1 year 26 days old side by side refrigerator is not working as gas leaked due to faulty design. They used iron pipe for condensation pipe dipped in water for cooling which get rust after 1 year and gas leaked.
Next they don't have compatible mechanical support for gas charging in side by side refrigerator due to which compressor and side overheat and not proper cooling and high electricity consumption.

    1. It’s a serious matter of PURCHASE PANASONIC PRODUCTs, for which we are facing the problem since the first date of purchase like financial loss of Rs. 52000/-
    2. Gas is leaking in each year, i.e, THRICE in a Season (in guarantee period) in spite of BLUE COATING IN PANASONIC A/c Which puts a question mark on quality of Panasonic Product?
    3. This is a pending case since a very long time, not re –solved at your end till date, only WASTAGE OF TIME & ENERGY BY CO.

    Following are given below evidence of DISCREPANCIES, CARELESSNESS, IRRESPONSIBLE, NEGLIGENCE IN THE SERVICES and QUESTION MARK ON QUALITY OF PANASONIC Co, a Reputed Brand.?

    1. INSTEAD OF REPAIR AT SITE, AERAMAC SERVICE CENTRE TAKEN THE A/C SET AT THEIR CENTRE on 29/07/21?
    2. DAMAGED THE CONDENSER PART OF A/C DURING REPAIR AT SERVICE CENTRE ?
    3. PART DAMAGED DUE TO PUT HIGH PRESSURE OF NITROGEN GAS IN A/C SET?
    4. CONDENSER PART IS OK AT OUR HOME, NO PREVIOUS HISTORY OF ANY DAMAGE IN CONDENSER?
    5. A/C SET LYING AT AERAMAC SERVICE CENTRE FOR 9 DAYS WITHOUT ANY REASON?
    6. DAMAGED, UN-REPAIRED A/C SET DELIVERED AT SITE WITHOUT ANY INTIMATION / INFORMATION ON 06/08/21 ?
    7. PERSON OF SERVICE CENTRE LEFT A/C WITHOUT ANY FITTINGS OF WIRES, ACCESSORIES, NUT BOLT NOT FITTED AT THEIR POINTS, IT SHOWS CARELESSNESS OF PANASONIC?

    P.S. : We including our kids have suffered mental agony, harassment and financial loss due to Irresponsible and Negligence in the service of PANASONIC CO. which could be compensated with vindication of our right, i.e POOR QUALITY AND POOR SERVICE OF PANASONIC Co.

    In the view of above all the evidence, REPAIR THE FAULT SATISFACTORY AT COMPANY OWN COST (at FOC) due to irresponsible, negligence in the service of PANASONIC CO.
    We are facing regular problems in both Panasonic ACs since the date of purchase till date (available all the evidence) . It’s only a waste of time and energy by Panasonic Co.

    IT’S PUT A QUESTION MARK ON QUALITY OF PANASONIC, a reputed Brand ?

    TWO OPTIONS ARE LEFT:-

    EITHER REFUND OUR PAID AMOUNT OF PURCHASE WITH COMPENSATION AMOUNT for both Manufacturing Defective A/c Sets of PANASONIC,

    OR

    REPAIR FAULT WITH REPLACEMENT OF THE DEFECTIVE PART FOR NO COOLING ( in Warranty period, i.e, 3 months ) at FOC basis immediate.

          Since new, the expensive 584 ltr fridge troubles me. Numerous complaints, chip & fan change has not helped. Does not look like a frost free fridge at all. Service repairs take anywhere from 7-35 days with no solution in sight. You get only artificial intelligence AI replies at lower staff levels. Now I aam ready to sell it of if it works okay for a month.

            I bought refrigerator on 24th April 2021. Defrost not working from the day 1.
            4 engineers came and try to fix the issue, it is not happening. Job Ids raised for the same is R[protected]

                I have bough panasonic side by side refrigarator in reliance digital surat. My order deleverd 14 august. Water dropping problem start on 15 august and door gascket damage.i have complain requested in rel digital on 15 august but my problem not solve till now.
                Bed service experiance in reliance digital surat & brand.
                No any tech visit at site.

