मेरा नाम प्रशान्त कुमार मिश्रा है। मैंने 27/07/20 को order no. 157548 को कैंसिल किया था लेकिन refund अभी तक नही मिला है । उसी दिन मैंने एड्रेस सुधार कर और item add कर के आर्डर किया है जिसका order no. 157855 अभी डिलेवर नही हुआ है ।कृपया कर मेरे रिफंड रिलेटेड issue को सॉल्व करने की कृपा करें।

    I ordered coronil from order me app, my order number is 212207. The order got cancelled by itself and no refund was provided. I mailed them on their given mail id also watsapp them but no action taken.
    Patanjali order me is a fraud app, my ₹605 gone. Planning to file a complaint in consumer forum

      I have ordered on 27 july 2020 and my order id is 157398, after not getting any tracking information, i have cancelled the order but not received any response or refund.
      Tried calling customer service several times but no response.

        Hi,
        I ordered some items in patanjali orderme app on 26th july, till yesterday its showing confirmed, but from today
        Why the hell you cancelled my order, if you dont have stock, then why the hell you mentioned product availability in your app. Its totally misleading and cheating. I didnt got my refund yet.
        Check and update immediately my refund status of order number-146294.

        I am going to take strict action against your service. You are totally cheating,
        I came to know many peoples also facing same issues. Be ready to face tough action.

          I have ordered patanjali products twice from order me application of local for vocal... But in the first oder no-79152 dated 18/07/2020, some items were missing 1. Drishti eye drop, kathahal pickle, masoor daal.
          And in second order, again some items was missed 1. Navratran aata, astha hawan samagri.
          Please look into the above and help me. It is detoriating the patanjali' s name.

            Hi,

            My order 82114 for coronil kit ordered from orderme app was cancelled 2 weeks ago. Till now i have not received my refund amount. I have called customer care but they were not helpful. Please refund my money. Its been already 2 weeks i am waiting for your reply.

                I ordered some products from orderme.com app on 30 july 2020 but till the time 10 aug. 2020 my order didn't got delivered and also there is no support from customer care. They provide both whatsapp number and contact number but unable to contact. They behaving like they are govt. Employees and servicing for govt. My order number is 178869. They also not able to reply on mail timely. They took souch time on delivery and also not updating real time update on app. And also govt. Didn't allow them to sell coronil, then how they are able to sell coronil kit.

                    I placed an online order (Order no. 68081) for divya swasari coronil kit qty-2 on their app "order me" on dated 17.07.2020. But till now even when the stipulated time has been passed my order is not delivered yet. The shipping xpressbee says they delivered the product which is lie.

                    I called their customer support no of orderme and expressbee more than 100 times in last 3 days but nobody is picking the phone. I also send several msg on their whatsapp no. Given in the app and mailed on their official email id but no response given by them.

                    My order status is showing in the app that your order has been picked up by "xpressbees couriers" but when i tracked my order on xpressbees website it's showing that regarding dispatch the product delivered to customer on 6 aug while nobody called or delivered order.. They are giving false information and express bee is cheating fraud how dare they do this? They have not tried to deliver product at destination niether called me.. What the hell is happening with customers in india from patanjali to expressbee. I dont want product also i want my money 1090 back as soon as possible and apology and licence cancel by govt for both companies beware guys

                      I have already tried your dedicated support but it does not gets connected and the email is also sent on Orderme.co.in however haven't received any response over email as well.

                        I have ordered 2 coronil kit on 15.07.2020 and made payment of rs 1090 online through order me app. As on 09.08.20 after 25 days still products not delivered.
                        After so many phone calls, i am not getting any feedback from patanjali team.
                        Either product to be delivered or refund should be given

                          I didn’t received my money back till today for failed order on ‘order me’ app which i placed on 24 july and 29 july respectively. Sum amount were deducted from my account. This is 5th time i m complaining about.

                                I had ordered for the coronil kit on[protected] and it has not arrived yet. Also i had paid for the product online and now there is no way how i could cancel the order. Also, the customer service centre is so bad i could not reach to anyone in the company.

                                      Dear sir i had ordered some product worth rs. 1064 on 24.07.2020 through order no. 128920 on order me app of patanjali. When i was unable to track my order and even after several call on contact no. [protected], they are not responded i had cancelled my order on 31.07.2020. Now the patanjali people are not giving the status of refund of my money deducted. So please refund my money.
