Order no 154423 contains 2 coronil kit and 1 coconut oil, received coronil kits but still not received coconut oil. Already mailed the issue to support team but no action taken on that. Now even order status changed to delivered without delivering the item.

    Dear air/madam,
    I hv ordered material of patanjali with order no.196583, of cost rs4957/- for that made online payment with faith on patanjali .
    At the time of order which material is available those material, i was ordered dated on 2nd aug.2020, but yesterday 19th aug.2020, i brought material which was also incompleted of amount only rs3000/-
    I got too much nurvous on patanjali for such kind of delivery of material.
    Plz refund remaining amount, so that i will purchase from local store .
    Blue dart currier team also not delivered material though address is correct but they mention online as incorrect address.
    If they dont deliver, atleast inform me by phone call ...personally from online tracking i visited their warehouse then got material ...
    Each and every item im using of patanjali .

      I have ordered CORONIL orderme kit through ORDER ME APP order no. 121797 dated 23 July 2020 through online payment Rs. 1635 but till date 20 aug not received CORONIL KIT or refund my money in my Patanjali Order me wallat or bank account
      I mailed many time again' and again no response on phone or mail
      Status is showing cancelled why I don't know

          I ordered 4 products through Patanjali Order me application on 1 Aug 2020. We received the parcel on 13 Aug 2020 but 1 item, Chyawanprash was missing.

                  I placed my order on 1 August 2020 through the Order Me app. I received this order today, and from it, 7 items are missing out of 11. I already send a mail and tried to connect with the customer support but no one replied. The issue which I am facing is faced by others as well. This service is pathetic and just because of this type of service, the name and the reputation of Patanjali are going down. My Order No is 193251.

                  Apart from that, there is one more order which is placed by my father. The Order No is 177208. And I don't have any update about this order from the Last 20 days.

                    I had ordered coronil kit on 31/07/2020. Vide order number 186271

                    The product was shipped but never received and the tracking has also stopped.

                    Trying to contact them on their helpline number or mail id but they are not responding since days.

                    I suggest all to avoid orderme app as they have 0 customer care system.

They are very cleaver they mentioned wrong phone number onthe parcle and once its reached on the location they cancled and stop responding my emails as well.                           I have made an order through order me app on 26/july/2020. There are 8 items which are deducted from my bhim upi transaction amount rs 1225.
                          Today i received a partial order of only 2 items out of 8 items, which invoiced me at rs.635.

                          Kindly reverse me the rest amount rs.590 to my bank account immediately

                            Hi,

                            I had ordered 28 items on orderme app of patanjali on 28 Jul 20. I received the order on 17Aug20 but found in the bill enclosed that a lot of items have not been delivered. The bill total is Rs.2303 but in that also i could see one item Dalia - 2Nos - Rs.50 has been striked off manually (photo attached) but in the total the same is not reflected.

                            While ordering online I paid a total of Rs.3, 408. Pls let me know when will i get the refund amount.

                            Less Invoice Value - Rs. 2, 303
                            Less Amount for Dalia - Rs.50
                            Total Refund amount - Rs.1, 055

                            I have tried contacting the customer care through telephone as well as email but no response yet.

                                    I places the order of 6 items of total amount rs.1024.. I got the order after almost18days.. And on opening the carton i found out that one of my items that i ordered was not in the carton i. E. Swarna kanti cream worth rs.399...
                                    I also tried the customer care no and even contacted them on whatsapp but there's still not a reply..

                                      Sir i placed an order on patanjali app in the month of may. I waited for around 2 weeks but i was not able to track my order so i cancelled my order and received a message regarding it. But since then i called on your patanjali haridwar no around 50 times but i didn't got my refund every time they say that they have initiated the refund but. No message was conveyed to me regarding my refund.

                                        I had ordered two patanjali ayurveda divya swasari coronil kit worth Rs. 1090 (Rs. 545 each). The said order has been placed online on 28/07/2020 via Order Me vocal for local app. The order get confirmed and the confirmed status being displayed on the said app. The amount Rs. 1090 for said article has been done online. But till date i haven't received the good. I had called the contact no.([protected]) provided on the app but they are not responding to that also.
