Text of emails sent lodging my complaint

Dear sir /madam,

Earlier on 15.06.20 at your 'feedback' and 'contact us', i had reported that many of the items placed under the captioned order [protected] dt 13.05.20, were not delivered. That in compliance to the captioned order deliver of one packet delivered... [protected] by blue dart.

However on going through the contents of the packet it is observed that of the 39 items ordered, the packet contained only 24 items and that 15 items were missing. The following are the missing items...
Atta doodh rusk....3 pack
Namkeen navrattan mix... 1,
Nutty delight 4,
Bel sharbati 1,
Marie biscuit 250 gm 2,
Soji elaich rusk 3,
Unpolished moong dal 1,

May i be informed as to the reason for not including the above items in the delivery box, when i had made full payment of these items too.

Indeed it is shocking that the despatch confirmation resorted to absolute silence of this issue of missing items. Contrary to it, the despatch confirmation stated that with the despatch, the order is complied with.

May i request your good self to look into the matter and arrange to despatch the missing items

    I have bought pitanjali cow milk ( 1 litre ) 2 qty from moti bakery, tilak nagar, new delhi-110018 on 25th june 2020 and on packet also it was written 25 june 2020. But after reaching home when i have boiled both packets it converted in to paneer. When i have asked the shopkeeper he suggested me to talk to pitanjali customer support. But pitanjali support is not picking up the phone i have tried many times. Please suggest me what to do?
    i am also attaching an images of the packet as well the milk.

        Yesterday i received order from patanjali ayurved but in that order coconut oil is missing. Either please provide me coconut oil or give refund.

          Charged for a product that I did not receive

          I received my patanjli order on 19june 2020 (Order. [protected]). But i was charged for the dish wash gel which was not even delivered to me. I tried reaching out to their customer care but could not get any constructive response from there.

          Please help to get this resolved and issue a refund....

          Just now received a call from the number [protected] saying that calling from Patanjali.The person was asking about my debit card number from which the payment was done.Why I will share the debit card number?The payment was done from their payment portal.They can easily get the data from their.I have already mailed them the snaps of the bill and the products received.

            Just now received a call saying calling from Patanjali customer care. The mobile number from which I received the call is [protected].The person was asking about my debit card number from which the payment was done for checking purpose how much money I have paid.Why I will share the debit card number?The payment was done from their payment portal.They can easily get the data from their.I have already mailed them the snaps of the bill and the products received.

              The order No. [protected] for amounting to Rs. 1185/-
              placed on https://www.patanjaliayurved.net was cancelled by me on same day i.e. 25.05.2020. Despite of making refund request many times i.e. 05.06.2020 and 09.06.2020, Patanjali is not making my refund. Please do the needful in the matter please.

                Literally fade up with your bad service. This is the second time in a row this is happening. First of all received the order quite late. Secondly did not received one item as per order. You are just harrasing your customer. Let me tell you this is a prepaid order. I want my item soon. Documents are attached with this mail.

[protected], dtd 08.05.20 (Like; 1) aastha dhoop rose (Pack of 12), 2) aastha mustard oil (Pack of 2), 3) combo - patanjali hand sanitizer plus herbal handwash (3 nos), 4) lauki amla juice (L), 5) patanjali saundarya shower gel (2 nos), and against order no. [protected], dtd 09.05.20. 6) combo - boro safe plus crack heal cream, 7) dant kanti, 8) divya gulab jal (4 nos), 9) saundarya face wash 100gm plus aloevera gel kesar chandan 60gm (Pack of 2 in 2 nos) also not delivered till date against order placed on 08.05.20.

                    This is something very very disappointing and not acceptable approach from highly prestigious and honorable pantanjali team.

                    So, pls do the needful on urgent basis to deliver above mentioned pending items at the earliest.

                    This is very much disappointing approach from highly prestigious organization, like patanjali.

                    If i have not received any corrective action from your side in subject matter by this weekend, unwillingly i need to approach consumer court in subject matter.

                    This is for your kind information and necessary action at your end without any more delays.

                      I have booked my order number [protected] on dt 02.05.2020 for amount rs. 1024/- in patanjali ayurved app but after one month i haven't received my order then i cancelled my order on 03.06.2020 but i received the amount rs 120/- in my account on dated 08.06.2020. Till date i. E 15.06.2020 i have not received the amount. Please look into the matter. I am writing this 3-4 times to company but no reply and no telephone attending.

                            I have ordered some items on 8th may 2020 from patanjali website and paid the money online. Order status was successful. But till now as on date 24th may 2020, the order status in the website is still showing in process (Checking) and hence, the item has not been dispatched yet, but 25 may 2020 status showing in item delivered 22 may 2020. Ordered items not delivered to me. So my humble request is to kindly look into this matter and resolve at the earliest.

                            I made many attempts in contacting customer care and by sending emails but no response so far.

                              Respected sir/ maam

                              With due regards i want state that on 23 may 2020, i had ordered some essential's through patanjali ayurved application (Order id [protected], order value rs. 1448 respectively.
                              The order is prepaid paid by. However even after more than 15 days the status has not changed from "placed" to further status.
                              Upon checking regularly, i had sen an email to customer care but yet no reply.
                              After few days i could see the status as "process", but on 12 june 2020 i see the status as "cancelled" (It has not been cancelled by me) and there is no message or email stating the reason for cancellation,
                              I have again sent and email but have not received any reply.
                              Meanwhile i have been trying to call the customer care number but cannot reach them.
                              Please take necessary action and see that my amount is refunded at the earliest.

                                I had made an order on the website patanjaliayurved.net on 8th may with the order no. [protected] and had made an online payment but even after 20 days they had not processed the order so i cancelled the order on 28th may but till now i have not received the refund in my account. I even raised a complaint with the ticket no. [protected] but even that is left open and i haven't even gotten a reply from their side. They have just taken away my money.

There was not even a single update about products ordered for 15 days. Finally, the order was canceled on 4th june but there has been no update on the refund.                                       I had registered a complaint regarding bad quality of patanjali desi ghee on 1st june 2020, but till now no one from patanjali has contacted me.in fact when i give a ring in patanjali, they do not respond.
                                      Kindly look into this matter.
