Respected sir i had diposited Ammount Rs/-30, 000 which was debited from my bank account but not reflected in Parimatch wallet.I contacted to parimatch support via mail.They told my my money refunded to my bank account till 24/04/2024.But still now they don't refund my money.I request u kindly look into this matter and help me to refund my money back.

Hi. My name is Gopal and this was my first deposit. I tried to deposit 7000 Indian rupees in my balance and the payment was successful. But still the money was not showing in my account balance. This is my first withdrawal and I was immediately asked for a photo of my documents. Reliable site? I do not like such a requirement that Parimatch casino makes for me. I am a free person and I do not want my data to fall into the wrong hands. Besides that, I believe that the Indian government will be able to track all my activities in this casino and I don't like that at all.

I have constant problems with Parimatch tech support. My deposit has not been credited to my balance for several days now, and none of the casino staff even contact me. I wrote them a question, but there is no answer. I am very dissatisfied with this attitude to players. I believe that a casino should work for the players and not the other way around. I urgently need my money so that I can bet on a sporting event that I have been waiting for so long!

I tried to write off the whole amount from the card without taking into account the commission. I had to write to the bank why I didn't have a message that I exceeded the transfer amount. Parimatch employee told me where to look.

I recently placed a bet at Parimatch, won a good amount of money, but when I decided to withdraw the money, I encountered a delay. The money never arrived to my account on time, I had to contact customer support to sort it out. Customer support told me that I have to pass some kind of verification to be able to successfully withdraw my money. But I don't want to go through any verification, I'm not sure I need it at all.

If you have a problem with funding your Parimatch account, you should first check the transaction history in your banking app or on the bank's website. If the money was debited but not credited to your account, write to Parimatch support with the details of your transaction and they will help you sort it out. They helped me, thank you for that.

I tried to withdraw Rs 5000 from Parimatch as early as yesterday, but I still haven't received any response from them. I need to file a complaint against them regarding this. They asked me to share my bank statement within 2 times and I complied. I have done everything I was supposed to do for verification and I am still on hold waiting to receive a reply, but they keep telling me that the payments department is working on it. There is no exact time frame on how long I have to wait, the wait could be endless.

Shortly after that, a Parimatch representative contacted me in private messages, apologized for the delay and told me about the next steps to resolve the problem. After a small check of my account, the payment was successfully processed and the funds were transferred to my bank account. Although the process took some time and required additional effort on my part. Now everything is stable and there are no problems.

If the PMs don't make any difference, I plan on taking my money and not betting anymore. Yes, I may be a demanding player, but I also believe that a casino should fulfill all my needs and demands!

Hi. My account has been blocked. Reason for blocking: having multiple accounts on the site. Why did my work colleague registered 5 accounts and all his profiles are active, but I registered only 3 and now I will never be able to use the site? That's very unfair. Furthermore, all 3 of my accounts have money left on them that no one will give me back now. Just know that when you have more than one account on Parimatch, they will block you and not even refund you a single rupee!

I bet on Indian cricket every week. But last time I had 2 winning bets and 1 losing bet. So I should have been charged for 2 bets. Instead they charged me for 1 losing bet and did not give me money for the winning bets. What's the point of betting on sports if even if I win I don't get my money? I can only call this experience at PM casino a negative one. I hope that in time the rest of the players will realize it.

5 days ago I tried to deposit 4000 rupees with RuPay, but I failed. For some reason the payment is constantly rejected, although I entered all the data without errors. I can try to deposit using other methods, but I find it most convenient to use RuPay. I want to get advice from PM support, I want to be able to deposit without any problems.

Well, I solved my deposit problem, but to be honest, I'm still not sure that everything will work without glitches in the future. All these technical glitches and payment rejections still seem suspicious to me. Maybe it was just a temporary fix and the problem will come back again. But for now, I decided to try depositing via other methods, just in case. You never know when these technical glitches will come back again.

For example, in the game Gates of Olympus out of 10 bets placed maximum 2 are profitable, the rest are losing bets. In the game Royal Fruits the situation is even sadder. If you bet on sports, the probability of winning is much higher, but why should I bet on sports if I like to play games? I don't see the point in such games, and I'd rather play at another casino then PM.

I have participated in several PM poker tournaments and once even reached second place. I was supposed to get 5000 bonus Indian rupees for getting a win in the tournament. But instead I didn't get anything. No one contacted me or explained the reason why my winnings for winning the tournament were not credited to my balance. I think that the team of Parimatch site doesn't care whether this money will be credited to my account or not. They do everything so that I have no desire to participate in such tournaments anymore. If no one from the technical support team contacts me, I will be completely disappointed.

Betting on sports at Parimatch is tedious. Not all sports matches are available on the site. Also, the odds can be very inadequate. To win even a small amount of money - it requires a lot of time and knowledge in sports. But what worries me the most is that the part periodically disappears, as if I did not make this bet. For me it is a big mystery where a part of my bets disappears and I would like to get an official answer from Parimatch regarding this problem.

As for the disappearance of some bets, it turned out to be due to data updates or rule changes. You just need to wait for a while and the bets will reappear in the history. Now I can safely continue to make my bets. I hope there will be no more problems, because I read the comments here. The rest of the service seems to have improved.
