Parimatch, I still haven't received the funds in my account. Although the amount isn't large, I don't want to lose money simply due to transfer issues. I ask that you return my money! I've been waiting for several days, and this situation is completely unacceptable. I expect a prompt resolution to the problem; this is really unprofessional.

                Good afternoon. Made a deposit, but the funds did not arrive on the account. For three days I communicated in the chat support and provided all proofs of payment. But each time I was told to send some more documents. Finally, I was told that the deposit amount was less than the minimum and just closed the chat.

                After that I spent another whole day communicating with technical support, providing all the necessary proofs and screenshots of the bank statement, but the staff just stopped responding. I will use the services of your competitors.

                  My account was blocked due to suspected fraudulent activity, but I cannot determine what the suspicions were. All my transactions were limited to the standard functions of the service, such as deposits, bets and withdrawals. If my actions aroused suspicions, it may indicate problems in the Parimatch system and not my bad faith. Blocking of the account without a clear explanation causes dissatisfaction and makes it difficult to use the bookmaker's services normaly. I hope that this situation will be considered carefully and I will receive a detailed explanation of what happened, as well as the opportunity to restore access to my account. I just used the functionality of the service!

                    Rs 10000 Deposit Not Reflected in Account

                    It's not the first time I play with Parimatch. In the beginning everything was fine, I won small amounts, but today something strange happened! I made bets, refreshed the page, and they just did not show up! Although, although the money was not deducted from the balance, but still it is unpleasant.                     After researching the internet, I learned that in such situations it is recommended to update your browser to the latest version and clear cookies. I did it. It seems that some of this helped, now the bets are displayed in my personal cabinet at once.

                      I Made A Payment Of 40000 Rs On 17 June But Still I Haven't Received My Deposit Whenever I Talked To Customer Support They Said Wait But Already 20 Days Passes I Want My Money, If I Will Not Get My Money I Will File A Police Complaint Against Parimatch.
                      Everyday agent said wait for update but i think your payment provider is a scammer because you aren't still getting update about my deposit from your payment provider

                          I have been playing here for quite a long time, registered 4 months ago. Everything was fine, although sometimes the money was not withdrawn immediately, but within the norm. However, in the last 2 weeks the situation has become critical. Withdrawal of funds takes 5 days. A couple of times the money was even returned to my balance. However, today something strange happened. After two consecutive losses, I placed a bet to increase and won. But when I logged into my account, the bet was not counted, and the money remained on my account. How is this possible?
