I have regular user Paytm but my last order mob [protected], I have card size mob colour black but received red colour when send return request then courier boy said he have different EMI no and reject to liked and I have mail Paytm but no reply this is fraud no one reply and not resolve my problem

I have orders bigbasket groceries while payment options I choose Paytm wallet, Paytm said I'll get 150 cashback if I spent 1500, 6days passed still I didn't get anything I raise complaint no response from Paytm, Paytm is cheating to their customers please take action to them
