My order no. [protected] against this i paid 545 inr on dated 28/8/2020
It shows cancelled after money deduction wanted refund tried your toll free no and other option also no response i get, kindly resolve it....

I had ordered coronil from order mr app. With ticket id no. Zedt-397420. An amount of rs.604 was debited from my account. And soon thereafter the app screen showed that my transaction stands cancelled. However, the debited amount has yet not been credited in my account. Plz process refund or else i will drag you in court....

On 30 august i want to buy coronil kit from patanjali ayurved online store, i paid money 1090/- through phonepe and money is deducted from my account. But i didn't receive any type of order details, track number and didn't receive my money back.
I call on helpline number but the number is not working every time it shows "redial" option.
I call on +[protected] this number also but no one answers my call.

I was placed order on patanjali order me app on 15 jul 2020. But i m not receive any product or not receive refund amount. Amount is rs. 1712.00. Order no. 54347
I also requested by email many times for refund, but not get any result.

Is this a fraud patanjali is doing with people whom people trust a lot.

It's been a month since we ordered we also paid rs.1090 online. We didn't receive any tracking link and have no clue about the order....

I have placed an order on dated 20 aug 2020 of rs.1135/- on patanjali orderme application of patanjali ayurveda but the amount was deducted but order not placed. I put complaint regarding this they said within 7-8 days we refund your amount on your bank account but already 15 days passed still i did not get the refund and i continuously put complaint on their site but said me it is in processing and we will refund but not action taken till...

I have ordered some items on 31 august 2020 from patanjali website and paid the money online. Order status was successful. But till now as on date 03 sept.2020, the order status in the website is still showing in process and hence, the item has not been dispatched yet. So my humble request is to kindly look into this matter and dispatched at the earliest.

Sir I have ordered items thriugh order me app vide order No 188838 dt 01/08/2020. An amount of Rs 1264 has already been refunded to me against the items which are not delivered as per my order.
But one item Patanjali Dish wash bar costing Rs 40 not found in the parcel as per invoice but amount of this item already deducted from my amount.
So please refund Rs 40 against Patanjali dish wash bar at the earliest...

Sir ordered patanjali fmcg products / ayurvedic medicines through patanjali ayurved.net portal. of the orderd 8 items one heerak bhasma for rs 675 300g was missing from the carton.on enquiry with the courier boy just denied about it.order id [protected] shipping date[protected] courier name xpressbees courier docket no[protected].please initiate a refund for rs 675 as a token of fairplay and accountability....

I ordered 2 coronil kit using orderme platform on 31st Aug and paid 1090 Rs. Via phone pay. After transaction completion no order was placed. I log the online complaint same day but no response. Tried calling their number but no one is picking it.

Hello This is Ravish from Bangalore ordered few grocery products from Patanjali OrderMe app in July and cancelled my ordered on 28 July. It has been more than a month since I am trying to get my refund for my cancelled order. But till now I haven’t received anything and there customer care numbers are also ringing but no body responds the call. My bill amount was Rs 1274/- . So kindly help me in getting my refund of my cancelled order....

I feel mentally harassed and cheated by patanjali ayurveda online shopping and ecommerce section
i place two order on 23rd august .
One order was cancelled one the same day and the second order was cancelled yesterday after 10 days.
the first order refund has not been made till now, i complaint for that for more than 10 times, lastly they said they cant do anything in this regard, and i have to contact me ecommerce...

I had ordered few items from orderme app, and after waiting for a long time, few items were delievered and some items were not delivered. But now the app is showing status of all the items as delievered. I have not recieved my money nor the products.
The customer care people.never pick up the call. What should I do?...

I have ordered ashokarishta 2 bottles and cow milk 1 litre 4 bottles but they have not given delivery...

I want refund. Contacted Patanjali many times but no answer...
