond immediately. But they are not responding properly and making us travelers suffer. I suggest you one thing to you- You Oyo people once please confirm with hotel that are there rooms available at the time and then you confirm it to the customers. Don't struggle us like this. We might have been faced several problems in mean time.

                                  I had prior booked two rooms for the dates, 20th, 21st and 22nd of may 2022. On reaching the booked property on the 20th i was denied check-in since they said, OYO had discounted our prices on the time of booking in order to attract customers with prices which the hotel won't accept.
