I wanted to withdraw some of my money from Parimatch. I wrote to technical support several times, but there is still no answer from them.
I used all the existing options to contact them, but they answer the same thing - """"Wait a little longer, we have technical problems"""". It's been a week and still no money on my bank card. I just want to take all my money.

    On the Parimatch India website, it is often difficult to find the right activities due to the numerous sections and categories. I would appreciate it if the site navigation was more intuitive. It is now very difficult to find the right match or game from a particular provider. All this affects negatively my desire to play at this casino. I wait and believe that the catalog of games and sporting events will become at least a little more convenient than it is now.

    Eventually figured it out, of course. But that doesn't mean that the navigation is perfect. Still, sometimes it is possible to make it easier for people to find the games they need faster.

      Disappointment due to technical failures in an app or on a website has become more relevant than ever. It's especially worrying when a failure occurs at the most inopportune moment, for example, when trying to place a bet on a sporting event that you are very confident in and that could bring a big win. Do something about it already, Parimatch!

      Parimatch has finally fixed its technical glitches! It was so frustrating when I was trying to place a bet before an important match and the app would just freeze. But now everything works as it should and I can enjoy the game without stress.

        I often encounter difficulties with Parimatch support service. Some of my questions and problems remain unanswered when contacting the support team via email, and I have to wait too long for help. This is an abnormal attitude to users. Is it so difficult for you to hire more support staff so that players' answers do not go unanswered?

        Come on Parimatch, you need to work on your service a bit. I thought email was such an easy way to ask for help. I realize you're busy, but still. Helpful, thank you of course, but I just want it to be quicker.

          I have experienced delays in depositing funds on a number of occasions and it is really frustrating. There is an urgent need to resolve the problems associated with financial transactions. My confidence that the money will eventually be credited to my account is slowly waning. It is very unclear to me what is preventing Parimarch from establishing its relationship with its financial partners so that I can receive the amount of my winnings to my bank card as quickly as before.

          I can't believe it took me so long to deal with this problem. Sent a request to support and waited for a response. In the end, everything was sorted out and I got my money.

            It is becoming more and more difficult to place bets on Parimatch in India every time, especially with the constant technical glitches when trying to withdraw funds. I have already started getting used to these conditions. I am faced with delays and lack of feedback from the support team every time I try to withdraw funds. Of course, there is a positive point in the fact that in the end the money is either received in a few days or returned to the account, but the situation is still far from ideal. I remember the times when Parimtach functioned much better than it does now.

            After sending my complaint, I regularly checked my email and my personal cabinet for a response from Parimatch. A few days later I received a letter apologizing for the inconvenience and promising to rectify the situation. They also offered me compensation for the delayed withdrawal. It was very pleasant from their side.

              My account has been blocked due to fraudulent activity. What fraudulent actions? All I did was to use the functionality of the service: depositing, betting on sports, withdrawing funds. You have no evidence that I am a fraudster and violate the rules of the gaming platform.

              Why was I blocked? I wrote to support, but there was no answer. Then I decided to try other channels. I found them on social networks and wrote to them. They didn't answer right away, but they helped. Thank you very much.

                I've tried to deposit money using PhonePe payment system, but it's not working for me. I can't understand what this is related to and I'm trying to figure it out. Did Parimatch stop supporting deposits using this payment system?

                I had to consult my friends and one of them shared his experience. It turns out that I needed to update the app to the latest version. I did that and, to my relief, I was able to successfully deposit money to Parimatch. Now I am ready to continue my gaming activity and bet, bet, bet.

                  I have been betting on soccer for a long time. But today I try to log in to my profile and I see a message that my account is blocked. The reason for the blocking is that I have multiple accounts. This is simply impossible, because I have only one main account, which I use and from which I bet all the time. I do not have and have never had any other accounts. I ask the Parimatch support team to look into this situation and punish all those involved in this blocking.

                    I was alarmed by the unexpected blocking of my account and it really shocked me. I am extremely disappointed that the support team is not responding to my requests, as it is extremely important for me to urgently regain access to my account and get my funds back. I feel completely at a loss as to how to proceed in this situation. I am very happy to be left alone with my problem.

                    I started actively searching for information and communicating with other users who had encountered a similar problem. Eventually, after some experimentation and patience, I found a way to restore access to my account. Support responded, but everything is already working.

                      In the past, everything functioned flawlessly and in a timely manner, without any delays. However, now even the deposit and withdrawal processes are delayed for a long time. I would like to find out the reasons behind this change in processing speed.                           Hi. My name is Gopal and this was my first deposit. I tried to deposit 7000 Indian rupees in my balance and the payment was successful. But still the money was not showing in my account balance. I don't know what can be the reason behind this and I request help from PM staff to help me to get my money credited to my gaming account.

                            This is my first withdrawal and I was immediately asked for a photo of my documents. Reliable site? I do not like such a requirement that Parimatch casino makes for me. I am a free person and I do not want my data to fall into the wrong hands. Besides that, I believe that the Indian government will be able to track all my activities in this casino and I don't like that at all.

                              I have constant problems with Parimatch tech support. My deposit has not been credited to my balance for several days now, and none of the casino staff even contact me. I wrote them a question, but there is no answer. I am very dissatisfied with this attitude to players. I believe that a casino should work for the players and not the other way around. I urgently need my money so that I can bet on a sporting event that I have been waiting for so long!

                              I tried to write off the whole amount from the card without taking into account the commission. I had to write to the bank why I didn't have a message that I exceeded the transfer amount. Parimatch employee told me where to look.

                                I recently placed a bet at Parimatch, won a good amount of money, but when I decided to withdraw the money, I encountered a delay. The money never arrived to my account on time, I had to contact customer support to sort it out. Customer support told me that I have to pass some kind of verification to be able to successfully withdraw my money. But I don't want to go through any verification, I'm not sure I need it at all.

                                In the end, the verification was successful and I was able to withdraw my winnings without any problems. It seems to be obligatory to do it and only once, which is good.

                                  My attempt to deposit money to my Parimatch account failed. There is a confirmation of the debit, but there is no money on the account. It's been more than a week since the day of deposit, but the money still hasn't arrived. I don't know how I can contact the casino support team to clarify this situation.

                                  If you have a problem with funding your Parimatch account, you should first check the transaction history in your banking app or on the bank's website. If the money was debited but not credited to your account, write to Parimatch support with the details of your transaction and they will help you sort it out. They helped me, thank you for that.

                                    I tried to withdraw Rs 5000 from Parimatch as early as yesterday, but I still haven't received any response from them. I need to file a complaint against them regarding this. They asked me to share my bank statement within 2 times and I complied. I have done everything I was supposed to do for verification and I am still on hold waiting to receive a reply, but they keep telling me that the payments department is working on it. There is no exact time frame on how long I have to wait, the wait could be endless.

                                    Shortly after that, a Parimatch representative contacted me in private messages, apologized for the delay and told me about the next steps to resolve the problem. After a small check of my account, the payment was successfully processed and the funds were transferred to my bank account. Although the process took some time and required additional effort on my part. Now everything is stable and there are no problems.

                                      My account was blocked without any explanation. I have been waiting 24 hours for feedback from the support team, while according to their rules they should respond within two days. I hope for a speedy resolution of this problem I also hope to know the real reason for the blocking.

                                        I don't get answers to my requests to technical support I send emails to the official Parimatch support email box, and I have never received a reply. I have a lot of questions regarding the way of withdrawing my money, regarding verification, as well as regarding the withdrawal of bonuses. I have not received an answer to any of my questions yet. I want to believe that here the support team of the site helps much better than by e-mail.
