I really loved playing the game Wicked Dice from the provider Skywind. I always made bets according to my own strategy and that was the reason why I was making a good amount of money every month. But yesterday this game disappeared from the PM site catalog. I spent a lot of time to find it, but all in vain. What reason do you have to remove one of the most popular games? Did you do it on purpose because I won large sums in this game? I have no other explanation and I am completely disappointed in Parimatch!

Looks like the game was temporarily removed due to technical problems. After a short time it appeared again in the list of available. But I don't care anymore, I found some better ones and will continue to have fun.

    I would like to leave my feedback regarding the Parimatch iPhone app. I really don't like the fact that this app is not comparable in convenience to the PC site. Too many bugs, too few games (unlike the website), too slow to open games. The app looks very imperfect, like it was developed by students. Too surprised to see such an app from such a famous world class casino.

    To be honest, my first impression of the Parimatch app was not the best. After contacting the support team and discussing the problems in detail, they provided me with special instructions on how to optimize the app for my device. Now games load faster, errors are minimized, and I feel much more confident when using the app.

      My Parimatch website has stopped opening. What can it be connected with? I just wanted to fund my account and place bets on some sporting events on basketball, but if the site does not open, how can I do it?

      Changed the DNS address on my device. My ISP maintains a backup DNS, and that turned out to be the key to resolving the issue. So if you're having trouble accessing the site, try different options! VPN didn't work for me.

        Someone accessed my account .I had 25, 000 Indian rupees in my account which I deposited less than a month ago. After that I have never placed a bet or logged into my profile. What was my surprise when I logged into my gaming account but saw only Rs. 1750 in my balance! Recently, I was entering my account password on some site similar to Parimatch casino site. I thought it was another site that belongs to this casino. It was after this incident that funds disappeared from my balance. I want to be refunded all my money that someone spent on losing bets!

        Everything has finally been resolved! After a lot of communication with the support team and providing all the necessary data, I managed to prove that my account was compromised due to insecure password entry on a fake website. I received a promise to return all the lost money, and this morning it has already appeared on my balance.

          Hi. I am unable to recover my account password. Every time I enter my username, I get an error about user with that name not found. I wanted to place some bets, but I can't do that without accessing my account. I'm sure I'm entering the correct username, but I'm still getting the error. I want someone from tech support to contact me and help me regain access to my account. Please do so immediately.

            My deposit of 15, 000 Indian rupees was frozen for the reason that I did not pass verification. I repeat once again: I am not going to provide my documents to third parties as I do not trust Parimatch. I want my money to be returned to me along with my winnings and I will never continue cooperation with this company again. I believe that verification is not mandatory for players, so I demand that I get all my money back!

            All right, I've been verified. I didn't want to lose my money. In the end I am ready to share the good news - my problem with frozen deposit in Parimatch has been solved! After successful verification of my account, I got access to my funds. Thanks to this experience, I realized the importance of verification for the security of my account and I can enjoy the game in peace.

              I have been playing with Parimatch for 3 years. Before that I didn't encounter any serious problems playing in this casino. But yesterday what I was most afraid of happened: my account was blocked due to betting automation. I don't know what this is about and why Parimatch is accusing me of this. I believe that Parimatch has no proof that I used third-party programs to automate bets. Please unblock my account!

                I often play a game called Double Digger. I usually win about 6 out of 10 bets. But lately something has happened to this game. I now win only 1 or 2 times out of 10. For this reason, I have lost more than 5000 rupees! While I used to be able to win quite well, now the game is just taking all my money from me. I'm even afraid to imagine what the winning odds are in other games. Patrimatch is not the same anymore, I suspect they influence the course of many games!

                I started winning in Double Digger again! I often lost because of changes in the algorithm of the game, now I changed strategies and everything is working out, I'm back in the plus.

                  Today I tried to deposit Rs. 25, 000 to my game account. I used RuPay for this purpose. What was my surprise when after successful recharge I saw on my balance...0 rupees! I refreshed the page but the balance did not change. I did this transaction exactly 8 hours ago, but the money still hasn't been credited. I am starting to worry about my money, as the recharge amount is not a small amount and I have to be nervous. I contacted technical support via the email listed on the website, but I haven't heard back from them. I feel as if no one works in this casino and the money just goes to scammers. I will be contacting law enforcement if my money is not credited today!

                    Sir i made a withdraw of 3960rs in parimatch, still i didn't receive the amount to my account but in the withdrawl section it is showing withdrawl is approved. when i tried to complaint against to the customer care no one respnded properly

                      I don't like the fact that many payment methods in Parimatch are either unavailable or it takes too long for the money to arrive on the balance of the game account. Why can't we add more payment methods or optimize the work with those payment systems that cooperate with PM? You have to spend too much time to wait for the money to arrive to the game account.

                        I felt disappointed with Parimatch. Before, transactions were carried out promptly, but now even the crediting of deposits is delayed, which is annoying for me. I expect that the company will be able to clarify the reasons for these delays and take steps to fix the problem. Reliability and efficiency are important for customers, and I hope that Parimatch will be able to once again provide high-quality and convenient service for its players. Otherwise, I expect players like me to simply leave this casino and look for better options.

                        After I left my feedback, the company contacted me and provided me with an explanation of the issue. It turned out that the problem was related to technical aspects, which were promptly fixed. Now I can enjoy the Parimatch service again.

                          I haven't done any betting for a long time and decided to log in to my account, which hasn't been used in over half a year.                             For five days now I have been facing difficulties in the verification process on the Parimatch website.                             I uploaded a picture of my driver's license, and my profile ended up with a "Verified" status. It turned out that the problem was that the passport photo of my face was fuzzy because it was scuffed. That's why my account couldn't be verified.

                              I received a message from a Parimatch support employee who explained that I had actually registered with them a long time ago. It was probably so long ago that I had already forgotten about it. I was helped to regain access to my old account so that I wouldn't have to create a new one.

                                I won a decent amount of Rs. 9000, but ran into a problem: my card failed verification. Soon after, when I tried to log in to my profile, the site page just wouldn't load. Why wasn't I warned that I needed to verify my card before I started playing? If I had known this in advance, I would have verified the card first and only then placed a bet. As a result, I have a negative impression of the company.

                                  After updating the Parimatch app, I lost money from my account. I know for a fact that no one accessed my cell phone, which means that no one logged into my account and could not withdraw my money. I wanted to place some bets, but I got a real shock when I saw that all the money was missing from my account.

                                    Understanding the functionality of the Parimatch application seems to be a difficult task. Although it seems that the interface should be intuitively obvious, this is not always the case. It would probably be wise to simplify the functionality of the application, making it more comfortable for the user. I believe that an inexperienced player would have great difficulty learning the functionality of this app.

                                    After a long search I finally found a solution to my problems with Parimatch. I simply updated the application to the latest version and all the problems disappeared. Sometimes simple solutions turn out to be the most effective.
