    I cancelled an order, 156039 (Order no.) on patanjali orderme app on 29.07.2020, but no refund was received by me till now i. E. 07.08.2020. I emailed the refund complaint to [protected]@orderme.co.in, but issue didn't resolved. I am attaching the screenshots of cancelled order and mail for kind redressal and refund.

      On 17th july 2020 at 01:04 pm i have placed an order some products online whose total amount is rs. 1350. I have also paid the amount and the amount is also deducted from my account but the order status shows "no order". So, i kindly request you to look after this order & money matter as early as possible as the products are required urgently.

        I ordered some items worth rs 720 on order me app on 14th july 2020.. The order no is 43754.. Almost one month about to go.. The order not delivered yet. When i call them no-one is receiving the call nor replying the emails. When i track, it is showing no data found. Then where is my order? Rs 720 is a big amount for me.

          I paid rs 1890 for patanjali coronil shwasari kits 2 nos. + coronil tablest 2 nos. On 29th july'20 on their 'order me' app.

          This app is horrible as it does not have any order tracking option. You just can not know where is your order stuck. Moreover, their support is even more horrible. They just give auto generated reply that your complaint is registered and give some useless no. Which is in my case clik-075271. They say the response has been made on clik-075271 and ask you to go to https://support.order-me.in and give you a password also. But here they do not give you the username due to which you can not enter this useless https://support.order-me.in at all. They do not talk about when the products will be delivered. None of their support telephone nos. Work. They just keep on ringing.

          It seems to be a fake app. Please do not purchase any products and lose your money on this 'order me' app.

              I place an order for corona kit on 28/7/2020 order no 166906 by their order me application. Till today neither the product came and no cancellation happens as their app doesn't have a cancellation option on cancellation page. I was already send an email regarding cancellation but no reply happens neither their customer care number pick up the phone. They are taking my money of rs 1090 and product or refund has not delieverd or issued to me.

                Hi orderme patanjali team,

                I am not able to connect with you on call through number given by you on orderme app. Nobody is picking up the call and it is automatically getting disconnected.

                It has been more than 22 days but i haven't received the following product:

                Order number : 32816.

                Also, i have not received the payments against orders cancellation for the following two orders:

                1) order number : 183121
                2) order number : 187084

                Please look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.

                  I had booked two set of divya swasari coronil kit on order me app on date[protected]. My order number is-82670. But item is not delivered yet. When i called on given phone number, no one receive the call. The dtdc courier is not giving status and shows as invalid awb[protected] number given. I just want to know when wil i receive the kit?

                    I have ordered 2 coronil kits from orderme app on 26th july (Order number - 154079). Till today (6th aug) order status has not changed from "confirmed" to anything else. And didn't receive any communication about shipment. Tried to contact customer care through mail and phone but luck. Didn't receive any reply to my mail and no one picks up the call.

                                  I ordered patanjali product through order me app, but i don't receive
                                  One product { garlic pickle} for which i already paid amount of rs
                                  80. I enquired on concern branch that is navrangpura ahmedabad, where
                                  They told me that that product was not available at that time so we
                                  Have not dispatched it.
                                  Now i need refund for the product (Garlic pikle) which i have not received.
                                  My order no. Is 131628. Pls do the needful as earliest as possible.

                                  I already mailed the above issue 3 times on email id [protected]@orderme.co.in
                                  And also called on branch and haridwar but not received any proper reply.

                                    But till date there is no further update
                                    When enquired with courier they have informed us that supplier physically not handed over the product till date

                                      I have place order for 2 corona kits on 30.7.20 and paid rs.1090/- in advance.
                                      I tried to contact orderme support phone, whatapp, email but no response in last seven days. Orderme app does not show any order status

                                      If looks it is fraud and i advise other to not to use orderme app

                                      My order is not confirmed yet.

                                      Pls confirm my order and send me goods soon

                                      today is 11th day since I placed my order on 30.7.20 for 2 coronil kits. customer care is totally bogus and no response on phone number, WhatsApp number and email. only computerised reply is made which is of no use.

                                      Patanjali is earning crores of rs encashing fear of corona in general public and all customercare supports channels are closed so that no one can contact them.

                                      Please rescue general public from this fraud and ask the company to refund money of customers or give delivery of goods immediately.

                                      Coronal 2 kits ordered before 23 days from today on 30.07.20 and paid rs. 1090 in advance is neither confirmed nor delivered. People are advised to to be careful before placing order through OrderMe app for Patanjali products. This is fraud app.
                                      Reply is unsatisfactory. They asked to contact on their support no / email. And the complaint itself is about customer care no response. So pls tell me how to contact them. Very poor response. It is damaging image of patanjali. Patanjali should have engaged well established company for developing their e marketing app OrderMe .
                                      Coronal 2 kits ordered before 23 days from today on 30.07.20 and paid rs. 1090 in advance is neither confirmed nor delivered. People are advised to to be careful before placing order through OrderMe app for Patanjali products. This is fraud app.
                                      Refund has been received. Pls close the complaint.