                    I had bought a Panasonic oven, model NN-CT64HB around 3 months back.
                    It has been used very rarely and last week during pre-heating of 180 degree the glass turn table cracked into two. While informing the service team they claimed it cannot be covered under warranty and have to pay 980Rs. for the accessory. They also refused to check if there is any defect with the Microwave oven. I think either they had given a duplicate glass plate or it’s defective. I would like to hear from Panasonic regarding this issue.

                            I have a Panasonic split AC which requires service.

                            I have been constantly raising a request on their web site for a service call and every time they keep cancelling my request.

                            They dont reach out or provide a reason to cancel my service request.

                            This is becoming very annoying and makes me wonder if made a mistake of buying Panasonic ACs.

Fridge lekar 1 saal hi hua h r 2 baar kaam nikla itna ghatiya product h company ka naam accha dekar .. us par se service center wala bekar service deta h ...                                   I raised service request for my Panasonic 4k led 49 inch tv model no PANASONIC LED 124cm TH-49FX650D, on 29/07/2021 for colour issues, it took 3 days for them to diagnose the problem on 31/08/21 they said some part called t- con is faulty, then next day they said, the part they have is not compatible with the tv and the part will come from banglore, then on 02/08/2021 they said the part they have received is also not compatible and the entire TV panel is faulty and the part will come from banglore, today 07/08/2021 they are saying that will come from banglore after 10 days, so Panasonic India is not at all concerned with their products parts and after service, their products are cheap and faulty and thier services are even more worse, service team is not at all knowledgeable and no in between coordination, they charge almost 1lkh rupees such costly product and when it comes to service it's worst till date that I have seen, m using samsung 4k and sony 4k both the tv are super fine and their services also. Panasonic india is looting coustomer with their faulty and poor cheap quality products and later with their services, I would say plz do not buy any of the Panasonic product because eventually that part will go faulty and coustomer will here only one thing "PART IS FAULTY AND IT WILL COME FROM BANGALORE OR BANGLADESH" this is their tag line, they will continue to fool you until you give up or loose all your hopes after you see your hard earned money will go waste like this, it takes ages to buys such costly product and within seconds that money is wasted like this, because company like Panasonic is not going to solve your problem, they will continue looting coustomer money, once again I will request that PLZ do not invest or buy any of Panasonic product you will only receive disappointment and not the happiness.

                                    I Thankfully acknowledge the receipt of your massage via E-mail on dt.23/07/2021 In this connection, I would like to state that in response to your advertisement in dail newspaper Divya Bhaskar & Sandesh on dt.23/01/2018, I had purchased your company’s Panasonic TV Model NO.TH49ES480DX in exchange offer with a discount of Rs.30, 000/- and paid Rs.43, 000/- & bought the TV.
                                    After the warranty period expired I have renewed the warranty period too further 3 years & paid Rs.18, 300-vide Bill No, 87 dt.19/01/2019 & got extra warranty for 3 years & it is continued till today.
                                    Though my TV was stoped working and I had sent the TV for repairing to M/s.Devansh Sales & Service But the TV was not repaired as the part is not available and they returned my TV. Meanwhile, I received your reply that replacement will be done after payment of Rs.26540/-
                                    Why I should l pay ? If parts are not available that is your problem. I will not pay any amount for this .Please replace me a new TV against this old one which is not repairable, within a week’s time otherwise I will initiate legal action and will approach consumer court .

                                      I’m just an aggrieved, frustrated and a lost customer of Panasonic india. Owner of a non working Sanyo Panasonic TV for the last 2.5 months. The TV was purchased on 6th of April 2021.

                                      Service team in Bangalore has no idea as they saying the company is not shipping any spare parts or replacements now. Customer has been left in limbo because of their internal inefficient process.
