I got a message from Patanjali that they are operational after COVID lockdown. I made a purchase of Rs. 1120 with order no. [protected] from https://www.patanjaliayurved.net/customer/ website and after 5 days I again received a message from Patanjali that my order will be delayed due to COVID restrictions.

So I decided to cancel my order and raised a refund ticket but Its been 2 months I haven't received any refund.

They not replying to emails ([protected]@patanjaliayurved.org), calls([protected]), and ticket portal as well.

    It is to say that I have placed my order online for 02 nos Coronil and 03 nos of Swasari vati on 12/07/2020. I preferred th Patanjali Chikitsalay -Rama Garden delhi. my order no is 34161.Total cost of oredr is Rs 1160.
    My query is I coudnt get my oredr yet. as I asked to rama Garden Chikitsalay for my order, He replied that he coulnt get my order yet from patanjali order me app.Kindly let me know the status of my order and do needfull to get my ordered medicines as soon as possible

                  I kalicharan patro had ordered items of total amount rs.1165 on 8/07/2020 and made payment through paytm. The transaction was successful but in the patanjali app it is showing the order is cancelled

                    I purchased one of your products 1Litres of "PATANJALI AMLA JUICE"
                    from BIG BASKET. For the first few days I noticed nothing but today I
                    noticed that something thick appears to be settled at the bottom. When
                    I poured it into the glass, I found brown pieces of paper in the
                    glass. I have kept it as proof if required. 2-3 dosage of amla juice
                    is still left in the bottle alongwith the bits of brown paper. Now I
                    am not using it anymore and kept it as a proof.

                    At the first instance I didn't believe, I thought it might me pulp or
                    something related to Amla only but when I squeezed and chewed it I got
                    the confirmation that it was paper actually.

                    It is a very shocking and horrible incident. Majority of the
                    population trust on your products but this incident gave me a shock
                    badly.

                    You should take a note of this matter with utmost urgency and take the
                    necessary action. I am going to post it all over the social networking
                    sites also in case no proper action is taken against it.

                                    Due to covid 19 issues the order was cancelled on june 2nd. But the money is not refunded.

                                        Text of emails sent lodging my complaint

                                        Dear sir /madam,

                                        Earlier on 15.06.20 at your 'feedback' and 'contact us', i had reported that many of the items placed under the captioned order [protected] dt 13.05.20, were not delivered. That in compliance to the captioned order deliver of one packet delivered... [protected] by blue dart.

                                        However on going through the contents of the packet it is observed that of the 39 items ordered, the packet contained only 24 items and that 15 items were missing. The following are the missing items...
                                        Atta doodh rusk....3 pack
                                        Namkeen navrattan mix... 1,

                                        May i be informed as to the reason for not including the above items in the delivery box, when i had made full payment of these items too.

                                        Indeed it is shocking that the despatch confirmation resorted to absolute silence of this issue of missing items. Contrary to it, the despatch confirmation stated that with the despatch, the order is complied with.

                                        May i request your good self to look into the matter and arrange to despatch the missing items
