This is to inform you about some discrepancies have been found in services of PANASONIC CO.:

1. It’s a serious matter of PURCHASE PANASONIC PRODUCTs, for which we are facing the problem since the first date of purchase like financial loss of Rs. 52000/-
2. Gas is leaking in each year, i.e, THRICE in a Season (in guarantee period) in spite of BLUE COATING IN PANASONIC A/Which puts a question mark on quality of Panasonic Product?
3. This is a pending case since a very long time, not re –solved at your end till date, only WASTAGE OF TIME & ENERGY BY CO.

Following are given below evidence of DISCREPANCIES, CARELESSNESS, IRRESPONSIBLE, NEGLIGENCE IN THE SERVICES and QUESTION MARK ON QUALITY OF PANASONIC Co, a Reputed Brand.?

1. INSTEAD OF REPAIR AT SITE, AERAMAC SERVICE CENTRE TAKEN THE A/C SET AT THEIR CENTRE on 29/07/21?
2. DAMAGED THE CONDENSER PART OF A/C DURING REPAIR AT SERVICE CENTRE ?
3. PART DAMAGED DUE TO PUT HIGH PRESSURE OF NITROGEN GAS IN A/C SET?
4. CONDENSER PART IS OK AT OUR HOME, NO PREVIOUS HISTORY OF ANY DAMAGE IN CONDENSER?
5. A/C SET LYING AT AERAMAC SERVICE CENTRE FOR 9 DAYS WITHOUT ANY REASON?
6. DAMAGED, UN-REPAIRED A/C SET DELIVERED AT SITE WITHOUT ANY INTIMATION / INFORMATION ON 06/08/21 ?
7. PERSON OF SERVICE CENTRE LEFT A/C WITHOUT ANY FITTINGS OF WIRES, ACCESSORIES, NUT BOLT NOT FITTED AT THEIR POINTS, IT SHOWS CARELESSNESS OF PANASONIC?
8. QUESTION MARK ON THE PRESENCE OF COMPRESSOR AND OTHER PARTS IN DELIVERED DEFECTIVE A/C SET, NOT CHECKED AT SITE ?
9.A/C SETS ARE COMPLETELY DAMAGED BY PANASONIC CO., DURING A VERY SHORT PERIOD OF 5 YEARS, QUESTION
MARK ON QUALITY OF PANASONIC PRODUCTS?
10. NOT REPAIRED, REFUSED TO REPAIR THE SET, DUE TO GAS LEAKAGE WITHIN THE WARRANTY PERIOD OF 3 MONTHS?
11. QUESTION MARK ON QUALITY AND SERVICE OF PANASONIC ?
12. FINANCIAL LOSS OF RS. 52, 000/- BY PANASONIC CO. ?
13. IRRESPONSIBILITY AND NEGLIGENCY BY SENIOR STAFF OF PANASONIC CO., i.e, Mr. Prateek Arora, and Mr. Jasmit Singh?
14. IRRESPONSIBILITY AND NEGLIGENCE, CARELESSNESS BY OWNER OF AERAMAC SERVICE CENTRE, i.e, Mr. Naveen Sharma?

P.S. : We including our kids have suffered mental agony, harassment and financial loss due to Irresponsible and Negligence in the service of PANASONIC CO. which could be compensated with vindication of our right, i.e POOR QUALITY AND POOR SERVICE OF PANASONIC Co.

In the view of above all the evidence, REPAIR THE FAULT SATISFACTORY AT COMPANY OWN COST (at FOC) due to irresponsible, negligence in the service of PANASONIC CO.
We are facing regular problems in both Panasonic ACs since the date of purchase till date (available all the evidence) . It’s only a waste of time and energy by Panasonic Co.

IT’S PUT A QUESTION MARK ON QUALITY OF PANASONIC, a reputed Brand ?

TWO OPTIONS ARE LEFT:-

EITHER REFUND OUR PAID AMOUNT OF PURCHASE WITH COMPENSATION AMOUNT for both Manufacturing Defective A/c Sets of PANASONIC,

OR

REPAIR FAULT WITH REPLACEMENT OF THE DEFECTIVE PART FOR NO COOLING ( in Warranty period, i.e, 3 months ) at FOC basis immediate.

