I have been experiencing my deposit being blocked for a few weeks and despite sending an inquiry to support, I have not received a response. I hope for a prompt resolution of this problem from Parimatch.

Complaint marked as Resolved After a few days of no response and seeing negative feedback, I noticed that I had been written to by Parimatch themselves, here on the site. After sending a reply and describing my problem in detail, to my surprise, I received a response in a few hours. In the end, the money was successfully returned to my account, and it turned out that the problem was caused by incorrectly entered data.
