I have ordered for three items vide order no.[protected] dt.06/08/20 by paying rs.585.00 through patanjali app but on 13/08/20 patanjali ayurved sent me message informing that the same order has been cancelled without showing any reason. I have sent several mails but availed no fruitful answer

I contact on customer care on no [protected], and customer care whatsapp no [protected], not reply by customer care.         I have orders thru order me app (Order number 45734) on 14 july and paid 3815/-

        I have not received the order yet and the app is not allowing me to cancel the order as it's showing as packed

        Pls either get the order delivered or refund the money, i am just getting blank emails as reply from order me app and no reply from patanjali customer care

        Will be good if someone can call me @ [protected]

          I have attached the image of the product that i got from you by online patanjali ayurveda. Swet mushli is expired. So what to do now? I want my refund, and in future i will never order anything from patanjali ayurveda. I am very much disappointed. Please return my money of 325 as soon as possible.             I am very much fedup with the very lazy approach of patanjali orderme app team, i have ordered 2 coronil kit through orderme app on 22/07/2020 but i have not received the product even after 10 days so i cancelled my order but till now i have not received my refund, i have mailed several times on their mail id "[protected]@orderme.co.in" & tried to contact through phone no but nobody is picking the phone... I feel like they are not bothered of customer & are cheaters... I request everybody do not purchase any item from them... Now i am planning to lodge complain in consumer forum for their cheating.

            let me tell you that i have tried to contact on your landline no multiple times but nobody has picked the phone...i have also mailed saveral times on your mail id [protected]@orderme.co.in at least 10 times but every time they responded that we have updated in your ticked-ID (#TBBB-483573) but i dont have the login & password of the site so how can i view it...??? i requested them several times to provideme the password for the site or can reply me on the mail...but they are not responding...?????

            I found that your online orderme customer care is "worst" in the world with high attitute people.

            please revert my refund else i have no option lift to go to the consumer forum.

              I made one order on 24th july, 2020 and till now i didn't receive it.
              My order number is: 128558.
              I made almost 100 calls to the number given on order me app and also sent msg on what's app number but no one is responding.. This is really frustrating and irritating for customer. And two more order i made after this

              I am notable to track any of these and also don't know when i ll receive..

              Today I received my two parcels one that I ordered with patanjali App
              And second I ordered with Order me App
              In both the parcels combine 3 things are missing..
              On Patanjali App : order id - [protected]
              On Order me App : order id - 215315

              The things that are missing in parcels are:
              1. Divya Denguenil Vati
              2. Arogya Vati
              3. Divya Swasari Pravahit

              I am attaching the bills also..
              I want my refund for the things that were missing in the parcels.

              I think your team has not read my complaint in detail as I said no one is picking up any call no one is responding on what's app number also no one is responding on emails.. even if they respond they ask to login on some link for that customer don't have the credentials to login...
              It's very easy way for you to write "to contact this and that" but practically no body respond... Well this was not expected from Patanjali..Highly disappointed. As you also deleted my previous post where I mentioned with bills that few things missing from my parcel and I want my refund for that particular item.
              Well you are also doing the same what other brands do to customers...
              As expected no one responded till now.. no refund...

                      27/07/2020 को मेरा आर्डर का पेमेंट हो गया लेकिन आपके order me app पर payment unsuccessful बता रहा है । मेरे बैंक खाते से payment भी कट चुका है न तो कोई फोन रिसीव कर रहा है और न ही कोई whatts app पर उचित जानकारी दे रहा है मेरे तो ₹ 794/- अभी तक वापस भी नहीं आए। मैंने whatts app number पर अपने सारे payment कटने के screen shot भी भेजे लेकिन उसको देखते हुए भी अनदेखा किया जा रहा है।
                      आज तारीख 11/08/20 हो गई लेकिन मुझे न तो order me की तरफ पेमेंट रिटर्न हुआ न मुजे मेरा order भेजा गया।

                        I placed my order on 7-8-2020 and till then i did not get a single update i tried to call customer care no. At least 30 times but no one responds neither i get revert on my mail. And they take the online payment also.

                        Please help
                        I haven't seen such pathetic and poor service from anyone but order me really cheating

                            I have ordered 3 coronil kit on 28.07.2020 vide order no.164761. But as on date, status is being shown as packed. I registered a complaint on 08.08.2020 through helpline number available on the app. They told me to talk on monday regarding my order. But nobody is picking the phone till now. There is no option available on the app to cancel the order. I request you to cancel my order and refund my money at the earliest.

                              My order id 98638 dated 20/-7/2020 for two no of coronil kit worth rupees 1090/- is not delivered to me - the status shown on app is that item is collected by express bee courtier - on tracing awb it shows no data found - i have called thrice and no action has been taken despite my calling thrice - now no one is picking up call
                              I am quite distressed to know that patanjali has no concern for their customers - this is really very disappointing more so when i am so loyal consumer of patanjali

                                Hello team patanjali and orderme,
                                This is something very disappointing and disgusting that again i have received incomplete delivery of items against order no 157969 where majority of items are not delivered.

                                Several items are not delivered which are enlisted
                                And highlighted with red colour in attached file of total prices of rs.1163 excluding refund of rs 450 against earlier order no.54175 which is still pending and it stands total amount of rs.1613.00 to be refunded to my original payment account.

                                Your immediate response and favourable action is highly recommended.

                                Hello Team Patanjali and OrderMe, This is something very disappointing and disgusting that Again I have received incomplete delivery of items against order no 157969 where majority of items are not delivered. Several items are not delivered which are enlisted and highlighted with red colour in attached file. Total refund of RS 450 against earlier order no.54175 is still pending and it needs to be refunded to my original payment account without any more delays.                                   Hi there, my order id is 51046 which i had ordered through orderme app on 15th july 2020.
                                  After 10 days i received a courier however to my surprise i found that not all the items were delivered.
                                  The 4 quantity of shadbindu oil which is my medicine is not delivered which amounts to rs.376 and is missing. I confirmed the same with the courier boy who was from blue dart and he said that this is all which he has got and get in touch with customer care of order me.
                                  Since then i am continuously dropping an email to the customer care team however i have just received a standard reply from them and till now there is no resolution provided from their end.
                                  Such a pathetic service. This is maligning aatmanirbhar bharat campaign.
                                  I spoke to the customer care team as well and there was no resolution provided by them either.
                                  When checked today i saw that my order is reflecting as being delivered in the application even though i have not received shadbindu tail.

                                  I have already contacted to the mentioned helpline number and email Id.Also when I have already provided the order Id then please take an action on it.Why do you want me to contact again and again. This is absolutely absurd.Please either deliver 4 units of Shadbindu oil or refund the equivalent amount of Rs 376 as early as possible.

                                    I made a payment if rs. 375 through upi google pay for oder number [protected] dated 13 aug 20. The amout was paid and the order status showing as cancelled. What is this. Plz confirm whether the order has been placed or not.

                                        I have ordered patanjali medicines and some product and the order is confirmed ie. Order id is 177054, book date is 29 july 2020. With prior confirmation of order item will be delivered in 7 to 10 days but till now haven't received. That's why i cancelled the order. Even there is no tracking details available. Also i have contacted to customer care no as per given in the app but they are not received also not reverted on mail for the status. I want my money refund. Please help.
