I recharged a wrong phone number by mistake and tried to ask for help from paytm to which paytm replied by sending the reference number and asking to consult my service provider but my service provider (Airtel) customer care said that the recharges through paytm are third party recharge and these recharges can't be reversed so i know that my money is gone but i request paytm to resolve this problem to protect its customer's money in future.

    I tried to add money in my wallet to paytm but failed, but my savings account had been debited:

    Your SBI A/c has been debited with INR 500.00 on 20-Jun2-2018 at 10:05:19 and account paytm.[protected]@axisbank has been credited. UPI Ref no.[protected]

    Paytm still hasn't reflected any money in my account. This has happened several times and there is no option to talk to the customer care directly. Kindly address this issue.

      I have placed one order from paytm with 50% discount but after shipping the order they have canceled the order saying they have added that coupon my mistake/technical issue but that coupon was available on their site for 2 days. I have wasted 2-3 hour selecting the best product and now they are asking me to place that order again but without adding any coupon.

        I was paying my electricity bill when the transaction failed due to some issues. So i tried again and the bill got paid. But i got an smss saying the money had been deducted twice from my bank account. The amount didn't show in my paytm balance neither did i get a refund. Since the first transaction was a failure and the amount wasn't added to my paytm balance either, i want a refund of the amount at the earliest.
        Hope paytm looks into the matter as soon as possible and takes quick action.

I accept money through paytm merchant qr code from mobile number [protected] twice rs 2200, one 08:40:09 am order id [protected] wallet transaction id [protected] and 12:14:03 pm order id [protected] paytm payment bank account transaction id m472282

          First amount credited in my account with utr#[protected] on 11 june 18. But another amount cannot settled till date. I contact your customer care assistance they give me time 24-48 regularly from 14 jun 18. The internal team and account team work with my quiry since 14 jun 18. The account team verify my account statement and approve for payment but amount still pending.

            A chat assisted fraud company. Full cheating.. Please don't trust them... No website no products.. Don't get cheated. I was redirect to there olx page. Ask me to pay 5000inr at initial and balance at time fo delivery and after shipping they told me. Shipment to india is done and ask me to pay 5000inr more. With no other option i paid and later they asked me to pay full amount of 17000inr which i paid and after that delivery amount of 5000inr. Which also i paid. They gave me tracking id. Then on next day they told me that there is extra item and ask me to pay 22000inr so there product is mispacked. I said i am not able to pay. I ask them to deliver the item what i paid for or give me the refund. Then they guarenteed that you pay 7000inr and you will get ur product delivered. So i paid that too. Then once again they came with some other story saying that your product got stuck in india customs department you have to pay 5000inr more. I paid that too. I told them i will give a complaint, they told me what ever you wanna do u can do now nothing will happen you pay the balance and get the procuct. So i paid 10000inr to them but still didnt got my product. Totally i have paid them 54000inr by paytm and the paytm number is [protected] (Arun balaji b).
            I have provided the screenshot of payment done.

            So i humbly request you to please help me in getting my refund back

              Two continous days i had same encounter with paytm. One is regarding flight tickets and one is regarding bill payment. Both amounts to 5000. Iam worried about my money. Because of this blockage i faced lot of trouble. I contacted helpline number but told me 45 days to wait. Is this any kind of joke? And why is this happened to me twice continuously. Why is paytm become a trouble with all these failures?

                Last friday[protected] i have done a payment of 700 through paytm upi but the receiver didn't receive money, he told me that he does not have any account linked to his number.

                After doing transaction it is showing successful.

                From last three days i am continuously calling and writing to patym but not a single response received from paytm side.

                This is level of customer support.
                I am totally disappoint with the behavior they are showing towards there customer.
                I am Rahul.I have a complaint against paytm that they are using my wallet without my login.It shows the lack of security.They just deducted my wallet balance of 179 rs on Recharge.

                Plz check and make refund my balance.

                  On 24june2018 I was trying to book the ticket for nashik to shegaon. At first when I tried to book a ticket irctc app with paytm as a gateway shown me that transaction failed (money is diducted from my bank account) . Now when I checked the bank details even the transaction failed at that time but money is deducted from tbe bank and irctc app is showing "payment status: pending from bank end"

                  This is not resolved yet, and paytm changed teh status to resolved. I havent get my money refund yet. The IRCTC app is still showing pending from bank end. Money is deducted from my bank account. This is very ridiculous service from paytm gateway. Please reopen the ticket and refund my money asap.

