Already 21 days passed still i did not get my refund of rs. 1135/-. I have already called them so many time and they are saying we refunding and it will take time as it is an upi transaction generally within 4 to 5 days it must refunded but they they said with 7 to 8 days the refund will be completed but it already been 21 days days still no refund. Kindly help as i think these patanjali orderme app still complete fraud one. Kindly help me to get my money back as soon as possible.

    I have ordered few items via order me app (Order no. 212926 dated 05.08.2020). The order was canceled from their end. And i am yet to get the refund.
    It is very hard to connect their customer care. I have sent so many email in past but not getting any positive reply. It is very much surprising, my order was canceled from their end and after 30 days, i have not received my refund.

          I had ordered coronil from order mr app. With ticket id no. Zedt-397420. An amount of rs.604 was debited from my account. And soon thereafter the app screen showed that my transaction stands cancelled. However, the debited amount has yet not been credited in my account. Plz process refund or else i will drag you in court.

            On 30 august i want to buy coronil kit from patanjali ayurved online store, i paid money 1090/- through phonepe and money is deducted from my account. But i didn't receive any type of order details, track number and didn't receive my money back.
            I call on helpline number but the number is not working every time it shows "redial" option.
            I call on +[protected] this number also but no one answers my call.

            I wrote a mail to [protected]@patanjaliayurved.org, [protected]@orderme.co.in but no one reply on my mail.
            From the last eight-day, i was trying to talk to customer care but there are too many problems in patanjali ayurved online store don't why they are doing like that if they don't want to help people then why they are sitting in the complaint room.

            Please help me this is the last hope.

                              हमारे यहाँ फ़ूड केटेगरी का सामान शिव ट्रेडर्स डिस्ट्रीब्यूट... फ़ूड जो की पंकज अग्रवाल का है वहां से आता था.. पिछले कुछ दिनों से निजी कारणों से हमारी दुकान बंद थी उससे पहले lockdown लगा था..
                              अब हमारी दुकान में पतंजलि का सामान जो की फ़ूड केटेगरी में आता है वो खत्म हो चुका है ग्राहक परेशान है लेकिन शिव ट्रेडर्स वाले माल नहीं भेज रहें है.. ज़ब फ़ोन करो तो कहते है की हम नहीं भेजेंगे और हमारी दुकान में करीब 2000 रूपए का माल ख़राब पड़ा है वो भी लेकर नहीं जा रहें है.. जो की expire हो चुका है..
                              मै इनके ऊपर उचित कार्रवाई की मांग करता हूँ..

                                        I feel mentally harassed and cheated by patanjali ayurveda online shopping and ecommerce section
                                        i place two order on 23rd august .
                                        One order was cancelled one the same day and the second order was cancelled yesterday after 10 days.
                                        the first order refund has not been made till now, i complaint for that for more than 10 times, lastly they said they cant do anything in this regard, and i have to contact me ecommerce section for refund and they gave a number tomorrow and one number today, i have been calling since than.
                                        Either the number is switch off or no one is receiving the call,
                                        kindly take action regarding this

                                        I have done this several times.. Only thing done is, ticket number given and asked to wait,
                                        I have been waiting for my refund..
                                        I already have mailed several times to the feedback and ecommerce section my order number and transaction no.
                                        Of my payment
                                        I have contacted customer service for more than 10 times . But nothing has happened till now