Fridge lekar 1 saal hi hua h r 2 baar kaam nikla itna ghatiya product h company ka naam accha dekar .. us par se service center wala bekar service deta h ... Panasonic company experience is worst ..i need help .i want my money back from Panasonic

      I raised service request for my Panasonic 4k led 49 inch tv model no PANASONIC LED 124cm TH-49FX650D, on 29/07/2021 for colour issues, it took 3 days for them to diagnose the problem on 31/08/21 they said some part called t- con is faulty, then next day they said, the part they have is not compatible with the tv and the part will come from banglore, then on 02/08/2021 they said the part they have received is also not compatible and the entire TV panel is faulty and the part will come from banglore, today 07/08/2021 they are saying that will come from banglore after 10 days, so Panasonic India is not at all concerned with their products parts and after service, their products are cheap and faulty and thier services are even more worse, service team is not at all knowledgeable and no in between coordination, they charge almost 1lkh rupees such costly product and when it comes to service it's worst till date that I have seen, m using samsung 4k and sony 4k both the tv are super fine and their services also. Panasonic india is looting coustomer with their faulty and poor cheap quality products and later with their services, I would say plz do not buy any of the Panasonic product because eventually that part will go faulty and coustomer will here only one thing "PART IS FAULTY AND IT WILL COME FROM BANGALORE OR BANGLADESH" this is their tag line, they will continue to fool you until you give up or loose all your hopes after you see your hard earned money will go waste like this, it takes ages to buys such costly product and within seconds that money is wasted like this, because company like Panasonic is not going to solve your problem, they will continue looting coustomer money, once again I will request that PLZ do not invest or buy any of Panasonic product you will only receive disappointment and not the happiness.

        Dear Sir,
        I Thankfully acknowledge the receipt of your massage via E-mail on dt.23/07/2021 In this connection, I would like to state that in response to your advertisement in dail newspaper Divya Bhaskar & Sandesh on dt.23/01/2018, I had purchased your company’s Panasonic TV Model NO.TH49ES480DX in exchange offer with a discount of Rs.30, 000/- and paid Rs.43, 000/- & bought the TV.
        After the warranty period expired I have renewed the warranty period too further 3 years & paid Rs.18, 300-vide Bill No, 87 dt.19/01/2019 & got extra warranty for 3 years & it is continued till today.
        Though my TV was stoped working and I had sent the TV for repairing to M/s.Devansh Sales & Service But the TV was not repaired as the part is not available and they returned my TV. Meanwhile, I received your reply that replacement will be done after payment of Rs.26540/-
        Why I should l pay ? If parts are not available that is your problem. I will not pay any amount for this .Please replace me a new TV against this old one which is not repairable, within a week’s time otherwise I will initiate legal action and will approach consumer court .
        Please do the needful at an early date.

          I’m just an aggrieved, frustrated and a lost customer of Panasonic india. Owner of a non working Sanyo Panasonic TV for the last 2.5 months. The TV was purchased on 6th of April 2021.

          Service team in Bangalore has no idea as they saying the company is not shipping any spare parts or replacements now. Customer has been left in limbo because of their internal inefficient process.

            Dear Sir/ Mam,

            Reference to the said subject and the pictures attached with this letter are easily explaining the situation me and my family is facing for the last 4months, complete summer time we have
            passed without the freezer part of our refrigerator. You can see that the freezer door has been closed with the help of tape.

            By looking at the pictures, can anyone say that we are using a refrigerator of a multinational called “ Panasonic “. Is this the service provided by a MNC, that the customer is complaining for the last 4months regarding the door of the freezer, that the door is not closing and the service vendor and even the seniors( Mr. Abhay)sitting at Chandigarh office are giving excuses every time by saying that the new door has been dispatched today.. this we are listening for the last 4 weeks. We have the extended warranty, and the followup of the complaints are attached for your perusal.

            It is a request to replace our refrigerator because now we have got so much frustrated that we are thinking to go to consumer court to get justice, which is our right .. because if after spending almost a lakh rupee for such a brand, we are not getting the services, then we should look for some better way to get the issue solved.

              Dear Sir,
              1. With reference to the above, I have to state that I have purchased “49” LED TV of your brand from Arihant Electronic, Vastrapur, Ahmedabad on dated 26/01/2018 vide Bill No.4445 & Model No.TH49ES48ODS Sirial No.17PSD[protected] .
              2. I have also extended the warranty period for 3 years by paying Rs.18, 300/- in this connection thr’ your service center Devansh sales & Service on 19/01/2019,
              3. As on 09/06/2021 there was a fault occurred in my TV and linings weve
              Displayed complained under Job No. R[protected] on 10/06/2021 afternoon your engineer visited my place and told that panel is damage and it has to be replaced and there after on 25/06/2021 thru received the panel and took my TV to their service center . Since then no panel has been replaced and as they have told as that the company has not sent any panel so far. You mu not the 35 days was been passed the company is not able to provide or replaced the panel in my TV and I cannot use my TV and it is lying as it is.
              If you are not able to repair my TV please replace another new TV.
              4. I Solicit your reply within 7 days problem the date of this later. Otherwise I will initiate legal proceedings at against your company, service station and the dealer your early action will be appreciated.

                  I bought a tv in Jan 2020, it had some issue after 6 months even after complaining, no response then two days back they took tv in service center. Even After paying charges tv is not opening.. Worst service centre and picking calls .

                    Hello All,
                    I am sending this email toping that higher management will look into this issue.

