Paytm — Account temporarily blocked

I have account on paytm with registered mobile no.[protected] & email id [protected]@gmail.com. i have money in my paytm wallet . My account is blocked for the last 15days without assigning any reason to me. I registered a complaint with ticket no.[protected] on [protected]@paytm.com.
Even after registering a mail and repeated reminder, solution does not come. I mailed 14 email to paytm, now they are not responding to my mails.
Kindly suggest me the remedial solution for my problem.
For any further information, feel free to communicate on above mentioned mobile/email id.
