Order i'd [protected], [protected]. Instead of projects paytm has sent me memory cards and collected cash on delivery. Now i am waiting for products to be returned and money to be refunded. Paytm mall doesn't allow products or sellers to be rated. Such dubious sellers are being protected by paytm. Paytm should allow seller ratings so that new customers can beware. Seller will also be responsible to maintain their ratings by sending right products....

I ordered 2 projectors from paytm mall. Order was delivered on 2nd jul' 18. Instead of 2 projectors i received 2 memory cards. The order was cod and my wife paid the courier the amount meant for projectors to the courier company. I have called the call center and reported the worng product delivery. As this is to mention that i placed an order few days back after a lot of r&d and the order was cancelled thrice by your end contacted to the courier team they told that it’s from your end tried to reach your customer care executive to know the reason behind that y cancellation was happening but all 10 days they where busy.

I have paid to merchant Ferns & Petals through Paytm on 19th June amounting Rs 1249.00. The payment was not reached to Merchant and it was stuck in Payment gateway of Paytm. I have sent many reminder and transaction details to paytm. I also intimate this to Paytm CEO Mr. Vijay Shekhar Sharma but they did not responded to the query. I am waiting for my refund since last 12 days. Even they did not reply to query. They don't have contact information...

It got failed but the amount was deducted in my hdfc savings account. I have enquired with hdfc and confirmed that the transaction was success and adviced check with paytm.

Hence, need your assitance to refund the amoumt in my wallet balance or my bnk account.

As per the journey plan i have book the general e-ticket today at 17:15 pm from agra cantt (Agc) to morena (Mra) but my ticket is not book and my icici account money 161.8 rupees is deduct as per transaction id [protected] towards payee paytm mobile solution from account on jul, 01, 2018 at 17:15 hours.

I have paid 406 rs. On dt 02.06.18 at 21.07 pm for mobile no [protected] and bill payment showing success but bill not paid. So this amount again added in my this month payment.

Both transaction we have not got the otp from respected bank (Hdfc) and transaction made. And amount also deducted from the debit card. Paytm transaction & id details are for your reference..

I successfully send 10000 rs last night at 2 am from paytm upi to phonepe upi but in the same paytm payments bank account. Money deducted from the account but has not received yet. I tried to call paytm but they did not receive my call.. I also raise a complaint in the provided help section but it already 30 hours passed but i have not received the cash yet... Please help...

I have booked ticket on irctc using paytm from icici bank a/c and the amount debited inr 315 but irctc website showing payment pending from bank end, i checked at my bank statement and it confirmed that money has been debited. Irctc anyway unable to say any status. Kindly confirm as neither i am able to get the status of the booking nor the refund. The message received from my bank as below:

Please refer to transaction ID [protected] dated 22.06.2018 for Rs 3755 to Rannalla Retail Private Limited. The item ordered was not in stock so they refunded my money.
