I placed order bearing no 265190 with patanjali ayurved through their app order me on 30th august 2020 but till writing this piece i have not received my prepaid order. Although i contacted them at least 10 times but their response was not satisfied.

I am subhashini from mysuru, karnataka, please refer to my recent order number [protected], i had placed order for some of the products and one of the products named roasted vermicelli of 900 gms costing ₹80 was missing in the box containing delivery of the order, so now either you must send that product or else refund my account with ₹80
I hope that u will resolve my problem at the earliest and do the needful to me

I have ordered some products from orderme app and have paid it online on 07th sep 20.

I have ordered 4 products in orderme app of patanjali on 26.07.2020 (Single order).
Without delivering a single product order was cancelled by them after 15 days. Till date amount has not been refunded. I am continuously following up with them but they are not responding.

I ordered some needed ayurvedic medicines from https://www.patanjaliayurved.net/ on[protected] but my order is not even dispatched yet. It's been 10 days and no update about my order delivery.

I ordered rs 519 under order number [protected] dtd-.04.09.2020. Which i have paid online. But after 20 days without any reason, the order is cancelled on show at patanjali's site and no refund has been received.

I have placed order of 1376 from orderme app on 8th september. - the amount is deducted but the order number not created due to app issue. I have been waiting since then - wrote 3 emails to the support and called multiple times. I thought unlike other websites they have good customer care since they are known for ethicalness - but no. Customer care also not at par — they told only one thing — you will receive refund. Now its 15days passed - no refund is received.

Dear concern every time i purchase any thing and if i have no one or two rupees chamge then the shopkeeper gives me one or two chocolate instead of return money even they have change. I request you take necessary action otherwise i have to think not to use patanjali products.

I have placed 2 orders from patanjali ayurved on 1st september. No updates on my order till today.
Today they cancelled both my orders and did not give any information regarding the refund.
I tried calling the customer care.. It is either busy or switched off.

I had ordered on 07.09.2020 after that so many time i had call customer care but no response now it's more than 16 days i didn't receive my order either my refund for the same.

I have purchased for nl kit 2 units online from patanjali website on 31st july 2020. Order number is [protected]. The product was undelivered to me. I contacted the courier partner multiple times but they denied to deliver it. The product has returned to to haridwar on 27th august 2020. I have send mail and tried to call multiple times but no result. Please refund my money back to me because i did not get the item without any fault of mine.

I am order coronil tablet 8 September but not delivered nowadays

I would like to inform you that i am running a small retail kirana store at sonari dispensary road, jamshedpur, jharkhand since more than 30 years under the name of c. L agarwal store. I am too much dissatisfied with your distributor’s services. As per policy of patanjali, if any of the product gets expired by date then retailer can ask the distributor to replace it or refund us the money. I have asked number of times to your distributor in jamshedpur 'sai distributor' to get back or replace the expiry goods but no one is ready to take any action intially and later on when they agreed to take damage, and lifted my all expiered product on january 2020 and promised me the refund will be given soon but by the time distributor changed and new distributor name 'kamakhya enterprises' is saying that they are not liable for my damaged product, now sir please let me know how will i get my expired product refund, as it has been taken by them passed more than six month has passed but no refund
Has been given till now. I am unable to run my shop with those goods which has been crossed the expiry date. Rather the only source of my income is that shop.
This type of behavior and services of distributors is inducing me to take legal action. However, before any action i request you to take an appropriate action in this regard.

I have placed order on 7th sept and there is no update about order dispatched and i have called/mailed many time to customer care, i haven't get any update about expected delivery date.
I am trying to cancel order also it's not getting cancelled.

I ordered coronil from patanjali online store and done payment also, but from last 4 days i didn't get any information about dispatched, now i don't want this item but couldn't get cancelled too, also didn't get connected with costomer care executive.

I ordered on 6-july for 8 items by prepaid method. They had given the option to cancel the order but that does not works. There was no delivery of the products, after multiple follow up they sent coronil which i did not ordered and completed the product delivery.
Now i have raised complaints for wrong delivery and asked for refund on 18-august, but they do not respond on complaints just keep it in progress.
There customer care do not have any answers for any complaints, they just say its in progress.

No one calls or responds on mails from patanjali. Baba ramdev is making money by looting the indians on the name of yoga and swadeshi.

In my view they are running fraud and cheat business on the name of swadeshi.

Order not yet delivered and also not able to cancel the order.
