I feel mentally harassed and cheated by patanjali ayurveda online shopping and ecommerce section
i place two order on 23rd august .
One order was cancelled one the same day and the second order was cancelled yesterday after 10 days.
the first order refund has not been made till now, i complaint for that for more than 10 times, lastly they said they cant do anything in this regard, and i have to contact me ecommerce section for refund and they gave a number tomorrow and one number today, i have been calling since than.
Either the number is switch off or no one is receiving the call,
kindly take action regarding this