                  My money is not refunded yet by paytm, so it is not resolved. Please mark ticket to open again and refund my money bak asap. Also before resolving ticket let me know when and on which app I will get my money back.
                  bhai Paytm mera total 28000/- kha gaya hai. & IRCTC me dekhate hai payment pending, transation hua hai 22 & 23 march.

                    Yesterday I transferred Rs.11, 000 From my Paytm Payments bank to my brother account. The amount is debited from my account but not credited to my Brother accouny.I wrote many complaints to paytm 24/7 services but they are not responding properly. Please take an action of these issue and send money to recipient account. And Also the customer care also not responding on this issue.

                      I ordered 750gm pediasure and rs.155 worth vim dishwashing liquid. The delivery came one day late and when he came the package was opened and not properly sealed and after checking the products i found that one product was missing. So i called the delivery man and he wasn't answering the call. On complaining about the matter to paytm service they also didn't took any further action.
                      My Paytm has logged out itself and need a password and i have forgot the password now i am not able to reset a new password to my account its been 15 days i have called the customer care as well they are saying there are some technical problem its a useless app please dont install this [censored] app.

                        For rs 150 with 150 in its ac . As it tried use it at toll ways it marked it as black listed as not having sufficient balance in it . When i called customer care they called it a technical issue from there side and now they are not giving any reply fot it .balnce in my paytm wAllet is 500 andb150 is in fastag.felt like frauded by the company

                          I had done a recharge of rs 459 from my account [protected] on the number [protected] my state bank account balance is deducted and the paytm app shows that recharge is successful. But no recharge has been recieved on the number yet. I look forward to quick resolution or will be forced to take legal action against the company along with the other grievers.

                            I have added 299/- to paytm wallet of my wife through net banking on yesterday (24-jun-2018) night around 22:47.

                            Paytm user id with this issue is [protected].

                            I have a attache a screen shot of successfully completed the transection from bank and transection id is [protected].

                            I got a below message from bank as well.

                            Your a/c xx6390 debited inr 299.00 on 24-jun-18 22:47:56 * avenuesn[protected]https://secure.paytm.in-[protected] * through net banking.

                            I request you to look this issue and add money to paytm wallet or my bank account.

                                  I paid electricity bill through Paytm on 8th June 2018 for which I got message as transaction successful. When I checked on mahadiscom portal then the bill was not paid.

                                  I started receiving messaged by Paytm that my bill is due on 19th June despite of payment done on 8th June. I paid the bill on 19th June through mahadiscom site as it was last day to pay the bill.

                                  Now I'm chasing paytm for my money but they are not responding properly and sending same copy-pasted message again and again.

                                  My simple request is - I should get my money back from Paytm to whom I paid.

                                  Chasing different operators for different issues is not feasible. That's why we use apps like Paytm. Otherwise what is use of it?

                                    I added rupees 5000 into my PayTM wallet on 25-06-18. It was to send it across to a friends wallet. I have the KYC done through driving license which is valid for a year. However to send money to a user it only allows Aadhar KYC ( Another case of forcing Aadhar on consumers ). The app is showing continous errors and preventing me to do the Aadhar KYC, I have called customer care 5 times and they cut my call each time. I want my money reimbursed into my bank account as it is unethical to force Aadhar KYC on me, and at the same time, not have an effective system for me to even register for it

                                        I tried to book the ticket through irctc on 21/06/2018 the corresponding train number is 17311 (Mas vasco exp). The tickets were not booked but amount of rs. 980.39/- has been deducted from my sbi bank account. Now in irctc portal it says"pending from bank end". Transactions was done through paytm m gateway using debit card. I have contacted irctc regarding this, but they are saying they have not received the amount. The amount was not refunded into my account and regarding this i have given reminder emails (Email query reference numbers is : 72807132, 72468951,[protected] to paytm team but so far i have not received any kind of response from paytm team.

                                        I have same Problem, Transaction done 22 june, 5 times deduct 3760 from my PAYTM wallet, But irctc say not received the amount, & pay tm Say transaction successful.
