I have ordered A list of items from order me app with my order no 179826with a bill of 2450. I have received an order of 1200RS . BUT I have no update regarding remaining products as the bill was prepaid and it should be refunded or reflected in app but it's not showing anywhere.

I have called many times to patanjali head office haridwar but they are not helping me out.

It requested to please look into the issue seriously as I am going to file a case in court regarding patanjali and order. And my order is showing delivered but I have not received.
My remaining amount of Rs1200 should be refunded or should deliver the items with prior notice as everyday I am calling customer service of patanjali and order me but no response.

It is requested to refund the money as soon as possible.

      Dear Support,

      Ref Order #229418

      I have received the shipment . But only half of the products received . At Invoice copy also Rs 555/- items mentioned.

      I have received goods worth Rs.555/- Against payment for Rs. 1020 /-.

      Below given Items are not yet received .

      1. Gajjak Gur Khasta - Rs115/-
      2.Nutrela k ghani Mustard oil - Rs160/-
      3.Agra Gur Gajjak 400 Gram - 190 /-

      Where is these items (Not yet received) . Neither my money refunded?

      In Spite of multiple calls with customer support and in spite of raising multiple tickets and mail communication, the issue not being resolved :-

      It's quite unfortunate .

      Hi Patanjali Customer care, Can you please explain what resolution you have provided . Are you refunded my Money ???? Are you send the product I had ordered ( 50 % of the order has not yet despatched), Any answer for the same you have .?

      When I had raise a ticket, next moment i am getting the message that issue resolved... Here the question mark is :- how you have resolved the issue without providing any resolution . They are totally lies .

          Address: Patanjali Yogpeeth, Maharshi Dayanand Gram, Delhi-Haridwar National Highway, Near Bahadarbad, Haridwar-249405. Uttarakhand,India

          18/12/2019, visted Patanjali at Hardwar and bought large qantity of products and used your Parcel service, but last tracking inforamtion available is as below, i have had very unpleaset experince trying to ring the parcel service had Haradwar to hepl but they disconnnect my phone and refuse to help.
          i have spend twice more money on calling from London to your parcel service to help than the large amount spent buying and posting charges, hopefully you will be resolve this reinstate my faith back in Patnajali service.

          see attached details for tracking obatined from pacel force, i have full faith that you will investigate and help me with were the parcel is at present and resolve this issue for lost parcel .

            My order was not received order no (84003). Not get any update from your side.
            Orderme to behave like thief.

              We had booked 3 items vide order me app of Patanjali Ayurveda. on 8th August 20. 2 items were delivered last week but Giloy Juice 500ml - 2 nos were not delivered. We tried to complain over the app but were not responded neither any refund received. We also tried to call on the number mentioned in the app but that also was futile. The app does not reflect any status other than being picked up.

              I am really worried about the VOCAL FOR LOCAL mission if such lethargy and fraud persist with such a reputable India company. 200/- lost and the trust over Patanjali forever.

                    The transaction was successful but the app is showing that the order has been cancelled.

                      I had purchased 11Patanjali products total amount of Rs.1992 via order me aap having order no 52636 on15/07/2020, but till date 21/8/2020 neither l have received parcel nor refund money.
                      Dehlivery courier tracking number shows delivery not done due to three reasons ...covid-19 lockdown at Guwahati, didn't find me after contact and address issues..but all three reasons are misleading..
                      Now it's showing parcel has returned
                      to Patanjali.
                      Now about order me aap ...aap is updated 4 times within 2 months but now it's not opening..
                      The help line no stated as [protected] is switched off.
                      Email communication is bogus, just gives ticket no ...no fair response
                      I am in a fear of being looted by fraudulent deeds of Patanjali.
                      To erase the black spot a out Patanjali in my mind please respond and refund my money...
                      My money is with you for 2 months without any interest...you must return it as soon as you get my complaint.
                      Though l don't have faith on you as l have now realised there are many like me suffering due to your misdeed..
                      Send my money back or talk to us by giving proper contact number.

                        Dear Sir,

                        I launch Complain on 09/08/2020 for Orderme order number 67894 and still below request is pending.

                        The Refund Amount i got Rs.20/- Against Rs.134/- Amount of items missing. If you see your package its show it was damage.
                        I refuse to delivery boy to accept the package he said that this material could not be returnable. Immediately I open the package on front of the
                        courier boy and take picture of the box items received and match with order.

                        I found that Still amount Rs.114/- is pending for refunding.

                                I have ordered Divya swasari coronil kit on 25Jul 2020 through order me app but item not despatched till today. I am a defence personnel posted in Sikkim. No reply is given on enquiry through whatsapp. There is any option for refund.

                                  Address: Plot no 10 ,gautam vihar ,kalyanpur ,kanpur

                                  I have ordered from orderme app on 4/8/20 and i receive my order today.
                                  But some products are missing.
                                  Order no - 205440
                                  I have payed total 1865 rs but i have got product of 1675 rs only.
                                  Please help me regarding and refund the remaining amount.

                                    Dear sir or madam,
                                    I complained several days before about my placed order. But there is no any information about my order and how to track it. It gives me a link and a ticket number when i click into the link then it requires username and password. But when i log in to order me aap it does not provide any information about my password and username. When i reply then it provide me another link and ticket number and the whole process going same. My neighbour placed same order and for same aap. He got order within 3 days but i am waiting for my order as i ordered it on 29 july 2020. And there is so poor response from customer care of order me vocal for local. Please deliver my product within 1 day. I think you take my examination of patience.
                                    Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible.

                                      Refer my order No 188838 dated 01 Aug 2020.
                                      It is intimated that I am a serving soldier of Indian Army and having full trust on Patanjali & Baba Ramdevji and for this I have been submitted my order to this site but the following items ordered by me have not been found in the package sent by you for which payment already made by me in advance online :-
                                      1. Alove veera juice 4 x 200 = Rs 800
                                      2. Madhuram - 2 x 65 = Rs 130
                                      3. Dish wash jar - 1 x 40 = Rs 40
                                      4. Atta Noodles chatpata family pack - 2 x 38 = Rs 76
                                      5. Suji Elaichi Rusk - 2 x 30 = Rs 60
                                      6. Amla churna 100g - 1 x 28 = Rs 28
                                      7. Nariyal Biscuits - 5 x 10 = Rs 50
                                      8. Atta Noodles chatpata 30 g - 4 x 5 = Rs 20
                                      9. Creamfeast chocolate biscuits - 5 x 5 = Rs 25
                                      10. Doodh Delite Sandwitch - 5 x 10 = Rs 50

                                      Total amount paid online in advance = Rs 3419.00
                                      Amount of items received = Rs 2115.00

                                      Amount required to be refunded to me due to non receipt of items = Rs 1304.00

                                      Hence, you are requested to refund my balance amount at the earliest please.

                                        Order no 154423 contains 2 coronil kit and 1 coconut oil, received coronil kits but still not received coconut oil. Already mailed the issue to support team but no action taken on that. Now even order status changed to delivered without delivering the item.
