The order was not shipped for more than 16 days and no shipping status updated in portal, so I have cancelled the order but the amount paid for the order# [protected] which was paid thru my SBI credit card of Rs. 1040/- was not refunded yet. As per instruction in Patanjali website, the amount will be refunded immediately if the product was not shipped but after 7 days, the amount was not refunded yet.

Payment made through SBI credit card on dated.05/09/2020 showing in statment as "CIT*PATANJALI AYURVED HARIDWAR IND Rs. 1040/- ".

They were not reachable on phone so I have raised a complaints and tickets in patanjali website and through email to [protected]@patanjaliayurved.org, [protected]@orderme.co.in) but no one responded or given status of refund or any. Kindly help ASAP.

I have sent email to [email protected] and called helpline but not received any response. I am just receiving automatic replies and as guided on customer care phone, I have sent an email to divyayoga email id also. No solution or status provided. Please take immediate action and solve the issue.
I didn't receive any phone call or solution for this issue. Kindly do the needful.

Hi Team, I did already as you guided and received Ticked id : [#OM200927-3563] on 3rd Oct 2020 but still the amount of Rs. 1040/- for cancelled prepaid order was not refunded which shipping not even starts then why this delay to refund it. This need immediate action. Kindly look in to it. This made me lost trust to do prepaid order with Patanjali.

I am extremely regret by ordering the items from your app "Order Me" and the way you are responding to the mails individually.This is not at all good for your future endeavours of your company people loose the trust on your brand mainly the on the orders booked through app/website.

    I placed order bearing no 265190 with patanjali ayurved through their app order me on 30th august 2020 but till writing this piece i have not received my prepaid order. Although i contacted them at least 10 times but their response was not satisfied.

                I have placed order of 1376 from orderme app on 8th september. - the amount is deducted but the order number not created due to app issue. I have been waiting since then - wrote 3 emails to the support and called multiple times. I thought unlike other websites they have good customer care since they are known for ethicalness - but no. Customer care also not at par — they told only one thing — you will receive refund. Now its 15days passed - no refund is received.

                I have written 3 mails with all the required details -- there is no single response from your team. please check that first. Now its one month since I placed my order. The customer care executive only says -- aap nishchint rahiye refund aajayega... and the refund didnt get generated. I will open a dispute in consumer court if the money is not refunded.

                          I have purchased for nl kit 2 units online from patanjali website on 31st july 2020. Order number is [protected]. The product was undelivered to me. I contacted the courier partner multiple times but they denied to deliver it. The product has returned to to haridwar on 27th august 2020.                                 I would like to inform you that i am running a small retail kirana store at sonari dispensary road, jamshedpur, jharkhand since more than 30 years under the name of c. L agarwal store. I am too much dissatisfied with your distributor’s services. As per policy of patanjali, if any of the product gets expired by date then retailer can ask the distributor to replace it or refund us the money. I have asked number of times to your distributor in jamshedpur 'sai distributor' to get back or replace the expiry goods but no one is ready to take any action intially and later on when they agreed to take damage, and lifted my all expiered product on january 2020 and promised me the refund will be given soon but by the time distributor changed and new distributor name 'kamakhya enterprises' is saying that they are not liable for my damaged product, now sir please let me know how will i get my expired product refund, as it has been taken by them passed more than six month has passed but no refund
                                Has been given till now. I am unable to run my shop with those goods which has been crossed the expiry date. Rather the only source of my income is that shop.
                                This type of behavior and services of distributors is inducing me to take legal action. However, before any action i request you to take an appropriate action in this regard.
                                Hope, a necessary step will be taken by your side. I shall be thankful to you.

                                      I ordered coronil from patanjali online store and done payment also, but from last 4 days i didn't get any information about dispatched, now i don't want this item but couldn't get cancelled too, also didn't get connected with costomer care executive.
                                      Patanjali Ayurved customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        I ordered on 6-july for 8 items by prepaid method. They had given the option to cancel the order but that does not works. There was no delivery of the products, after multiple follow up they sent coronil which i did not ordered and completed the product delivery.
                                        Now i have raised complaints for wrong delivery and asked for refund on 18-august, but they do not respond on complaints just keep it in progress.
                                        There customer care do not have any answers for any complaints, they just say its in progress.

                                        No one calls or responds on mails from patanjali. Baba ramdev is making money by looting the indians on the name of yoga and swadeshi.

                                        In my view they are running fraud and cheat business on the name of swadeshi.
                                        Patanjali Ayurved customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
