I got a message from Patanjali that they are operational after COVID lockdown. I made a purchase of Rs. 1120 with order no. [protected] from https://www.patanjaliayurved.net/customer/ website and after 5 days I again received a message from Patanjali that my order will be delayed due to COVID restrictions.

So I decided to cancel my order and raised a refund ticket but Its been 2 months I haven't received any refund.

They not replying to emails ([protected]@patanjaliayurved.org), calls([protected]), and ticket portal as well.

It is to say that I have placed my order online for 02 nos Coronil and 03 nos of Swasari vati on 12/07/2020. I preferred th Patanjali Chikitsalay -Rama Garden delhi. my order no is 34161.Total cost of oredr is Rs 1160.
My query is I coudnt get my oredr yet. as I asked to rama Garden Chikitsalay for my order, He replied that he coulnt get my order yet from patanjali order me app.Kindly let me know the status of my order and do needfull to get my ordered medicines as soon as possible

I had order on 6 july and got delivered on 16 july my order number is 29314.
But some of items is missing.

I ordered some items through orderme app on 05july 2020 and paid amt rs.1316/-but my items have not been delivered yet.

I had ordered online from patanjali on 17 june order no. [protected]... Order got cancelled on its own from patanjali side... I could not get my money back... Plz look into this... Its a month but not received money back

Maine patanjali ka dudh biskut[protected] ko khrida tha jisnme ik biskut mai mattel pin hai jo ki boht khtarnak ho skta tha aur mene is bare mai patanjali ke toll free no pr bhi baat but mai unse santust nhi hu.in par bnta action liya jana chahiye.

I kalicharan patro had ordered items of total amount rs.1165 on 8/07/2020 and made payment through paytm. The transaction was successful but in the patanjali app it is showing the order is cancelled
So kindly look into it the matter and take necessary action so that i will get my money back

I purchased one of your products 1Litres of "PATANJALI AMLA JUICE"
from BIG BASKET. For the first few days I noticed nothing but today I
noticed that something thick appears to be settled at the bottom. When
I poured it into the glass, I found brown pieces of paper in the
glass. I have kept it as proof if required. 2-3 dosage of amla juice
is still left in the bottle alongwith the bits of brown paper. Now I
am not using it anymore and kept it as a proof.

At the first instance I didn't believe, I thought it might me pulp or
something related to Amla only but when I squeezed and chewed it I got
the confirmation that it was paper actually.

It is a very shocking and horrible incident. Majority of the
population trust on your products but this incident gave me a shock
badly.

You should take a note of this matter with utmost urgency and take the
necessary action. I am going to post it all over the social networking
sites also in case no proper action is taken against it.

Patanjali Online shopping is a fraud .I lossed 3500 . My contact number is [protected].ghatiya business by patanjali .sab log chor hi hoga .please think before booking online in patanjali

Dont buy anything by patanjali as they are cheating .I lossed around 3500rupees.my cont no is [protected] .

I ordered some products to patanjali dealer in hathras but they did not deliver my order. I tried to contact them but they did not receiving my call. So please take a strong action against them.

Dear sir,

Due to covid 19 issues the order was cancelled on june 2nd. But the money is not refunded.

This is with reference to my order order # : [protected] | order date :[protected]:55 pm. Rs-1080/-and ref. Your below email i wish to share that i have cancelled my order due to non tracking my shipment on your website after 6 days ago and your apps as well. I have many times tried to call your customer help desk[protected] & sent email to [protected]@patanjaliayurved.org / [protected]@patanjaliayurved.net but unable to reach you with long time hold/wait my calls. After 6days order status are showing only the booking step, there after i have been cancelled the same order. I have already sent many emails for refund my amount but not getting any response from your side.
therefore request you to please refund the my order amount rs-1080/- in my originate account as soon as possible. Otherwise i have no any option to go to the consumer court.

Text of emails sent lodging my complaint

Dear sir /madam,

Earlier on 15.06.20 at your 'feedback' and 'contact us', i had reported that many of the items placed under the captioned order [protected] dt 13.05.20, were not delivered. That in compliance to the captioned order deliver of one packet delivered... [protected] by blue dart.

However on going through the contents of the packet it is observed that of the 39 items ordered, the packet contained only 24 items and that 15 items were missing. The following are the missing items...
Atta doodh rusk....3 pack
Namkeen navrattan mix... 1,
Nutty delight 4,
Bel sharbati 1,
Marie biscuit 250 gm 2,
Soji elaich rusk 3,
Unpolished moong dal 1,

May i be informed as to the reason for not including the above items in the delivery box, when i had made full payment of these items too.

Indeed it is shocking that the despatch confirmation resorted to absolute silence of this issue of missing items. Contrary to it, the despatch confirmation stated that with the despatch, the order is complied with.

May i request your good self to look into the matter and arrange to despatch the missing items
