While I was playing with Parimatch not the first time, everything went smoothly, though with small winnings. But today something strange happened! I was placing bets, but when I refreshed the page, they just disappeared! I guess at least the money wasn't deducted from the balance. I can't believe that such a well known bookmaker is having such problems! Looks like I will have to look for alternatives as I can't play with such a service anymore.

After some research, I found recommendations on the internet on how to fix such problems. One of the tips was to update your browser to the latest version and clear cookies. I followed these recommendations and to my surprise it worked! Now my bids are displayed in my personal account as soon as they are placed.

    Hi Parimatch,

    I can't believe you are telling me that I have indulged in any form of fraudulent activity even after verifying my account multiple times through zoom meeting or maybe this is a way for you guys to take out our hard earned money from your app. This is the worst app who knowingly withdrew 27 lakhs approximately from their customer's account by blaming them with a false reason. If you do not have that much money to pay your customer then, please stop advertising your app and stop fooling people asap.
    For your knowledge, I have already initiated a request to file a case against PariMatch, the worst app, so I request you to please forward this mail to your supervisor or whoever you think deserves it.

      After I made a deposit to my account, I found out that the funds had not arrived. For two days I actively communicated in Parimatch support chat and provided all possible proof of payment. However, despite this, I was constantly asked to provide additional documents. In the end, I was informed that my deposit was made below the minimum amount and then simply closed the chat. After that, I continued to communicate with technical support for a whole day, providing all the evidence and screenshots of bank statements, but the staff simply stopped responding to my appeals. As a result, I decided to use the services of other bookmakers.

      Shortly after that I received an email from a Parimatch representative who explained the situation to me. It turned out that my bank had split the payment into two parts, which resulted in the deposit amount being lower than the minimum required. After I contacted the bank support and explained the situation, the money was immediately credited to my account. I now understand the reason for the delay and am grateful for the help in resolving this issue.

        I have been struggling with the verification process on the Parimatch website for five days now. Despite the fact that I have sent all the required documents, the support informs me that the information is insufficient to complete the verification.         Was able to complete the verification after I uploaded my driver's license photo. It turned out that the reason for the delay was a worn face photo in my passport. Now I can safely use the service.

          I have been playing at Parimatch for a long time and have never faced withdrawal fees. However, the last time I withdrew my winnings I was charged a commission of 3500 rupees, citing income tax. This surprised me as there were no such commissions earlier. I am surprised and disappointed as I have not observed such phenomenon with other bookmakers.

          I would like to add to my previous review. After publishing my complaint, Parimatch representatives contacted me and helped me to sort out the situation. It turned out that my bank account had a negative balance and the commission was taken by the bank to cover the interest on the loan. I apologize for the accusations against Parimatch and thank you for the prompt resolution of the problem.

              Contacted Parimatch support and I was answered by their employee. He explained that in some cases after making a deposit it is necessary to pass profile verification in order for the money to be credited to the account. After I successfully passed the verification, the money finally appeared on my balance. Unfortunately, I missed the match I was planning to bet on, but now I know that my money is safe and I can safely continue using the service.

                I happened to win a decent amount of Rs 8000 but faced a problem with card verification. When I tried to log into my profile later, the site page wouldn't load. Why didn't anyone warn me that the card needs to be verified before starting the game? If I had known that I had to verify the card first and then place bets, my impression of the company would have been different.

                  I rated the Parimatch site at five stars for its beautiful design and user-friendly interface. But the advertising... There are too many of them. It occurs at the first entrance to the site, while placing bets, and even when creating a withdrawal request. I already pay a commission for using the services of Parimatch, so why do I have to look at advertising?

                  The support staff told me that these are not ads, but special offers from Parimatch, and it is impossible to disable them. In the end, I installed AdBlock, and now there are no more ads.

                    I use Parimatch on my computer and in the mobile app. When I want to make a deposit via the app, I don't get an SMS from the bank with a confirmation code. I have to go to the Parimatch website to make a deposit. This is a bit inconvenient.

                    After I reported this problem to Parimatch technical support, they asked for a more detailed description of the situation. They promised that they would fix the problem in the next version of the app. Less than a week later a new version was released and now SMS come normally. It's nice to see that the developers are improving the app. In addition, as an apology for the inconvenience, I was credited 500 rupees to my balance.

                      For successful betting at Parimatch, a large enough deposit amount of at least Rs. 5000 is required. This ensures financial stability and avoids quick zeroing of the account for the first bets. In addition, I still have difficulties in getting bonus funds for the first deposit.

                      I should add that the bonus funds were credited to me after verification. However, I still recommend investing larger amounts to feel more confident. This allows you to make many bets, and a successful bet can compensate for several unsuccessful ones.

                          When using the Parimatch mobile betting app on my iPhone 11, I have noticed that there are occasional freezing issues. This is different from the computer version of Parimatch where I never had these problems.                             I had difficulties with withdrawing winnings to my friend's card. Earlier I successfully verified my card and withdrew money to it. But today, when I tried to add my friend's card, I encountered an error. Considering that my account is already verified, I don't understand what could be the problem.                               I registered with Parimatch a few months ago, but I haven't used my account for a long time. Recently I decided to try again to place some bets. As long as I was losing, everything was fine, but as soon as I won a few thousand rupees, I was immediately required to verify my account. I successfully passed the verification, funded my account, won and suddenly my account was blocked. Now Parimatch has Rs 5000 of my money left and I don't know how to withdraw it.                                 After registering on the app and getting the freebet, I placed a bet and won Rs 10000. However, subsequently there was an account correction and the entire winnings were canceled. I used my own funds to wagering the bonus, so this decision disappointed me.                                   I had serious problems withdrawing funds from my account at Parimatch. And although they promised to solve this problem within a couple of days, it's already been the second week and the situation still remains unresolved. Now the support representatives tell me that I have to be patient a little longer, but they do not specify exactly how long it may take. This raises serious doubts about the reliability of Parimatch, especially considering that I have never had such problems before in many years of playing at bookmakers.

                                    Registered at Parimatch for a long time now, I have never encountered any problems. I mostly played rarely and not too much. However, because of the problems I had with the second bookmaker when depositing my account, I decided to deposit my funds to Parimatch. Until today everything went well, I freely deposited and withdrew funds without any problems. But this morning, after a withdrawal request, my account was blocked. I have full verification and have confirmed my identity a long time ago. My gaming has always been purely for fun and not for enrichment. I have been playing at various bookmakers for about 4 years now, but I have not encountered such a case yet. Parimatch, I expect you to return my funds.

                                      First I sent my passport photo and a data sheet, then I received an email notification to start this long verification process. I just started playing on this site and spent only 2 days here. While playing I noticed an interesting promotion from Parimatch and decided to try my hand. As a result, I won a good amount of Rs. 25000. But to my disappointment, after this winnings my account verification started.                                         I had problems with withdrawal of funds from my account. I successfully passed the verification procedure by providing a photo of my passport and documents confirming my residential address.
