I have added 299/- to paytm wallet of my wife through net banking on yesterday (24-jun-2018) night around 22:47.

Paytm user id with this issue is [protected].

I have a attache a screen shot of successfully completed the transection from bank and transection id is [protected].

I got a below message from bank as well.

Call cannot receive? why should be given customer care no. and 24*7....

I paid electricity bill through Paytm on 8th June 2018 for which I got message as transaction successful. When I checked on mahadiscom portal then the bill was not paid.

I started receiving messaged by Paytm that my bill is due on 19th June despite of payment done on 8th June. I paid the bill on 19th June through mahadiscom site as it was last day to pay the bill.

I tried to book the ticket through irctc on 21/06/2018 the corresponding train number is 17311 (Mas vasco exp). The tickets were not booked but amount of rs. 980.39/- has been deducted from my sbi bank account. Now in irctc portal it says"pending from bank end". I have done transaction on 4 th june 2018. I was trying to order product from paytm but money was debited and order not placed. After conversation with bank, bank told that transaction has committed from there end and bank not able to register complaint against this. And bank statement clearly shows that money paid to paytm. I bought product of rs 374, and there was cashback offer of rs 200.
Rs 374 was deducted from my bank account and i received product. But even after 5days i didn't received any cashback so i returned product.
Now after returning, paytm is saying as there was cashback of rs 200 (Which i didn't received) and i wl get 174rs back i my bank account.

I had paced the order on 7 th june which was received on 13th june. Product was faulty hence replacement order was generated & Order was cancelled by seller & message received that refund will get within 24 hrs but 24 hrs over, refund is not initiated yet. I got refund of premium through paytm gateway. My phone number is [protected]. As per the insurance company data, they gave refund to paytm on 27/05/2018 but paytm did not give credit to my account. No proper response on complaint also. I only used the link provided by the policybazar for buying the insurance. They provided link with paytm and hence payment was routed throgh it. Now policybazar also not properly responding these kinds of intermediary...
