This is becoming a regular issue with Paytm. They have deducted a Total of Rs 2644 from my State Bank account but the electricity bill hasn't been paid yet. Paytm is becoming so unsafe to use. paytm cancelled my order without my consent

I had ordered a moto Z2 play and while booking my order i was shown a cash back option of ₹5500 after applying some promo code and i opted for it . After 2 days they automatically cancelled my order without my consent and started the refund process. After i reached to the customer care they are saying that there was some technical issue with that promo code at that time, so we cant process your request and advised to place the order again...

irctc railway ticket cancelled using paytm gateway, but not refunded

I recharged a wrong phone number by mistake and tried to ask for help from paytm to which paytm replied by sending the reference number and asking to consult my service provider but my service provider (Airtel) customer care said that the recharges through paytm are third party recharge and these recharges can't be reversed so i know that my money is gone but i request paytm to resolve this problem to protect its customer's money in future....

money deducted from my bank account but not credited to paytm wallet

I tried to add money in my wallet to paytm but failed, but my savings account had been debited:

Your SBI A/c has been debited with INR 500.00 on 20-Jun2-2018 at 10:05:19 and account paytm.[protected]@axisbank has been credited. UPI Ref no.[protected]

Paytm still hasn't reflected any money in my account. This has happened several times and there is no option to talk to the customer care directly. Kindly address this...

cancel my order without my permission

money debited but not showing in paytm balance. need refund

I was paying my electricity bill when the transaction failed due to some issues. So i tried again and the bill got paid. But i got an smss saying the money had been deducted twice from my bank account. The amount didn't show in my paytm balance neither did i get a refund. Since the first transaction was a failure and the amount wasn't added to my paytm balance either, i want a refund of the amount at the earliest.

payment status showing "pending from bank end" in irctc ticket app

On 24june2018 I was trying to book the ticket for nashik to shegaon. At first when I tried to book a ticket irctc app with paytm as a gateway shown me that transaction failed (money is diducted from my bank account) . beneficiary account is not credited the amount which is transferred by me

Yesterday I transferred Rs.11, 000 From my Paytm Payments bank to my brother account. The amount is debited from my account but not credited to my Brother accouny.I wrote many complaints to paytm 24/7 services but they are not responding properly. Please take an action of these issue and send money to recipient account. And Also the customer care also not responding on this issue....

delivery of damaged package with an ordered product missing

I ordered 750gm pediasure and rs.155 worth vim dishwashing liquid. The delivery came one day late and when he came the package was opened and not properly sealed and after checking the products i found that one product was missing. So i called the delivery man and he wasn't answering the call. On complaining about the matter to paytm service they also didn't took any further action....

For rs 150 with 150 in its ac . As it tried use it at toll ways it marked it as black listed as not having sufficient balance in it . When i called customer care they called it a technical issue from there side and now they are not giving any reply fot it .balnce in my paytm wAllet is 500 andb150 is in fastag.felt like frauded by the company...

money deducted from account, no recharge done

I had done a recharge of rs 459 from my account [protected] on the number [protected] my state bank account balance is deducted and the paytm app shows that recharge is successful. But no recharge has been recieved on the number yet. I look forward to quick resolution or will be forced to take legal action against the company along with the other grievers....
