Hi. I am not getting a code from SMS when I try to deposit money to my account. I have made many attempts to deposit my account, but each of my attempts only ends with me not being able to get the confirmation code. What am I doing wrong and how do I deposit money into my account? I am sure that I am entering my phone number correctly.

Honestly, it's a pretty annoying situation. Parimatch has nothing to do with it. Mobile connection is not what, although it always shows full.

    I can't log in to my account. I remember my account details well, which I used to register on the site. But when I try to log in to my account, I get an error that there is no such username or the password is wrong. I wanted to place some bets on cricket sporting events, but now I can't even log into my account. Now I don't have any desire to place bets on this site.

    Through the feedback form, I described my problem and provided all available information about my account. Within a few hours, I received a response from the support team requesting additional information to verify my identity. I provided the necessary information and within a day I received a new password and the ability to log into my account. Now I can bet on my favorite sporting events again without any problems.

      I opened a betting account about half a year ago and made a deposit of 5000 Indian rupees. I have not used the account since then. Then half a year later, I made a deposit of 20, 000 Indian rupees. When I tried to withdraw the money from the account, they asked for my ID card to verify my details. I uploaded the ID on the Parimatch website. Unfortunately, it was rejected. I then received an email asking me to send a bank statement and also to take selfies of a photo of me holding my ID in my hand. I did everything as requested, but my application was rejected again. I don't understand what I did wrong and why all my applications are being rejected. I need help otherwise I can't withdraw my money.

      At first I couldn't understand why my applications kept getting rejected. Everything looked so confusing to me. My information was not filled out correctly and I just needed to correct the flaws a little bit. After they helped me figure everything out, I was finally able to withdraw my money without any problems! It was pretty challenging for me, but I think I figured out how the process works. I feel much more confident playing online now, although experience is severely lacking, but I'm getting somewhere.

        Dear Parimatch company. You ignore me, you don't answer me and now you write me that my account is blocked permanently. Since my account is blocked permanently, so please initiate me to refund my balance. Sir, I only want my money and not the wagering amount, Ok, you may not restore me my account. You still write me that my account is linked to several other accounts, so my main account is locked permanently. At the same time you don't tell me anything about the timeframe for refunding my own money that I deposited.

        Yes, there were difficulties, but everything was resolved in the end. I asked them to return my balance after my account was blocked, and I would like to note that the company responded promptly.           Dear Parimatch, please let me know when your investigation will be completed. I have been trying to find out the reason for blocking my account for the last month, but you ignore me and do not give me my money back. I need my refund and please don't ignore me.           I wrote several times to Parimatch, explaining the situation in detail and not holding back my concern that they have not responded to my requests for a whole month now. Urged them to finalize this and give me my money back. Can't wait to get my refund and finally close this story!

            Parimatch is constantly looking for excuses not to pay me my winnings. In the past, the withdrawal of money was usually 1-2 days. About half a year now I wait at least 3-4 days to get my winnings. I'm starting to think about looking for another gaming service and not having these withdrawal problems.

            Reached out to their customer service. Explained my situation and expressed my concerns. Surprisingly, they showed understanding and promised to speed up the processing of my payments. Looks like my efforts were not in vain because things are going much smoother now. I'll keep an eye on them, but for now my problem seems solved.

              Why my account was blocked with the reason that I was using automated betting programs. I do not use any programs for this purpose, I always make bets myself and do not involve even the help of my friends, who know sports much better than me. Therefore, I demand that my account be unblocked as soon as possible. I consider myself a very big player who brought you a lot of profit. Now you have lost a decent player like me. But that doesn't mean you shouldn't give me back all my money!

              I was initially surprised when I was informed that my account was blocked due to the use of betting automation programs. But I was firm in my convictions: I never resorted to such programs. I insisted on unblocking my account and got my gambling site back.

This is a lie, I am a real player, please send the amount of my winnings to my bank account, otherwise I will file a complaint against your company, this is a real fraud.                 Ended up solving this problem, despite all the trouble I encountered. As I wrote before, my account was locked for some unknown reason and I was told that I had multiple accounts with the same ID. But I insisted I was right and made a fuss, stating that it was just a lie. I convinced the company that I was a real player and demanded that the winnings be sent to my bank account. They finally agreed to unlock my account and transfer my money. That's how you have to fight for your rights sometimes, despite all the headaches. They did not explain where the blocking came from and whether there was another account, but they apologized.

                    Why can't I register multiple accounts on the Parimatch website? It is really convenient for me to use two accounts. From one account I bet on sporting events and from the second account I play Sweet Bonanza. Right now I have no accounts, no money, and no way to bet. The support staff is deaf and dumb, I don't want to talk to them at all. Somebody help me already.

                      It was a long time coming, but it was resolved. There was a technical glitch with the first account, and you can't create a second account according to the rules. What was I supposed to do? Anyway, the first one was blocked, the second one was deleted. I had to promise that if it happens again, I will wait for a response and not create several accounts.

                        I made a deposit of 10k on February 5 th, it's been 3 months and they're still working on the issue, they're clear that issue is from there side, but I doubt they actually trying to resolve the problem, cause when I try to follow up they always ask for payment proof which I have provided many times

                          I tried to deposit 15, 000 rupees on my gaming profile to get an additional bonus for my first deposit.                           After futile attempts to contact support, I realized that the problem was with the bank. I contacted them and requested confirmation of the transaction. It turned out that the funds were frozen due to security measures. After explanations, the bank unblocked the amount and everything was automatically credited. Now the account has been replenished.

                            Hi. From time to time I bet on cricket, I especially like Indian Premier League matches. I used to get additional bonuses (up to 20% of the amount of winning bets), but now such bonuses are too rare. I lose interest in cooperating with Parimatch, because this casino does not motivate its players to make more bets. Why do other casinos give their players a lot of bonuses, but PM does not? Otherwise, I like this casino, as deposits and withdrawals are much faster than at competitors. I hope that the marketers of the company will make some decision.

At first I had problems logging in because of a password error, but after playing with combinations of symbols, I was finally able to log in.                                 It is impossible to contact tech support. I have not received an answer for my ticket in tech support for the second day already. Why should the client run after the company and not the company after its clients? My problem has a high priority, I can't deposit money, because I get an error that my bank card doesn't have enough money to deposit. But this is not the case at all! I have checked my card balance more than once, and I know for sure that I have enough money! Sort out this problem.

                                Couldn't get in touch with support and my deposit wasn't going through because of a card balance error. But found them on social media and wrote there. It took them a little time but they fixed it. Now I can bet again as well as before.

                                  Unfortunately, I am still unable to place bets at Parimatch due to errors occurring when entering data before making a deposit on the site.                                       I was talking to an agent of this company to ask how i can withdraw the money and they asked me to verify myself by sending them my Aadhar card details. I did that and 5 minutes later, all my money was withdrawn and sent to Ukraine without my permission. It was 32600 rupees and when i asked them just 5 minutes before how to withdraw all my money, they did that.
