        I placed the order For the coronil kit but my money got deducted every time and no confirmation was found in the app or elsewhere.

        I message on contact option also it's been almost a week nobody contacts me or neithing customer care no .is working.

          I had ordered 2 coronil kit(order: 243534) on 20th aug and made the full payment of 1090 /- via orderme app.
          On 31st aug, order status changed to delivered, however i haven't received anything.
          I emailed to support twice on the same but no reply. also tried reaching their support phone but no help.
          Can I please get an assistance on this?

                Hi, on 31st july I ordered biscuits and snacks worth 1800rs for an orphanage. I chose patanjali headquarters as the shop. The amount was debited and payment successful but my order isn't placed yet. Can you please resolve it soon as it is a big amount. Please. Thank u. I ordered through order me app.

                I ordered Patanjali items worth Rs 1800 through Orderme mobile application. The order was to be delivered to an orphange. The payment through razorpay is successful yet the order is not placed. I tried contacting them via mail, phone calls but nothing worked. I placed order on 31st July around 5 pm.

                    I have cancelled patanjali order#: [protected] but there is no communication from their end regarding the refund.

                    The customer care is also very bad as there is no response even after dropping so many mails.

                    There was no estimated delivery date for products and that's why i had to cancel the order.

                    Can this be confirmed with them for initiating the refund?

                                      I had placed above order for medicines and paid online Rs. 1247 on 15th July 2020. The order was confirmed as well as packed on 18th July itself, but till now it has not been dispatched and i have not received he items.
                                      My several reminders by email to customer [protected]@orderme.co.in are being auto-responded saying that the matter is resolved. How can they resolve the issue when i have not received the consignment?
                                      If they have sent the medicines they can inform me the name of the courier and the tracking number and the date of delivery.
                                      I am repeatedly emailing them saying i have not received the items but they are saying that the matter is resolved and closing the ticket. This is unfair trade practice.
                                      Kindly intervene and see that i receive the items or refund of my money paid.

                                        I have ordered A list of items from order me app with my order no 179826with a bill of 2450. I have received an order of 1200RS . BUT I have no update regarding remaining products as the bill was prepaid and it should be refunded or reflected in app but it's not showing anywhere.

                                        I have called many times to patanjali head office haridwar but they are not helping me out.

                                        It requested to please look into the issue seriously as I am going to file a case in court regarding patanjali and order. And my order is showing delivered but I have not received.
                                        My remaining amount of Rs1200 should be refunded or should deliver the items with prior notice as everyday I am calling customer service of patanjali and order me but no response.

                                        It is requested to refund the money as soon as possible.
