I had placed an order at patanjali ayurved.net on 29-05-20 for rs377 and i just received one notification and message on 29-05-20 that my order is placed. I have already paid the amount and still no delivery. I made many attempts in contacting customer care and by sending emails but no response so far.
Patanjali Ayurved customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

        I ordered, order number [protected] from patanjali website and paid rs 1173 for the purchase, even after 15days order was not processed so i cancelled it. But refund status is not known. Customer care number doesnt exists and emails are not responded at. Kindly help in refund. Attached screenahort of order

          I request to give me some guideline about using Swadeshi samridhi card because. When I purchase some products from M/s Bharti Stores Gorashkan Road Akola Maharashtra stores owner said do not use Swadeshi samridhi card. Owner said that you purchase the product only in cash . Stores owner said at every time there is some problem I confirm that there is no problem in conitivity he gives this treatment to many coustmer please take some action on this problem.

                      I have ordered item from patanjali app and due to long delivery processing time i have canceled the order 4-5 days ago they have not refunded any amount yet called their toll free number many times mailed them many times no reply this is a fraud.                           I ordered rs. 870/- delivery date was crossed but order isn't came and it's showing processing only from many days.                               I have ordered some items on 8th may 2020 from patanjali website and paid the money online. Order status was successful.
                              But till now as on date 24th may 2020, the order status in the website is still showing in process (Checking) and hence, the item has not been dispatched yet. I understand that due to the current situation of covid, the deliveries may be delayed but it has been almost half a month till date 24th may 2020, atleast the item must have been dispatched yet and possibly be delivered by now. So my humble request is to kindly look into this matter and resolve at the earliest.

                                  Please note that i have placed a order with number [protected] on 13-may-2020. Two weeks have already passed and till now my order is stuck at "process". However, at the time of placing order it was showing delivery in 2-4 days. I have sent many 5-6 messages from patanjali app contact me option but no reply received also tried to contact on phone but no one is taking call.
