I ordered, order number [protected] from patanjali website and paid rs 1173 for the purchase, even after 15days order was not processed so i cancelled it. But refund status is not known. Customer care number doesnt exists and emails are not responded at. Kindly help in refund. Attached screenahort of order...

I request to give me some guideline about using Swadeshi samridhi card because. When I purchase some products from M/s Bharti Stores Gorashkan Road Akola Maharashtra stores owner said do not use Swadeshi samridhi card. Owner said that you purchase the product only in cash . Stores owner said at every time there is some problem I confirm that there is no problem in conitivity he gives this treatment to many coustmer please take some action...

I have cancelled patanjali order#[protected]
but there is no communication from their end regarding the refund.

The customer care is also very bad as there is no response even after dropping so many mails.

There was no estimated delivery date for products and that's why i had to cancel the order.

Can this be confirmed with them for initiating the refund?

I place my order in 8 may 2020 but still not delivered so i cancelled order. But refund is also not come...

Mebe 515 rupaye 7 Itam order kiye the Order pura nhi ho rha tha. or mnene cancel kr diya To ab refund nhi mil rha hai or na hi koi jawab mil rha hai...

I have ordered some items on 8th may 2020 from patanjali website and paid the money online. Order status was successful.
But till now as on date 24th may 2020, the order status in the website is still showing in process (Checking) and hence, the item has not been dispatched yet. I understand that due to the current situation of covid, the deliveries may be delayed but it has been almost half a month till date 24th may 2020, atleast...

On 8th may 2020. I have placed an order (Order id: [protected]) some products online whose total amount is rs. 615. I have also paid the amount (Transaction id - upi/p2m/[protected]/patanjali/hdfc bank) and the amount is also deducted from my account but the order is not placed. I registered on patanjali website on 16/05/2020 for purchase of products.

Items worth rs 668 were ordered on 16/02/2020 and payment was done by sbi credit card.
I received the sms from patanjali also stating the order number, order no [protected], as mentioned in the subject matter.
