Amount took twice, customer care is fraud, disconnecting after 30 min

Amount took twice, customer care is fraud, disconnecting after 30 min, asking to wait for solution and put us on 30 mn hold and they will disconnect after that,

Very bad and fraud people,

One of the below orders was canceled and I have only used one booking, but payment is taken for both the bookings, both bookings in the same hotel but took double amount refund Rs. 2689/- which is taken extra.

Rooms not available after booking

I have booked hotels for two through Oyo but the two times when I reached the location they didn't provide me rooms. And I didn't get my refund as well. I am having trust issues with Oyo now. I will never try to book in Oyo. And if there is a problem they should respond immediately. But they are not responding properly and making us travelers suffer. I suggest you one thing to you- You Oyo people once please confirm with hotel that are there...

Refund initiated but yet not received.

Hi,
I had prior booked two rooms for the dates, 20th, 21st and 22nd of may 2022. On reaching the booked property on the 20th i was denied check-in since they said, OYO had discounted our prices on the time of booking in order to attract customers with prices which the hotel won't accept. Refund not happening nor is status being provided

I had a booking LAZR8532 which I cancelled it few days ago and have been calling the customer care atleast a 100 times, but the ask me to go to IVR option 2 and the option2 in IVR gives me wrong info about the booking ID and then customer care says the refund is initiated but it has never reached my account. can you please check this ASAP??...

I have been cheated

When I booked the room online and when I came here they said they didn't receive any booking and declined the service...and they asked me to book the room live
I lost 545 amount

The actual thing is all the hotel owners in knowledge park 3 greater Noida doing the same thing because they got to know about the RRB NTPC exam and as the hotels are very nearby so started charging exorbitantly

I want refund on my cancelled booking

I had booked a room from my boyfriend's phone through customer care, after reaching to the property they denied to gave us room, due to that I have to do cancel my booking. My refund was not received after so many complaint

I was not received my refund after so many times i complaint to oyo customer care, after 30 days when i tried to call customer care they are keeping on holding 20 mins after that they cut my call...

Making fool of customer

Hi,
I book a hotel on 10th of jun, the hotel name is hotel lake side 87943 id (DBVB0723)

While the check in time the hotel was very bad the room are very unhygienic bed was stinky even washroom condition was very bad even not clean also, after saw room immediately i left room i talk with 1 agent mr sourav he said he will give refund he talk with hotel manager also but still not get the refund..but in the oyo application...

I had a booking of one of the oyo hotel in Jaipur named hotel ps heritage on 16th June 2022. But without my consent, they changed it to a cheap guest house....

I have done the booking for 20 june but due to some reasons i had to cancel it
But the refund amount is not yet credited to my bank account i am trying to call oyo service department but there is no response from their side they are not picking up the call putting my call on hold for 15-20 minutes but no conversation is happened after waiting for that much time please resolve this issue as soon as possible...
