Having encountered interface problems on the Parimatch site, where some elements were not displayed conveniently, even after attempts to clear the cache, I felt uncomfortable using it. Considering the global fame of Parimatch, I expected a smoother and more intuitive experience on their site. I hope that the technical problems will be fixed soon.

After updating my browser and checking if plugins and extensions are up to date, the problem on the Parimatch website was solved. Now I can use the service without any technical difficulties. It turned out that the problem was on my side and I am grateful to Parimatch for their support in resolving this issue.

    For a long time I used the services of Parimatch, but when I tried to withdraw funds, it was as if they disappeared, not showing up either on the card or on the account. This raises serious questions about the reliability and system of Parimatch's work.

      After a few days of no response and seeing negative feedback, I noticed that I had been written to by Parimatch themselves, here on the site. After sending a reply and describing my problem in detail, to my surprise, I received a response in a few hours. In the end, the money was successfully returned to my account, and it turned out that the problem was caused by incorrectly entered data.

        I recently deposited Rs 25, 000 in my account but my account does not show the amount. This is a major concern as it is very important for me to access the deposited funds. I am awaiting an official comment from Parimatch on this issue and hope for a speedy resolution.

        After communicating with customer support, I was assured that they would help resolve the situation. A few hours later I received a notification about the crediting of funds. Now that the money is in my account, I am ready to start betting. I hope that in the future there will be no problems and everything will go smoothly.

          It would be great if the bookmaker would take a closer look and improve the process of processing money transactions, making it faster and more efficient.             Parimatch, I still haven't received my money to my account. Even if the amount is not very large, I don't want to risk losing money because of some problems with the transfer. I ask you to return my money to me, as several days have already passed, and this situation is extremely unacceptable. I expect prompt resolution of this problem.             I described the situation in detail in the support chat and provided all the necessary information. They assured me that they would investigate and solve the problem.               Despite regular updates to the app, the money has not appeared in my account for four days. Please postpone sending funds to my account to avoid a long wait. I hope that the problem will be resolved soon and my money will appear on my account.

                I need to withdraw some of my funds from Parimatch, but I can't get a response from their technical support. I've tried contacting them several times through different channels, but I keep receiving the same answer: "Please wait due to technical issues." It's been a week already, and the money still hasn't appeared on my card. I just need to get back all my funds.

                So, I decided to try my hand in the cryptocurrency sphere. Many of my friends are actively involved in trading. The transfer indeed took about 15 minutes, but it all went smoothly. Now, I've decided to try myself in crypto trading as well.

                  I wanted to register with Parimatch and make my first deposit, but before registering I just wanted to read the company's licenses. I contacted support for this question, but I was insulted and told that all the licenses are on the site and that I did not look for them there properly. This outrageous behavior of casino representatives scares away players who are ready to give their last money for the received excitement. Think about your behavior and fire employees who do not know what polite behavior is.

                  After an unpleasant experience with customer support, I contacted the company's complaints and suggestions service. Surprisingly, my complaint was taken into serious consideration, and in the end, Parimatch representatives apologized for the employee, a boor, and provided all the necessary information about licenses without too many questions.

                    I really loved playing the game Wicked Dice from the provider Skywind. I always made bets according to my own strategy and that was the reason why I was making a good amount of money every month. But yesterday this game disappeared from the PM site catalog. I spent a lot of time to find it, but all in vain. What reason do you have to remove one of the most popular games? Did you do it on purpose because I won large sums in this game? I have no other explanation and I am completely disappointed in Parimatch!

                    Looks like the game was temporarily removed due to technical problems. After a short time it appeared again in the list of available. But I don't care anymore, I found some better ones and will continue to have fun.

                      I would like to leave my feedback regarding the Parimatch iPhone app. I really don't like the fact that this app is not comparable in convenience to the PC site. Too many bugs, too few games (unlike the website), too slow to open games. The app looks very imperfect, like it was developed by students. Too surprised to see such an app from such a famous world class casino.

                      To be honest, my first impression of the Parimatch app was not the best. After contacting the support team and discussing the problems in detail, they provided me with special instructions on how to optimize the app for my device. Now games load faster, errors are minimized, and I feel much more confident when using the app.

                        Changed the DNS address on my device. My ISP maintains a backup DNS, and that turned out to be the key to resolving the issue. So if you're having trouble accessing the site, try different options! VPN didn't work for me.

                          Someone accessed my account .I had 25, 000 Indian rupees in my account which I deposited less than a month ago. After that I have never placed a bet or logged into my profile. What was my surprise when I logged into my gaming account but saw only Rs. 1750 in my balance! Recently, I was entering my account password on some site similar to Parimatch casino site. I thought it was another site that belongs to this casino. It was after this incident that funds disappeared from my balance. I want to be refunded all my money that someone spent on losing bets!

                          Everything has finally been resolved! After a lot of communication with the support team and providing all the necessary data, I managed to prove that my account was compromised due to insecure password entry on a fake website. I received a promise to return all the lost money, and this morning it has already appeared on my balance.

                            Hi. I am unable to recover my account password. Every time I enter my username, I get an error about user with that name not found. I wanted to place some bets, but I can't do that without accessing my account. I'm sure I'm entering the correct username, but I'm still getting the error. I want someone from tech support to contact me and help me regain access to my account. Please do so immediately.

                              My deposit of 15, 000 Indian rupees was frozen for the reason that I did not pass verification. I repeat once again: I am not going to provide my documents to third parties as I do not trust Parimatch. I want my money to be returned to me along with my winnings and I will never continue cooperation with this company again. I believe that verification is not mandatory for players, so I demand that I get all my money back!

                              All right, I've been verified. I didn't want to lose my money. In the end I am ready to share the good news - my problem with frozen deposit in Parimatch has been solved! After successful verification of my account, I got access to my funds.                                 I have been playing with Parimatch for 3 years. Before that I didn't encounter any serious problems playing in this casino. But yesterday what I was most afraid of happened: my account was blocked due to betting automation. I don't know what this is about and why Parimatch is accusing me of this. I believe that Parimatch has no proof that I used third-party programs to automate bets. Please unblock my account!

                                  I often play a game called Double Digger. I usually win about 6 out of 10 bets. But lately something has happened to this game. I now win only 1 or 2 times out of 10. For this reason, I have lost more than 5000 rupees! While I used to be able to win quite well, now the game is just taking all my money from me. I'm even afraid to imagine what the winning odds are in other games. Patrimatch is not the same anymore, I suspect they influence the course of many games!

                                    Today I tried to deposit Rs. 25, 000 to my game account. I used RuPay for this purpose. What was my surprise when after successful recharge I saw on my balance...0 rupees! I refreshed the page but the balance did not change. I did this transaction exactly 8 hours ago, but the money still hasn't been credited. I am starting to worry about my money, as the recharge amount is not a small amount and I have to be nervous. I contacted technical support via the email listed on the website, but I haven't heard back from them. I feel as if no one works in this casino and the money just goes to scammers. I will be contacting law enforcement if my money is not credited today!

                                        I don't like the fact that many payment methods in Parimatch are either unavailable or it takes too long for the money to arrive on the balance of the game account. Why can't we add more payment methods or optimize the work with those payment systems that cooperate with PM? You have to spend too much time to wait for the money to arrive to the game account.
