I have place order for 2 corona kits on 30.7.20 and paid rs.1090/- in advance.
I tried to contact orderme support phone, whatapp, email but no response in last seven days. Orderme app does not show any order status

If looks it is fraud and i advise other to not to use orderme app

My order is not confirmed yet.

Pls confirm my order and send me goods soon

today is 11th day since I placed my order on 30.7.20 for 2 coronil kits. customer care is totally bogus and no response on phone number, WhatsApp number and email. only computerised reply is made which is of no use.

Patanjali is earning crores of rs encashing fear of corona in general public and all customercare supports channels are closed so that no one can contact them.

Please rescue general public from this fraud and ask the company to refund money of customers or give delivery of goods immediately.

My order is neither confirmed nor delivered yet. I have placed order looking to credibility of baba shri ramdev. I never thought of such fraud by patanjali ayurved.

Coronal 2 kits ordered before 23 days from today on 30.07.20 and paid rs. 1090 in advance is neither confirmed nor delivered. People are advised to to be careful before placing order through OrderMe app for Patanjali products. This is fraud app.
Reply is unsatisfactory. They asked to contact on their support no / email. And the complaint itself is about customer care no response. So pls tell me how to contact them. Very poor response. It is damaging image of patanjali. Patanjali should have engaged well established company for developing their e marketing app OrderMe .
Coronal 2 kits ordered before 23 days from today on 30.07.20 and paid rs. 1090 in advance is neither confirmed nor delivered. People are advised to to be careful before placing order through OrderMe app for Patanjali products. This is fraud app.
Refund has been received. Pls close the complaint.

      I am sumit khandelwal from mumbai. I have ordered items on[protected] from order me app and my order no.106782. Now as per the order me app my order has been dispatched on[protected] via dtdc courier and the tracking no.[protected]. Now from the past 10 days there is no update on my tracking number (Image attached). I have also asked dtdc people via email about this shipment, but they are telling that i should ask shipper about this shipment. (Image attached of dtdc email). Now from past 10 days i am trying to contact order-me app customer care through chat, email and phone, but no response from them.

      I request you to please do the needful.

        Respected sir,
        I have placed an order of patanjali coronil kit on order me app and then after amount direction through phone pe app after successful transaction order me app stopped suddenly and when i opened it again there was no order made.
        Please consider my complain and do immediate action of either payment back or place order as soon as possible

            The worste online shopping app is patanjali (Order me), they are cheating with poor people who believe patanjali.               The transaction successful but the order is not placed yet.
              Please confirm me the order placed or not.

              The amount is debited from my account hdfc bank through mobikwik using bhim app.

              I have talked with mobikwik, said that the transaction transferred into merchant account.
              I have attached transaction details and mobikwik reply for your reference.
              Plz confirm the same and do the needful.

              How you all are working . This total fraud. No response from anyone after success payment. Who is believe on you.

                          I placed an online order (Order no. 51803) for divya swasari coronil kit qty-2 on their app "order me" on dated 15.07.2020. But till now even when the stipulated time has been passed my order is not delivered yet.

                          I called their customer support no. more than 100 times in last 3 days but nobody is picking the phone. I also send several msg on their whatsapp no. Given in the app and mailed on their official email id but no response given by them.

                          My order status is showing in the app that your order has been picked up by "xpressbees couriers" awb no.[protected] but when i tracked my order on xpressbees website it's showing that regarding dispatch that customer not available and mobile no not available and customer refused to accept. They are giving false information and they have not tried to deliver product at destination. Now xpressbees courier has returned my parcel to Patanjali Ayurveda. They are suggesting contact the client for any further enquiries about the shipment.

                          Now, what a customer can do in this helpless situation when all efforts to contact the company are failed.

                          Please help me to get my order delivered or to get refund amounting to rs.1090/-

They have not called me and now they are returning my shipment to Patanjali Ayurveda and Whenever I am calling to customer support they are not responding.

                                    I m rajan, from firozepur, i went to patanjali store( near baba ram lal gurudwara )to buy 2 products..i asked for d product and they gave me d product..i checked d expiry and for 1 product, it was april 2021, nd other april 2022, i asked d manager d i[censored] have the same product with 2022 expiry date then give me dat product..An old man sitting there, he snached the product from me and said that they dont want to sale d product..and asked me to leave..i was very upset with his behaviour..i replied him, it doesnot suits ur personality..but he again replied me rudely...as per me, their dealing with customer is very poor..another custer standing next to me..he also said d same that..their behaviour with customer is bad..

                                      I had ordered Divya Swasari Coronil kit on 17/07/20...Order No. is 66121 using the Order me app On 24/07/20 AWB number [protected] generated for DTDC courier. However, till date the product has not reached me. Also the AWB no. is an invalid number. Customer care has no clue of the products position and only says it's in transit! Either send the product or refund the amount!
