Hi i have ordered few items from order me app on 22 july. But i have not received it yet. There customer care number and email id is not working. I am calling everyday but there is no response.
Please take necessary action...

I ordered 4 products through Patanjali Order me application on 1 Aug 2020. We received the parcel on 13 Aug 2020 but 1 item, Chyawanprash was missing.

In Order me app it is showing delivered. Other consumers are also complaining about the same issues.

On 29 July 2020 I have ordered 2 Divya Swasari Coronil kit from order me vocal for local aap. But till now it is not delivred.l made several queries on the mail and calling on the number provided by the aap .But there is no any response from the other side. Order number is 172100.

I placed my order on 1 August 2020 through the Order Me app. I received this order today, and from it, 7 items are missing out of 11. I already send a mail and tried to connect with the customer support but no one replied. The issue which I am facing is faced by others as well. This service is pathetic and just because of this type of service, the name and the reputation of Patanjali are going down. My Order No is 193251.

I had ordered coronil kit on 31/07/2020. Vide order number 186271

The product was shipped but never received and the tracking has also stopped.

Trying to contact them on their helpline number or mail id but they are not responding since days.

I suggest all to avoid orderme app as they have 0 customer care system....

We orderd few items from your site order me. But its more than one month now we did not get any update and refund. Sent multiple email on the order me email and tried calling on the provided number by order me but no one picks it up. I followed with couriour services they told patanjali cancled this order and its return to patanjali. They are very cleaver they mentioned wrong phone number onthe parcle and once its reached on the location...

Sir I booked by order me app 6 coronil 80 tab on[protected] but i got 3 coronil box 80 tab on[protected].

Please resolve this...

Dear order me,
I have made an order through order me app on 26/july/2020. There are 8 items which are deducted from my bhim upi transaction amount rs 1225.
Today i received a partial order of only 2 items out of 8 items, which invoiced me at rs.635.

Kindly reverse me the rest amount rs.590 to my bank account immediately

Hi,

I had ordered 28 items on orderme app of patanjali on 28 Jul 20. I received the order on 17Aug20 but found in the bill enclosed that a lot of items have not been delivered. The bill total is Rs.2303 but in that also i could see one item Dalia - 2Nos - Rs.50 has been striked off manually (photo attached) but in the total the same is not reflected.

While ordering online I paid a total of Rs.3, 408. Pls let...

I ordered Coronil through the OrderMe app but due had to cancel it as there was no response from their side related to delivery. It was a prepaid order. Even After cancellation I have not received the refund of my 605 rupees. Their costumer care doesn't reply and in calling they cut the call. My order no. Is 175300....

I had ordered coronil kit on 20-jul and it shows picked.. But have not received kit. I have emailed on customer service mail and still no response.

I have ordered coronil through orderme app
order number 212207,
it was cancelled by itself and no refund was provided to me....

I places the order of 6 items of total amount rs.1024.. I got the order after almost18days.. And on opening the carton i found out that one of my items that i ordered was not in the carton i. E. Swarna kanti cream worth rs.399...
I also tried the customer care no and even contacted them on whatsapp but there's still not a reply..
So, pls kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible.....

Sir i placed an order on patanjali app in the month of may. I waited for around 2 weeks but i was not able to track my order so i cancelled my order and received a message regarding it. But since then i called on your patanjali haridwar no around 50 times but i didn't got my refund every time they say that they have initiated the refund but. No message was conveyed to me regarding my refund.

I had ordered two patanjali ayurveda divya swasari coronil kit worth Rs. 1090 (Rs. 545 each). The said order has been placed online on 28/07/2020 via Order Me vocal for local app. The order get confirmed and the confirmed status being displayed on the said app. The amount Rs. 1090 for said article has been done online. But till date i haven't received the good. I had called the contact no.([protected]) provided on the app but they are not...

Patanjali ayurveda is not delivering my order please deliver it otherwise please give my refund in my bank account...

I have order two "coronil kit" of patanjali from patanjali app "order me" of rs. 1090 (545*2) on 27/07/2020 but after such order i have not received any response for such order. I am also try to contact through mail and phone no. But not response from patanjali.

I have also attached some screen shot of mail done.

Please do need for this case....

I have ordered for three items vide order no.[protected] dt.06/08/20 by paying rs.585.00 through patanjali app but on 13/08/20 patanjali ayurved sent me message informing that the same order has been cancelled without showing any reason. I have sent several mails but availed no fruitful answer...
