I ordered a bp machine on 13 jun, 2018 (Order No.- [protected]) worth of rupees 2499 /- and the order should be delivered within 28 jun .. But still i didn't receive my order. so, I requested Paytm authorities to cancel the product but they told me once that the cancelled the item but the didn't. And now they just hung up the call every time i am calling them. I also messaged them (i am sending the screenshot also) but as well no reply. Please help me sir .

    Hi, I have visited multiple retailers yet I am unable to do paytm kyc. Help me out. Paytm is not at all responding. Everytime there is some or the other issue. Everytime they reply that their systems are upgrading. It is already 35 days since the issue. My money is being wasted. this is useless and fraud company. They are not at all concerned about the consumer. Kindly help me.

      Query ref no[protected], 73539763, no reply, no refund and no delivery.this is how they cheat customers.i want to cancel the product and my money back...but cancellation option is also not available

        Paytm is a fraud ..don't cheat customer with your gimmicks ..by offering 55% cashback and when the item was booked ur internal team cancelled the item .. only partial payment send to my bank account and the rest will get as cashback ..to buy the new products from Paytm ..In this issue there is nothing wrong with the customer .. everything has done by paytm ..what kind of logic are u applying ..when I paid Rs.724 from my bank account ..the order was cancelled by your internal team due to unknown issues ..I am getting partial payment of Rs 340 to my bank ..and the rest of the amount will get as cashback because of 55% coupon was applied to the cancelled item ..great ..

I purchase paytm mall order number is order no. [protected] on dated 05 june 2018 10:26 am and 2 receive promo code will place cashback offer for next order placed. But not running this is not fare. So many times complaint to mail id [protected]@paytm.com.

                Sir i was booking a ticket on irctc. While booking my ticket the money got deducted two times but ticket was not booked. It is now over 10 day and i am not satisfied with the effort irctc and paytm. Please help me as soon as possible.. I am giving pdf of my transaction.. Please help sir. My money was debited on 16/06/2018.
                By irctc mobile app. I have logged a complaints on irctc. But they do not have satisfactory reply. So i came across to u to solve my problem quickly i was booking my ticket through rupay debit card. User i'd of my irctc is priakku.
                The transaction amount was rs 920 which was deducted. I am giving you the transaction details of my bank account.

                  Order i'd [protected], [protected]. Instead of projects paytm has sent me memory cards and collected cash on delivery. Now i am waiting for products to be returned and money to be refunded. Paytm mall doesn't allow products or sellers to be rated. Such dubious sellers are being protected by paytm. Paytm should allow seller ratings so that new customers can beware. Seller will also be responsible to maintain their ratings by sending right products. Paytm is in a way helping sellers cheat.

                    I ordered 2 projectors from paytm mall. Order was delivered on 2nd jul' 18. Instead of 2 projectors i received 2 memory cards. The order was cod and my wife paid the courier the amount meant for projectors to the courier company. I have called the call center and reported the worng product delivery. I am now awaiting the return pick up and refund of my money. Paytm mall doesn't have a rating system to warn others against such practices by it's sellers. Other customers can fall prey to such cheat sellers. Unfair practice by patm mall and it's sellers should be reported to consumer courts

                      This is tinku mondal, i am using frequently the uts mobile apps to book unreserved tickets for traveling suburban kolkata.

                      Recently, i have recharged my wallet balance through online paytm - ag on 1st july 2018 and it got failed 5times & rs 500/- but the amount was deducted in my corporation bank savings account & not credited in uts wallet. I have enquired with corporation bank and confirmed that the transaction was success and adviced check with paytm. My uts mobile number: [protected]

                      Hence, need your assitance to refund the amoumt in my bank account. Number - [protected] ifsc - corp0000594.

                        As this is to mention that i placed an order few days back after a lot of r&d and the order was cancelled thrice by your end contacted to the courier team they told that it’s from your end tried to reach your customer care executive to know the reason behind that y cancellation was happening but all 10 days they where busy.

                            I have paid to merchant Ferns & Petals through Paytm on 19th June amounting Rs 1249.00. The payment was not reached to Merchant and it was stuck in Payment gateway of Paytm. I have sent many reminder and transaction details to paytm. I also intimate this to Paytm CEO Mr. Vijay Shekhar Sharma but they did not responded to the query. I am waiting for my refund since last 12 days. Even they did not reply to query. They don't have contact information for this type of transaction. Please look into the matter. I am attaching all transaction details.

                                  First I got msg that payment successful..