                    Issue: water dropping from indoor unit.

                    Description: i purchased a new sanyo ac on dated 7th june 2021within a month it started issues with dropping water from the indoor unit o raised a complaint to panasonic with complaint number R[protected] the technician visited with a fix with feviquik liquid solution. I asked him why this os used he did not gave me any satisfactory answer hence sopke with ALLAHABAD ASM MR. Salman he stated that "there is a hole in all the units in this model hence the ONLY SOLUTION FOR THIS IS TO USE FEVIQUIK."
                    I don't buy this if there is an issue with design in this model then need to be replaced or the damaged part needs to be replaced.

                    As this brand new ac was purchased by me trusting that the brand will provide me with best service, but mow i fell cheated by the panasonic.

                    Hoping to get a resolution to replace the indoor unit, instead o[censored]sing feviquik.

                      It's surprising, considering the brand name, the Panasonic customer service is terrible. I had registered a complaint regarding an issue in the inlet water pump in my Panasonic washing machine. I had registered a complaint on 20/06/2021.The service engineer showed up the other day, He said the inlet water pump as well as the water level sensor had blown up. So he took the 350 rupees visiting charges and promised to return back once the necessary part comes.
                      It's been more than a month, no one showed up, I called the customer care and requested them to fix my washing machine. The only answer was, the service engineer will come.
                      It's been very tough for us to manage our laundry without the washing machine.

                      It has caused a great deal of pain to us. Also the service engineer was unqualified and broke the part which holds the water pump while opening.

                        I called 9 to 10 times in a year for just drum striking problem in my washing machine but your service agent said that was balancing problem but every time he set washing machine in a proper way but problem continuously arise . I am totally upset with this washing machine . Replace or give back my money or do something else immediately.

                          I have purchased 5 Quantities of Split Air Conditioners from your Dealer in South City Aircon. I have already sent emails to your team at Panasonic.
                          There was no response whatsoever of the Mail I sent to the panasonic team. Some Praveen Rathi([protected]) called me and told me alot of nonsense words and was disrespectful,
                          This guy was telling me that He won't Replace/Fix the Split Air Conditioners, He was telling me to do whatever I can and He won't even listen to my problem & Said alot of Abuses towards Me & My Family,
                          I'll be going to the consumer court and I'll be forced to take any legal action towards your company because of the rude behaviour and very Poor Service provided to me.

                                We have compalaint regarding our Panasonic refrigerator, As per talk with Mumbai suburb head Ms. Suchitra Pawar and Mr. Alok Mishra.
                                We had requested to provide us with additional one year warranty for our refrigerator or replace our refrigerator because we have facing the same issue since one year and also R[protected] Dt.03.07.2021, however the same problems with my fridge was on 23.06.2020 complaint no R[protected] and also R[protected] Dt.13.07.2020 . Our refrigerator has been not working since one week .
                                We have been facing same issues over the past few months, cooling problems and other issues too .I am providing you with our Purchase invoice below for your reference. Please take prompt action in this regard .

                                  I feel cheated, as I got defective product. Please watch my video
                                  attached . The noise of AC is like some tractor running in my room, I
                                  am even not able to sleep with that sound. and some leakage is also
                                  happening from the downside
                                  Â Â Very first day at the time of installation I told the person why
                                  its making noise, he told me that please because its new, please wait
                                  for few days sound will reduce, but its sound increasing day by day.
                                  from past few days I am trying to contact service engineer but daily
                                  he is saying will come tomorrow. Finally I raised complaint to
                                  Panasonic helpline, they sent service engineer and he told it will be
                                  repaired some part is missing inside your AC they will repair. So you
                                  can understand how it feels i[censored] purchase an AC for around 40k and
                                  company open your new AC in front of you to repair it not replacing
                                  it.
                                  Â Â So please replace the defective AC or take that crap away because
                                  its a torture I can even sleep. Please replace this defective product
                                  or else I will escalate it to higher level. Its not good as a company
                                  like Panasonic to cheat with your customers.

                                  Latest update: Some person from Panasonic came yesterday, but he didn't resolved the Issue. He thought its small problem like some rubber part may be change, but when he checked its a big Issue. My New AC's roller is completely not functioning. he went back saying that the part is not available in stock currently, he will come again when it will available. Now I am completely frustrated and thinking to file a complaint against the harassments I faced due to that.
                                  Why should I take defected AC either company should replace it or pay the price. why to replace the part of brand new AC. its a manufacturing defect and company should take responsibility.

                                    We bought an AC on 3 july 2020 . During installation they promise is 3 free AC service .Due to pendamic they did not come for even one service . When contacted them their response was that they won't do all 3 services.They will just come for one service. Its already been 10 days they had not came for that also. Its peek summer season in india, we are facing huge inconvenience due to it.We want all 3 Ac services provide by your company .Please
