I placed an order on OrderMe app on 23rd July 2020, Money was detected from my account but I did not get any confirmation of the order being placed.I tried contacting Patanjali customer support through call, whatsapp and an email.But n response on either of them.

      Dear sir,

      I order items from pantanjali apps my order number [protected], [protected] dated 08/07/2020, still it is not delivered its almost 21 days completed.

      I called your customer care number 12 times every time they told they are escalation the request, the above order is prepaid order and i am not able to find whether this product is delivered to me or not.

      I am not able to cancel the order to get the refund also. Please do not cheat to customer, i shall take legal action on your company. Either delivered the products or refund the money.

        I had ordered coronil along with other products vide order ref no.58674 for rs.1470.00 paid online in advance.
        I t has blue dart awb no.[protected]. The omn line tracking shows no results.

          On 12/7/20 i placed order through order me app order no 34217, for rupees 2215... I recieved the parcel on 27/07/20, but all items i ordered was not there i recieved the product which cost rupees 1155 but i paid rupees 2215 in advance which is not refunded and now they r not picking up the calls even not responding on mails and whata app.

          I want my amount to be refunded which is rs 1060.

                Dear sir,
                I placed an order on patanjali order me app for 12 pcs of divya swasari coronil kit on 17th of july 2020 worth rs. 6540 whose payment is already made. My order no is 71904. My order is confirmed but i am not able to track my order. I tried contacting customer care no : [protected] but no one is receiving the call. I tried contacting on whatsapp no : [protected] but no one is replying to my messages. I want to know the status of my order. At this state of emergency patanjali has no right to play with people's emotions and money. We want to know what is happening? I have attached screen shot of my order.

                12 days have passed, no response from Team GRC,
                Patanjali Ayurved Limited. Tracking ID not updated yet. Order not shipped in 12 days. How long do you need to ship an order ? You have got the payment of Rs. 6540 in advance. Is this a scam/fraud ???
                I have placed My order of 6 Divya swasari coronil kits (order no:71546)on[protected] payment has been made (Rs.3270) but the haven't received it yet I have made multiple complains through email, so pls give a correct delivery date or refund the amount.

                  I went Patanjali store to purchase a Kesar to my wife I went in an urgency that I forgot to wear mask that is my mistake. I will agree just the store keeper stop me in entrance he told me to wear mask so I didn't have mask so I requested him that . I will stay outside and you give me Kesar I will pay you he told until and unless you will not wear mask will not provide any product. His communication is not so good with bad attitude and bad behaviour

                        Sir.. I have booked order from a near by shop which is just 10 kms away from my home.. Order booked by orderno:115461.. Company early told me that delivery around 30kms will be delivered under 72hours.. But its been more than 72 hours.. Yet order not even procesed.. Also company told order shall be refund 96 hours.. No refund also.. Moreover no service from customercare.. Calls dont conect. Pata njali looting poor indian like me already lockdown has caused so much financial crisis.. Over that patanjali holding my money of my my canceled order. Very pathetic.. Plz help if cant deliver plz cancel my order either need medicine or money.. Cant live without both plz help

                          I placed an online order (Order no. 84448) for divya swasari coronil kit qty-2 on their app "order me" on dated[protected]. It was claimed by them that my order will be delivered within 3 to 7 days. But till now even when the stipulated time has been passed my order is not delivered yet.

                          I called their customer support no. [protected] more than 100 times in last 4 days but nobody is picking the ph. I also send several msg on their whatsapp no. Given in the app [protected] and mailed on their official email id "[protected]@orderme.co.in" but no heeds given by them.

                          My order status is showing in the app that your order has been picked up by "xpressbees couriers" awb no.[protected] but when i tracked my order on xpressbees website it's showing "no data found".

                          Now, what a customer can do in this helpless situation when all efforts to contact the company are failed.

                          Please help me to get my order delivered or to get refund amounting to rs.1090/-

                              I had placed an order for online purchase on 14/07/2020 from patanjaliayurved.net.
                              Till today the status is "your order has been placed and under disbursement. Once the docket number gets updated the track line will starts".

                              They have not even generated the docket no. Still. No information is available about the order.

                              Nobody is responding on the customer care no.. I have done the advance payment.

                              "please cancel my order & refund my money asap."
                              I want an action at the earliest.

                                        Itis prepaid paid by upi (Ref id[protected] respectively. However even after 10 days donotknowhowthemoneydeductedwithoutplacingorder. Kindly take necessary action.
